The project we wish to develop addresses the field of buildings and electrical networks in Vietnam. This subject is topical both for Vietnam because it addresses a key point of its energy policy, and for both Europe because it address important locks at the scientific level, innovative at the technological level but also societal by the direct link with energy users. This MRSEI aims to build a response to the call for projects MSCA-RISE-2020 which will allow us to promote international and multidisciplinary exchanges and thus contribute to the establishment of an open science scientific network dedicated to the development of photovoltaic production solutions integrated in buildings, in support of the electricity distribution network, in order to cope with the increase in consumption and production of coal-fired power plants in the coming decades in Vietnam. The short-term objective is the sharing of knowledge and thus initiate work that will lead in the medium term to innovation and transfer to civil society and the economic world. The challenges are both technological and scientific, but also economic and societal. Thus, the network we want to set up is composed of academic and non-academic actors, complementary sectors such as engineering and economic and social sciences, whose synergy is necessary for this complex theme. Among these challenges, we can mention that of the economic model of purchase / sale of energy produced / consumed by buildings or that of the flexibility of consumption to ensure energy balance, by integrating both management solutions, but also signals of encouragement to the occupants of the buildings. We detail in the proposal the originality and the relevance of creating a network between Europe and Vietnam whose objective will be to develop research and innovate on the energy transition of a country in full growth, and in what way the MSCA-RISE-2020 can send it to us. The quality of the network we propose relies on its members who are recognized researchers in their respective fields and who have all shown the desire to create synergies between disciplines, as well as to apply their work to the Vietnamese context. This commitment is a guarantee of the network's success. Benoit Delinchant, coordinator of this project, has been working on the theme for many years and has been collaborating particularly with Vietnam since 2015. He has already participated in numerous national and international collaborative projects in this field and is already actively working with many this project. He coordinates / leads research groups in his laboratory and at the national level. In order to carry out the actions of creation of the network, we ask a help of 30 k € which will allow us to carry out the necessary workshops and missions to the deposit of our project MSCA-RISE-2020 whose request for help was evaluated on 4 years to 120 men-months is 4600 € x 120 = 552 k €.
