Identify the non-green habits in the youth work process and develop ideas, tips, and hints of changing them into ecofriendly4. share and mix the experience of visual, digital skills, eco-friendly practice and create intellectual visual outcome(s) (booklet, posters, videos etc) for further dissemination at their local communities<< Implementation >>The project will bring together 30 participants aged 16 to 30 from six equally gathered partner and program countries and implemented a Preparatory Visit and Youth Exchange in Georgia. During the 10 working days, participants from various backgrounds will share the best green practices and develop eco-friendly habits necessary for a green lifestyle. Each group will include at least 3 participants with fewer opportunities backgrounds. After the residential exchange event, we participants will run follow-ups - awareness-raising campaigns and disseminate the project outcomes including the brochure of the project, beyond the participants and their organizations.<< Results >>The project will impact participating organizations and young people in a positive way, they will improve their green habit competencies and will contribute to the struggle against climate change. This will end up with improved capacities of organizations and decreased footprint of young people on the environment. Participants will change their behavior and habits and be greener than they were before. The dissemination tools - booklet and online blogs, posters and other resources will be spread around and contribute to the reduction of the CO2 emission within the youth work.

People are becoming more and more restless, rallies and protests are lined up for others. The abyss between government supporters and their actions, and their opponents around the world. We have received a lot of criticism from the media regarding objective reporting. There is no doubt that the media influences us young people. The effect of the project is to warn young people about real media literacy so that they will know what credible information is, when hate speech and fake news appear. As we have included young people from six countries in the project, each group of data reviews will be about their current situation with regard to the media, information, the impact on media policies, the impact of the epidemic on the media world. What do young people say about the whole situation and the abundance of fake news and hate speech, which is particularly pronounced during a pandemic? Could young people contribute to the challenge facing the EU? The crisis caused by the pandemic has shown that digital education is extremely important. In our exchange, we will thus place great emphasis on digitalisation.By implementing the project, we want to spread tolerance among young people, to control prejudices and stereotypes, to be able to recognize hate speech and false news in the domestic and international area. Our goal is to upgrade existing knowledge and choose additional invaluable experiences that will be a beautiful journey for young people in the future. Too often, we are actually unaware of how the media in the news can affect humanity. The development of the media has a strong impact on the development of humanity, and increasingly also affects the development of the child in young people. We will encourage young people to become active citizens, advocates of solidarity and bringers of positive change, inspired by EU values and European identity.Through the youth change ""Media is changing the world"", we therefore want to cooperate from six countries, encourage young people and show them how to recognize hate speech in its forms, and work towards changing its effects. We want young people to be aware of the impact and consequences of published news on individuals. It has already happened that hostile words “helped” that a certain act was committed tragically. We want to encourage young people to work as a team and take a critical approach to media content. As part of youth change, we want to find answers to how the media influences our thinking, beliefs and perceptions of reality? Young people will explore how to counter hate speech and fake news, what tools they use to do so. We will list the consequences of hate speech and explore what we can comment on as hate speech. We will try to find the characteristics of people who spread false comments online and encourage hate speech. If you send answers, contact us if we write them in more detail in the project description. We want to learn how to look at things differently, more broadly, so that we don’t become impatient. We will spread the topic among our peers. We young people want to recognize hate speech and fake news, to instill in others a critical view of the publication of news in the media. We will encourage young people to become active citizens, advocates of solidarity and bringers of positive change, inspired by EU values and European identity. We will contribute to the elimination of all forms of discrimination (including in the media) and promote the social inclusion of young people. With this change, we will start writing a blog where all members will be involved in changing data-critical views on discrimination, youth empowerment, youth networking, media coverage of how to become active citizens, positive changers, EU youth networking opportunities, media and hate speech and fake news of how the covid has affected and continues to affect young people, what consequences we are feeling, and so on. The main goals of the project are: to raise awareness of hate speech in the EU, wider tolerance of