Each year VERN’ has a larger offer of lectures and filed classes for incoming students and staff member.Outoging students have to be enrolled at VERN’ and be activie at study programme during their period of mobility while the activities offered to student trainees are integrated into the trainee's study programme. Sending and receiving organizations, as well as the student and staff member must sign a Learning/Teaching/Traning Agreement before the start of the activities. The activities of staff sent abroad are agreed on, in advance, by both the individual's sending organization and the receiving organization. All parties to the mobility activity must sign a Mobility Agreement. First object is to send and receive students so they can learn and gain training at partner institution. That way they will gain new knowledge, gain experience, meet new cultures. This way students that are involved in Erasmus+ programme take part in mobility and become a part of EU and International dimension. Second objective Professors and staff members have a chance to work or teach at partner institution at that way see and share other working practices. All included in Erasmus+ participants had a chance to rise and improve their level of competences, skill, language level. After coming from mobility period they shared their experiences with other VERN’ members. When we look at the numbers a total of 16 SMS, 6 SMP, 5 STA and 6 STT mobility’s took place. To make that happened VERN’ International Office signed inter-institutional agreements so that mobility could happened. Info days were organized so that all VERN’ students, professors and staff can get all the necessary information. That final result was that more mobilities were achieved then the number granted and all project funds were spent. Number of partnerships was risen. With larger number of partnership more students arrived at VERN’. New lectures for incoming students were organized and many were added to the course catalog. The main purpose of this project is Learning Mobility of Individuals: Mobility of learners and staff members of VERN’ University of Applied Silences. Programme offers the opportunity to students, professors and staff members to study / teach at partner institutions as well as to participate in a traineeship in an organization. The benefits for the participating organization equally include an increased capacity to operate at an international level, improve knowledge and skills of all participants and to make a more attractive portfolio of opportunities for students and staff members at participating organizations. In this way, the sending institution strengthens its international component, international experience and further developes herself. Also it enables participants to gain knowledge and skills and provides them with new skill set for labor market. This is achieved through two actions: First actionis to send and receive students so they can learn or train at partner institution. That way they will gain new knowledge & experience, work expirance and also meet new people and cultures. This way students that are involved in Erasmus+ programme take part in mobility broaden their horizon and gain experience in living abroad. It is not only important to send students but also receiving them so that incoming students gain all the values that we expect for out student to gain abroad. Incoming students and students that did not take part in mobility can also benefit one from another learning about their cultures and values. Second action includes professors and staff members that have a chance to work or teach at partner institution at that way see and share other working practices. Also incoming mobility is beneficial for the sending & receiving institution in many ways: new projects, share of knowledge and experience, possible cooperation on similar topics, etc.Total 48 mobility was achieved. Of these, 37 students participated in the mobility program (25 in study/teaching mobility and 12 in internship), 2 professors held classes, and 9 staff members attended training orunderwent training at partner institutions. The final result was that more mobilities were achieved then the number granted and all project funds were spent. All financial resources are spent intentionally. To achieve this result we had to inform all students, professors and staff of the VERN University about all activities and opportunities to get all the necessary information on participation in the program. That is why we have organized various informative and promotional activities.During this project, the VERN 'University hosted students, professors and staff members from partner institutions: 70 students for studymobility (which was a increase over the previous year), 8 professors held classes and 5 staff members provided training / VERN. Incoming students were integrated with Croatian students in classrooms. The increase in the number of incoming participants is visible from in each year, and we conclude that students are satisfied with the organization of teaching, monitoring and mentoring. At this point we can say that taking part in Erasmus+ K103 project helps VERN’ to maximise international capacitates and will influence future development of VERN’ as an international University. Each year VERN’ has a larger offer of lectures and filed classes for incoming students and staff member. In order for outgoing students to take part in Erasmus+ programme students have to be enrolled at one of VERN’s study programmes during their period of mobility while the activities offered to student trainees are integrated into the trainee's study programme. Sending and receiving organizations, as well as the students and staff members must sign a Learning/Teaching/Traning Agreements before the start of all activities. The activities of students and staff sent/recivied abroad/home are agreed on, in advance, by both the individual's sending organization and the receiving organization.Additionally all students must undergo Online language test to make sure that they can fallow classes or work at partner institution.Upon returning from the period of mobility, the student’s transcript of records undergo the process of recognition. All participants of mobility actively convey their impressions and experiences to future prospective users.

