Asociatia Generatia Schimbarii-AGES has proposed all activities carried out to create a framework for human resource development, development programs and the implementation of projects to promote and support education for all categories of people. We offer young people advice and training-courses accredited, but try and change the way they relate to career counseling at school, how to engage in having work experience. Most activities undertaken by us as Youngsters from schools, colleges and youth who are in the period of searching for a job. The problems identified in the organization related to career counseling in order to fill a job according to their own abilities, priorities overlapped with Erasmus + and was born the idea for this project. Project Be on your way! It proposes that for 11 days, 56 young people from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine, aged 16 and 30 years to develop new skills related to career counseling using informal methods and non- formal. Representatives of partner organizations have agreed that each organization to participate as 8 young people - four females and four males, aged between 16 and 30 years, coordinated by a group leader, coming from a background defavorizat- economic, ethnic, geographic, from large families; identified on the basis of a survey conducted by the partner organizations in the project. Activities during working methods should be used informal and non-formal, such as presentation, game knowledge, debate, role-playing, simulation, teamwork, workshops, public café, living library, etc. It will follow the 8 key competences (which will be the basis Youthpass) -communication mother tongue -communication in foreign languages-English -basic competences in science and technology -digital competences -ability to learn -social and civic competences -initiative and entrepreneurship competences -conscience and cultural expression The project has the following objectives: 1. 80% increase knowledge related to career counseling for employment consistent with their skills for 56 young people aged 16-30, participants from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine by participating in activities project during the 11zile; 2. 50% increase in the level of involvement in economic activities or volunteering among young people monitored over a period of 1 year, after completion of the project by increasing the skills associated with identifying and applying for a job and raising self-esteem among youth; 3. decrease by 3% next year from the project, dropout or a first job for young communities they belong to. The immediate impact on young people learned new things is satisfaction and increased self-esteem. All activities young people will be encouraged to discover. They will work in teams, will communicate and cooperate in fulfilling its proposed activities. Activities and methods chosen by promoters causes a gradual accumulation of information about deconstructing career, knowledge of English. Because teams will be mixed as nationality, gender, age, participants will be increasingly less inhibited in working with each other to communicate. Experience gained during the project will contribute to the personal development of each participant. Youthpass certificates to be issued to certify skills end and / or developed are based on self-assessment youth leaders evaluations and results of assessment tests - initial and final. Long-term impact is bound to multiply knowledge in organizations from which young. As I said, each partner organization in the project will be organized in the months June to August 2018 workshop activities with the theme of the project. In these young participants to exchange activities will serve to share knowledge gained using the methods used during the project, focusing on non-formal methods - youth organizations they belong to, friends, colleagues, family. We estimate that each organization can go directly to 200 young people, thus having a target group of 1400 young people aged 16-30 years, boys and girls alike. All activities contribute to capacity development of the young participants, young target group dissemination, and increase partner organizations regarding the competencies of members, coordinating project teams. On the other hand increase the visibility of European programs, such as Erasmus +.

This project is the sequel of the Be on your way project, carried out in 2018. Based on the young people’s feed-back, the partner-organizations have identified the need to enhance the value of the good practices developed in the first project through a new project with an enhanced/improved program (and) with a wider participation. The project ‘WAY 2’ is based on the participants’ feed-back, the end results of the youth’s learning process during the exchange activity, the reaction of the community towards the youth’s presence. On the other hand, AGES, set itself, through its activities to create a supportive environment to train and develop human resources, to develop programs and implement projects that sustain the education of all walks of life. We offer the youth counseling and vocational training – through accredited courses, but we’re trying to change the way they perceive the career guidance and advice during the school years, the way in which they are involved in getting work experience. For this project, the main goal/objective is raising awareness about vocational guidance and counseling for 48 young people aged between 16-30 from Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine who will participate for 11 days at the ‘Be on your way-2’ Projects’ activities, along with 8 group leaders. The objectives are: 1.Raising awareness about vocational guidance according to the competences for 48 young people aged between 16-30 from Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine through the participation at the projects’ activities during 11 days 2.raising the knowledge about the way in which the youth is identifying ways to develop the career 3.raising knowledge related to the non-formal working methods used in activities. 4. making a video guide related to the vocational guidance and 8 movies accomplished/executed through the Paper Motion Animation method during the 11 days of activity by the 48 young people from Romania, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Croatia, Lithuania, Poland, Turkey and Ukraine, coordinated by 8 group leaders The project has the following stages: -March1–April30: the establishment of all the projects’ details through discussions between the partners’ coordinators, conclusion of the contracts between the organizations, the project’s advertising -May1–May31: group leader’s selection. The group leader’s role would be assigned based on the organizational and conflict management skills, knowledge about group’s dynamic, ways of sustaining and involving young people with fewer opportunities and language skills (good English skills will make the communication with the other leader, the group or other people involved in the project easier and more effective) -june1–July16–group leader’s preparation regarding APV. The preparation consists in the presentation of the project, adding the leader on the facebook group, informing through the Infopack, getting familiar with the proposed themes and used methods -July 17- 18–APV For 2 days, the 8 group leader’s will participate in this activity, mainly discussing organizational issues -July19–September15-the selection of the participants. The groups will be formed of 3 females and 3 males, taking in account the gender equality, a well-done selection of the young participants which should respect the ‘ideal’ participant profile. The young people willing to participate will be completing questionnaires with the items selected by the participating organizations specified earlier. The participants’ profile has been discussed and accepted by all the promoters, from the establishment of the partnership relations. -September16–October20–the preparation of the participants regarding the YE, presentation of the Infopack, preparation for sustaining the proposed themes, the preparation of the evening in which they are presenting their country; -October 21-31 the youth exchange. For 11 days, 48n young people and 8 group leaders will take part in the activities of the project, described in detail in the Excel file. The impartiality will be promoted during the entire youth exchange, in all its activities due to the fact that there will be formed mixed groups from a national, gender or age-related point of view; -November 1–March 31 2020–dissemination, payment, follow-up. For the dissemination of the information gained during the exchange activity, informal and non-formal activities will be organized in all the organizations, involving 1600 people, 200 people from each organization. The participants from the exchange activity will be key people to passing and communicating, in a non-formal way, the information from the project among the members from the organization they are coming from. They will be using the methods applied in the project and the visual materials created. We will also share the materials developed during the project, providing them for those interested, free of charge.

