The project has had the following objectives:- Focus in the theme of sexuality;- Learn to know and respect the many ways of expressing own sexuality;- Provide artistic tools to communicate own sensations and thoughts about the themes of the project;- Compare the way in which, in different countries, politics, society and religion interfere with sexuality and sexual freedom;- Discuss the level of homophobia in the various countries involved, searching for the causes;- Compare the laws about civil rights and equal opportunities in the different countries involved;- Break down the barriers that could potentially hinder cooperation among different sexual orientations;- Make participants live an experience of participation inside a group that will be set up during the exchange;- Promote Erasmus plus program;- Create new partnership; The project involved 37 people from 6 different countries, including participants, leaders and facilitator. Participants were able to confront among themselves, seriously and serenely , on issues of sexuality, gender equality and on ethical and religious themes, having an open mind, that made them ready to respect opinions different or opposite to their own, had a knowledge, even minimal, of the manner in which these issues are addressed in their own countries, were also well-informed about international developments in these issues and had a knowledge, even elementary, of English language. The project took place from September 1st 2015 to May 31th 2016 and, from April 9th to April 19th 2016 it saw, as activity, a youth exchange. The exchange has been divided into workshops (mainly on love, sexuality, relationship with politics / religion / society / family, homosexuality and homophobia, civil rights and equal opportunities, cooperation among diversities), activities of artistic education (music, theater, visual arts and creative writing), a guided tour in Naples and in a flash mob in the center of Naples. After the exchange, the results have been published and diffused through social networks, local press and a book, with all the materials of the project, on whom we are still working. In the activity even the Lgbt association “Rain” from Caserta has been involved: they sent their vicepresident to talk in a workshop about homophobia and outing. Participants, before departure, realized some interviews in their country about stereotypes on sexual diversity and concept of family and discussed them during workshops. The preferred method has been the discussion in group or in small international groups. This minimized the work of the individual participant with his/her own national group, in order to increase the cohesion among participating countries and conflicting points of view.At the local level, in spite of the difficult social fabric, we succeeded in involving, during the flashmob and the activities of dissemination, a lot of people who showed interest about the themes after they came in contact with other ways of approaching sexuality, and were ready to break down those cultural barriers that often make it difficult to have a calm discussion on the topic. Activities created interest, expecially for young people, about the opportunities offered by the Erasmus plus program. At European level, because of the collaboration of participants and partner organization, we reached the objective to disseminate even abroad the results of the exchange. The effect will be even accentuated, soon, when we will publish the book with the materials of the project."

The project involved 17 partner organizations and consists of two main activities: a Partnership Building Activity and a Training Course. The idea of the project came from all the partners, who really want to strengthen the partnership among the organizations working in international youth mobility. The main objective of the project was to create a network in which organizations collaborate with well-known partners and in a clear and shared frame-work. In this way it will be possible to facilitate the involvement of the youngsters in the management of exchanges designed by young people for young people, based on peer-to-peer education and thought to develop soft skills that promote employability. In the PBA from the 6th to the 10th of March 2015, 17 coordinators of youth exchanges/presidents of the partner organizations will reinforce the relation among the organisations, will establish quality standards for common projects and will create the Joint Exchange Network, JEN.

V.,Asociatia Young Initiative,EUROPIMPULSE NETWORKFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2018-2-ES02-KA105-011997Funder Contribution: 10,107 EUR"The rural towns of our territory suffer a continuous depopulation, an aging population and a loss of basic services. This situation is mainly explained by the lack of job opportunities for young people who prefer to move to more ""attractive"" territories. This problem is also affecting marginalized urban neighborhoods. However we are convinced that art and the recovery, transmission and enhancement of cultural heritage represent formidable vectors to reflect on our society, energize marginalized rural and urban territories, and imagine other possible futures. In that way the DinamizART project is born of the will to explore and analyze the favorable conditions for the installation of young people in those marginalized territories. During a 8-day seminar, 7 organizations from 6 European countries will work together around the following objectives, using ""Learning by doing"" and ""Action research"" methodologies: - 1) to analyze experiences and cultural and artistic initiatives that contribute to marginalized territories being more attractive for young people; - 2) to design a methodology and tools to analyze opportunities and limitations of a territory and define strategies to promote artistic and cultural activities that foster youth employability The main expected results of the seminar are: - the participatory construction of methodologies and tools to improve interventions and / or design of new proposals for the promotion of artistic and cultural activities in favor of youth employability in marginalized territories, - the construction of a network to develop exchanges, synergies, cooperative dynamics and projects between project partners and other interested organizations or persons, The lessons learned, results and conclusions of the seminar will contribute to the professional development of youth workers. The participatory analysis of experiences and cultural initiatives will focus on the key role of youth for the empowerment of marginalized territories. It will also contribute to empower young people, to position themselves as active citizens by taking a leading role in the inclusive territorial development of Europe."

