    Our project called as ‘ TRIZ for entrepreneurs’ carried out in 14- 22 August 2017 in Samsun with 2 participants ( Including Trainers) from 8 countries ( Turkey, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, France Latvia, Lithuania and Slovenia). The total period of the Project including travel days were 9 days. The Project consists of three categories such as general , social and cultural subjects , entrepreneurship training and TRIZ training. In the first category there are some activities based on general, social and cultural subjects such as general information about the Project, welcoming, acquaintance and joining together , expectations from the Project, creativity development exercises , information based upon European citizenship , national agencies Erasmus + Opportunities and youthpass , technical and cultural visits. In the second category which is entrepreneurship training some subjects such as basic of entrepreneurship , job simulator , job plan, job model presentation , innovation management and role model and participant meeting will be handled. In the TRIZ training category the basic subjects such as creativity , perfection, improvement of technical system, identifying and formulation of problems, contradiction matrix, useful principles will be handled. All these activities will be carried out involving both individual and group activities by practical training and interactive . All these activities in this category will be compiled for the participants should not get bored. In our Project it is aimed to raise the capacity , skill and knowledge of the youth leaders and youth workers in order to guide these young people in our partner institutions to gain basic skills about creating social changes , taking risk , innovation, finding fund for themselves, reaching opportunities and overcoming deprivation in social areas . After this training;* they understood youth studies and youth participation in our daily life much better and wider. *they found out solutions sharing the problems as they take part in decission making structures. *they understood the youth needs and their enterprising and innovative potential. *they learnt the basic and main features of TRIZ which is found only in patents and leads us to patent directly after method is learned. *Our Project has contributed to promote Turkey and Turkish culture and different cultures. And also youth participation from different cultures will provide a chance to improve actions and declaration of ideas . *This Project would cause them to use the practices they gain in solution their problems, in their organisations, homelands and in their lives.

    "<< Objectives >>GIOCHI CULTURALI è un progetto che voleva promuovere la diversità culturale e lo stile di vita sano attraverso la presentazione di sport e giochi tradizionali europei. Il motivo che ci ha spinto a creare questo progetto è nato dalla nostra percezione ed esperienza secondo cui lo sport può essere un mezzo potente ed efficace per legare persone di diversa estrazione e creare un ambiente multiculturale. Il progetto ha raggiunto i seguenti obiettivi specifici:- rafforzare la connessione interculturale in Europa attraverso la presentazione del multiculturalismo europeo sotto forma di giochi e sport tradizionali nei diversi paesi europei;- sensibilizzare all'importanza di uno stile di vita sano attraverso l'esecuzione di diversi giochi e sport e sottolineando i risultati positivi che essi stesi producono;- migliorare le capacità delle organizzazioni giovanili e le competenze dei giovani leader nell'organizzazione di attività sportive benefiche nelle loro comunità, volte ad attivare i giovani, comprese le persone con minori opportunità;- sottolineare l'importanza di sostenere la diversità culturale attraverso attività di apprendimento non formale volte a presentare i vantaggi del multiculturalismo dell'UE.<< Implementation >>Le attività dello scambio giovanile sono state i giochi tradizionali, gli sport e le attività all'aperto condivise e svolte dai partecipanti. Dopo ogni attività svolta i partecipanti hanno riflettuto sui benefici per la salute che questi giochi potrebbero produrre.Oltre ai giochi e al fine di aumentare la sua dimensione di diversità culturale, il programma del progetto ha compreso anche una serie di workshop e sessioni di apprendimento sulla diversità culturale.CULTURE GAMES ha riunito trenta giovani e leader giovanili interessati ai giochi sportivi e alle attività all'aperto, nonché alla promozione della diversità culturale.La cooperazione con le organizzazioni partner è stata istituita in precedenti progetti Erasmus +.. La condizione iniziale che ha guidato la selezione dei partner era quella di includere organizzazioni con esperienza e interesse per le attività sportive. In questo modo, intendevamo avere un vantaggio bilaterale: da un lato abbiamo avuto come partner organizzazioni interessate alle attività sportive, mentre i nostri partner, dall'altro, hanno avuto l'opportunità di condividere le loro competenze ed esperienze nei progetti sportivi per giovani e sviluppare le proprie competenze e motivazioni per l'organizzazione di iniziative simili nelle loro comunità. In particolare:• Volonterski Centar Bitola (Macedonia settentrionale) ha esperienza nell'organizzazione