    Encouraged by the new opportunities offered by the ERASMUS + the INFA has decided in 2014 to equip the 12 regional delegations of a new European strategy and international whose mobility project in Europe INVEST was the first stone.This ambitious program was increased mobility of learners over previous Leonardo projects and mobilization of personal trainers and direction to create a new dynamic, developing new methods, tools and educational guidelines.3 types of participants were targeted by the project INVEST in Europe at national level:The vocational trainees in the areas of t ourism and hospitality -Catering preparing for Title s s Professional level V and IV. 38 trainees have achieved the 3 periods of mandatory rotation in a European company for internship 4 to 6 weeks.37 graduates of INFA for less than 12 months, without distinction of degree level, were able to complete their mobility through additional training module for enhancing professional skills, language and cross. These post-training courses had a lasting e 2 to 4 months depending on professional projects of the candidates, availability and companies.6 members of INFA staff have conducted observation and discovery short assignments (2 to 4 days excluding travel) to discover other practices in their industry, to explore new teaching methods and / or integration of a European dimension in their education or training site.Originally positioned on the waiting list, this project started with 6 months delay which delayed the dissemination of information to the final beneficiaries and the implementation of the first mobility. The condition of the mobility of the INVEST program shows a realization of 92,50% of learners course with 75 departures on 80 and 100% of personal mobility (6/6).Furthermore, in addition to very good rate of return to work and satisfaction of beneficiaries of the mobility in Europe INVEST project had an important institutional impact within the INFA with the creation a post of coordinator of European projects at the national level, better identification of the mobility and generally ERASMUS + in s regional delegations, the inclusion of the European and international strategy in the new development plan for the Institute. 6 of regional delegations have invested in sending their students.

    INVEST in Europe”– INFA Vocational Education, Skills and Training” – is a national mobility project promoted by INFA, Institut National de Formation et d’Application, involving 5 regional delegations. Mainly focused on vocational training courses concerning the tourism, hospitality-catering and animation sectors, the project enabled 23 VET learners and 24 recent graduates, as well as 11 staff members to participate in a professional placement in England, Irland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Belgium and Italy. INFA considers international mobility as an asset for professionalization and access to the labour market for the youth and participants in VET. Thus, INVEST in Europe advocates for those mobility periods abroad as an integral part of the vocational training as well as the lifelong learning process, which will lead to the acquisition of new professional and soft skills in another European country, it will enhance the professional competences already acquired and promote the global employability of the participants. Based on our expertise regarding the professionally-focused mobility projects, INVEST in Europe is implemented by INFA Europe, department in charge of the European projects for more than 12 years. It will notably contribute to an added value to the provided training in our Institutes.Furthermore, the project supports the professional mobility of the staff involved within the regional centres, with the objective of discovering innovative pedagogical approaches used in other European countries.

    "The INFA Vocational Education Skills and Training in Europe (INFA) project ""Erasmus + INVEST in Europe"" was born with the start of the Erasmus + program in 2014. It continues to open up to Europe to our learners and staff, and is part of the internationalization project of our foundation implemented through a European Development Plan for the period 2014/2020.The INVEST project has enabled learners from the various training centers of the INFA Foundation to carry out periods of professional experience from 2 weeks to 5 months in a European company and in a vocational training center. The participants, from the professionnal fields of tourism, the hotel and restaurant branch and digital training path's had the opportunity to make a stay in Europe during the training or afterwards, as part of a complementary module. The project also gave the staff of our centers the opportunity to do observation training at training centers and vocational schools.From 2016 to 2018, the project enabled 47 participants, including 42 learners, to complete a professional internship in 8 European countries: Germany, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Finland, Croatia, Portugal, and England."

    The CODE CAMPING project, which has just ended, is the result of a long-term study conducted by the INFA Foundation in conjunction with partner companies, on the possibilities of building training courses to better meet the skills needs, and to work on employability. 6 partners representing companies, training centers, CFA, active in the tourism sector and more specifically in the outdoor hotel industry, decided to discuss their practices and more specifically on the ongoing changes and the link between development economy, innovation and the need for training to adapt or respond to demands for skills. The INFA, a vocational training center working mainly to develop employability through training adapted to the needs of businesses and a new demand for skills. In collaboration with the Open Air Hotel Union and the CFA tourisme, the INFA implements the apprenticeship training Technicien d'accueil touristique. The Open-Air Hotel Union brings together 99 campsites in Gironde and, in conjunction with other partners, is developing ongoing training programs to develop skills in the sector. The Training Center for Apprentices Animation, Sport, Tourism, CFA hors murs guarantee apprenticeships organized with the INFA and the SDHPA. The association Top Camping Quality, representing 39 campsite of very high quality in Croatia. Mein Platz, a marketing platform that promotes campsites in 10 European countries through a customer experience and according to criteria taking into account new developments in the sector, including the increase in trips by campers. Caravan Center, a company selling caravans and equipment and promoting a concept of camping towers otherwise. Over a period of 18 months, the partners first worked on an analysis of the changes underway in the tourism sector of the outdoor hotel industry. Two steering meetings and two study visits lasting 5 days each were organized, in France and in Croatia, to discuss current practices and developments. The exchanges during and during the project led to three major results: - identify a common list of changes currently under way in different countries and at European level in this sector - to evoke concepts allowing the development of the companies of the camping in the concern of a lengthening of the seasons - the recognition of a greater need for training through practical training in Europe, the latter with training and skills development needs in the sector. - Need for transnational training to meet the new needs and expectations of European customers Among the impacts, we note for all the partners the development of a supranational vision of the functioning in the sector of activity, according to the local data. The exchanges and activities revealed interesting practices that can lead to changes in practices at the national level for sector partners. The project has helped to develop a common vision concerning ongoing developments at European level and an exchange of fruitful practices, and a willingness to work on future cooperation with a view to setting up reciprocal trainees and / or joint training of employees. The project has helped to create a new network, to reflect together on a common issue at European level and to lay the foundations for future long-term cooperation.

    "The INVEST in Europe project 2017 -2019, ""INFA Vocational Education Skills and Training"" is a mobility project of the INFA Foundation, National Institute of Training and Application, concerning all the delegations on the national territory. Focusing mainly on training in the sectors of tourism, hotel and catering and animation, the project has enabled 5 learners, including 2 apprentices, to enjoy a professional stay in a European country. INFA sees international mobility as a tool for professionalization and access to employment for young people in lifelong training schemes. Two apprentices from the center of Nogent sur Marne, training as sound techniciens, have benefited from a two-month mobility in a partner company in London. 2 students from Narbonne training as receptionists have had the opportunity to develop and improuve their professional competences and language skills also in London. Finally, a former student with the professional title webdesign, took advantage of the post-training project to do a 3 month internship in Portugal.With our project INVEST in Europe, mobility periods are conceived as an integral and structuring part of professional training or post-training periods as part of a complementary module. They will allow the acquisition of new skills and knowledge in another country of the European community, improve existing professional skills through a confrontation with practices in other professional contexts, and promote globally in the short and medium term, the employability of the participants."
