The main goal is to raise young people’s self-awareness and self-empower them so that they feel confident enough to take a social action in their local communities. All partners - youth organisations and NGOs from Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Spain - have observed that young people lack knowledge, skills and tools to search their inner motivations, they do not know how to find or use tools that can help them achieve their goals and are sometimes lost in their values and dreams. As a result, they do not take active part in their local communities and do not get involved into social action. The team gathered observations and insights from our organisations and, by using the problem-solution tree method, we found common needs of ours that we will address with this project. The main objective of this project is to raise participants’ self-awareness and to help them to boost their potential so that they can use it in order to do something for their community and achieve their personal and social goals. We want to support participants in finding their huge potential that they sometimes are not able to see yet and to encourage them to voice their opinion and take action along with their social values. By implementing this project, we expect to support them in this self-discovery and boosting of their own potential, as well as empower them to become proactive members of the society. We aim to provide them with tools to set personal and social goals and realise their inner motivation and potential that will make it possible for them to achieve their dreams or realise new ones - with a focus on their social aspirations to help others.Through NFE activities, reflections and recognition of the learning process, we expect to achieve the project objectives, at the same time, creating a safe space for participants to exchange opinions and points of view in an intercultural and multilingual environment, which, in turn, will boost participants’ awareness of various cultures and different perspectives on even deepest topics.<< Implementation >>We plan to implement a Youth Exchange which will be hosted by the Spanish hosting organisation UPlanet in Mollina, Spain, in July 2022, with 3 other organisations as partners: Omnia Onlus (Italy), EduEra (Slovakia) and YoWo Poland (Poland). Due to our experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, where we learnt how to efficiently cooperate online, we are not planning an Advance Planning Visit and we will proceed with all preparation online with equal and active involvement of all partners just as during the development process of this project. In the project, we will involve in total 26 participants from 4 different European countries (Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Spain) with at least 12 participants with fewer opportunities. We will have 6 participants from each country (5 young people and 1 group leader). We will have two organisations with more participants (7 participants from Spain and Poland) in order to better coordinate the whole activity because the project facilitators are from these organisations.Participants already involved in the project and those who will join it during the preparation period are youngsters from our local communities interested in the topic of searching for one's own potential, raising self-awareness and setting personal and social effective goals, as well as lacking motivation or self-confidence in taking a proactive role in their local communities. When composing the group, we took into consideration: motivation and commitment to be an active part of the project during the whole duration, gender balance with respect to various gender identities, age: 18-25 y/o.Out of 26, at least 12 participants are participants with fewer opportunities (at least 3 per country), facing economic, social, geographical and cultural obstacles. We want to include them in the project on the same basis as all others, providing additional support, so that they can take part as any other participant.<< Results >>This project main aim is to help participants to boost their personal potential which will result in their more active participation in the society therefore the expected results are the following ones, depending on the dimension:Participants- Encouraging participants to make introspection and raise self-awareness.- Facilitating participants to identify their personal ambitions, goals, values and strengths.- Facilitating participants to identify their social ambitions, goals, values and competences that they can use to do something for their local communities.- Facilitating participants to compare and conciliate their personal and social goals.- Increasing English skills.- Increase social skills through communicating with other participants.- Being more mature emotionally after leaving their comfort zones.- Being more tolerant with people from different backgrounds, beliefs and cultures.- Bringing them closer to the nature and making them understand the importance of relating to it properly.- Raising European values such as democracy or diversity and feeling more European.