"<< Background >>The coordinator and consortium's partners decided to work together in this project, because they came to a similar conclusion: the need to develop entrepreneurship for young people with inclusion's problems (because living in rural or peripheral revitalization areas or in political districts of the city, for example). One of the most innovative means, for which there is not much European literature, is the model of the youth initiative cooperative. It allows young people, thanks to an innovative and collaborative methodology, to develop a ""power to act"" on society and their environment. We want to come back to the first definition of entrepreneurship and youth cooperative, which cannot be reduced only to a social enterprise perspective. Creating an association, organizing a concert, setting up mediation between ""grands frères"" and younger are all projects that can be developed through the intermediary of young cooperatives. The participation and social engagement of young people within society must be able to cover all possible fields, and not simply the field of the economy, even that of the social and solidarity economy. The Canadian model will serve as a point of reference, with the objective of transposing and adapting the methodology to aprove the emergence bring out an European model of youth initiative cooperative. The needs are to offer young people an opportunity to take back control, to find or regain a place in society, to fully benefit from social inclusion. Their direct and full participation in this project will already be a first step towards empowerment.Gamification also seemed to us to be a relevant tool, both in relation to the target audience, but also through the learning that it allows to implement, the acquisition and development of knowledge and skills being done at the same time. than putting it into action. The playful side seems more appropriate to us. But the escape game must remain a methodological tool at the service of the empowerment support that the teams will have to lead. The second target group of our project is professionals in the youth sector who will also have to learn new forms of support, less direct and standardized, and put young people and their collective project at the heart of support.<< Objectives >>Our two target groups are on the one hand youth professionals, and on the other hand young people with fewer opportunities, and young people from areas in difficulty. The main objective of the project is to give young people the means to become independent, socially active, and to give them / give them back the will to do. We must help them get involved in projects for the common good and the collective. Young people from fragile territories are more particularly affected by this difficulty in entering into a process of social or civic participation. And the differences between European countries become blurred, as soon as we intervene with disadvantaged populations, suffering from economic, social or territorial brakes. The problem being European, it seems obvious that the transnational approach can help to develop common patterns.<< Implementation >>We will set up training and learning activities.A first activity aimed at youth workers so that they can soak up the concept of a youth initiative cooperative. And they can exchange good practices, and become aware of it through study visits of theyouth initiative cooperatives. When they return to the European Union, they will be able to become resource persons with their colleagues, with other professionals in the sector. And above all, they will be able to apply this innovative educational methodology. The second activity will be a learning activity, aimed at young people with fewer opportunities. This activity will take place with each partner structure, with their own audience, without mobility. This activity will be a test activity for the escape game, the collaborative platform and the toolbox. It will take place in parallel in France, Italy, Portugal, Cyprus and Luxembourg.A third activity will take place in Italy: this time it is a learning activity in mobility, with 18 young people coming from the 5 partner structures. The objective of this activity is to create a synergy between young Europeans, to encourage the emergence of concrete and realistic youth initiative cooperatives.<< Results >>The results expected by our project relate to soft skills. These are human skills, interpersonal skills, behavioral knowledge. These skills can be learned or developed in situations where young people are confident and valued. These skills will be assets for young people, in their own self-esteem, but also in their job search and their participation in society. The expected results for professionals in the youth sector are a capacity on their part to ask for their professional certainties in order to develop and apply new innovative educational methodologies. We also want to publicize the Canadian model of youth initiative cooperative so that, adapted to the European model, it can serve as a framework to shift the lines and promote real participation of young people in our society. The digital tools and guides can be used by all young people, in English version, or in a translated version, as we will allow portability in other languages not foreseen by the project."