di attività sportive per bambini nel loro centro locale per bambini di strada;• Bulgarian Youth Association (Bulgaria) ha esperienza nell'organizzazione di tornei sportivi per studenti delle scuole superiori;• Aktif Gençlik ve Spor Kulübü Derneği (Turchia) è un'organizzazione giovanile con esperienza sportiva(ha la parola sport anche nel suo nome), con una vasta esperienza in iniziative sportive e progetti Erasmus;• New East (Lettonia) è un'organizzazione giovanile relativamente nuova ma è già stata votata come la migliore ONG dai giovani della propria regione, con una crescente esperienza e sempre più interesse per le attività sportive per i giovani.L'altra condizione era che anche le organizzazioni partner di questo progetto fossero attive o interessate a promuovere la diversità culturale. Discutendo del loro interesse iniziale di essere partner nel progetto ""GIOCHI CULTURALI"", come specificato nella descrizione del profilo della loro organizzazione, i partner hanno condiviso l'opinione secondo cui l'idea creativa di promuovere la diversità culturale attraverso lo sport ,su cui si è basato questo progetto, corrisponda con le loro ambizioni di arricchire la loro offerta di attività benefiche a supporto della diversità culturale all'interno della loro comunità locale, nonché di fornire loro nuovi metodi e pratiche di lavoro per i giovani ,per coinvolgerli attivamente, compresi coloro i quali hanno minori opportunità. In particolare abbiamo favorito i giovani migranti o di diversa provenienza etnica, sociale o culturale. In questo contesto di incoraggiamento all'accettazione della diversità culturale, la formazione della rete dei partner del progetto è stata anche guidata dal piano per includere paesi in cui vi è stata una recente destabilizzazione culturale visibile e una minaccia di aumento del nazionalismo, come Turchia, Bulgaria e Macedonia settentrionale , evidenziato dalla crescente influenza della retorica nazionalista in questi paesi. Al fine di avere una più ampia diversità geografica e culturale dei paesi partecipanti, abbiamo incluso anche la Lettonia.<< Results >>Il progetto ha fornito una maggiore conoscenza della diversità culturale in Europa sotto forma di giochi tradizionali nelle diverse culture europee e nella sensibilizzazione sul potenziale dello sport e delle attività all'aperto, come mezzo per unire persone di diversa provenienza. Inoltre, i risultati del progetto sono stati i nuovi giochi europei all'aperto creati dai partecipanti, che incorporano elementi di vari giochi europei.Con la sua idea, i suoi obiettivi, i suoi contenuti, le sue attività e i suoi partner, CULTURAL GAMES contribuisce a sensibilizzare sull'importanza di adottare uno stile di vita più sano e fisicamente più attivo e a sostenere il carattere multiculturale e il legame interculturale dell'Europa. Inoltre, i giochi culturali hanno contribuito a modificare la percezione dello sport e dei campi sportivi come mezzi per incoraggiare il nazionalismo e la radicalizzazione tra i giovani e per promuovere l'immagine opposta: campi esclusivamente per lo sport e la competizione culturale tra i popoli.Durante le varie attività del Progetto i giovani hanno avuto la possibilità di condividere ed eseguire giochi sportivi tradizionali del loro paese e, come gruppo, lavorare per creare un gioco europeo unificante. In questo modo, il progetto ha affrontato due esigenze centrali: in primo luogo, ha risposto alla necessità di promuovere uno stile di vita sano tra i giovani, motivandoli a rompere l'inattività fisica. La seconda necessità a cui ha risposto il progetto è stata sottolineare l'importanza di rafforzare il carattere multiculturale dell'UE per il futuro stabile dell'Europa. Questa dimensione culturale del progetto nasce dalla percezione del potere dello sport, visibile e testimoniato in una serie di giochi di squadra, come uno strumento molto efficace per riunire persone di diversa estrazione e stimolare l'unità."

    Europe is facing a high number of unemployed young people. The consequences of high unemployment are not mere economic, but Europe also risks a 'lost generation' of young people that, because they cannot participate in society, deals with low self-esteem, low motivation and even radicalization of thoughts and cynicism. It is a threat to the personal development of these young people as well as society and Europe as a whole. The project corresponds with the main aims and priorities of the European Commission in the development and the implementation of strategic document for stimulation of the intelligence growth of the capacity of the target groups and the main participants of the European Educational System.The project offer is addressed to the aims, challenges and needs in the education policy and the spreading of knowledge among young people in the sphere of entrepreneurship and the exchange of good practices in the sector of the international partners. According to the plan in the field of Entrepreneurship till 2020 there must be done investments in the change of community’s perception of entrepreneurs, in the education of entrepreneurship and in support of the groups which are not as strongly presented towards the entrepreneurs as the others. 31 yout workers will gather for one week to discuss the problem of entreneurship.

