Our office places special importance on its dissemination through our website, Canal UHU, press and local television, Welcome Days, Open Doors, national conferences (AUPA, SEPIE) and international (EAIE, NAFSA) as well as social network. Transference of results is prioritized through reports to the University Assembly on international visitors, seminars and various activities and to European partners during our International Week and Study Abroad Fair. Success of the project lies in its background, in its data history showing that we receive a yearly average of approximately 500 incoming Erasmus and send more than 370 outgoing. High quality of our E+ project is validated by recent awards received: SEPIE Recognition of Quality December 2016, Premio Study Portal’s International Student Satisfaction 2016 and Prize for Best Practice in Administration Services for “ Good Practices in Internationalization of the UHU, March 2017. The fundamental sought after objective has been achieved: another year of transparent, effective progress benefiting our community in the framework of learning and academic exchange (teaching and research) and training. The governing team’s interest in providing the service with specialized workers, its support for internationalization initiatives (guide for international student mobility, Call for teaching subjects in foreign languages, efforts towards accreditation and language courses especially Spanish as a foreign language, creation of the East Asian Academic and Cultural Centre for possible involvement in E+K107, etc.)have brought about professionalization of the team and the hoped for results, with provisos and difficulties overcome. The figures and profile of participants is as follows: Evaluated Project 2015: Received SM 523 and ST 38, sent SM 238 and ST 38, proving a) consolidation of student exchange b) interest maintained by our academic staff, c) growth in the number of placement students and d) growing implication of lecturers and administrative staff in training mobility, not only in receiving visitors but also in achieving the objectives in careful planning of international mobility periods. The various activities carried out, also described in this report, show the Service’s guarantee to effect an efficient process before, during and after the SM and ST periods. The list shows that we have support of all university sectors. We are guaranteed the presence of our Rector and Vice rector at international, national and local acts, for example the twice-yearly Welcome Days and yearly International Week. Directors of different services (Human Resources, Sustainability, Service to University Community and Emplyoment, Health, Library) collaborate systematically receiving international staff for training. Equally, lecturers act as centre or academic coordinators guaranteeing the viability of the exchanges. Many coordinators and directors of our cultural centres (Hungarian, Slavic, German, Iberoamerican and Asian) participate actively in reception of international E+ visitors celebrating seminars, conferences, innovation projects or projections such as K2 and K107Finally, the results in this report and evidence of subjects passed in host institutions prove that students have satisfactorily availed of their exchange period from an academic point of view, developed personally and prepared for their future in the labour force, their capacity and self-esteem having grown. Staff has increased competences relating to internationalization of their professional profile and to the capacity to bring about change in modernization and international outlook in their respective units. The institution is benefited not only by the increase in training opportunities for students, but also, in fomenting consolidation of our institution and social space in its regional and national dimension, it has acquired strategic importance. On an internal level, our management of mobility and contact with other universities, academic and administrative staff, have improved without doubt, our ability for management, strategies for international processes, cooperation for the organization of future teaching, research and management projects, and for elaboration of more attractive programmes for students, teaching and administrative staff adapting to their needs and professional expectations.

All of them with a wide academic and scientific experience in the field of studies of the Sea and strong defenders of the internationalization of higher education and the Erasmus program since its beginning. This consortium promotes the academic, research, cultural and linguistic training of students and staff through international mobility in countries of the European Union.CEIMAR's commitment to the Erasmus program is part of its Strategic Plan for Internationalization and the Campus of International Excellence Project. In order to comply with this strategy that allows to follow the path of international excellence in the marine-maritime field, as well as to optimize the academic and professional opportunities of the university community, CEIMAR is aware of the need to strengthen relations with Education Institutions European superiors through the development of mobility projects. The 2017 project includes a total of 76 mobilities, distributed among 44 studies, 23 practices, 7 for teaching and 2 for training.A total of 12 mobilities have been executed: 6 for Master and Doctorate studies, 2 for internships, 1 for teaching staff and 3 for training staff. In this regard, it must be said that the results obtained in this project are not desirable at all because of the mobility consortium that is committed to the Erasmus + program as a driver and enhancer of the international activity of CEIMAR.These results have been the result of a series of incidents produced in the organizational structure of the management body of CEIMAR that caused a slowdown in the implementation of the project in the period in which the 2017 project is framed. One of the triggers of these results was the absence of personnel since March 2017, motivated by the change of the technician's employment relationship with the Foundation, which left the square, which caused the operation of the project management to be paralyzed. Another reason for the low level of execution was the voluntary termination of the Foundation's manager in August 2018, which ended up paralyzing all the activity carried out. This situation led to the lack of legal representative of the entity that negatively influenced the proper functioning of the approved mobilities. To resolve this situation, a selection process was initiated immediately after the technician was able to resolve the lack of personnel as soon as possible, as well as the beginning of the appointment of a new legal representative to unlock the progress of the activity of CEIMAR, a once approved by the Executive Committee of the Foundation. The new staff was incorporated in mid-July 2018 while the appointment of the new legal representative could not be ready until October 2018. The project was finally launched in December 2018 with the publication of two calls for the mobility of studies (Master and Doctorate) and internships, since the degree programs were not feasible at the end of the nomination period of the partner universities. To call for studies, 20 applications were submitted, of which 6 were awarded due to the resignation of the other applicants. Regarding the call for practices, 7 applications were submitted, of which 5 resigned, and only 2 could be awarded. From the call for staff, all the applications submitted were awarded, that is, 4 mobilities. From CEIMAR, it is wanted to state that this situation has been punctual and that at present the mobility projects both KA107 of 2017 and those of 2018 (KA103 and KA107) are marching with total normality when the situation that has caused the Low level of execution of this project. The current situation of CEIMAR is completely normalized and its operation is going favorably. In this regard and as a result of its strong commitment to collaboration with European universities, CEIMAR is established as an associated partner in the proposed University of the Seas, SeaEU, which has recently been approved by the European Commission, led by the University of Cádiz that She is also the coordinator of the mobility consortium. Thus, CEIMAR has another potential, which promotes the internationalization of education and broadens the range of institutions with which to develop teaching and research projects. In relation to the Erasmus + program, CEIMAR has set 2 main improvement objectives- Provide the mobility of specialization as an added value to them.- Increase quality and efficiency in the management of mobility.