ethnic groups, other nationalities, gender, sexual orientation, race and other groups among project participants, other members of our organizations in other target groups and solidarity, use prejudices, break stereotypes and expand acceptance of those different from us. Explore, learn to recognize hate speech and its forms, and work to reduce its effects.A further goal is: to encourage young people with fewer opportunities to engage in change, strengthen language skills and contribute knowledge, learn more about how the media influence our thinking, learn to judge objectively and think critically, greater media literacy, intercultural understanding, participation in in the field of non-formal and formal education. We will encourage the creativity of young people in the field of multimedia content (video and photo), active participation in society and further development towards formal and<< Implementation >>Our youth exchange, which will last 9 days, will connect 37 participants, aged from 18 to 30 years, who come from six countries: Slovenia, Lithuania, Spain, Romania, Georgia and Italy. 7 participants from Slovenia will be included in the exchange, and from all other five countries 6 participants in each. One participant from each group is a youth leader. Participant groups differ according to gender, as they are made up of men and women of different ages, such as young and old, all of whom have different statuses (unemployed jobseekers, students and employees) and also have experience with the media, young people and hostile speech. Participants face economic, geographical and social barriers. The methods used are: presentations, visits to the local environment and field activities, interactive as well as creative workshops, individual and group work, group cooperation and group exercises, discussions, reflections, discussions, self-reflection, evaluation and informal socializing.Exchange participants are interested in topics related to the search for truth in the news and hate speech and fake news. The topic is a topical and burning almost everyday topic. We will include as many young people with fewer opportunities in the project. In all phases of the project, young participants will actively participate in activities and connect with the local environment. The youth exchange will be carried out in the Municipality of Murska Sobota, the exact location will be defined after the approval of the project. Through workshops, daily discussions, media campaigns and the creation of other media contributions and non-formal education and socializing in general, young people will create new skills and competencies and pursue the goals of promoting intercultural dialogue, solidarity and raising media literacy and overcoming hate speech.By exchanging and disseminating the results of the project, we will promote the Erasmus + program, and we will make young people aware of the possibilities of cooperation and what the European Union offers them. We will learn to critically judge media content. In addition to awareness of equality, young people will acquire a wider range of competencies.<< Results >>Participants from six countries will through the youth exchange, that will last for nine days from 12. September to 20. September 2022, inform wider surroundings about the possibility of participating in the activity offered by the Slovenian national agency MOVIT. We will provide promotion on local and European level. The project will serve as an example of good practice and as a basis for many further similar projects at European and international level.Word of the project will be spread through the media and the Internet and other youth organizations or institutions. The results of the project will be visible on local, national and international level. Through the non-formal learning process, active participation and skill building, we will expand our knowledge in the field of media literacy, informing, use of ICT tools and recognition of hate speech and fake news online, on social networks and other media. We will improve our English language skills and increase creativity and self-confidence, critical and creative thinking and problem solving. We will gain new cross-border friendships and forge close ties with other project participants.By creating a website, we will make the project information available online in one place.Further effects are the promotion of non-formal learning and cooperation in the field of youth with partner countries. Carried out activities, participation, networking and exchanges of practices in the field of youth (conferences, workshops and meetings). Promoting development, testing and implementation of schemes and programs of non-formal learning mobility at local and regional level.Improvements in the quality of non-formal education, training and youth work in Europe. Promoting non-formal learning mobility between partner countries, targeting young people with fewer opportunities, with the aim of raising participants' competencies and promoting active participation in society. Further effects will be reflected in strengthening the capacity of youth organizations, youth platforms and local, regional and national authorities dealing with youth in partner countries. Promoting cooperation between youth organizations on the one hand and public authorities in partner countries on the other. It will give young people a better understanding of social, linguistic and cultural diversity and strengthen intercultural awareness, develop a more positive attitude towards European values and an awareness of the concept of active citizenship."

