Students in all study fields and cycles can take part in a study period or traineeship abroad. Higher education teaching and administrative staff can take part in professional development activities abroad, as well as staff from the field of work in order to teach and train students or staff at higher education institutions.

    Erasmus + (Key action 1, Mobility Project for Higher Education Students and Staff) project conducted at WSB University in Toruń was aimed at organizing students’ mobility for studies andtraineeship as well as staff mobility for teaching and training purposes. The objectives of pursued mobility were as follows:-the ability to pass the part of a degree course abroad instead of studying in the home country-developing the competence, knowledge and skills of the participants (students and staff), especially in terms of their areas of education, skills in foreign languages, attitudes, entrepreneurship,-the maintenance of existing partnerships and development of the new ones in order to raise the quality of education (research projects, students and staff exchange in the new training areas);-developing new partnerships in order to make training practical and to adjust the profiles of the WSB graduate to meet the requirements of Polish and European labour market;-shaping the pro-European attitudes, the promotion of integration;-raising opportunities on the labour market for project participants-using the experience of foreign partners and project participants in order to create new training programmes at WSB;-making education at WSB University attractive to foreign students and graduates.During the project was carried out, our students were sent abroad 8 times for studies, 8 times for traineeship and 1 time staff member was sent for teaching and 4 times for training.Participants went to 10 European countries (United Kingdom, Holand, Italy, Czech Republic, Germany, Austria, Portugal, France, Lithuania, Malta).In terms of mobility, most of the quantitative and qualitative objectives were achieved. Students and the staff successfully raised their competence and knowledge realizing their learning and trainingprograms abroad. The lecturer ran classes in the areas of administration and management. Administrative staff observed the work of the partner Universities from the perspective of management of education sector, new technology, financial management and international cooperation.The results of the project and the long term benefits for both the University and the participants of the project involve:-closer cooperation with a foreign partner, which has been submitted to the joint project within a single sector of the Erasmus programme.-the implementation of experience gained during the project into the develop internationalisation;- continuation of the project concerning introduction of complete degree courses in English into WSB University studies portfolio;-the use of the experiences of international students and staff participating in the exchange and their independent activity on international projects.

    Erasmus + (Key action 1, Mobility Project for Higher Education Students and Staff) project conducted at WSB University in Toruń was aimed at organizing students’ mobility for studies and traineeship as well as staff mobility for teaching and training purposes.The objectives of pursued mobility were as follows:- the opportunity to pass the period of study abroad instead of studying at the home university;- developing the competence, knowledge and skills of the participants (students and staff), especially interms of their areas of education, skills in foreign languages, attitudes, entrepreneurship;- maintaining current foreign partnerships and taking actions towards establishing new ones;- developing new partnerships in order to make training practical and to adjust the profiles of the WSBgraduate to meet the requirements of Polish and European labour market;- shaping the pro-European attitudes, the promotion of integration;- raising opportunities on the labour market for project participants;- using the experience of foreign partners and project participants in order to create new trainingprogrammes at WSB;- making education at WSB University attractive to foreign students and graduates.During the project was carried out, our students were sent abroad 1 time for studie, 3 times for traineeship, and 5 times staff member was sent for teaching and 4 times for training. Participants went to 6 European countries (Lithuania, Spain, Belgium, Czech Republic, Lithuania, Germany, Malta). In terms of mobility most of the qualitative objectives were achieved. Students and the staff successfully raised their competence and knowledge realizing their learning and training programs abroad. The lecturers ran classes in the areas of management, economics, finance and public administration. The Administrative staff watched the work of the partner universities in terms of management in the education sector and new opportunities for cooperation, the application of new technological solutions in the field of teaching and learning foreign languages, and creating an educational offer for foreign students.Project results and long-term benefits for the University and project participants are related to:- closer cooperation with foreign partners,- the implementation of experience gained during the project into the develop internationalisation;- the development of the full English-language path in the WSB study offer,- the use of the experiences of international students and staff participating in the exchange and their independent activity on international projects.

    "Erasmus + (Key action 1, Mobility Project for Higher Education Students and Staff) project conducted at WSB University in Toru? was aimed at organizing students? mobility for studies and traineeship as well as staff mobility for teaching and training purposes. The participants had an opportunity to realize their mobility within the framework of agreements with 26 foreign partner Universities. The objectives of pursued mobility were as follows:-the ability to pass the part of a degree course abroad instead of studying in the home country-developing the competence, knowledge and skills of the participants (students and staff), especially in terms of their areas of education, skills in foreign languages, attitudes, entrepreneurship, openness to new challenges, creativity, adaptation to new situations (in accordance with the mission and vision of the University); -the maintenance of existing partnerships and development of the new ones in order to raise the quality of education (research projects, students and staff exchange in the new training areas); -developing new partnerships in order to make training practical and to adjust the profiles of the WSB graduate to meet the requirements of Polish and European labour market; -shaping the pro-European attitudes, the promotion of integration; -raising opportunities on the labour market for project participants-supporting students with disabilities and with difficult financial situation; -using the experience of foreign partners and project participants in order to create new training programmes at WSB; -making education at WSB University attractive to foreign students and graduates.During the project was carried out, our students were sent abroad 11 times for studies (1 semester or academic year), 12 times for traineeship (from 3 to 4 months) and 3 times staff members were sent for teaching and 3 times for training (5 or 4 days).Furthermore, 3 foreign students arrived at WSB University (Spain, France) to study international business. Participants went to 11 European countries (Italy, Spain, Portugal, United Kingdom, Belgium, Italy, Slovenia, Germany, France, Greece, Lithuania). These were bachelor and master degree students, in the fields of finance, tourism, management, internal security and logistics from the Faculty of Finance and Management in Toru? and Bydgoszcz. In terms of mobility, most of the quantitative and qualitative objectives were achieved. Students and the staff successfully raised their competence and knowledge realizing their learning and training programs abroad. International students had an opportunity to study and integrate with Polish students.There were also two students with difficult financial situation who were sent for studies, allowing to realize the objective of equal educational opportunities for people from different backgrounds. The lecturers ran classes in the areas of finance, international business and human resources management. Administrative staff observed the work of the partner Universities from the perspective of management of education sector, new technology, financial management and international cooperation.The results of the project and the long term benefits for both the University and the participants of the project involve:-closer cooperation with a foreign partner, which has been submitted to the joint project within a single sector of the Erasmus programme. -the implementation of experience gained during the project into the creation of new strategies of the University, taking into account the elements of internationalisation; -the launch of the project concerning introduction of complete degree courses in English into WSB University studies portfolio;-the use of the experiences of international students and staff participating in the exchange and their independent activity on international projects (i.e. the work for the organization ?Youth of Europe?, or the implementation of the joint scientific project Conditionings of Knowledge Transfers and Innovative Activity of Enterprises )"
