First of all, the project was prepared by Etlik Youth and Sports Club that focuses on youth, takes the spread of tennis sport to the base as a mission and endeavours to train elite tennis players. Besides, the club's management consists of people who have experience in working at the Ministry of Youth and Sports, Turkish Tennis Federation or universities; thus bringing together powerful actors from Turkey and Europe in this project. The project partners are 2 universities and Turkish Tennis Federation from Turkey, and Tennis Europe -the boss of tennis in Europe- and Spanish Tennis Federation with a system that has trained the best tennis players of the

From the moment we open our eyes and start the day, we are faced with many possibilities. At every moment of our lives, we have to make decisions between options. Sometimes we consult people around us when evaluating these options. Especially when making important decisions that will affect our lives, we get support from our family, friends or experienced people. In fact, we aim to transform this counseling we do in our daily life into a more comprehensive, systematic and accessible way. We aim to reach especially to young people who are in the most active period of their lives and need right guidance with mentoring activities. The COVID-19 has interrupted almost all mentoring activities and led to a limited transfer of the good habits and right behaviors between mentors and mentees as well. Mentor and mentee relationship requires ongoing communication and relationship, especially in difficult times. It seems paradoxical when the need for mentor support increases in difficult times, unfortunately the mentor should stay away from mentees due to COVID-19 or other reasons. As a solution to keep the mentoring and also transferring good habits and behaviors alive in case of any interruption between mentor and mentee, the e-mentoring system can become one of the most effective and innovative tools to solve any problem, develop young people regarding their talent, characters and skills, and fulfill the needs of the young people. The Erasmus + Program is bringing together the 6 partners from 4 different countries including Turkey, Romania, Czech Republic and the Netherlands. This partnership aims to increase the awareness of mentoring in Turkey for young people to use their potential in the best way. Objectives that we aim to reach with project activities are as follows;- To increase the awareness of institutions that contact young people about mentoring and to cooperate with institutions so that more young people can benefit from mentoring activities,- To provide young people with experience in different fields with mentoring skills,- Creating a digital platform that can bring mentors and mentees together,- To enable young people to know themselves, to have self-confidence, to increase their creativity, talent and potential in the best way,- Support the mental well-being of young people, especially those affected by the Covid-19 process, and to increase their participation in society by strengthening their social adaptation through the platform,- To encourage young people to acquire good character and good habits through volunteering and social responsibility activities to be a good person. We will carry out various activities to realize these objects;(I) Awareness-raising activitiesThe experiences of partner organizations in the field of mentoring will be shared and mentoring activities in Europe will be examined. In this context, we will work to bring mentoring activities to more young people in Turkey. We will organize a workshop to increase mentoring awareness. 150 participants from representatives of institutions that provide services to young people will participate in the workshop.(II) Mentor training160 young volunteers, age between 20-30, with experience in different fields will be given mentoring training. After this training, mentors will take part in the e-mentoring platform we will create. These young people will acquire lifelong skills.(III) E-mentoring platform, e-mentors' need analysis, and a toolkit for volunteer e-mentors.We will create a digital mentoring platform where mentors can meet with mentees without time or space restrictions together with e-mentor's need analysis and a toolkit for volunteer e-mentors. Young mentees will be able to communicate with people who will guide them on many issues. With the support of the mentors, they will get to know themselves better, use more of their potential and learn to make the most of the opportunities. With the help of this platform, we aim to reach at least 5000 young people between 15-30 years old within the project period.(IV) DisseminatingWe will organize a dissemination event so that the platform will continue to be used after the project is over. 150 representatives from state institutions, non-governmental organizations, universities and press members working with young people will participate in this event. When the project is completed we expect to have an increased awareness of mentoring in Turkey. We expect young people who benefit from e-mentoring activities to reveal their potential, to be aware of the opportunities ahead, to make the right choices, to be mentally healthy and to develop themselves intellectually. We expect that the platform will reach into a large audience at the local and transnational level even after the project is over and serve as a tool of the intercultural dialogue between young people.

