The background of the project is represented by the internationalization effort activity made by the Spiru Haret University and also by the effort to maintain the activity specific for Erasmus mobilities, activity started from year 2007.In the context of Erasmus+ Project Key Action 1: Learning mobility of individuals for the academic year 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 the main objectives were: increasing the number of mobilities for students and for teachers respectively, with countries outside the space of European Union, increasing the number of available inter-institutional agreements, improvement of communication with institutional partners regarding the management of incoming and outgoing mobilities (correspondence, adapting the deadlines to the specific of partners didactic activity etc), increasing the degree of information dissemination regarding Erasmus+ programs both inside and outside the institutionThis project represents the first attempt by Spiru Haret University to implement a project involving a partner outside the European Union. It was hoped to develop the internationalization activity of the University in terms of closer collaboration with educational institutions outside the EU, choosing a university with which we have had a successfully collaboration in the context of strategic cooperation projects under the auspices of the Erasmus Program - a Tempus project entitled Enhancing Students Participation in Quality Assurance in Armenian Higher Education, run between 2013 and 2017.The Armenian State Pedagogical University (ASPU) is one of the largest Armenian state universities based in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia.ASPU has at the moment ten faculties among the fields of study covered being: education (multiple levels), psychology, sociology, philosophy, sciences, culture etc. In the past years ASPU had multiple fruitful partnerships within EU funded projects, striving to bring in the best experience of European countries. In these projects the Armenian State Pedagogical University cooperated with numerous universities from the European Union such as Bath Spa University, Middlesex University - UK, Gent University - Belgium, Aarhus University - Denmark, Osnabruck University of Applied Sciences - Germany and Linkoping University - Sweden.Within the present project there have been attending a number of 4 students for study type mobility. The profile of students engaged in learning mobility according to their study program indicates: 2 students from the psychology study program, 2 students from the journalism study program. Also, within the project participated a number of 2 teachers who carried out 2 training mobilities.Taking into account the objectives assumed, we can consider that most of them have been achieved in terms of the obtained results:- achieving 6 mobilities- Improving communication with the institutional partner in Armenia- broad dissemination of Erasmus + Program information on TV and Internet media channelsThe long-term benefits can be considered as follows:- Creating a collaborative framework for Erasmus mobility outside EU space, gaining experience in managing this type of mobility in the future- involving the University through media partnerships with TVH and Radio7 radio station in the nationwide dissemination of allinformation on Erasmus + programs- increasing the visibility of the Erasmus + program within the University and attracting an additional number of students for future rounds ofproject

Inca din anul 2008 exista Memorandum of understanding intre cele doua institutii. Michael Sofer), in comitetul stiintific al Simpozionului International de Geografie “Landscapes: Perception, Knowledge, Awareness and Action” (Prof. dr. Liliana Guran, Cezar Gherasim, Daniel Wilhelm Masof, Gal Regev, Anat Tchetchik s.a.), publicare in colectiv comun a numeroase articole.
