The first group of 8 students; study program Service and Economy of Transport was taken place in Olomouc: OL Trans CZ, ltd., ČSAD Logistik, ltd., FEE Transport, ltd. and Dopravný podnik Olomouc. The second group of 8 students; study program Technics and Information Services and Electrotechnics in Transport and Telecommunication was realized in car service centres taken place in Haviřov. Engaging students of the new study program specialized in electrotechnics of transport will contribute to higher interest of so much demanding study, but also very needed on the Slovak labour market. The internship abroad supported by Erasmus+ was offered to students who fulfilled certain criteria for the third time.Students did internship as a part of their compulsory operation practice training according to the school study program while their schoolmates did compulsory operation practice training in the Slovak companies at the same time. The goal of project was to increase the professional quality and skills of our students and lead them to higher applicability on the Slovak labour market. The core of this project was not to develop language skills and competences of our students but to ensure their professional working training with goal to be able to manage the whole process on the professional and communicate way with clear outputs. Within the scope of project, we defined units of educational procedures (ECVET – European Credit System for Vocational Education and Training) with the clear fulfilment of practice and responsible evaluation system. The material is used during the realization of practical trainings on the school in following academic years. Due to realization of project, students obtained foreign training in their field of study as well as applied to operate their theoretical and practical skills learnt at school. Both groups were attended by teachers who monitored students in companies and organized continuous and final evaluation with the cooperation of employers. Engaged teachers acquired new social and working contacts and enhanced their teaching attitudes, which could be used in their professional pedagogic educational system. We informed our founding institution, teachers and public about experience of students from operation practice training in the Czech Republic. Besides websites, we used the alternative to public article in the Slovak broadsheet Pravda. We assume that the this project will be the acquisition for students, school rate, but the main reason will be the choice of primary school students to study transport on our school specialised in transport. We will continue to organize operation practice trainings abroad next year and attendance of students on this project contributed to their prestige.

A good kindergarten teacher has to adapt to the times, to innovate, to motivate to learn, to look for new ways of transferring knowledge that will form a solid foundation for the future of man. This intent requires a continuous broadening of the professional competences of the educator and this is a lifelong learning process. The results of the Swot analysis of our school pointed to the reserves of inflexible implementation of innovative educational practices, the use of ICT in the educational process by all educators, a lower level of knowledge in the field of children's emotionality and school maturity and stagnation of creative ideas. Because we are analyzing our work and looking for ways to eliminate the identified shortcomings, we decided to use this project .International project Personal development of kindergarten teachers organized within the Erasmus + KA1-Educational mobility of individuals program was designed by Czech and Slovak kindergartens. Its aim was to participate in mobility in the Czech Republic and to enable the development and extension of professional competencies of teachers, to support the exchange of experience in professional practice, and to help find partners for mutual cooperation. The knowledge is then passed on to colleagues, children and the wider public through various activities. The project lasted from 1.11.2018 to 31.10.2019 and all its phases were a great benefit for the learning of our teachers. As we have not realized any similar project so far, its preparation gave us valuable knowledge. Mutual communication with partners who have experience in project implementation, training for funding, participation in conferences, information gathering by self-learning, this is part of the activities that have improved the communication and digital competences of all involved in the preparation of the project.Structured courses in the Czech Republic focused on new techniques and acquisition of non-traditional materials in art education, orientation in the issue of school maturity, consolidation of knowledge about the emotional needs of preschool children, instructions for constructive interviewing, burnout syndrome and exchange of practical experience partner organization AGAMOS sro One participant was attended in mobility who, after arrival, processed the output of each day, which she presented to colleagues, parents, founder, and the wider public through presentations, discussions, seminars, creative workshops, as well as articles in regional periodicals. The acquired knowledge was incorporated into the educational process through teamwork. We have revised the School Educational Program, modified the formal aspect of the diagnostic records to make them clear and provide the teacher with a clear overview of the progress or child stagnation in individual developmental areas. To a greater extent, we have involved parents in kindergarten life through open hours, bedtime readings, joint creative workshops, events and part-time jobs.We joined the eTwining project ""Not a Day Like a Day"", which was awarded with the international eTwinning Quality Label. The evaluation of the Erasmus + project found that its objective had been met. It was an enrichment and good experience for all who participated in it. During its existence we have improved in many skills, gained a lot of new knowledge and we gonna spread this knowledge and use it in the future. We have established new contacts that we will use to acquire new knowledge and increase the prestige of the school."