Regardless of your specialty, you will need at least a few ""flexible skills"". To be successful at work, you need to get along well with colleagues, clients, managers, and bosses. Therefore, employers especially value people with whom they are well developed. Soft skills are useful in all areas, are formed in childhood, and are associated with emotional intelligence. Hard skills are narrow professional skills that are needed to solve specific problems in everyday work. For example, for a designer, ""hard skills"" will be the possession of graphic editors, and for a carpenter, the ability to handle a jigsaw. Hard skills can be learned in a matter of weeks, and their effectiveness can be measured. Hard skills are needed for specific tasks, are formed in the learning process, and are based on technical knowledge. In 2017, there was a survey, where people were asked about the occupation and how they achieve it, 85% percent of them said, that soft skills were more valuable than hard skills.Nowadays, we see how many youths don’t know what to do after a university, they are confused what is the next step, even sometimes when they got a job, they are got fired, because had conflicts with colleagues, can’t hold the pressure, as a result, couldn’t solve issues which were on them. The main aims will be:•To provide youth full information of the hard skills and soft skill, what is the difference between them•Using nonformal education as a method to get awareness how is a better act in different situations•Participants will have the opportunity to experience the activities practically, which we will organize•As our project is about soft skills, to increase the understanding of how to use it properly, for achieving the aims, during and after the project•Ensuring equal opportunity for participants in receiving the possibilities of soft skills•In the project which we will realize, by choosing experienced and inexperienced individuals, first one who have previously participated in the Erasmus plus projects, and by providing information to inexperienced individuals, to ensure that more believers benefit from this and similar projects.•To raise awareness about types of soft skills, such as communication, critical thinking, solving problems, constructive dialogue, the information which be prepared by taking into consideration the obstacles by carrying out the activity and to increase the awareness of the participants on this criteria. The above-mentioned goals are combined with the goals of Erasmus + projects at many points. Some of these are:- Equal access of all young people to higher education and training in Education and Training, reducing early school drop-outs, - Establishing a dialogue with young people on participation, which is the fourth goal, and developing mechanisms that will facilitate the participation of young people in the process of developing national policies, - Support in realizing the potential of youth work and youth centers as means of involvement in Social Inclusion, combating prejudice, and developing cross-cultural awareness. It is clearly seen that it converges and resembles such targets. Things we need while realizing our project; -For security, we need to contact the Police forces, and then official documents to obtain the necessary permits, then our general accommodation, travel, food needs, seminar room, t-shirts, necessary official permits, and most importantly, the approval of the project.<< Implementation >>Countries: Turkey, Italy, Romania, Spain, Ukraine Location: AnkaraDay 1:Arrival DayDay 2:Genre: IntroductionMethod: Learning through playTask: Meetings and socialization games will be played with all participants. By constantly announcing our project in the press, we will attract the attention of the local people to our project. We will ensure that the participation is high by announcing our Culture Fair event, which we will hold in the open area and will be open to the participation of local people. In this way, we will have the chance to raise awareness of as many people as possible about soft skills, how to resist high pressure, which is the subject of our project. We will also ensure that the local people participating in this activity are informed about the Erasmus + program. While the stands of all countries will be at the Culture Fair, a stand will also be opened for the Erasmus + program. Our Ukrainian participants here will inform the local people about our project and the Erasmus + program. Thus, we will have created positive awareness in the local community about the difference between hard skill and soft skills and the valuable impact in real lives, as well as about the Erasmus + program. We expect young people from different countries of Europe with different cultures and profiles to realize what they can achieve together and thus perceive the benefits of the Erasmus + program. During our Project we want to reach and influence people through the regional press. Thanks to the observation of the activities we have reached, we want the people of the region to be aware of the definition of soft skills, how it created, for parents how to taught their children properly to do for the best them, and what is the right way for countries to increase awareness of how important is using soft skills in daily lives. The fact that the people of the region also have information about the Erasmus + program, raising awareness about what the program is and what it is implemented for, are among the effects we expect the people of the region to realize that they can benefit from this program. It is to raise awareness about soft skills, the negative effects of lack of information of soft skills as a result, bad communications with colleagues, partners, friends. Another effect we expect is to create positive awareness about the Erasmus + program and its achievements, to enable our citizens to discover that they can participate in the Erasmus + program and to motivate them to take part in the program. We want to leave the impact we expect at the European level on as many people as we can, via social media. We want to give information about soft skills in Europe. In addition, in the people we reach, strengthened intercultural awareness, increasing active social participation, raising awareness of Erasmus + program projects and EU values, and increasing the motivation to take part in the Erasmus + program are among the effects we expect."