With this project we want to contribute to contrast this phenomenon and to spread a positive curiosity towards the foreigner, towards the migrant and towards his culture, as well as a feeling of compassion and solidarity that are predominant and that shake the consciences of the local populations, even in the optics of distinguishing, recognizing and stigmatizing the xenophobic propaganda carried out by a series of media and power groups. We want to carry out an international exchange in conjunction with the ""I Sapori della Pietra"" exhibition and bring a glimpse into the local reality of the Alta Langa on the cultures and realities of other continents and neighboring countries to the EU. In this way we want to promote interucltural contact, stimulate positive curiosity towards foreigners by contrasting the negative propaganda made by some media, destroy stereotypes and prejudices. We also want to give new life to the party and encourage the generational change in its realization hoped for by many of the organizers.YOUNG PEOPLE INVOLVEDThis project is also the manifestation of our new long-term strategy for the three-year period 2022 - 2024: in the 2021 Shareholders' Meeting we decided to focus on some youth goals, including building more inclusive societies and creating spaces for participation. for all young people. In the same shareholders' meeting a new board of directors was elected with a majority under 30; one of the new councilors, Sofia Tarbaoui, involved in the development of this project, is responsible for identifying strategies for the inclusion of ""new Italians"" in our projects, ie young people who have foreign origins but have lived in Italy for many years, here they intend to stay and build a life.We want to promote the social inclusion of young people with cultural backgrounds and foreign roots living in the EU.We want to give young people who live in the EU but have origins outside the EU and young people who live in neighboring countries the EU the opportunity to travel, discover and discuss. We also want to provide an opportunity for young people affected by discrimination, repulsion and even violence to understand how xenophobia works, to help them emancipate themselves from the trauma of rejection and to spread acceptance and inclusion themselves. Finally, we want to create a space where participants can discuss and imagine a Europe that works for all the countries involved in the exchange, with attention also to the use of the media in proposing narratives that divide rather than unite, the purposes behind it and the impact it has on us.We want to give leadership to young people by actively and creatively involving them in all phases of the project and based on their learning desires and their background.OTHER YOUNG PEOPLE IN DIFFICULTYOne of the objectives is also to create a fundraising campaign to make a donation to an association or a project that supports inclusion, rights and, in general, the life of young people with extra-European origins. During the 2022 exchange we carried out a similar campaign and we managed to collect € 1000 which was donated to the Mediterranea associations and to Open Arms.<< Implementation >>With this project we want to create a youth exchangeexchange involving 44 young people aged 18 to 27 - this age group emerges from the questionnaire filled in by young people interested in participating (see attachment); we may involve also young people with 18 years old or in the range 28-30, but it will be very limited -, 11 leaders aged 22 to 40 and 4 translators who support communication in the exchange. Also 2 coordinators from Italy will be involved, the president Fabiano Bruno and the councilor Sofia Tarbaoui.Participants experience complicated situations that make their participation in the project more difficult: on the one hand there are young people living in the EU who have not origins in the EU (asylum seekers, first or second generation migrants mainly from Africa, Asia , Latin America and the Caribbean), they suffer especially social, cultural and economic obstacles, as well as a widespread low familiarity with the English language. The group is also completed by young people who live in countries bordering the EU, countries that are in a relationship of cooperation or even of contrast with the EU, these young people suffer complicated situations especially due to economic, social obstacles, geographical-economic isolation and relating to school dropouts. To support their participation we will also involve 4 translators who will facilitate communication from French, Spanish, Italian, Ukrainian and Russian to English and vice versa.<< Results >>Participants will improve their language skills and their soft skills in the context of teamwork. They will increase their cultural skills regarding non-European countries, activism and struggles to obtain complete inclusion, respect and dignity. They will also learn better to relate in situations of contrasting points of view and habits.Participants will benefit from an environment of peers in which to confront and feel protected, in which they can open up and continue to work on the difficulties they have had and on how to overcome them.Participants will better understand the European dimension, the European Union project, the dominant visions in the countries involved in the project and will imagine a more sustainable model of Europe for all the countries involved.Participants will create an international network of friendships and connections that they will maintain in the future. They will come in contact with other opportunities, both of European mobility, and in terms of new perspectives for themselves. All the associations involved are sensitive to the issue of social inclusion of the new Europeans, today and tomorrow, and have a pro-European philosophy, therefore this project allows them to realize their associative goals. All partners have as their main target the social inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. The project will allow the leaders representing the associations involved to exchange good practices, perspectives, approaches and concrete activities, as well as to plan new joint actions. The project will have a great impact in our local area thanks to the participation in the regional review ""I Sapori della Pietra"", at Bergolo, in which the participants will organize and facilitate workshops on African cultures. This initiative will make it possible to bring in a very popular local event the possibility of coming into contact with cultural realities, information and perspectives to which visitors could not have access. Even simple socializing informally with the participants will increase their openness and knowledge of the complexities of the migratory phenomenon, as well as their sensitivity towards the migrant issue, asylum seekers and will bring greater knowledge of international relations between the countries involved. The other local areas of the associations involved will also benefit from a concrete impact thanks to the implementation of local activities in the follow-up phase which will be organized by the participants and will involve at least 10 other participants each. These activities will aim to increase knowledge of the cultures present in the exchange in each local area, to improve the inclusion of young people with extra-European origins in the societies in which they live and to present other opportunities of the European programs to which young people can log into."
