The main goal of the project is not only the development of relations established within the previous international projects, (as in the case of partner countries in the region 3 (South Mediteranean Countries) and region 11) but also to establish partnerships with universities of the same profile from new regions. The project had four types of activities: study and traineeship for students and activities of teaching and training for the academic staff. Partners in the project are from 6 regions splitted in 15 countries: Thailand, Viet Nam, Kazakstan, Uzbekistan, Armenia, Belarus, Georgia, Republic (of) Moldova, Ukraine, Morroco, Palestine, Albania, Serbia, Kosovo and USA. In the project there were included 27 organizations, within 19 of them we could exchange incoming and outgoing staff and students. The objectives of the project were accomplished with the help of study, traineeship, teaching and training activities. Besides the different approaches used, the activities brought added value from the cultural point of view and offered valuable information for the direction which could be developed, after the project is over. When choosing the number, type and participant profile one important element was represented by the activity domain, academic structure of the university, language of teaching and the possibility to have academic exchange. The number of mobile participants was in concordance with the size of the partner university and with the academic offer. Especially for the student mobility it was taken into consideration the way the results obtained by the students can be recognized on their return home. The quality of the activities designed for the students and academic staff being the main goal, both the period of the students mobilities and their type were a major concern. The quality is assured by the performant human resources, exchange of know-how which will lead to an increase of the educational and research quality services. The USAMV CN role in this project is also to be an example of good practice, stability and quality of higher education for all three levels: undergraduate, master and doctoral studies, by an approach centered on the student and academic staff. For the study mobility there were taken into consideration: the academic offer, structure and calendar of activities, how can the results obtained be recognized, usage of ECTS system, elements which determined the direction and the period of the mobility. For the traineeship mobility there were taken into consideration especially the research theme which can be developed, themes which aim to stretch the connection between the universities and market holders or social organizations. The results obtained by the students and academic staff surely have an academic, social and personnel impact, nationally and internationally. Teaching and training mobility have as a impact the development of teaching and training abilities together with the development of impersonal abilities. The results obtained will improve the linguistic and communication competencies which will allow new contacts and collaborations within the bilateral international projects and networking. Student mobilities contribute to the development of learning, communication and digital competencies, and to increasing the competitively on labor market, facilities the participants` mentality change by granting access to a different model of institutional culture. The project has a visible impact on the internationalization of higher education for all the universities and organizations participant in the project, making them more visible Dissemination of the results obtained within the project is made with the help of more actions at the level of target audience, with the help of presentations, workshops and seminaries, promoted on website, publications, flyers, e-news and media. One of the dissemination actions taken into account is participant testimonials, which will be posted on the beneficiary` university website.

The partners within the Project were chosen mainly based on their particularities they have, linked to the domains both of institutions have. Partners in this project belong to Viet Nam, Belarus, Russian Federation, Cameroon, Thailand, Serbia si Marrocco. In some cases there were solid direct contacts with the representatives of the universities in NON EU countries, (Russian Federation, Thailand, Serbia) and indirect contacts for the rest of the partners. For Serbia, our universities had connection before this project, as Tempus Project, a successful one, which actually stys at the base of the present collaboration. One of the main goal of the project is to develop collaboration with countries in NON EU, to increase international visibility, with the help of didactic, non didactic and students exchange. Within the project there were stipulated and achieved exchange for the training and teaching mobility, respectively study and traineeship ones, incoming and outgoing ( to and from our university). Incoming student mobility were achieved from din Viet Nam, Serbia and Thailand. The domain of interest were food science (master level for Viet Nam and Thailand), the activities took place in the amphitheaters designed for this activity belonging to the Food Science and Technology Faculty, under the guidance of the teachers and also Agriculture and Horticulture (for mobility in Serbia the level was for undergraduate). The activities took place within the two faculties, under the guidance of the teachers from the two faculties. The training and teaching mobility were achieved for both types of the mobility , incoming and outgoing. The number of the mobilities proposed were achieved, according to the finance scheme, of 54 mobilities. The teaching and training mobility took place as planned and agreed by both of the universities, but had also other activities which were not specified in the program, represented as meetings with other didactic and non didactic staff, visit of the university and not at last activities aimed to get to know the city. For the training staff these had activities mainly in the labs of the faculties in their domain of activity. For the training mobility designed for the international relations and management of Erasmus+ Program, the activities were represented by meetings which responded to the needs and expectations for both of the parts involved, with main discussion subject for a better understanding of the partners and finding common points regarding the domain of activity, so that it can create for the future other opportunities to collaborate, different from Erasmus Program. One of the main goal of the staff exchange was represented by finding the solutions to simplify nomination, selection and acceptance process, and also to reduce the time needed to accomplish those phases. There were discussions also about the domain and common interest domain, in order to create the possibility of a higher number of staff and student exchange to take part in this kind of projects. Not at last, there have been may discussions aimed to decide future directions for development, to be able to establish the needs of the partners and see the interest to continue the development of partnership. Students also had activities which were important to their adaptation to our academic life. The long term benefits will be visible in the future partnership, research collaboration, major domains represented by veterinary medicine, food science and agribusiness, the participants in the project having the possibility but also the intention to develop research projects together. The immediate results with reference to the student exchange is to add with the help of the results obtained within the project , results that not only are recognized at university of origin and represented on the other hand a real added value in the work the student achieve at the university. Another benefit of the project is surely the possibility to know different cultures, different mentalities and finding common points and not at last the adaptation process.