- Reaching close people to participants and influencing them through the experience the participants will have to get involved in other activities.Partner associations- Strengthening cooperation among organisations Europe-wide- New possible projects from the network developed on this one- Opening new fields of work- Getting more involvement from sent participants to the project into the organisations activities.Regarding the different geographical dimensions, our expected results are the following ones:LOCAL & REGIONAL LEVEL- Raising awareness of international projects, specifically Erasmus+ through the implementation of the project- Raising acceptance to people from other parts of Europe- Feeling closer to other Europeans- Social, economical or environmental development coming from more motivated youngsters. The Rainbow Europe 2022 scorecard published by ILGA illustrates this reality, as countries like Luxembourg (68%), Spain (62%), Portugal (62%), and Ireland (53%) receive higher scores compared to Poland (13%), Georgia (25%), Hungary (30%), and Cyprus (31%).According to this ILGA report, there is still a long way to go for LGBTQ+ people in areas such as lack of visibility (in the media and in society in general), discrimination (both in the workplace and in educational and everyday settings), lack of legal protection with discriminatory laws, and lack of resources and support. It is important to address these inequalities and work on raising awareness for the LGBTQ+ community, especially among young people, as they are the future leaders and European citizens. Additionally, many LGBTQ+ youth in countries with lower rankings on the Rainbow Europe scorecard may face difficulties and obstacles in their daily lives, and it is necessary to provide them with a safe and welcoming environment where they can be themselves without fear of discrimination. With this project, we aim to:Promote equality and non-discrimination of sexual and gender diversity through awareness-raising and training for young people.Foster social inclusion of the LGBTQ+ community and improve their visibility.Strengthen human rights and individual freedoms for LGBTQ+ individuals.Develop skills and competencies in young people for the defense and promotion of sexual and gender diversity.Increase cooperation and exchange of good practices among participating countries in terms of equality and sexual and gender diversity.Improve the representation and participation of the LGBTQ+ community in society and public policies.Foster solidarity and respect for sexual and gender diversity at the European level. Therefore, the GENERAL OBJECTIVE of the project is to create a community of organizations and youth workers sensitive to the LGBTQ+ community throughout Europe to plan and promote inclusive projects for LGBTQ+ youth, as well as share resources, good practices, and advice. The SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES of the project are:Gather 25 youth workers from across Europe from countries with different levels of achieved LGBTQ+ human rights.Facilitate the participation of at least 30 LGBTQ+ youth (fewer opportunities) in CES volunteering projects within the project association - short-term objective.Plan at least 3 youth exchanges targeting LGBTQ+ youth (fewer opportunities) - short-term objective.Create a network of youth workers sharing resources, tools, and project calls on LGBTQ+ topics. These objectives respond to the needs of both youth work, the coordinating entity (FOCO), and participating entities. Additionally, they also respond to the objectives established in the Erasmus+ program guide for the mobility of youth workers.<< Implementation >>Translate this text into English: The main activity we will carry out is a 6-day mobility to create networks and communities among youth workers. This mobility will involve the participation of 25 youth workers from 8 different countries.During the mobility, youth workers will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, knowledge and good practices on LGTBIQ+ issues and youth work. They will also participate in workshops, seminars and team building activities that will improve their skills and competences in working with young people, especially those from the LGTBIQ+ community. The participants will be part of the staff of the project partners:FOCO (Spain) - www.focoeuropa.comBroader Horizons Plus (Ireland) - www.broaderhorizonsplus.comNetwork for European Citizenship and Identity (NECI) (Cyprus) - www.neci.org.cyALDIC (Luxembourg) - www.aldic.luAequalitas (Portugal) - www.aequalitas.ptDiverse Youth Network (Hungary) - www.dyne.orgUmbrella (Georgia) - www.umbrellafoundation.orgYoWo (Poland) - www.yowo.pl<< Results >>This project will benefit the youth workers involved in the project in several ways. First of all, they will have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and skills in the field of inclusion and diversity, which will enable them to improve the quality of their daily work and to provide more sensitive and inclusive care to the young people