In this project we will use games as a tool that offers us the possibility to overcome the language barrier in order to share experiences. The common rules of the game and the similar types of games in several European countries allow people speaking different languages to play together. With the use of language animation we will discover the same or similar words in different languages, create confidence in the foreign language skills of the young people and strengthen the motivation to start or continue their learning in the same ones. The specific objectives of this project are the following: - To use language animation as a very useful tool to encourage communication in Erasmus+ projects and motivation for language learning. - To give young workers different tools to use language animation both in participation and in the organization of international projects. - To exchange experiences, good practices and methodological tools related to language animation. - To work on the creation of language animation resources that can be consulted and used in future international projects. - To create a network of partnerships to develop future projects promoting language animation in different social areas. << Implementation >>""LET’S SPEAK"" is a project for 26 youth workers from 8 organizations from 8 different countries (France, Germany, Italy, Greece, Spain, Turkey, North Macedonia, Romania). The training will take place in Hamburg from 11st to 18th March 2024. The participants of this training will be youth workers, who are interested in or work in contact with young people in their associations or at work in their local communities, such as teachers, trainers, volunteers, mentors, etc., and who want to have a first approach to the project theme. In addition, youth workers must have knowledge of at least 2 languages (English and mother tongue) and knowledge of another language would be a major asset. Specific activities to the non-formal methodology will be developed with planned objectives according to the needs of the participating organizations. << Results >>Youth workers will acquire new knowledge and tools and develop attitudes and skills necessary for the implementation and development of projects within their respective organizations and local communities. In particular, this project will help youth workers to: - Discover the language and culture of other participants and reflect on their own language and culture. - Develop awareness and curiosity about the language and culture of others. - Become familiar with the principles and objectives of language facilitation, language acquisition activities, group dynamics, the role of the language facilitator, intercultural learning, etc. - Meet a new professional figure: the ""language facilitator"", an innovative set of skills that combines language teaching skills with the typical skills of social facilitators and intercultural mediators. - To get playful resources in language animation to apply in their daily work with their organizations and with the their local communities."

The dramatic changes in global economies in recent years have been associated with the transformation of technology and all of this has an impact on education, work organization, our homes and our social life. To cope with the increasing pace and evolution of modern life, young people need entrepreneurial skills such as flexibility, initiative, self-esteem, critical thinking and more. These skills can not only boost their personal and professional development, but also reduce or eliminate the percentage of youth unemployment in Europe and increase both social inclusion and quality of life. Realizing the importance of entrepreneurial skills, we need to know how to support young people in their development, possess a set of methods and tools to facilitate the development of these skills. Young people today must be equipped with the appropriate knowledge, information and tools. And this youth exchange was set up to support them in this area and awaken their entrepreneurial curiosity. With 4 other partner associations, we organized a youth meeting around the theme of the company, and it took place in Angoulême from April 22 to 30, 2019.

Assault, deadly or not, perpetrated by young people contribute greatly worldwide total number of premature deaths, injuries and disabilities. This violence results in serious damage not only to the victims but also for families, friends and communities. There are close links between youth violence and other forms of violence. Violent youth often commit a series of crimes and display other social and psychological problems. It is estimated that in 2000, 199,000 young people have been killed worldwide, equivalent to death every day 565 children 10 to 29 years due to interpersonal violence. Homicide rates among young people, however, vary greatly from one region or country to another and almost everywhere, they are much lower in girls than in boys. For each person killed in an episode of violence, 20-40 receive injuries requiring hospitalization. The studies we showed that drunkenness is an important immediate situational factor that can cause violent reactions. In episodes of violence leading to non-fatal injuries, firearms are much less used than in fatal attacks: the attacker more frequently resort to fists, feet, knives or to sticks.Physical fighting and bullying or harassment are also more common among young people. A study of school children in 27 countries found that the majority of 13 year olds in most countries in the study had exercised bullying or harassing others at least occasionally. The main individual factors related to personality and behavior that can associate with youth violence are:• hyperactivity• impulsivity• insufficient self-control• attention problems• a history of aggressive behavior• a low level of education. The family environment plays a fundamental role in the development of violent behavior in young people. A number of family factors are associated with youth violence: inadequate supervision of children by parents, hard corporal punishment to discipline children from parental conflict in earlyChildren insufficient attachment between parents and children a mother who had her first child too young separation or divorce of parents at a young age low family cohesion low socio-economic level. It was also associated with violence among young people with delinquent peers.Factors such as income inequality, rapid demographic change in young populations and urbanization have been linked to the development of youth violence. Cultures that do not offer non-violent solutions to conflict seem to know a higher frequency of violence among young people. As part of this project, we want to work on this issue with young people from 17 to 20 years, from so-called sensitive areas or experiencing a recurrence of this phenomenon in their immediate environment. One approach, through drawing, is attempted to curb violent behavior of young people. Our intervention tool will be drawing to change the skills, attitudes and personal beliefs. It is implemented and designed to help young people to control their anger, resolve conflicts and try to identify the sources of violence, put a word to best combat it.Of citizenship education workshops will be held during the exchange. In practice, it generally trigger a more or less serious (harassment in the schoolyard, deliberate act of violence, for example.) For one concrete plans to implement a prevention, we the plans and realizes that.As part of this project, the attacks of Charlie Hebdo and urban violence will serve as the framework for this project. We want to enable young people to develop tools that allow them to externalize their feelings in relation to the violence and put a word through drawing. We organize this meeting between young around the central theme of violence as a tool of expression with the drawing, in the city of Comics ie ANGOULEME. And it will bring together 50 participants from France, Italy, Turkey and the Czech Republic. It will take place from 23 to 30 November 2015.

