    The Mobility Project has led the necessary impulse to achieve the main objectives within the framework of the internationalization policy of the University: globalization and Europeanisation of its studies and the institution itself.All this through the establishment of new Erasmus+ Bilateral Agreements and following the aim of the new Erasmus+ Programme, eliminating any barrier between the borders of the European Union allowing the incursion of third countries in Europe with the aim of improving educational and training skills to improve the employability of students, faculty, and staff linked to UDIMA’s community.In this sense, the implementation of this project within the University has been important at different levels:AT INSTITUTIONAL LEVEL- Europeanisation of the institution and its training programmes- ­Establishment of new interinstitutional agreements- ­Participation in new R&D international projects- ­Acquisition of best practices by receiving students, lecturers and staff of international partner universities- Promoting the presence of the University in international forums and networksAT STAFF LEVEL- Development and improvement of language skills of all participants in the project- ­Acquisition of new skills in all participants personal and professional type- ­Improvement of the Curriculum Vitae of all participants- ­Improving employability and career development of the participants- ­Establishment of new contacts with members of other institutions to participate as researchers in new R&D Projects- Recognition of its international activities within the framework of the Erasmus + Programme

    "The 2015-1-ES01-KA107-015390 project, which is part of the Higher Education Mobility activity between program countries and partners, has been the first participation of the Distance University of Madrid (UDIMA) in the Higher Education Mobility Projects Between program countries and partner countries (KA107).Participation in this project is closely related to the UDIMA internationalization objective, which is one of the four axes of the ""UDIMA Strategy"".Specifically, this project has served to improve institutional and academic relations with the University of Bolivian Bolivian International UTB (Bolivia) through a series of mobilities of its staff.The objectives of UDIMA and UTB with this project have been:1. Internationalization of the political perspective, ethics and institutional culture2. Improvement of your CV for internationalization and employability of your university community3. Development of teachers as managers of intercultural environments4. International teaching and research5. Development of mobility programs for staff and studentsThe mobilities have led the entities to improve:- The quality of the service to the student of the system of education and remote management- The education system through the inclusion of innovative actions- The academic and administrative management of the institution- The modernization and consolidation of the internationalization strategy of the educational institution- The procedures associated with institutional relations in the context of internationalization and in future mobility activities"

    Este proyecto de movilidad ha supuesto un nuevo impulso para lograr los objetivos principales de la política de internacionalización de la universidad: la globalización y la europeización de sus estudios, y de la propia institución.Se han establecido nuevos Acuerdos Bilaterales Erasmus+, haciendo valer el objetivo del Programa Erasmus+, eliminando cualquier barrera entre las fronteras de la Unión Europea, permitiendo la incursión en países europeos con el objetivo de mejorar las capacidades educativas y formativas, con el objetivo de mejorar la empleabilidad de los estudiantes, sus competencias y sus habilidades lingüísticas.En este sentido, la aplicación de este proyecto dentro de la universidad ha tenido repercusión en varios niveles:A NIVEL INSTITUCIONAL- Europeización de la institución y de sus programas formativos- Establecimiento de nuevos acuerdos interinstitucionales a nivel internacional- Participación en nuevos Proyectos de I+D+i de carácter internacional- Adquisición de buenas prácticas mediante la recepción de personal de universidades socias internacionales- Fomento de la presencia de la universidad en foros y redes internacionalesA NIVEL DE PERSONAL- ­Fomento y mejora de la competencia lingüística de todos los participantes del proyecto- ­Adquisición de nuevas habilidades personales y profesionales por parte de todos los participantes- ­Mejora del CV de los participantes- ­Mejora de la empleabilidad y desarrollo de la carrera profesional de los participantes- Establecimiento de nuevos contactos personales con miembros de otras instituciones para la participación comoinvestigadores en nuevos proyectos de I+D+i- Reconocimiento de su actividad internacional dentro del marco del Programa Erasmus+En este proyecto, todos los beneficiarios han sido estudiantes de Máster que han realizado estancias de prácticas: una movilidad de prácticas extracurriculares (Máster en Práctica de la Abogacía, Reino Unido) y dos movilidades curriculares (Máster en Práctica de la Abogacía, Reino Unido; Máster en Enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera, Polonia).En el caso de las tres beneficiarias, y teniendo en cuenta el seguimiento realizado antes, durante y después de la movilidad por parte de la Oficina de Relaciones Internacionales de la UDIMA (ORI), el resultado de la experiencia ha sido muy positivo en los tres casos. Las tres estudiantes han podido poner en práctica lo aprendido durante la realización de sus estudios de Máster y han considerado la movilidad una buena oportunidad de conocer el mercado laboral y la cultura empresarial de distintos países de la UE.Cabe destacar que las tres beneficiarias eran mujeres y estudiantes de segundo ciclo, lo cual encaja perfectamente con el perfil tipo de los estudiantes de la UDIMA que realizan movilidades dentro del programa Erasmus+.
