Increased interest in outgoing mobilities on the part of students and teachers, a larger number of student mobilities and staff mobilities compared to planned and implemented in previous years, more attracted and utilized resources, establishing new contacts with universities and other organizations and companies, seeking new and effective forms of awareness of participation in the activities and the dissemination of the acquired positive experiences and best practices, implemented student and teaching incoming mobilities in more educational fields – these are the results for the 2015-2016 acad. year, thanks of the very good cooperation of the coordinators of the program at TrU on the Faculty and University level, together with the Student Council and the Centre for Career Development. One of our main tasks is to make a balanced plan based on the analysis of the previous years, because the very good performance of the activities begins at their planning. At the conclusion of bilateral agreements, we try to cover almost all educational fields and to offer students and teachers opportunities to realize mobility of the official EU languages. The greatest interest for the realization of mobility for traineeships is manifested by students in veterinary medicine and agricultural sciences, medicine, medical sciences and rehabilitation, pedagogical sciences. Young teachers from all departments manifest greater interest for the implementation of staff mobility for training during this year too. Developing and expanding the number of educational programs in English to attract foreign students at TrU is an important precondition for the conclusion of bilateral agreements and the realization of student mobilities. This year too, we report some decline, though minimal, in the number of student mobilities for study in comparison with student mobilities for traineeships. The main reason in our opinion is still the difference in curricula in Universities from program countries and the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation in the field of higher education, especially in regulated fields such as veterinary medicine and medicine. The link between education, practical skills and their implementation on the labour market for graduates determines the great interest from our students on mobilities for traineeships. TrU endeavours to ensure normal conditions for teaching, learning and participation in various activities of the program for all students and teachers, including those at a disadvantage, but depending on the specifics and requirements of the relevant specialties. TrU works continuously to improve the organization of the learning process through the implementation of positive experiences from teaching realized mobilities, to expand international contacts and to increase participation in joint educational and scientific projects. TrU facilitates and supports students in the practical organization of mobility. All outgoing students receive an Erasmus Student Charter and acquaint themselves in details with the rights and responsibilities specified therein. Particular notice is given in the preparation of Learning Agreements for Study and for Traineeships of outgoing students with the help of Faculty coordinators and the University Erasmus office. Very useful is the help of former Erasmus students. TrU ensures full recognition of the real period of mobility. Erasmus students are issued with European Diploma Supplement at their will. The information days by Faculties and Departments have proved to be a successful and preferred form of implementation of the information policy of the program at TrU. On the eve of December 8, the feast day of Bulgarian students, was organized by former Erasmus students, a photo exhibition entitled ""My Erasmus adventure."" During the traditional meeting of the Rector with successful students, Erasmus students shared their impressions and experiences of realized mobilities. The timely updating of information on the website of the University provides rapid and timely dissemination of opportunities for academic exchange. We report as a good practice that teachers and experts give their impressions of realized mobilities on special information meetings in their departments. New promotional materials were prepared and issued for advertising and attracting foreign students and teachers to realize incoming mobilities at TrU as Erasmus students or guest lecturers."
