All quantitative and qualitative goals set out in the financial agreement and the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education have been achieved. All planned mobilities has been completed plus additional one (from Georgia to Poland), which was financed from the POWER project and the own resources of the Koszalin University of Technology. During the implementation of the project, only STT mobility was changed for STA (lecturer mobility from Poland to Georgia), what was done at the request of the Georgian partner due to the very high interest from the Georgian side in the subject of the proposed didactic classes. Experience gained during the implementation of mobility and newly established contacts have contributed, among others, to the extension of the scientific committee of the scientific journal Journal of Mechanical and Energy Engineering, the creation of a scientific publication, and the co-organization of international workshops 8th International Workshop on Surface Engineering & 4th International Workshop on Applied and Sustainable Engineering as well as participation of Georgian lecturers in the Scientific Conference ""Opportunities and threats to the 21st century European economy including regional problems"". It should also be noted that the project also had an impact on the local industry (BerlinerLuft Company) and the university from Słupsk (Pomeranian University in Słupsk). At the implementation stage, mobility participants were provided with administrative support ensuring at the same time adequate quality in accordance with the requirements of the Erasmus University Charter. Recruitment and qualification of participants was carried out in accordance with internal regulations in force at partner universities, ensuring equal access and non-discrimination. All mobilities were preceded by the signing of contracts and acceptance of Work Plans / Lectures Plans, and they was carried out on the basis of interinstitutional contracts. The above-mentioned activities contributed to the acquisition of new professional competences, raising qualifications and acquiring language competences - the expected results assumed in the internationalization strategy of both Koszalin University of Technology and Georgian Technical University were obtained. Acquiring international experience has also contributed to improving the quality of education in the long term, which in turn has an impact on the intensification of links with Higher Education Institutions."