That is way we organized different promotion activities.Throughout this project VERN’ also received students, professors and staff members from partner institutions: 48 students for their teaching mobility, 8 professors have held classes and 5 staff members did their training/job shadowing at VERN’. Incoming students were integrated with Croatian students in classrooms. Along with traditional education, nowadays, schools should take care of developing both basic and transversal skills. But we have also detected other transversal skills that are necessary and not developed enough. They make the new literacy set. The communication skills are essential for success and happiness because people who are good communicators have more successful and fulfilled business, social and private life. Also, knowing how to search and evaluate information makes the difference between active, responsible and aware citizen and easy-to-manipulate person. Finally, each day one is faced with consequences of financial illiteracy reflected in being on the edge of bankruptcy because they do not understand what they sign or have chosen the wrong financial strategy. We must provide these kinds of literacy in school as well. The objectives of this project were:1. Enhancing digital integration in learning and development of open educational resources by developing 3 new curriculas and linked open educational materials for financial, communication and information literacy.2. Developing ICT, mathematics and language skills and creativity, initiative and entrepreneurship among students by applying innovative methods.3. Strengthening students' position in labour market and encouraging their personal growth by developing their communication, information and financial skills. In the project, students from partner schools participated through: being included in short-term student exchanges (60 students), participating in new curricula implementation and using of new digital materials (min 180 students per school), participating in other activities such as logo competition, poster making and ICT workshops. Students with low achievements and study difficulties were also encouraged to participate. In project participated teachers from partner schools who worked on implementation of the new curricula (at least 9 teachers competent for the subject), the teachers who were interested in using project outputs and results and who were accompanying persons during the short-term student exchanges (at least 60 teachers), and staff in partner institutions who worked on the new curricula and digital materials and, also, staff that participated in transnational meetings and/or short-term joined staff training (at least 20 persons). In topic-related conferences (multiplier events) participated approximately 90 persons (30 in each country) from media, local community and relevant institutions and also 50 persons in closing conference. In teachers training event at the beginning of the project participated 20 teachers from partner schools. The project had 6 activities in which intellectual outputs (curricula and open materials for each literacy – communication, information and financial) were made. After each curricula was made and approved, partners worked on digital materials. Each lesson was followed by appropriate digital materials including an introduction part with an initial quiz, materials based on the lesson subject, evaluation based on learning outcomes, homework assignments, methodology and explanation where and how the lesson can be used within the existing curriculas if applicable.During the project, 3 short-term student exchanges were conducted. These were used as a pilot-curricula implementation and evaluation tool. The testing and evaluation of the project outputs provided information about which outputs should be improved. All the outputs which did not meet the requirements were redone. One short-term joined staff training ensured that all the staff included in producing intellectual outputs had needed skills and knowledge about learning-outcomes based curriculas and innovative teaching methods. After the project finished, the intellectual outputs were used as new school activities in partner schools. It is expected that they will be used in other schools, too. That is enabled through the project website which contains all intellectual outputs which are translated and written in 4 languages, just like whole website (newliteracyset.eu).In line with project's objectives applicat school went a step further and made online courses for some of the topics covered by curriculas. For each type of literacy 2 online courses were made, so in total 6 online courses where students can go through the materials independently using just their mobile phone and athe their own pace. The students who participated in the short-term students exchanges and the new schools activities improved their knowledge and skills about communication, information and finance. Hopefully, that will help students to successfully manage their finances, get the needed information and have efficient communication in their future life, both in business as well as in private sphere. The students upgraded their ICT and mathematic skills, creativity, initiative, entrepreneurship, social and civic responsibility and improved their language abilities.