    ‘Get Updated: Project for Professional Development of Youth Workers’ was a project aimed at enhancing competencies that youth workers coming from the Republic of North Macedonia, United Kingdom, Italy, Greece, Hungary, Poland, Croatia, Finland, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Spain, Romania, Bulgaria needed to be able to adequately respond to the needs and interests of young people and fully support their development and active participation in the society. By empowering youth workers, the project contributed to developing quality of activities delivered by youth organizations and quality of support systems for youth activities work at European level. The objectives of the project ‘Get Updated: Project for Professional Development of Youth Workers’ were as follows: -To reflect on needed competencies of youth workers in areas of emotional intelligence, conflict management and communication; -To experience methods and techniques to increase competencies in area of emotional intelligence, conflict management and communication; -To support participants in mastering experienced techniques and methods and transferring these methods and technique to their work with young people, including young people with fewer opportunities; -To explore online tools and resources available for professional development of youth workers; -To promote the exchange of good practices in area of professional development of youth workers; -To provide space to work on development of new ideas addressing the need of professional development of youth work with support of Erasmus + Programme, Key Action 1. The objectives of the project ‘Get Updated: Project for Professional Development of Youth Workers’ were addressed through methods and techniques of non-formal education during two training courses. The first training course focused on emotional intelligence and was realized in the United Kingdom in June 2019. The second training course addressed communication and conflict management and was realized in the Republic of North Macedonia in September 2019. Both training courses were tailored to specific profiles of the participants with main aim to increase quality of youth work and to contribute to creating quality support system providing young people needed support for personal and professional development. In total on both training Courses took place 68 youth workers from 15 countries. The key impact of the project was in increasing the competencies of directly involved participants in the areas of emotional intelligence, communication and conflict management. The participants were encouraged to transfer their new competencies at their work with young people and increase quality of work of their organizations.One of the project result is the booklet developed during the two project activities.     EVS (European Voluntary Services) is one the key activities of Erasmus + Programme giving young people, including those with fewer opportunities, unique opportunity to gain new competencies, increase self-esteem and self-confidence and contribute to the development of the communities in their sending and hosting countries. By the project ‘Step into EVS: Developing Competencies of Organizations to Host, Send and Coordinate EVS’ we aim to respond on the needs of organizations motivated to become sending/hosting/coordinating organizations of EVS volunteers and organization who already have accreditation and they are looking for opportunities to increase quality of their services in the EVS field. Project Goal:To raise quality of EVS (European Voluntary Service) in participating countries.Project Objectives: a) To increase participants understanding of Erasmus + Programme with special focus to be paid to EVS (European Voluntary Service);b) To develop participant’s knowledge of the process of accreditation as first step to take in the process of becoming sending, hosting or coordinating organization of EVS, to develop capacities of the organizations to prepare quality accreditation for EVS and successfully go through accreditation process;c) To increase participants’ knowledge of EVS project cycle and raise their competencies to create networks with other organizations, prepare EVS application for submission to National Agencies, being able to manage the EVS project and prepare final report;d) To raise competencies of the organizations to support EVS volunteer in his/her learning process and with his/her integration to new environment;e) To increase participant’s competencies (teamwork, leadership, communication, creativity) through participation in various non-formal based activities in intercultural settings that they can apply in the process of implementation EVS projects;f) To support development of new partnerships and networks aiming to create and implement quality EVS projects giving young people including young people with fewer opportunities an opportunity to make a difference.Project ‘Step into EVS: Developing Competencies of Organizations to Host, Send and Coordinate EVS’ consist from two mobility activities. In both activities will participate participants coming from following countries: Macedonia, Finland, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden.In each activity will take part 32participants (youth workers, leaders, project coordinators and managers) strongly motivated to develop their competencies in EVS field. The project will also include people with fewer opportunities. Each partner will have responsibility to prepare 1 participant with fewer opportunities for each activity.Activity 1: training course host by Macedonian partner Volunteers Centre Skopje in Struga, Macedonia, dates of the activity: 20.7. - 27. 7. 2016 (excluding travel days). In the training course will participate 32 participants, from which there will be 2 Trainers and 1 support staff from Macedonia and 2 support staff and 1 Expert from Finland .Activity 2: study visit host by the applicant Maahanmuuttajien työ, koulutus ja kulttuuri ry in Espoo, Finland, dates of the activity: 1.3. - 7.3. 2017 (excluding travel days). In the study visit will participate 32 participants, from which there will be 2 Trainers and 1 support staff from Macedonia and 2 support staff and 1 Expert from Finland .Main aim of both activities is to develop capacities of the participants and organizations to provide quality EVS activities to young people including young people with fewer opportunities and to increase the quality of EVS in participating countries. Both of the activities will be based on non-formal methods and techniques and involved experts will pay attention by using various working methods to meet needs and expectations of the participants. The project will have strong impact on various levels especially on directly involved participants and participating organizations. Besides these groups, from the project will especially benefit organizations visited during the study visit that will have an opportunity to create new contacts and get to know practices from participant’s countries and also young people, including young people with fewer opportunities, coming from participating countries. They will benefit from quality EVS opportunities giving them an opportunity to develop their competencies.
