"Profiling Intelligence is a project aimed at increasing quality skills and training standards on information skills and information security. Information is a central process of government entities and companies. Well recognized by government entities, information security is often underestimated by companies. In fact, today it is rare to have information departments in companies and skills related to information security are not included in job profiles. One of our main goals was to disseminate information culture to increase information security. We focused not only on the technical issues related to information security, but especially on the human factor. In fact, today most errors are not due to technological vulnerabilities, but to human vulnerabilities, stressors, psychological variables. At the end of the project, 3 intellectual results were elaborated. These results will be available and open on the project site.IO1 - O1 resultThis result consisted mainly in conducting a research that highlights the state of intelligence in Romania and in the partner countries and a history of information services, in order to have a comparative picture of the level of evolution both in the public and in the private part. Each partner conducted the research for their country and ended with a common document, covering all the research. The second point of IO 1 was the construction of a common profile for the partner countries of the information worker by identifying a set of competences, skills needed to work in this field, with which we developed with the help of experts from each partner country the proposal of a profile as much. for the operative as well as for the information analyst.Brochure - Research study in Intelligence Profiling, contains 72 pages.IO2- O2 resultTogether with experts from partner countries, we have developed a handbook that will be used by information workers ""Intelligence Profiling"". The manual was structured as follows: A total of 180 pages divided into 8 chapters. In each chapter there are 18 pages of theory and 4 pages of practice found in exercises which will deepen the theory and help to better build the knowledge accumulated by navigating the manual. The information workers who will use the handbook are the ones who collect and analyze the information they then provide to the decision maker to help choose their decision options. The assumption is that accurate, comprehensive and timely information will lead to more effective choices of decision makers.IO3- Course support for information operatorsAn innovative training program has been developed for information staff and all key employees who have access to sensitive data. The information in this course support will improve intelligence culture and profiling in companies and government entities and will increase the level of information security. Support contains 80 pages. The project partners have cooperated widely for a more efficient implementation of the dissemination of the project. The project has been widely disseminated at regional, national and European level. The project has had a significant impact on participants, participating organizations, target groups and other relevant stakeholders. The impact at the partner level consisted in the increase of the professional experience, of the competences, mainly through the exchange of good practices and knowledge used in 3 countries and different cultures. The impact of the project can be summarized as follows:Experts, staff of participating organizations: expertise in the management and implementation of EU projects, exchange of information on teaching skills, legislation and policies in other participating countries, increased skills in providing courses with different formulas (classoom, e-learning), skills in the organization of events (multiplication and dissemination)The target group directly and indirectly: a better understanding of the selection process in the field of information, ensuring better information security, the importance of the human factor in intelligence, reducing human error in intelligence processes, developing a culture of intelligence and in the business context, starting awareness of information and information processes at all levels of the organization (business or government), Increasing the performance for trainers in teaching coursesThe innovative techniques, methods and tools used had an increased impact on the target group. The impact of the project is felt in the form of awareness about information security and access to higher standards and processes for personnel selection in information services."

This subject has always been exclusive, now it has become a social emergency. The challenge is up, demanding the need to face the lack of information and new solutions to tackle social inclusion of children abused or neglected. However, when we are going to address child problems the key action is to put children first, let them be the most important part of the society. Many children fall victim to abuse, neglect, exploitation and violence which takes place on a daily basis, at home, at school, in institutions, at work and in the community. During armed conflicts and in the aftermath of disaster, children are particularly vulnerable. The exact scale of violence is unknown, partly because children are often too afraid and too vulnerable to report it themselves.Violence and abuse seriously affects every aspect of a child’s development. Each day, the safety and well-being of some children across the Nations are threatened by child abuse and neglect. All types of abuse are damaging to children physically, emotionally, and psychologically and can cause long-term difficulties with behavior and mental health development. For most of us, it’s hard to imagine anyone harming a child. As disturbing as it can be, child abuse and neglect is very real. The issue of neglect and abuse is an important issue that negatively affects all life experiences. It has serious consequences for child development and family health throughout the life cycle. Most of project partners have already implemented activities or projects on this topic. However, in terms of innovation, our project will transform neglect or abuse from the subject of a lesson, into a matter that affects the whole teaching life of the child/student and requires an urgent solution. Objectives:*to create safe environments for children and young people through robust safeguarding practices;*to teach children and young people about staying safe;*to make a great difference in a child's life who is exposed to neglect and abuse;* to develop a more systematical, total and connective understanding in which multi-disciplines take place so as to be able to prevent child abuse and overcome its consequences;*to place the general signs of child abuse and the necessities to