On top of that they have parents, family and friends that have expectations. And let’s not forget about society that seems to change faster than light. At the same time young people have their own ideas of who they are, what their talents are and which dreams they want to realize. Our B¿g Quest¿ons of L¿fe program has challenged young people from 4 different countries to discuss the big questions of life. We have done this based on these 4 pillars:- Decision making: how do you deal with choice and how do you experience freedom of choice?- Direction: how can you make major life decisions based on what you find inspiring, purposeful & fulfilling?- Courage: how do you pursue those causes important for you despite your fears?- Connection: what is the impact of your choices on others & what is your role?Participants & ObjectivesAll involved partners work with young people that in some way face exclusion by society. Most of our youngsters are socially and economically in disadvantaged situations. They attend a low level of education, a level that is not mirroring their abilities, capacities and talents. Young people that are already labeled by society and set back. With B¿g Quest¿ons we empowered these youngsters and increased their self-esteem so that they dare to take a stance to pursue those things important to them in life. We want them to be included!Undertaken Activities & MethodsB¿g Quest¿ons of L¿fe consisted of a youth exchange, a training course & an evaluation meeting. The youth exchange took place in The Netherlands with 32 youngsters and their group leaders from 4 countries; Lithuania, Ireland, Italy & The Netherlands. This youth exchange was followed-up with a training course for about half of the original youngsters per partner organization, aged 18+, that choose to be trained to become a B¿g Quest¿ons (peer) facilitator. A total of 16 youngsters. The goal of this training course was that these peer facilitators will be able to run Big Questions sessions with youngsters in their own organization/school/community etc and they showed that splendidly by giving a workshop to Lithuanian high school students. The youth exchange and training course were followed by dissemination activities by the Italian and Lithuanian groups and a 2 day evaluation meeting in which the entire B¿g Quest¿ons of L¿fe method was evaluated regarding the applicability and effectiveness to young people that somehow face exclusion by society. The evaluation meeting was attended by 1 young peer educator and 1 group-leader of the partner organization. Results & Impact Attained32 youngsters + their group leaders took part in the exchange and expanded their world and their fearlessness & courage to stand for those things important to them:• They are more aware of who they are, who they want to be and what they find important in life.• They feel more empowered to deal with the daily jungle of opportunities, challenges and choices they have to make, to deal with the expectations of people around them and the fast changing society.• They are better equipped to stay loyal to their own ideas of who they are, what their talents are and which dreams they want to realize.• They have developed and strengthened the following personal, interpersonal and intercultural competences: self-reflection, the ability to make choices and have courage and self-confidence, deal with change and uncertainty, establish meaningful connections with others and oneself, set priorities in life, and develop an open world view.16 youngsters can work as peer facilitators of B¿g Quest¿ons workshops:• the participants of the peer-educator training have developed the right attitude to create an open space void of judgment. This has helped them in setting up and executing a workshop at a high-school in Panevėžys in a splendid way, which in turn empowers them to set up future workshops at their school or youth organization and in life in general too.• They understand the basics of group dynamics & know how to improvise.• They went home with the confidence to carry out BQ workshops and the vulnerability to ask for support. All stood in front of a group!• The Lithuanian and Italian groups have already created BQ workshops at home, the others are able to do so.4 young peer educators and 4 group leaders have evaluated the impact of the BQ project and successful ways of supporting young peer educators in their organizations, the results of which you can find back in this report. We already see the potential long term effect of the B¿g Quest¿ons project for young people. Everyone wants to follow up with a new edition so more young people can expand their world and their courage to stand for those things important to them!In general we can conclude that our objectives were met and more, beyond our own expectations!
