The objectives of the project are the mobility of students for traineeships in public and/or private institutions in Europe, for a period of 2-12 months (5-30 days for PhD students), the mobility of teachers for teaching purposes as well as the incoming mobility of experts from European enterprises for teaching periods at the Italian universities of the Consortium and the mobility for training purposes of both teachers and technical-administrative staff. TUCEP, together with the participating Italian Universities (University of Perugia, University of Perugia, University of Tuscia, University of Molise, University of Bari, University of Cagliari, University of Ferrara, University of Parma, LUIC, Bari Polytechnic and Marche Polytechnic University) will be responsible for the preparation of the calls for applications, their advertising to students and teaching staff, staff from enterprises and technical-administrative staff, the selection and placement of the winners in public and private bodies, in European companies, at universities, in order to allow the beneficiaries to implement their university and linguistic knowledge, implementing it at the same time with the knowledge acquired during the internship period abroad, in order to improve not only their linguistic knowledge but also their human and personal knowledge, since spending a medium-long period in a context different from one's own also contributes to create integration among different populations; to exchange and improve their know-how, to implement new teaching methods through the acquisition of new skills at a pedagogical level and also for the updating of curricula or the exchange of good practices between the various participating universities.At the end of the internship period, students will be awarded training credits taking into account the work plan indicated in the mobility agreement signed before the start of the internship and will be issued with a certificate of participation in the project and a Europass, while teachers and technical-administrative staff will benefit in the medium and long term in updating their skills.

The project had as main objective the mobility of students/newly graduates in internships at European level in public and/or private organizations, for period of 2-10 months.TUCEP together the Italian University participants to the project (Università degli Studi di Perugia, Università per Stranieri di Perugia, Politecnico di Bari, Università Carlo Cattaneo – LUIC , Università degli Studi del Molise, Università degli Studi della Tuscia, Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro, Università degli Studi di Cagliari, Università degli Studi di Ferrara, Università del Salento, and the other two organizations participating, ETNA and Puccinelli Fondazione Onlus), was involved in the preparation of the call, its advertising from the students also via Facebook, web- site, local journals, take care of the selection and placement of the winners to enable them to implement their academic knowledge and implemented it, also and above all with those acquired during the training abroad, to improve their knowledge not only linguistic but also human and personal, as they spend a period short -medium-long it is, in a context different from their own, it helps to grow influencing their way of thinking.56 Italian students mobility benefited of the EU mobility for a total of 230 monthly (planned 43 students for 152 monthly).Students enrolled at the Italian universities listed above, of all types of degree, both humanistic and scientific, as well as enrolled in graduate and doctoral research schools, have taken advantage of the EU Mobility.They carried out their traineeship in the European Community countries, having as destination Universities, SMEs, NGOs, sports clubs, private and public Research Institutions, International Associates law firms.At the end of the traineeship period, the University of origin have recognized to students the ECTS credits where possible or recognizing the traineeship in the university curriculum, as shown in the learning agreement signed before the internship.It was also awarded a certificate of participation and will also release to the Europass Mobility to the participants.The most immediate positive result is the satisfaction with which almost the 100% of the students have judged the quality traineeship at the end.

Accredited projects for mobility of learners and staff are implemented by organisations holding an Erasmus accreditation. Each accredited project represents a step in the implementation of the organisation's long-term Erasmus Plan.
