And more - not to lose a single young person in the new social order of alternating periods of activity and isolation, which come and go in an unpredictable long-term sequence and duration, and this poses a number of challenges in PLANNING, GOALING, DESIRE and DREAMS. The project will design creative products with open access for application and communication, suitable for use in non-formal education and self-education of young people, will create conditions for training in the external environment during transnational meetings, incl. remote, WILL BUILD NETWORKS for exchange of ideas, good practices related to the daily and current agenda of society, as well as the future of the Earth and humanity in the context of Youth Policies, which today provide key competencies and perceived responsibilities of future managerial, expert and political decisions holders. THE MAIN GOAL of the project is the opportunities for young people from small towns, countries and communities with different cultures to exchange ideas, discuss, propose, experiment, develop know-how and present their views through individual and group events on issues of extreme importance in every sphere of socio-economic life, social relations and communication through culture and art, both in the countries where they live and globally.Implementing the objectives of the ERASMUS + program, the project focuses young people's attention on the BENEFITS and PRACTICAL IMPLEMENTATION of the results of strategic partnerships between organizations from different countries to find the best way to include DIGITAL ONLINE TECHNOLOGIES in everyday life and will propose methods for their inclusion in the new agenda of the society WITHOUT VIOLATING THE BASIC HUMAN NEED FOR PROXIMITY, WARMTH AND EMOTIONALITY. Therefore, we believe that the themes of the project focus in the interests of young people and will provoke their activity, initiative and desire to be involved. Given the fact that the COVID-19 test is a kind of urgent call for action by all countries in a global partnership, YOUNG PEOPLE WILL GET THEIR FIRST SENSE OF RESPONSIBILITY to the community and humanity with the activities they will carry out. In this sense, the SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES of the project are young people to:• increase their initiative, active citizenship and social inclusion through the arts by encouraging them to act at local, national and transnational levels;• gain more confidence in their own capabilities for real impact of processes that depend on the managerial and political will;• increase their knowledge of digital technologies and the use of digital tools to adapt the way creative products, goods and events are created, managed, distributed, made available and consumed;• improve their competencies and acquire key knowledge on the topics covered by the project, incl. their foreign language competencies;• increase their motivation to seek and apply tools and resources for learning, promoting creativity, culture and cultural diversity;• increase their motivation to develop talents and promote entrepreneurship in the field of their interests;• improve their ability to create and manage online information campaigns to multiply project results and maintain their sustainability;• increase their knowledge of cultural diversity by encouraging intercultural participation and the development of creative thinking. The project envisages three TRANSNATIONAL MEETINGS entitled ""Creators of our own world"", two of which are entitled: ""Composing life cleanly"" and ""Invent ourselves again in one brontobyte"" we will perform through the digital capabilities of the e-Twinning platform and one with physical presence of the participants and with a host country - the partner organization from Italy Fattore K, whose choice is not accidental, but related to the specific subject of activity and the most pronounced creative nature, representing theatre performance and theatre ensemble. The project envisages an EDUCATIONAL CAMPAIGN, entitled ""On the way forward"", divided into three modules from which only one implemented in Bulgaria, and the rest – through the eTwinning platform. They are conceptually constructed in the form of trainings and laboratories for non-standard solutions, entitled ""CLOSED FOR CREATION"". Thus, the project composes harmonious actions between different organizations to encourage people of today's and future generations to be innovators and creators of their world."

As a result, we often feel inadequate, rejected, anxieted, inappropriate, or different from what is expected in public. In 2020 March Canadian researcher Karen Horsman has published an article which says that all people experience one or another form of rejection in their lives. The article mentions that young people will experience rejection in their personal relationships (divorce, betrayal), career path (did not succeed to enter to the desired club or school, college and university) or even due to certain individual characteristics - nationality, race, disability or sexual orientation.Often young people experience stress due to the difficulty of adapting to society because they have been rejected or underestimated. And this determines their individual level of independence, self-esteem and emotional intelligence. Not all young people find it easy to overcome life’s challenges, some need help understanding the processes and feelings they go through, how they go through them, and at the same time realizing that similar feelings are experienced by their peers, friends and even adults who also have been rejected by other. It is a well-developed level of emotional intelligence and the ability to recognize one’s feelings that makes it easier for individuals to survive the difficult and critical stages of life. Emotional intelligence is not a new thing. It used to be called human maturity, wisdom, or mental health. Emotional intelligence is a person's personal and interpersonal competencies, which help to ensure a person's emotional and spiritual resilience and allow to experience various feelings: joy, frustration, pain, sadness, loss, etc. In order to raise a person with high emotional intelligence, we need to cultivate four basic aspects of well-being: mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual. For a long time, the school focused only on the development of mental and physical abilities, a little less on the spiritual, and almost no attention was paid to emotional intelligence.Realizing that with the pandemic there is a need for more digital youth work with young people, we will run a social communication campaign for young people on a social network where they spend the most time and create the illusion of their real life. During the project, we will create an Instagram account, in which young people will be interacted on the topics of rejection, disapproval, denial and underestimation, which merge into one topic ""rejected"". In order to make this innovative tool effective, attractive, engaging and interesting for young people, together with our partners, the depersonalized stories of rejection will be used in the video clips, for which we will use young Lithuanian, Italian and Estonian artists. A total of 30 clips will be created that will convey different stories of rejection in a variety of artistic and creative expressions, thus showing young people that rejection is part of our lives, that rejection in some situations leads to others that are not necessarily negative. Finally, to encourage young people to get involved and share their rejection stories in artistic expression, we will invite 90 young people (30 from each project partner country) to create their rejection story on the trash-bin. From the collected works of art, 3 exhibitions (one in each project partner country) with rejection stories will be created, thus showing that rejection, denial, disapproval and underestimation are not moments of life that need to be “thrown in the trash”, it is part of us and we have to live together with it and which we can turn into an opportunity - in this case - an art exhibition."

In addition to the devastating financial consequences, the promotion of culture and the use of art as tools for cohesion and education almost disappeared staying only at the core family level.
