    << Objectives >>The aim of Silver Grow is to provide the complex model of services for senior workers in order to support their potential on the labour market. It foresees the promotion of lifelong guidance and counseling dedicated to senior workers.The project will improve knowledge and competences of career counsellors, employers and employees related to new counseling methods based on the constructivist approach. Partners will create the „fast pathˮ for senior workers and disseminate widely all results.<< Implementation >>Forum group will contain: 5 on-line regular meetings with experts, conducting in-depth interviews with employers and employees, elaboration of report with interactive parts/tools. Creation of the „fast pathˮ for senior adults in enterprises will include: comparative analyses of tools supporting active ageing in enterprises, practical exercices, scenarios, diagnosis of the situation of senior workers, an interactive course, local workshops – testing, on-line downloadable manual.<< Results >>Project results: 5 panels with experts in each partner country, 50 in-depth interviews with employers and employees, one report with interactive parts/tools, the set of tools developed during the creation of a comprehensive training and advisory path (rapid response path) for senior employees, 50 employees from selected companies will increase their efficiency socio-professional, 25 trainers will acquire competences in the frame of the operation of the comprehensive approach.

    "<< Objectives >>Promoting of pedagogical competences in relation to the implementation of innovative concepts and ""best practices"" for the exploration of the working and vocational world of children in pre-school age (three to seven years). The project serves the science-based development, testing and evaluation of a specific seminar for the topic-related qualification of educational professionals and managers in kindergartens and the transnational exchange of experts.<< Implementation >>•Activity 1: Administration and coordination (programme management, budgeting, financial and contract management, technical project platform).•Activity 2: Conceptualisation of a qualification programme (seminar) (participatory document analysis, development of the curriculum, incl. the didactic framework and teaching and learning material)•Activity 3: Piloting and evaluation of the seminar•Activity 4: Dissemination and follow-up<< Results >>•Seminar for educational professionals and managers in kindergartens in the field of ""Perception of the working and vocational world in the early development of children"". The qualification is intended to offer the possibility of a certified degree.•Special didactic media and study materials for the pedagogical work in kindergartens.•Transnational cooperation of science and practice as well as the creation of a permanent network to prepare a follow-up ERASMUS+ project."

    << Objectives >>The aim of the project is to develop 2 methodologies and 2 diagnostic tools for career counselors involved in counseling national and ethnic minorities (MNiE).To achieve the goal of the project, it is envisaged to develop, among other things, an Individual Career Plan for National and Ethnic Minorities (IPKMNE),under which people from national and ethnic minorities will be able to develop their own educational and professional career path to the needs and requirements of the active labor market.<< Implementation >>Exchange of good practices:2 study visits,2 online trainingsDevelopment of methodologies and diagnostic tools for career counselors:2 diagnostic methodologies for career counselors,2 diagnostic toolsDissemination of the project: organization of an international seminar in Cracow to promote and exchange good practices of vocational counselor education.Project management 3 stages: the initiation stage, the stage of implementation of key tasks, the stage of closing and accounting for the project<< Results >>The leading results that will be achieved by the project are the development of methodologies and diagnostic tools ready for implementation for vocational counselors, who, thanks to them, will be able to work effectively with people from national and ethnic minorities. The project's activities show that the project's products are linked to the main goals of the project, i.e. inclusion and diversity in all areas of education and increasing the attractiveness of vocational education and training.

    "<< Objectives >>Our approach is based on the formula ""Think global, act local"", which sums up our desire to meet the challenges of older workers' employment locally. Obviously, this issue must be carried by the whole ecosystem of employment actors in order to be able to provide relevant and innovative solutions to strengthen the employability of older workers.<< Implementation >>The project will develop and implement a field study on practices for older workers in the Ain territory, according to a specific methodology. This study will allow us to identify innovative approaches, which will be included in a guide of good practices, dedicated for both, career advisors and the older workers.
