    Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a motor disorder accompanied by sensory, communication, behavioral, cognitive and perceptual disturbances, affecting movement and posture. 2 to 2,5 per thousand births in Europe has CP (1 per 500 persons = 1.000.000). CP cannot be cured, but persons can live a full life with proper care and supports, improving movements, intellectual development, level of communication and social relationships, improving their Quality of Life (QoL) according to the Convention on the Rights of Persons with DisabilitiesFeeding and physical activity are closely linked the QoL of persons with CP (PCP), especially with their physical and emotional wellbeingHowever, inclusive feeding and physical activity are not fully implemented due to a lack of; • Awareness and knowledge of parents and professionals about the effectiveness of inclusive feeding techniques from the earliest stages of life• Feeding ability of many adults with CP who have not been adequately supported in its childhood. They are not sufficiently aware and trained on the possibilities for accessing to a healthy and satisfying feeding and accessible tools at their disposal• Awareness and understanding of the impact on the emotional well-being of feeding aggressive techniques usually employed and the importance of food as an element of pleasure and exercise of rights• Initiative and knowledge of PCP and families regarding their participation in inclusive physical activities, alternatives and opportunities CP-WELLBEING is launched with the main objective of increasing the competences (attitudes, skills, knowledge) of Persons with Cerebral Palsy (CP), families and professionals about how to implement inclusive feeding and physical activity with a global Wellbeing and QoL approach, through an innovative training program.The project has the next specific objectives:• To raise awareness and motivate the full collective about the importance of inclusive feeding and phys• ical activity as a tool for improving QoL of PCP.• To transfer knowledge, tools and guidelines to parents of children with CP and professionals to enable inclusive feeding and integrative physical activity from the earliest stages of life• To transfer knowledge, tools and guidelines for adults with CP, families and professionals, regarding inclusive feeding and physical activityNext partners from 6 countries will participate:• 4 entities working in the field of supporting persons with Cerebral Palsy (AVAPACE, FAPPC, HURT, IL CERCHIO), involving a big collective of persons, families and professionals. • 1 University & Clinic specialized in Nutrition and Healthy Lifesytles, with experience in developing training actions in this field, including actions addressed to persons with special needs• 1 Technological Centre specialized in development of ICT solutions adapted to collectives with special needsThe next results will be obtained;• Co-Created Methodological Guide will be developed, with the direct participation of End Users, with the main objective of determining the key contents, methodologies and tools to be developed• Training Materials addressed to persons with Cerebral Palsy, families and professionals for facilitating the implementation 4of inclusive feeding and integrative and adapted physical activity.• Designed Experiential Training Activities addressed to persons with Cerebral Palsy, families and professionals for facilitating the implementation of inclusive feeding and integrative and adapted physical activity.• Development of an e-Training Platform, including awareness, training contents and tailored and adapted ICT-Games solutions for supporting the implementation of Training Materials and Designed Experiential Training Activities.• Creation of 4 CP-WELLBEING UNITS in all the CP-Associations of the Consortium in order to ensure the sustainable exploitation of the project after the project lifetime.• Development of Dissemination Actions addressed to the European collective related to persons with Cerebral Palsy.VALIDATION ACTIONS will be organized on each country, based on the practical implementation of Training Materials, Designed Experiential Activities and e-Training Platform, involving about 40 persons with Cerebral Palsy and families and 5 caregivers. Evaluation and analysis will be done. Project Activities will be completed with Management and Implementation actions IMPACT during the project lifetime:CP-WELLBEING will benefit a number of persons during the project lifetime:• 160 persons with Cerebral Palsy and their families will be trained (40 in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Croatia), through their participation in the validation actions • 20 professionals (5 in in Spain, Italy, Portugal and Croatia) will be trained, through their participation in the validation actions • 1500 persons with Cerebral Palsy, families and professionals (300 in Spain, Italy, Portugal, Croatia and Germany), will be aware, through the dissemination actions.

    Cerebral Palsy (CP) is a motor disorder often accompanied by sensory, communication, behavioral, cognitive and perceptual disturbances. Between 0,20-0,25% births in Europe has CP (> 1.000.000 EU-28 citizens) CP cannot be cured, but persons can live a full life with proper care and supports, according to the rights determined by the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (UNCRPD, 2006) Family-Centered Early Intervention (FCEI) is an innovative quality service and recommended practice, making a family more competent in mobilizing intra and extra-family resources, which positively influence the child, parent and family´s functioning Family Empowerment is achieved through positive relationship between family, professional and social networks In the field of Cerebral Palsy, FCEI is of outmost relevance, because Children with CP have complex long-term needs that can only be fully addressed through this model (FCEI for Children With CP and Their Families. Susanne King et al). Hovewer, the most work models remain focused primarily on the Child-Centered Model with a rehabilitative approach and FCEI is not enough implemented (Cómo implementar el modelo centrado en la familia en la intervención tempran. Anales de psicología, 2017, vol. 33, nº 3), due to the lack of, among others; • Skills of Families for increasing their empowerment • Skills of Professionals for implementing FCEI • Collaboration inside Networks of Informal Supports • Consideration of Adults with CP as part of informal supports, losing the potential of their own experience • Access to existing knowledge, best practices and tools CP-EARLY INTERVENTION is launched with the main objective of increasing the competences (attitudes, skills, knowledge) of Families, Professionals and Adults with CP on how to enhance implementation of Family-Centered Early Intervention in the Cerebral Palsy collective through an innovative training program The project has the next specific objectives: • Promote Empowerment of Families • Provide Guidelines and Tools to support the implementation of FCEI in CP • Strength the Networks of Informal Supports and increase the collaboration and sharing inside them • Include Adults with Cerebral Palsy as part of this Networks of Informal Supports Through the execution of this Project the next results will be obtained; • Co-Created Methodological Guide (I.O.1) will be developed, involving the direct participation of End Users, with the main objective of determining the key contents, methodologies and tools needed for creating and improving the critical competences of Families, Professionals and Adults with CP about how to implement the Family-Centered Early Intervention. • Training Materials (I.O.2) addressed to Families, Professionals and Adults with CP about how implement the Family-Centered Early Intervention. • Design of Experiential Training Activities (I.O.3); They will be the core of the Training Program and they will enhance the practical and experiential training of Families, Professionals and Adults with CP, including the optimal and oriented exploitation of aforementioned Training Materials within real environments. • Development of an e-Training Platform (I.O.4), for supporting the implementation of the Training Methodology, including Training Materials, Workspace and link to applicable ICT Tools. • Creation of 5 CP-EARLY INTERVENTION UNITS in the Associations working with persons with CP in order to ensure the sustainable exploitation of the project after the project lifetime. • Development of Dissemination Actions addressed to the European collective related to CP and with the collective working in the field of Early Intervention CP-EARLY INTERVENTION will benefit a number of persons during the project lifetime 120 persons will be trained, including families, professionals and Adults with Cerebral Palsy (30 in Spain, Portugal, Croatia and Italy) through their participation in the validation actions of Training Materials, Designed Experiential Training Activities and e-Training Platform. • 2.000 families, professionals, Adults with Cerebral Palsy and other stakeholders around Cerebral Palsy (500 in Spain, Portugal, Croatia and Italy) and 2.000 families, professionals and Adults with other Disabilities at EU level will be aware, through multiplier events and dissemination actions to be carried on through the project website, newsletters, leaflets, etc…

    There are > 6 million Persons with Alzheimer and other Dementia (PwAD) in Europe, affecting 10% of the population >65 and 50% of those >85. Due to the increased life expectancy, this disease is becoming an epidemic, affecting the sufferer, relatives and caregiversCreative Arts Therapies (CATs), the “planned and creative use of art, dance, drama or music to accomplish individualized clinical goals”, is used to complement other therapies focused in minimizing this cognitive and behavioral decline of PwADDigital CATs are a relative newcomer to CATs methods and materials that can be defined as “all forms of technology-based media that are used by arts therapists to assist clients in creating art as part of the process of therapy”.Despite on the availability of CATs and supporting Digital Tools, their implementation is not extended and, therefore, their potential for improving QoL of PwAD is underexploited AD-ARTS is launched with the main objective of increasing the competences (attitudes, knowledge, skills) of PwAD (Mild and Moderate), Relatives and Professionals on the implementation of CATs supported by DTs for improving Quality of Life.Specific objectives:•To aware/motivate this group about the importance of CATs for QoL•To transfer knowledge, guidelines and procedures on how to implement CATs for producing proper behavioral and emotional outcomes.•To transfer knowledge, guidelines and procedures on how to use DTs for supporting the implementation of CATs.•To improve socialization of PwAD, including the participation of Relatives in the implementation of CATs supported by DTs with PwAD out of the care centersThrough the execution of this Project the next results will be obtained;•Co-Created Methodological Guide (I.O.1) will be developed, involving the direct participation of End Users, with the main objective of determining the key contents, methodologies and tools needed for creating and improving the critical competences of PwAD, Relatives and Professionals about how to implement Creative Arts Therapies with the support of Digital Tools•Designed Experiential Training Activities (I.O.2); They will be the core of the Training Program and they will enhance the practical and experiential training of PwAD, Families and Professionals, including the optimal and oriented exploitation of aforementioned Training Materials within real environments.Designed Experiential Training Activities (DETAs) will be specifically ADDRESSED TO TRAINERS, including guidelines for its implementation and conduction and how to properly use the Training Materials developed in I.O.3DETAs will include the design of Face-to-Face and Online Sessions, based on Group Dynamics, Practical Activities, and, specially, Experiential Activities, where PwAD, relatives and Professionals will directly exploit Creative Arts Therapies Supported by Digital Tools, while increasing their competences through putting into practice methods and tools during the Training Activities.•Training Materials (I.O.3) addressed PwAD, Families and Professionals about how to implement Creative Arts Therapies with the support of Digital Tools. I.O.2 is different and complementary to I.O.3, both needed for the implementation of the Training Program•Development of an e-Training Platform (I.O.4), for supporting the implementation of the Designed Experiential Training Activities (I.O.2), including Training Materials (I.O.3), Workspace and link to applicable ICT Tools.•Creation of 5 D-ARTS UNITS, one per country, in order to ensure the sustainable exploitation of the project after the project lifetime.•Implementation of 6 Multiplier Events on the application of Creative Arts Therapies supported by Digital Tools addressed to stakeholders that could multiply the impact of the project. 5 Multiplier Events will be implemented on each country and an additional Multiplier Event-Final Conference will be implemented in Turkey.•Development of Dissemination Actions addressed to the European collective related to Alzheimer and Other Dementias and to the collective working in the field of Creative Arts Therapies. AD-ARTS will benefit a number of persons during the project lifetime:• 130 persons will be trained, including Persons with Alzheimer and Other Dementia (PwAD), Relatives and Professionals (30 in Spain, Slovenia, Turkey, Italy and 10 in Greece) through their participation in the validation actions of Training Materials, Designed Experiential Training Activities and e-Training Platform. • 2.500 Persons with Alzheimer and Other Dementia (PwAD), Relatives and Professionals (500 in Spain, Slovenia, Turkey, Italy and Greece) will be aware, through multiplier events and dissemination actions to be carried on through the project website, newsletters, leaflets, etc…
