On the other hand, fossil fuels that meet most of the energy needs are one of the most important causes of environmental pollution today. As a result of industrial activities, approximately 20 billion tons of carbon dioxide, 100 million tons of sulfur compounds, 2 million tons of lead and other toxic chemical compounds are released into the atmosphere every year. Energy use based on fossil fuels; In addition to the significant negativities such as foreign dependency on fuel, high import expenses and environmental problems, it increases the importance of renewable energy resources due to the rapid depletion of world fossil fuel reserves. Renewable energy sources are not only sustainable because of their sustainability, but also have the importance of being available in every country of the world. In addition, their environmental impact is minimal compared to non-renewable energy sources. It is accepted that renewable energy sources will be the most important energy source in the 21st century if current technical and economic problems are solved. Our school is located in Bucak District of Kozan District, 85 km far from Adana. Our school provides vocational education to the children of families living in agriculture. Our school is disadvantaged in many ways due to its location in the countryside. Our school, which is a source of hope for our region, is expected to offer quality education to its students and offer a quality life. Our school is trying to do vocational education in the best way. However, the fact that our internship opportunities are limited and unqualified reduces the employability of our graduates. Our aim with our project is to expand the use of solar energy in our region on the one hand and to ensure that our students do qualified and quality internship. Our region has unique opportunities in terms of solar energy. As a school, we want our students and entrepreneurs to make the most of these opportunities. The aim of our project is to enable our graduates to see and evaluate these opportunities as entrepreneurs of tomorrow. With our project; With practical training in the installation and operation of the solar power plant, general experience such as locating the station, construction, electrical-electronic assembly, operation of the panels, maintenance of the transmission line, maintenance of the solar panels, and maintenance of the charging unit were provided. There have been various initiatives to transfer examples and good practices in Austria and the Czech Republic to our region, energy sector and our country. With the project, our participants were provided with the opportunity to learn energy gain technologies in the placement of panels in unused areas, roads, garden walls, building walls, especially roofs. In this project, 20 students from the Electrical and Electronics Technologies area of our school participated. The project was implemented as two mobilities. Both activities were held between 02-15 December 2018. Our partner in Austrian mobility is HTL Wien 10 vocational school. 10 students and 1 accompanying teacher participated in this activity. In the activity of the Czech Republic, our partner PRAZSKE SLUZBY AS is the company of the Metropolitan Municipality of Prague. 10 students and 1 accompanying teacher participated in this activity. Our international partners have given certificates and Europass Certificate to our students who do internship with our project. Participants With the internship activity, the rate of preference for the recruitment of our students has increased and the necessary infrastructure has been created to make the energy sector more efficient with the quality workforce in our region. We aim to lay the foundations of solar power plants and electricity production in a region with great potential such as Çukurova. We know that today's newly graduated high school students can become the operators and entrepreneurs of tomorrow. In addition to their professional knowledge and skills, our participants had significant gains in developing foreign language practices, gaining self-confidence, having an entrepreneurial idea, teamwork, problem solving, adaptation to different cultures and EU citizenship, culture, lifestyle and economy. The participants learned the gains of EU citizenship, the benefits of foreign language education and the importance of technical foreign language. In all stages of our project, team work has been carried out with fair and accountability principles and has been completed successfully. In line with the vision 2023 Strategy development target of our country, we have contributed to the training of technical personnel required by the sector.Fair and open methodologies were used in the implementation of our project without compromising transparency.

The most important education materials are the experiment sets in VET.When the curriculum of VET schools are analyzed, it is seen that it is difficult to give microcontroller education with these daily sets. We have prepared this project to overcome these problems, to provide a more efficient environment and experimental sets for our students in microcontrollers lesson, and to ensure that learning is more permanent.<< Implementation >>*4 Transnational meetings: 4 TPMs will be held during the two years project. The participants of these meetings are project teams of the partners. *European robot competition, LTT of students: Students will compete with the robots they will make by themselves with the CCS-C language knowledge..-Creating project team and tools.-Project Website.-Training Kits.-Guidebook in CCSPLinVoc.-Training Videos.-Project DVD.-5 Newsletters.-Best photo of the Project.-Planting Erasmus trees.<< Results >>-To change students’ perception of “Using microcontrollers with CCS-C Programming Language in Vocational Training”.-To decrease absenteeism level in microcontrollers' lesson.-To make teachers learn innovative methodologies about microcontrollers.-To provide better educational services to their students. -To create positive school climate and improve the learning environment.-To improve microcontroller's workshops and lessons in a better way at schools.-Increasing employment of graduates.

After signing the contract, we created a project management board. We informed students about this project by using school boards. We gave information to students who consulted the project management board to get information. We wanted them to fill application documents. We told project to students who applied with an application document and events to be done. In second process of situation, we made interview and chose original and replacement participations with using criteria. We organized a meeting to introduce project to students and their conservators. We signed with students who had exact decision and got parental permission. In the first step of project, preparation works were done about vocational, cultural, and linguistic. We wanted to take more care of for students developing process from their teachers and instructors. We did not rough it because they were successful students. Students, from 11th class, were not able to have much information about work life. Therefore, we organized a trip to Başak Traktör about what is the internship and what employees should follow in their work life. Then, with a trip to Barres, students acquired knowledge about developing and searching sections. Other than this, students got some informations about work security. The first week in Germany, they acquired several knowledge about works, in particular job discipline, workplace rules, work security and field training. With cultural preparation, we organized a meeting to introduce students about Austria, Spain and Germany, namely cities, towns, cultures, currencies and their accommodation places. With second meeting, we introduce them about what should they take with them, flight rules, and airport transfers. With linguistic preparation, we prepared some notes with getting help from our English teachers. We gave these notes to students and wanted them to prepare these notes with using German and Spanish. Students who went to Austria and Germany, they prepared German. Other students who went to Spain, they prepared it Spanish. They had practice on these tasks. They have done second part of linguistic preparation in where they went. In Spain, the first week, they took a basic level Spanish from a Spanish teacher. In Germany, they took language education like similar with Spain. The other part of preparation project was taking passport, buying flight tickets and other tools like these. Students had travel insurance before they have gone. Furthermore, We were in continuous communication with foreign partners, we were getting informations about accommodation, and transfer from airport.