When people face risks in their home country, they tend to migrate seeking a safe place and shelter where to settle down. Yet, they face new challenges such as adaptation and integration regarding language, culture, social norms, social values & attitudes of the recipient society towards foreigners. There are various social policies which target to facilitate the integration process of the latter and contribute towards an inclusive society. Social integration is obviously the aim of the policy-makers when it comes to migrant issues, but sometimes is not ample as it has many different levels/pitches. We believe that, by encouraging and supporting migrants/refugees to start-up a business can make it easier for them to get adapted/integrated, to cooperate with locals and make them have the sense of belonging, participation and inclusion. We chose to jot down such a YE Program together with our young beneficiaries (refugees/migrants/ and youth with fewer opportunities) who will contribute to the activities, by sharing different ideas and mindset as well as by disseminating the outputs of the multi-cultural group working. Through this Youth Exchange we intent to bring together group leaders with youth work background on entrepreneurship and 3 facilitators experienced on migrant/refugee issues and entrepreneurship, young people without and with fewer opportunities (migrants/refugees) regardless of their gender interested in the topic or who might have an entrepreneurial idea but do not know where to start from 18 to 30 years old, youth without and with fewer opportunities (migrants/refugees) already involved in entrepreneurship businesses making a total of 36 participants (8+1). Moreover, we as a consortium deem that this intervention is pertinent to the situation (pandemic) which has worsened the position of migrants/refugees all over the world including here Europe. The countries involved in this project are: Sweden, Germany, France, and Spain. This youth exchange will be a space for all the above mentioned groups to explore, discuss, share, get inspired, identify the problems and reach any possible solutions. The main objectives of this project are: • To facilitate the interaction and cooperation between youngsters without and with fewer opportunities by implementing common entrepreneurial projects • To encourage the spirit of entrepreneurial initiative among migrants/refugees of age 18-30 years old; • To raise awareness on the importance of social inclusion of people/youth with fewer opportunities in EU countries complex societies • To promote the importance of entrepreneurship on integration process of migrants in countries part of this project as host societies of migrants and refugees; • To create space for exchanging methodology approaches about entrepreneurship • To disseminate and spread around the project's results & and bring into the light issues that unprivileged groups face and faced notably during the lockdown. The overall aim of the project is to foster social inclusion of people (youth with fewer opportunities migrants/refugees) through means of entrepreneurship. Partners have been selected through an open call and from previous collaborations working in the field of youth and entrepreneurship. We tried to bring together in one “table” countries which have faced internal and external waves of migration, countries that have been from time to time generating migrants and those which have been hosting them, participants will have the chance to look at things in a range of angels. The venue-city is Barcelona, Spain as a place affected by migration and due to this it has turned out to be more and more diverse.<< Implementation >>The main activity to be implemented will be the youth exchange which will last for 11 days (including travel days) and will guide the participants through a journey of discovering what actually entrepreneurship is about, understand its context and explore possibilities in the different countries in the EU. Free space during the YE will be offered in order for the participants to brainstorm and finalize on ideas that will boost entrepreneurship chances in their local communities, as a tool that will foster migrants' integration and social inclusion. As the activity itself, is a non-formal education tool to raise awareness and tackle certain issues, the activities to be carried out within the frame of the Youth Exchange will be also non-formal education methods such as: discussions, debates (House of Parliament format), video presentations, study visit, social games, Human Library, working groups, team building activities etc. Apart from the main activity, follow-up activities will be implemented at least 2 per partner (participants will be largely responsible for them) that will be info-session, workshop or video. A detailed plan of the activities, is shown in the timetable of the activities, attached in the annex section. The total number of participants will be 36, respectively: (8) participants and (1) Group Leader per each partner. The total number of partners is 4 partners. Four of participants will be with fewer opportunities (migrants/refugees) and 4 of them without, inside the group we will make sure to respect gender balance by having an equal number of males and females. This goes not only for Youth Exchange but will be valid for follow-up activities to and notably for info-sessions and workshops.<< Results >>The activities that will be taken under this Youth Exchange will reach certain results: Boosted the level of confidence and competence working on migrant and entrepreneurship issues of 36 participants; - Encouraged the spirit of entrepreneurial initiative at participants of the Youth Exchange but also, youth part of follow-up activities, One brochure created and published online, - At least 10 follow up activities conducted, 12 awareness raising and sensibilisation - Participants expanded their knowledge on entrepreneurship and migration issues- videos produced _Expanding their network since they will be cooperating with other people while working on their social or business entrepreneurial activity;- Expand the network of organizations working across borders of the country where the project will be implemented, - Create space for building international and cross-sectoral partnership using social resources for future cooperation and contributing to a better and more inclusive European society.
