    Maritime University of Szczecin (MUS) from Poland and Batumi State Maritime Academy (BSMA) from Georgia have jointly realized ERASMUS+ mobility project that assumes improvement of the attractiveness of Universities through widening of the mobility offer both for students and staff as well as fostering close cooperation with the maritime HEI`s .During the project (from June 2016 till May 2018) MUS and BSMA have realized following activities:- students' study periods abroad at a partner higher education institution (HEI) total number 2- staff mobility teaching periods: total number 2- staff mobility training periods: total number 1The students and employees of Batumi State Maritime Academy have participated in mobility at Faculty of Navigation, Maritime University of Szczecin. Participation in the project gave the both universities an opportunity to increase academic offer aimed to regular and incoming international students as well as make sure that staff exchange will foster exchange of good practices between partners. Each mobility agreement was preceded by an analysis of possible cooperation on both educational and research fields,as well as transfer of good practices between partners The most popular language during the mobility actions for students andstaff was English.     The internalization strategy of Maritime University of Szczecin assumes improvement of the attractiveness of our University through widening of the mobility offer both for incoming and outgoing students and staff as well as close cooperation with the maritime industry.The policy has been elaborated in accordance to the Maritime University of Szczecin Strategy for the years 2011-2020 (www.am.szczecin.pl).The main strategy for mobility partnerships in years 2014–2020 is to depart from purely exchange oriented alliances in favour of broader strategic partnerships between the MUS and HEI/enterprises/institutions. During the project (from June 2014 till May 2016) MUS has realized following activities:- students' study periods abroad at a partner higher education institution (HEI)total number 14- students' traineeships (work placement) abroad in an enterprise total number 6- staff mobility teaching periods: total number 2- staff mobility training periods: total number 3.Participation in the project gave the Maritime University of Szczecin an opportunity to increase academic offer aimed to regular and incoming international students. Each mobility agreement was preceded by an analysis of possible cooperation on both educational and research fields,as well as transfer of good practices between partners.By analogy the partnerships with companies and institutions were is focused on developing the finest practical training expertise for MUS students. In academic year 2014/2015 Maritime University continued cooperation with Partners acquired through participation in the previus programmes until now and monitored those partnerships for new fields of cooperation.. New patnerships were also established (especcially for student work placements). All to make sure that different options of cooperation were being advantageous to the institution. Activities with the were are emphasised in these regions that have well developed maritime, transport and IT industry.The most popular language during the mobility actions for students and staff was English but activities were conducted to facilitate participation in mobility actions to those who prefer studying/teaching/training in other European languages.T.With the same reason the partners from countries with different subsistence costs were selected to enable participation in the Programme also to those with smaller income.More information about the project is avaible at University ERASMUS+ website www.erasmusplus.am.szczecin.pl.

    Strategia internacjonalizacji Akademii Morskiej w Szczecinie ( w odpowiedzi na Strategię Akademii Morskiej w Szczecinie na lata 2011-2020 dostępną na stronie www.am.szczecin.pl) zakłada wzrost atrakcyjności Uczelni poprzez rozszerzenie oferty mobilności zarówno dla wyjeżdżających jak i przyjeżdżających studentów i kadry jak również bliską współpracę z gospodarką morką. Głównym celem partnerstw w zakresie wymiany międzynarodowej w latach 2014-2020 jest odejście od współpracy wyłącznie na polu wymiany kadry i studentów w stronę budowania szerszych, strategicznych partnerstw pomiędzy Akademią Morską w Szczecinie a uczelniami wyższymi, przedsiębiorstwami oraz instytucjami.W trakcie projektu (realizowanego od czerwca 2018 do maja 2021) Akademia zorganizowała następujące działania:- wymiana studentów z uczelniami partnerskimi -łącznie 17 wyjazdów- wyjazdy studentów na praktyki - łącznie 8 wyjazdów- wyjazdy nauczycieli w celu prowadzenia zajęć - 7 wyjazdy- wyjazdy pracowników Uczelni w celach szkoleniowych- 9 wyjazdy.Udział w projekcie dał Akademii Morskiej w Szczecinie szansę na rozwój oferty edukacyjnej skierowanej zarówno do studentów Uczelni jaki i do przyjeżdżających studentów zagranicznych. Każda umowa partnerska z instytucją partnerską poprzedzona była analizą możliwego zakresu współpracy (zarówno edukacyjnej jaki badawczej) jak izapoznaniem się z dobrymi praktykami oferowanymi przez partnerów. Analogicznie partnerstwa z przedsiębiorstwami skupione były na jak najwyższej jakości praktycznego szkolenia dla studentów jak i kadry. W umowie dotyczącej roku 2018/2019 Akademia kontynuowała współpracę z parterami którą rozpoczęto w poprzednich latach realizacji wymiany (monitorując partnerstwa w celu np. rozszerzenia zakresu współpracy) jak i pozyskała nowych partnerów (firmy w których studenci realizowali praktyki i wyjazdy pracowników). Działania te prowadzone były w celu zapewnienia wysokiej jakości partnerstw. Geograficznie realizowane mobilności skupiały się na regionach z dobrze rozwiniętymi sektorami gospodarki transportowej. Najpopularniejszym językiem mobilności był język angielski ale zapewniono udział w mobilności również również uczestnikom zainteresowanym wymianami również w innych językach europejskich. Również w celu umożliwienia mobilności jak najszerszej grupie uczestników (także tym w gorszej sytuacji finansowej) postarano się zróżnicować partnerstwa pod kątem kosztów utrzymania w kraju docelowym (co w połączeniu z funduszami PO WER ułatwiło udział w mobilności osobom dla których dotychczasowy dostęp do mobilności był utrudniony) Więcej informacji nt. projektu można uzyskać na stronie erasmusplus.am.szczecin.pl