they work with. Moreover, by participating in a European project, workers will have the opportunity to network with other youth professionals from different countries, which will allow them to share good practices and experiences, and to broaden their vision and perspective in youth work.As for the participating organisations, the project will enable them to strengthen their capacity to work in the field of inclusion and diversity, which will allow them to offer higher quality services to the young people they work with. It will also enable them to establish contacts with other organisations in different countries, which may open up new opportunities for collaboration and funding in the future. To ensure the lasting and positive impact of ""The Wide Rainbow"" beyond the participants and organisations involved, several concrete actions will be implemented:1. creation of a strong and lasting network: during the project, collaboration and exchange of good practices between the participating organisations will be fostered, with the aim of creating a strong and lasting network of youth practitioners.2. Dissemination of results: A wide dissemination of the project results will be carried out through different channels, including reports, publications and presentations at relevant events, in order to ensure that they are known and used by a wide audience.3. Sustainability: The long-term sustainability of the project results will be ensured through the inclusion of a rigorous monitoring and evaluation plan, which allows the impact of the project to be measured and evaluated and actions to be adjusted accordingly.4. Strategic alliances: Strategic alliances will be established with the rest of the partner organisations in each of the countries, also including other organisations, institutions and civil society groups, in order to amplify the impact of the project and achieve common objectives. These actions are intended to ensure that the results and lessons learned during The Wide Rainbow project are applicable and useful to a wide audience, and that the positive impact of the project is lasting and long-term.At the local level, we hope that youth workers participating in the project will be able to take their new knowledge and skills back to their workplace, improving the quality of youth services they provide in their respective communities. At regional level, we expect participating organisations to share their good practices and innovative solutions with other organisations in the same region, fostering collaboration and cooperation between them.At the European level it will have a significant impact, especially with regard to the inclusion and empowerment of LGTBIQ+ young people. The network that will be created through the project will allow for greater visibility and representation of these young people in European Solidarity Corps volunteering projects. In addition, the project will encourage the creation of new initiatives at European level that address LGTBIQ+ rights and equality issues."

It has also demonstrated how important it is for each of us,no matter field of work, to be prepared mentally and practically for change that might come tomorrow. We cannot predictthe nature of this change, but we can equip ourselves with knowledge and skills needed for managing the change andfinding optimal solutions in the times of uncertainty. And when talking specifically about youth work and youth NGOoperations, we believe that the way to go is not in preparing for the worst, but focusing on creativity, flexibility, and adaptability while learning howto use change as an opportunity for growth .The idea of this project came to us while discussing online with our Danish partners how the situation is affecting theactivities and day by day operations in our organisations. Since the level of stress was rising, we agreed that the optimalsolution is to research more into positive aspects of change and practical tools to mitigate the damage. The Danish partnerhad a good expertise specifically in the creative tools of change management, so we rooted our ideas in theory. Sincediscussing our approaches online is quite a usual practice for us, we have with time identified tools and ideas that definitelyhave great values specifically for youth work in times of change. Our new Polish partner, who has just started anorganisation, has soon joined in on these discussions, showing that there is a big demand for such an expertise.Hence, we have realised that a full scale training activity was of a high value, with a focus on practical approach andspecific tools that any youth worker/organisation can use when facing change and uncertainty.Aim: to equip youth workers with overall knowledge and specific tools of decision making and creative problem solvingapplicable in times of change and uncertainty. Objectives:To introduce the concept and principles of Change Management in relation to youth work and NGO lifeTo explore how creativity and flexibility in times of change can be used to tackle arising problems and create innovativesolutions for working with target groupsTo