"Titu Maiorescu University and Egyptian University in Tanta Egypt have implemented, in the Erasmus + Program, KA 107, academic staff mobility exchanges. The activity is part of the framework program for the development of the university's international relations.Internationalization policy provides for the development of international co-operation, the exchange of good practices, job shadowing and monitoring of educational activities, both at European and Pan-European level. Four Egyptian professors came from Egypt, three of whom were in staff training, and a young, ambitious teacher expressed their willingness to lecture in English to university students and teachers of UTM. The experience was welcomed by the faculty of Economic Sciences with openness to cooperation in the near future. In the amphitheater there were about 30 students and teachers interested in the way the lecture was presented. The audience was interested in the topic under discussion and its novelty in the process of globalization. The Tanta team was interested in the curriculum, both from the Faculty of Economics and from the Faculty of Informatic. The results and impact of the project were discussed in the Board of Directors meeting and the basis for further co-operation in the economic and IT fields. Thanks to the Erasmus Project, the Tanta team managed to visit, for the purpose of training, teaching and knowledge, a European university open to internationalization. In the future, the IT team, from UTM, will go to know the computer system in Egypt. professors from the faculty of the Faculty of Economics are going to to go and meet international students in Tanta and attend teaching courses in another education system. The exchange of experience has greatly contributed to changing the visions of the international higher education system and the ways of acting in the teaching and training act as well as in the research activities. Each team contributed to changing their personal image about education, thus making a transfer of knowledge in the multidisciplinary field through intercultural of mobility.Tanta professors had the opportunity to learn another culture and civilization, meet the Romanian cuisine and visit the Village Museum and House of Parliament. The cultural dimension of our country has brought an experience of knowledge. Three of those present during the project in Bucharest were for the first time. The so-called cultural shock has opened up another vision of the cultural dimension of our country and of the short, medium and long-term benefits of a cross-cultural project. Each of those present has firmly expressed the desire to cooperate in the future through various cultural and educational activities, independent of the Erasmus project. It was concluded that the faculties of the two universities should lay the foundations of entrepreneurial labs in the economic field, and in the field of IT exchange students and teachers, and deliverable, such as articles, finished products, made by students to be published in faculty conferences, with BDI indexing. Each dean assumed such a decision in the immediate and future plans of the faculties of UTM. In the new academic year resources will be identified in order to put into practice a few co-operations and ideas from a distance through the computer system and online. Also, online conferencing, information and dissemination of learning outcomes and research will be used. Titu Maiorescu University, in November, annually holds the International Conference ""Education and Creativity for a Knowledge Based Society"" where the information and results of international cooperation will be disseminated through practical presentations.Egyptian University in Tanta Egypt has expressed the desire to send the best students to an exchange of experience at Titu Maiorescu University, both at the Faculty of Informatic and at the Faculty of Finance and Accounting. Thanks to his experience, UTM gates are open to incoming students and socio-cultural exchange. Thanks to the Erasmus KA 107 Program, the two universities had the opportunity to know each other and to share each other with their personal and cultural professional experiences."

Titu Maiorescu University is in the 13th year of implementing of the Erasmus Program, going through all phases of its understanding and development in the national and European socio-political context. The University has aligned itself with the standards and objectives of globalization, meeting the challenges, but also emphasizing the importance of internationalization activities through the Bologna Process's objectives on its two coordinates: internal and external internationalization items. In terms of quantity, the university has exceeded the number of mobilities assumed under the financial contract between the institution and ANPCDEFP, or even requesting additional funds for the SMP chapter, spent for the proposed purpose. The University, through its mission, has assumed as a factor of internationalization activity at all levels and in all categories of staff. The students have benefited from internships, thus achieving the qualitative objective of education and knowledge, and at the level of practice / talents, in all specialties, but especially in health, medicine and dentistry, the university has reached the qualitative standard, but and quantitative. Qualitatively, the synergy with the labor market has been achieved. Students' practices and their mobility in European institutions have brought a qualitative surplus to the quality of education target in relation to the labor market and research. Research through direct contact with the labor market is based on real prerequisites for development, not just theoretical. In terms of teachers' mobility, they have benefited from teaching internships in which they have achieved improvements in psycho and neuro linguistic performance through direct contact with another culture and another. Through their training sessions they have had the opportunity to develop personally, linguistically and psychosocially, which leads to the qualitative development of the activity carried out in the home university, either at the pedagogical and the teaching level, or at the administrative level. Socio-cultural societies can lead to a desire for change, considering that Romania is still a state that comes from a political and social connotation and is one of the states in the former communist bloc. At the level of internationalization, the university has actively assumed the role of changing and assimilating new customs and meeting new quality standards at all levels of activity, which has succeeded, a relevant statement by the overpriced number of people in SMP and even STT.At the level of internal internationalization, the university has been and remains open to incoming students and teachers, with the capacity to organize, but also to qualify successfully to meet this challenge. Moreover, from this academic year, 2017-2018, the University opened two new programs in English in health, medicine and dentistry. In this new context, the Erasmus program has strong prerequisites for development in relation to Erasmus incoming students, as well as teachers. The academic year 2016-2017 has contributed both quantitatively and qualitatively through the Erasmus Program to the international development of the university and its Open University conduct for the future.
