Motilities for higher education students and employees in the Erasmus+ programme known as KA103 Mobility for individuals plays an important role in the Long-term Intention of the TUZVO in the field of internalisation. The aim of the University in the Erasmus+ programme is to increase the number of mobilities in accordance with the quality requirements of institutions participating in the programme considering particular subject area of the university and its faculties. Moreover, the cooperation with partner institutions in education, research, scientific projects and publication activity is developed in the programme as well. Erasmus+ mobility for students and employees at the Technical University in Zvolen within the countries in the Charter is considered partially successful. 92.6% of the project target associated with mobilities for students and employees were fulfilled. Despite significant effort to promote the Erasmus+ programme, to maximise the participation of all students, the planned number of mobilities according to the grant allocation was not achieved. At the TUZVO, a decrease in the interest in the Erasmus+ mobility among students was observed. Increasing Grant spending for several countries in the ERASMUS+ 2018 Call seems difficult as 24 one-month-long projects overlap. Growing interest in the ERASMUS + mobility among teachers and employees of the TUZVO is observed. It is supported not only by improving the allocation of finances from the European Union through the Slovak Academic Association in order to develop international cooperation but also by using finances allocated to carry out mobilities. Mobilities for students and employees of the TUZVO are carried out at the foreign universities following Erasmus Bilateral Agreement in the ERASMUS + programme. 17 European countries participated in the project within the 2017 Call. Bilateral Agreement are between institutions with the same orientation providing subsequent cooperation in planning and delivering study programmes in the fields providing at the University. At the time of the project, 93 Erasmus + agreements with 79 partners from 19 European countries were valid. Following universities are considered the most important partners of the TUZVO: Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague , Mendel University in Brno, Charles University in Prague, Escuela de Arte y Superior de Diseno de Orihuela, and Fachhochschule Salzburg.Enhancing the knowledge and subsequent transferring the knowledge and information in the field of education, science and research are the main aims of the mobilities for students, teachers and employees. In the Erasmus and Erasmus+ programme, a lot of changes in the study programmes in terms of content were made, lectures of foreign teachers to enrich teaching activity were held, the links between partner universities resulting in successful scientific and research projects, summer schools, short-term excursions and student scientific conferences were strengthened.