provide youth workers with specific tools of creative problem solving and decision making (6 thinking hats,Morphological analysis, 7 types of brainstorming, SCAMPER, etc.)To create a space for youth workers to try out gained knowledge and skills in practice, with focus on decision making andcreative problem solving in changing environmentsTo let youth workers create their own solutions and strategies of youth work for their organisations and communities<< Implementation >>The main activity of this project was a 7-day training course - an educational programme on specific topic (Decision makingand creative public solving in times of change), aiming to improve participants’ competences, knowledge, skills, andattitudes, and is designed to improve quality practice in youth work in partner organizations. The activity took place inKolin, Czech republic between 16 and 24th of October 2021.Throughout the training course, we have largely focused on non-formal learning (NFE) as a methodology and gendermainstreaming as a main approach. It must be noted, that the activity has been organized and implemented within the limitations of COVID-19 related restrictions (see more details in relevant sections), but it hasnot in any way affected the quality of the project or achievement of proposed goals. For this training, we were aiming for a very specific pax profile. Namely: -Youth workers who can implement changes in theirorganizations and looking to aquire new innovative decision-making methods -At least 2 years experience working in youthfield -18+ years old -Upper intermediate level of English -Motivation to learn and exchange good practices -Capacity for application dissemination of training results in partner NGOs Each involved organisation sent 3 participants, all of them were approved by a consortium of all partners, to be sure the selection is transparent. For the purpose of choosing participants, Application Form was created, where, besides other questions, we were asking about their background, experience with E+and the topic, the reason they are interested in this topic, how they are planning to use gained knowledge. We have also done our best to ensure that there was at least one pax with fewer opportunities representing each partner organisation.<< Results >>Upon final evaluation with the pax and partners (after the activity), we have agreed that all the planned results have been fully achieved and the impact on both pax, and partnerorganizations has been significant. In some cases, the quality of results has even exceeded our expectations. The main learning results are as follows:For assessing the results of activity we asked the pax (anonymously) to assess their knowledge and competences in change management and creative problem solving before and after the project. Theresults were overwhelmingly positive. For example:When answering the question ""How competent were you in Change Management before the training (on a scale from 1 to 5)?""14% answered ""1"" (not at all)38% answered ""2"" (not sufficiently)33% answered ""3"" (somewhat competent)14% answered ""4"" (fairly competent). There very no pax (0%) who answered ""5"" (very confident)When answering the question ""How competent do you feel now?(after the course"" the numbers have changed significantly:There were no participants answering ""1"" or ""2"" and only 14% answering ""3"" (somewhat competent).71% have answered ""4"" (fairly confident) and 14% answered ""5"" (very competent). This gives us a clear picture of the overall increase in competence and confidence to use it among the individual pax, which was one of the main results we planned for.Similar results were achieved when analyzing how ready do pax feel to use creative problem solving and decision making in their work and daily life. For example:When answering the question ""How competent were you in creative problem solving and decision making in your work and daily life before (on a scale from 1 to 5)?""28% answered ""2"" (not sufficiently)45% answered ""3"" (somewhat competent)19% and 9% have answered ""4"" and ""5"" respectively (fairly competent and very competent). When answering the question ""How competent do you feel now?(after the course"" the numbers have changed significantly:There were no participants answering ""1"" or ""2"" and only 9% answering ""3"" (somewhat competent).57% have answered ""4"" (fairly confident) and 33% answered ""5"" (very competent). These results give us, together with partners, a common understanding that the planned change will also translate into the change of practices and behaviors in ourorganizations. Which is another major result we were aiming for.As for the tangible results, we have also achieved everything that was planned, namely:The CM Handbook has been designed by the pax and we assess it has a strong potential to make a long term impact on our own organizations as well as our respective networks, since itconsists a lot of useful practical information that can be used in our practices.Additionally, in country groups individual ""strategies for my community"" have been created."