Students` mobility are represented by study ones, in partner universities we have agreements with, and traineeship mobiility where the students can choose either a private or public organization in EU. The mission of the university is to promote quality through education and to integrate in the universal cycle values and accordingly to a society based on knowledge, achieved on one hand with the help of the academic programs offered to the students on the three levels: undergraduate, master and doctoral level, and on the other hand with a continuous care to develop the competencies of the academic and non academic staff . The university can be defined as an active participant to the European Context for the Higher Education System through education and live long professional training. The project designed for the individual mobilities represents the balance between the two components, respectively the quality in higher education and internationalization. The project has a very high impact and practicability in the domain of education as well as in the entrepreneurship one,as it is an important key element in achieving a quality educational impact and a dialog with society, that can be translated through adaptation to the real needs. In the same time, the university is well known , as a an excellent regional point in the domain and together with its partners contributes to the local, regional, national and European development from the social, economic and cultural point of view. With the help of the project designed for the individual mobilities the university achieves to offer the students and academic staffthe opportunity to spend a certain period at one of the partners, in EU countries, but in the same time it is the host for the students and academic staff from abroad in the study/placement/teaching and training staff mobility from the partner institutions . This way, the benefits of participating in the project designed for the individual mobilities may vary, from the possibility of participants to explore other educational systems, different approaches, to the improvement of personal abilities, of communication and adaptation. The results of the project are very much influenced by the social, economic and politic context. This is why the decreasing number of students in general, affects in a negative way the number of the mobilities. The study mobilities achieved do not reach the number the university proposed initially. In 2016-2017, from 61 proposed mobilities, there were achieved only 42, in 2017-2018, from 62 mobilities proposed, only 46 were achieved. For this, the university wants to search for solutions to increase the number of mobilities achieved , to encourage students to participate. Even if the number of the students decreases, generally, only 2% of the total number of the students enrolled in the university are mobile.Referring to the placement mobilities, in 2017-2018, the number increased significantly, there were achieved 74 out of 35 proposed, 39 more than the number of mobilities proposed. The increased number of mobilities is possible because on one hand there are in the university academic programs in foreign languages, as English and French, which opens new opportunities and increase the interest among the students ( especially for veterinary medicine), and the Romanian students interact with the international ones, who are studying at our university. So, from 74 traineeship mobilities achieved in 2017-2018, 60 are in the domain of veterinary medicine. Generally there is an increase interest towards the traineeship mobilities because the same thing happened in the academic year 2016-2017 where the number of mobilities achieved was higher then the number proposed. In 2016-2017 there were achieved 19 more mobilities than the number proposed, and in the 2017-2018, there were 39 more mobilities achieved, compared to the number the university proposed . 88% of the mobilities were achieved totally, teaching mobilities were achieved in 91%, situation due to the high number of the mobilities. With refernence to the incoming mobilities number, in the academic year 2017-2018, we had 47 incoming mobilities, mainly for study mobility, in the veterinary medicine domain.
