This project has helped to support the development of sectors that are dominant in our country, mainly the automobile industry. It means that we have also tried to support the engineering industry and the electro-technical industry too. Our school prepares qualified professionals to work in the fields of technology of production and logistics. Professional specialization of SOŠT significantly assists in the fulfillment of the strategy in the area of knowledge and the project ensured continuity with the practical part of the education. To acquire practical experience and working skills in their study fields were the main goal of our students´ mobility. Our goal was accomplished to 100%. The students were working in real working condition of different companies and were offered working positions after completing their studies. The students had been chosen according to their school marks, school attendance, foreign language knowledge and their family background- the priority was given to students from social underprivileged families. At our mobility participated 17 students from 3 study fields – Electrotechnology, Management of Regional Tourism and Graphic Designer for Digital Media. The students of Electrotechnology learnt to draw electrical sets in tubes under the plaster boards and wall plaster. They also learnt to install flush type boxes and female plugs and pin sockets into boxes. They are able to do checkups of the female plugs and pin sockets according to electrical regulations. The students can buy different specific electrical components and they have also improved their speaking skills and learnt terminology used in this field. The students of Management of Regional Tourism worked at the hotel at all its positions. They were working as the receptionists, cleaning the hotel room, in the kitchen, as the waiters/waitresses and decorating the rooms and tables for different occasions. We have to admit they their communication in English language have improved a lot.