Young people express a high potential in terms of creativity and enthusiasm, but often societies in which they live - especially in Europe - don't give them space for their self-expression and don't provide them with skills, motivation and support. A reflection of this attitude towards young people is their underrepresentation in media, especially the mass media such as TV and journals. What brings young people out of the marginalization is the Internet, where, unfortunately, fake news and hate speech are a negative influence. Hence, this project want to suggest a solution to both issues: the lack of space for young people in society and the risks of mass media when consumed passively and without critical thinking. This project gives the possibility to youth workers to gain skills in setting up a web radio and establishing a cooperation with young people, leaving them the freedom of choice about contents and topics This way, young people get the chance to be more visibile in society. Radio FreeMotion promotes competences useful in youth work by giving youth workers innovative tools and methods to support their target groups. The objectives of the project:- increase the quality of youth work by showing a new, more participatory approach- increase the aggregation, group participation and expression of young people, increasingly influenced by social media- encourage organisations to set up their participatory web radio- improve outside communication of partner organisations- facilitate aggregation of peers based on shared interests- contribute to the sense of entrepreneurship and creativity of young people; support youth to influence their society, making them protagonists of changeRadio FreeMotion intends to empower young people, increase their social engagement, contribute to life-long learning and self-establishment of young people.Radio FreeMotion provides space for exchanging experiences between the partners and discovering new approaches based on IT tools. The participants will learn how to create web radio shows by exploiting the potential of non-formal education (simulations, group approach, collaborative approach, role play, horizontal learning, team building games, learning challenges, etc.) and producing joint intellectual outputs, such as programs, jingles, sketches, etc. This project gives the opportunity to develop new project ideas and future web radio initiatives. Radio FreeMotion contributes to reducing the intergenerational gap between two worlds - youth workers (or adults in general) and young people. It promotes cooperation between those worlds for a better society. Thanks to the project, young people can prove they can take different roles in society: entrepreneurs, journalists, the voices of their generation.<< Activities >>The training course will take place in Zagreb, Croatia, January 11-18, 2021. 32 youth workers from Croatia, Poland, Italy, Romania, Portugal, Hungary, Serbia and Estonia be involved in this project based on non-formal education methods. The participants will include youth leaders over 18 years old, who are involved in partner organizations' work and who are interested and dedicated to implementing a web radio during this project, responding to the needs and challenges of their work - to improve communication with their target groups, empower young people, give them a possibility to self-expression. The final target group is young people, as the project participants - youth workers - are supposed to apply the new skills and competences in their daily work with young people. Each organization will select 4 participants according to the criteria, with regard to gender balance. The project is open for people with fewer opportunities (such as cultural, economic, social, educational obstacles and health issues) and special needs. The activities will include:- Group reflections on radio communication and the consequences of fake news or hate speech;- Public speaking workshop (how to speak in front of a microphone)- Hardware, software and server management workshop (how to install a mixer, cables, microphone and other equipment; how to configure a server; which program to use for a daily broadcast);- Creation of participatory broadcast, starting with the involvement of young people and the cooperation between young people and organisations;- Creation of jingles and promo materials with low-budget;- Simulation of broadcast and live broadcast sessions;- Study visit to a traditional radio- Developing a follow-up strategy to ensure the implementation of a successful web radio after the project<< Impact >>The project impact on participating youth workers is:- gained necessary technical and practical knowledge on web radio, and they can manage technical problems that may occur in an autonomous and effective way- improved skills and abilities of youth workers in creating participatory broadcasts; specifically, they can create, organise and broadcast programs together with young people in their community, deciding on topics, formats, editorial lines and content- increased readiness and inclination to influence society and to be a reference point for young people; after the ""Strategy for a successful broadcast"" sessions, youth workers are able to promote and encourage social and/or political changes by encouraging a more mature, responsible and central role for young people in their society- acquired entrepreneurial skills in the field of web broadcasting which will be transferred onto young people in further phases of the project. The success of web radio lies in the entrepreneurial choices that will be made between the end of the mobility and the start of local broadcasting activities, by experimenting with new languages that can increase the reach of their web radio among their target groups, becoming more attractive to young people- learnt an innovative language for self-expression; the project aims to make youth workers and every member of the partner