This mobility consortium aims to promote international exchange and mobility from and to the Associated Countries of the region of Latin America, within the framework of the Key Action KA107. The interest in these countries and universities in particular is given by the affinity between their areas of specialization and those of ceiA3, such as agrifood and related; also, to their academic and scientific path in this area of knowledge, and to the fact that the agricultural sector constitutes one of the main economic engines of the society of the regions where they are settled. This project will meet the needs of the Andalusian region through training highly qualified professionals in the agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental sectors. In this sense, it is of special relevance for ceiA3 the academic and institutional collaboration with universities that we have been working with since 2011 in programs with Associated Countries in Latin America- Mobility actions have already been carried out through projects by coordinated ceiA3, such as Pablo Neruda (OEI) and Erasmus + 2015 and 2016, all of them with great demand and execution success (bordering 95%) Cooperation agreements already exist before the concesion of this project. Among the objectives of the consortium we can find:- To foster student exchange in the field of Higher Education, expanding knowledge and skills through the exposure to a large number of experts in the agri-food field in both sides of the globe.- To promote employability and to enhance their international spirit.- To consolidate and establish new relations in the different faculties and centers (common academic and research projects, exchange of good practices, publications, co-tutelage of theses, Erasmus+ projects, etc.), as well as new professional and administrative processes e.g the recognition of credits through ECTS)- To design a modern and open image to the outside; the Associated Countries will incorporate a European vision into their learning environments and work teams, and this will allow to establish closer and lasting cooperation in the field of education and training.- To encourage the recognition of the culture and scientific achievements of the program country and partner country, and vice-versa. Each exchange of knowledge and know-how will lead to significant discoveries and improvements in new methods and resources.Agrifood- related graduate students (Veterinary, Forest Engineering, Food Science and Technology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Agricultural Engineering, etc.) will be able to perform study mobilities; also, PhD students will be able to develop research in agri-food matters. There will also be mobilities for teaching assigments. This will allow to the teaching staff of the universities to establish relations with new departments. Also exchange actions for training purposes will allow to the administrative staff to know new procedures in the management of Higher Education procedures and research.

This consortium will promote the mobility of students for studies and internships, as well as the staff of these institutions with program countrie. In this sense, the academic and institutional collaboration with universities of European countries is of particular relevance for ceiA3 which we have been working with since 2011 from Erasmus LLP (NAURA I) programs, until 2017 with Erasmus + (STA, SMT, SMS and STT mobilities). There are signed collaboration agreements, and our interest in these universities in particular is due to the affinity between their areas of study and those of ceiA3 (agrifood and related), their academic and scientific path in this area of knowledge, and the fact that the agricultural sector is one of the main economic drivers of society in the regions where they are located. This project will meet the needs of both regions of training highly qualified professionals in the agricultural, livestock, forestry and environmental sectors.Among the objectives of the consortium are:For students and staff: to acquire complementing academic training in their specialty; to improve their knowledge and skills through exposure to a large number of experts on both sides of the globe, thus facilitating their future employment and fostering their international spirit; to promote the strengthening of intercultural awareness through academic immersion in a foreign country; (common academic and research projects, exchange of good practices, publications, co-tutelage of theses, Erasmus + projects, etc.), as well as new professional and administrative processes (Such as the recognition of credits through ECTS): At an institutional level, this project will allow the continuity of the mobilities implemented in the projects awarded in previous calls, and to expand the network of contacts with universities of excellence in the agrifood field. This project will establish synergies between institutions, and the signature of new agreements of academic and scientific collaboration. It will increase the competitiveness and innovation of the partners, as the participants will bring new skills and perspectives, as well as a renewed enthusiasm. The entities will project a modern and open image to the outside. At the national and regional levels, the project will facilitate recognition of the culture and scientific achievements of the partner country and vice versa. Each exchange of knowledge and know-how will lead to significant discoveries and improvements in methods and resources.