prevent it into the educational period.Number and Profile of Participants: The project will involve 7 partners from 6 countries. All of them will include participants that have nearly the same school level and similar problems about the project topic.Methodology:• Behavioral parent training programs;• Early childhood home visitation;• Improved quality of child care through licensing and accreditation;• Public engagement and education campaigns;• Family-friendly work policies.Description of Activities:Thanks to the various planned activities related to the purpose of the project, we hope to reach the project’s objectives. Activities are correlated with their purpose and objectives in terms of expected results.Mainly:*surveys, meetings, seminars and workshops, we will raise participants’ interest towards child abuse and neglect, they will get the main idea of the topic in partner organization and outside of the school for their future;*students will organize Teen Voice Dais, they will develop some skills like transversal skills, the sense of initiative, self-confidence and entrepreneurship;*students will take part in designing some materials like project logo, brochures, flyers, posters, etc., improving their ICT and visual skills;*through discussions, social networks, and eTwinning, they will exchange ideas, improve intercultural dialogue, transcultural skills and foreign language competence;*they will visit some universities, Child protective services and NGOs to promote, broaden their point of view and extend the knowledge and understanding of phenomena related to child abuse and neglect;*parents and local people will be involved in project activities such as seminar, conferences, events, fairs and this will raise awareness towards child abuse and neglect and its importance for future generations, etc. Results and Effects:The project results are strongly related to the objectives. As mentioned above, we aim at supporting children who have been abused or neglected in acquiring the necessary skills and competencies in order to successfully integrate into the socio-political life, business, economy, community, youth education, etc. through social entrepreneurship activities, engaging, connecting and empowering children in the same time. We believe that small steps are the key to great successes. That is the reason why we will start our efforts in disadvantaged areas from the partner countries, hoping that our attempt will inspire a real and profound change in the society and will improve the situation of the target groups.Impact:As a result of the project and the support they will get, the students will feel more valuable, important, motivated socially and believe in the future.

"According to UNESCO, Covid-19 crisis it’s the biggest disruption of educational systems in the history. On 30th September 2020, around 1.077 billion learners has been affected by school closures. School at distance impacted also on reduced psychological support and determined psychological negative effects, as demonstrated by scientific research, a needs analysis performed by IIAPHS among 4471 tests and demonstrated increased levels of anxiety, psychological distress, and sleep disorders, and a research study performed by Istituto Piepoli and commissioned by the Italian Order of Psychologists that found that the 73% of the respondents requested more presence of psychologists in the educational system in order to support students. The Covid-19 crisis forced also psychologists to offer a support at distance. Anyhow, this found both psychologists and beneficiares unprepared because:- in the vast majority of cases psychological consultancy is offered in presence- before Covid-19 psychological orders had constrasting positions about the performance of online consultancy, publishing guidelines at support in some cases or also discouraging this method- we analyzed the Unviersity Bachelor and Masters Degrees in the Psychology offered by the Universities of the participating countries. The application of online consultancy is not a topic of all the analzed degrees, showing that specific coompetences in this field are not offered. Also curricula about school psychology are not present in common Bachelor's Degress in the analyzed countries- there is not a validated profile of competences for school psychology in Europe. The lack of definition of rules, responsibilities and reporting measures of effectiveness lead to several obstacles in the delivery of psychological services at schoolsRequirement to access the profession vary across EU in terms of needs for a specific degree, may include voluntary subscriptions to association or a public examination to be included in Orders. Some states (Romania) has also a specific register for School Psychologists, in all other cases it's not clear the requirements and conditions to determine if a psychologist has competences to work in the school education system. More specifically, in Europe there is no agreement on the functions of psychologists in school, despite several factors suggests that psychologists can be supportive in the school educational systemAccording to this needs analys, we designed the project ""The Worldwide School Psychological Support in the Post-Covid Era"" in order to encourage the school education system in the promotion of psychological support services for school students and teachers. The project includes 3 innovative intellectual outputs translated in 8 languages O1. EU Model of Competences of the School Psychologist. 200 pages document designed to determine competences, roles, responsibility, and guidelines for the measurement of the psychological impact of the profession, explained according to ECVET terminology and EQF qualificationO2. The Worldwide Network of E-Schools Psychologists. An online platform including 400 minutes of video-lectures for the training of school psychologists and a network of school psychologists for the performance of projects and activities of online psychological support across EuropeO3. The Policy Recommendations for the School Psychology. A 80 pages document including policy recommendation and transnational analysis of existing policies for the inclusion of psychologists at school and performance of support actions toward students, families and teachers. The target groups of our project are: school psychologists, school teachers, school students, school directors, policy makers. The project include 4 transnational project meetings, 1 international multiplier event with (44 participants, 30 local and 14 foreign), and Impact Study including number of participants (500 for O1, at least 200 for O2 participating at piloting stage and 200 for O3 participating at evaluation of policy measures). Sustainability plan ensure the mantainance of all project's results and their exploitation after the end of the project."