organisations a valuable person for young people, communicating more efficiently and positively using a web radio- increased ability to attract other young people to achieve a common purpose; this will affect not only the youth workers but also young people themselves, who will be able to start a radio career and establish a mature relationship with a target audience determinating success of their radio project- raised awareness about other cultures, greater ability to relate with other national groups; the project aims to create the conditions for a stable collaboration between organisations within the network and above all, provide participants with new tools for educating young people so they start appreciating different points of view and peacefully live with different visions of the world around- increased tolerance and altruism, decreased discriminatory and xenophobic attitudes; the project provides an atmosphere that allows everyone to express themselves without hesitation and without fear of being discriminated or criticised for their opinions. It also fosters reflection on communication, making youth workers feel responsible for the messages they communicate- improved communication and organisational skills; linguistic skills (increased confidence speaking English) and effectiveness in communication (being able to communicate a point of view, emotions and needs)- greater creativity and increased willingness to get involved, a greater understanding of one's attitudes and boundaries. The project impact on organisations:- increased competences in the field of web radio, but also in terms of their ability to relate to young people and influence them positively- introduced innovation in means of communication, creating a more attractive and modern image- increased chances of additional funds through advertising, which will create new possibilities and opportunities for young people's growth- strengthened cooperation with other European organisations, which will help in building new partnerships for future projects and mutual support- once organisations can manage the methodologies of this project, they will be able to place the web radio as a useful project activity in the ""Erasmus +"" field and beyond- increased visibility, both locally and in Europe, by investing human, professional, technical resources within a network of 8 nations- increased ability to influence society using online toolsThe final target group of the project are young people with whom partner organisations work. The impact on the final group is similar to the impact on the participants because youth workers will be teaching the web radio method to youngsters:- gained technical and practical knowledge on web radio so they became autonomous- increased skills in creating, organising and broadcasting programs- increased readiness and inclination to positively influence other young people and society- a more mature, responsible approach and self-discipline- increased entrepreneurial skills and sense of initiative- gained a new opportunity for self-expression and social influence- increased ability to attract other young people and work in groups on joint initiatives- increased tolerance, openness, cultural sensitivity- decreased social exclusion- greater self-esteem- increased future career perspectives- increased youth participation in society"

The main goal is to raise young people’s self-awareness and self-empower them so that they feel confident enough to take social action in -mainly- their local communities. All partners - youth organisations and NGOs from Italy, Estonia, Poland and Spain - have observed that a lot of young people lack knowledge, skills and tools to search their inner motivations, values and beliefs. They do not know how to find or use tools that can help them take action that is going to make them feel better themselves and are sometimes lost in their values and dreams, leaving all of them in very abstract dimensions. As a result, they do not take active part in their local communities and do not get involved in social action. Which leads to personal frustration and lack of motivated and inspired social workers. The team gathered observations and insights from our organisations and personal realities and, by using the problem-solution tree model, we found common needs of ours that we want tol address with this project. The main objective of this project is to raise participants’ self-awareness and to help them to boost their potential so that they can use it in order to do something for their community and achieve their personal and social goals. Being more specific, we want to use tools such as the Iceberg of personality, the Transtheoretical model of human behaviour change, the SMART goals model or the Comfort Zone model for two main goals. Firstly, for the participants to have a wider understanding of their personal situation and to be able to take better decisions according to their personalities, capabilities and context. Second of all, having a space where this models can be exposed, talked and discussed with many other people. Given this context, participants will be able to learn from all the backgrounds of other participants in a safe-space that will encourage both sharing and learning. We want to support participants in finding their huge potential that they sometimes are not able to see yet and to encourage them to voice their opinion and take action along with their social values. By implementing this project, we expect to support them in this self-discovery and boost their own potential, as well as having them empower them to become more proactive members of the society. We aim to provide them with tools to set personal and social goals and realise their inner motivation and potential that will make it possible for them to achieve their objectives or define new ones - with a focus on their social aspirations to help others.Through NFE activities, reflections and recognition of the learning process, we expect to achieve the project objectives, at the same time, creating a safe space for participants to exchange opinions and points of view in an intercultural and multilingual environment, which, in turn, will boost participants’ awareness of various cultures and different perspectives on even deepest topics.<< Implementation >>We plan to implement a Youth Exchange which will be hosted by the Spanish hosting organisation UPlanet in Algarrobo Costa, Málaga, Spain, between 10-15/07/2023 with 3 other organisations as partners: Partner UP (Estonia), Youth Solidarity Travellers (Italy) and YoWo Poland (Poland). Due to our experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, where we learnt how to efficiently cooperate online, we are not planning an Advance Planning Visit and we will proceed with all preparation online with UPlanet leading and coordinating the efforts of all the stakeholders involved to successfully achieve all the goals of the project. In the project, we will involve in total 25 participants from 4 different European countries (Italy, Estonia, Poland and Spain).Participants already involved in the development of the project and those who will join it during the preparation period are youngsters from our local communities interested in the topic of searching for one's own potential, raising self-awareness and setting personal and social effective goals, as well as lacking motivation or self-confidence in taking a proactive role in their local communities. When composing the group, we took into consideration: motivation and commitment to be an active part of the project during the whole duration, gender balance with respect to various gender identities, age: 18-25 y/o. Participants were chosen also regarding their previous experience in Erasmus + projects, giving priority to those who never took part in one or who took in just a few. Thanks to this requirement, we aim to spread Erasmus + values and possibilities in more young people. Regarding linguistic skills, a high English level is not a requirement. Nevertheless, we will bring participants that have, at least a basic communication level in order to follow the activities and to really get engaged with the group.Out of 25, at least 12 participants are participants with fewer opportunities (at least 3 per country), facing economic, social, geographical and cultural obstacles. We want to include them in the project on the same conditions as all the others, providing additional support only in case they need it or ask for it, so that they can engage as any other participant, trying to avoid both, positive and negative discriminations.<< Results >>This project's main aim is to help participants to boost their personal self-awareness and align it into how they can serve others in the social dimension. Through the implementation of this project, we expect participants to be encouraged to start an introspective journey of getting to know their social and personal values.. Once this goal is achieved, we expect participants to find the task of identifying themselves and fixing personal and social goals. Once these goals are achieved, one of the main expected outcomes is that participants will get engaged into social activities in their local communities once after the activity. Mainly through their sending organisations due to the facility to reach them out, but also with the potential to identify other fields and organisations that can be interesting for them according to their values and beliefs. Ultimately, we see the possibility of some participants taking on some social projects by themselves or possibly using the networks developed during the project. At the same time, through the very format of the activity, participants will develop their communicative skills through talking with youngsters from other countries and having the necessity to also organise themselves with youngsters from their own country. Potentially, we expect that participants will grow personally through the challenge the new social exchange of the activity presents to them. In the last point, since the participants will share daily life with people from different countries, backgrounds, mother tongues, etc, we expect them to raise their tolerance to people from different origins. One of the key pillars of the success of European societies is the right to associate. Usually, the more freedom to create associations, the more citizens take part in social-related decision-making processes. This contributes to the general development of the society. Many of our participants will experience this social dimension from the first time and, since we will see it from the inside, we expect them to raise awareness of the positive impact social initiatives can provoke in different communities.Mainly, these are values spread out all over the EU that we consider very important to promote during the project. The last point regarding individuals, we expect to impact people close to the participants indirectly(through media, talking, etc), potentially impacting them through the participants in the same fields but with different intensity.Regarding partner associations, one of the main goals is to promote the partner organisations activity, giving them possibilities to develop themselves in the Erasmus+ field and, ultimately, strengthening cooperation among the organisations taking part in the project. For the national partners, they will also have the opportunity to get to know the Erasmus + Programme and the workflow within it, which could end up in developing synergies and new projects afterwards.Last but not least, all these goals will be achieved in 3 different dimensions simultaneously..Local through engaging local partners such as Bosque Urbano or UPlanet. National, through engaging participants and the facilitator from different parts of the countries. And finally international, through impacting International partners and participants.