"<< Objectives >>The 7-day-lasting seminar “Be active! Make a change in 2020!” with different 8 countries Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Romania, Latvia, Italy, Turkey and United Kingdom 34 participants involved, designed to create a foundation to build more caring, supportive and healthy communities by providing safe space for the participants to connect with their emotions, share experiences, develop positive attitudes and acquire tools and strategies to respond to the challenges of social issues effectively and with compassion. Through methods such as dialogue, group discussion and self-reflection, bodywork, meditation, stillness, movement, dance and play we will journey into our personal stories and experience, learn from each other, exchange and identify practices, and create a shared understanding of what is necessary to bring more trust, support and empathy in youth work. We had sessions on designing and planning concrete follow-up and dissemination activities to ensure the wider impact of the project. Transversal aspects of the training course were the Erasmus + Programme, professional and organisational development, and the fostering of new partnerships and projects. The main aim of the project is to create a foundation to build more caring, supportive and healthy communities by providing safe space for the participants to connect with them.Throughout this seminar, participants have developed greater awareness of their bodies, feelings, emotions and inner processes to build safe, empathic and authentic connection with youth based on trust and openness, therefore building strong foundations to create healthy, caring and supportive communities. During the 7 days, participants have gained more self-awareness, develop their capacity to communicate in compassionate and non-violent manner, lead from the heart and mind alike, as well as learn to motivate and bring out the best in themselves, the people they are working with and communities they reside. This project also addresses the issue of stimulating young people’s spirit of creativity and initiative to foster social inclusion and solidarity. The project had multiple positive effects on the individuals involved, cultivating a thorough understanding of each community’s needs and issues. Participants also engaged in an inter-cultural exchange and sharing of good practices at a local level. The course was held in a very lovely area in Ashford, United Kingdom.Participants working in group had also developed tools and strategies how to improve and maintain wellbeing thus contributing to developing resilience in themselves and young people they work with. Compassion has one of the core values at the basis of the program as well as subject for participants to explore and see opportunities, to create processes and safe spaces for wellbeing and to be fostered and flourish in their home communities.OBJECTIVES:*To create healthy, caring, and supportive communities.*To promote values such as social inclusion, tolerance, and empathy.*To raise attention about non-formal education as a tool to promote integration and fight againstracism and xenophobia.*To explore concepts as compassion, empathy, and mindfulness.*To gain skills in positive physiology, teamwork, leadership, and coaching.*To develop their capacity to communicate in compassionate and non-violent manner.*To create space for supporting process and development: to build up competences of theparticipants on how to be a good learner and how to be creative.*To explore the concept of wellbeing, how to improve and maintain wellbeing.*To assess and exchange good practices and common pitfalls.SUPPORTING AND LATERAL OBJECTIVES*) to create a safe and respectful atmosphere to allow for a maximum of exchange and learning*) to provide coached opportunities on group-level and on individual level for reflection, assessmentand evaluation*) to promote European cooperation in the youth field, we would like to strengthen thenetworking among the partners of the project and to provide structured space and time for theexchange of experiences and opinions, and the exchange of best practices*) to provide the seminar in a way (methodology, materials, tools etc) that there is a high sustainability and transfer ratio of competences and motivation once the participants return to their home, as well as follow-up activities*) this seminar aimed at building competences of the participants in positive physiology in the spirit of active citizenship and participation of young people*) to raise the awareness for cultural-sensitive issues, and to give an idea of the different realities welive in*) to promote a more flexible and innovative learning*) to promote inter-ethnic and intercultural understanding and fight against racism and xenophobia*) to provide structured space and time for the fostering of new partnerships in the framework of the Erasmus + programme<< Implementation >>The implementation and the project management flow consist of:2019-08-01 – 2022-04-16 Preparation phase - preparation of the participants, selection etc. (all countries involved)2022-04-17 - 2022-04-23 Main activity (A1 Seminar - UK),2022-04-24 - 2022-06-30 Evaluation, follow-up, and final report. The training programme of the seminar and the organisational tools used are the result of several years of working with young people, participation in other courses and similar activists in UK and in the partner countries. Through the participation of our partners in the preparation of training we ensure that the needs of the participants were taken into account in the program (a joint prioritization of needs, look for innovative solutions and tools). The joined forces of our international consortium with the main activity: 7-day-lasting international seminar “Be active! Make a change in 2020!” with different 8 countries involved like United Kingdom, Latvia, Romania, Greece, Italy, Malta, Cyprus, and Turkey, and 34 participants involved. The seminar was based on three main parts: self-awareness, leaders’ resource and taking action. Methods and chosen techniques of work: Presentation, Word Coffee, Brainstorming, Self-reflection, Working in groups,""Open space activity"", Buzz groups, Theatrical Scenes,Psycho-test, Simulation, Energisers, Icebreakers, Name games, Case study, Meditation, Aikido.Through ""open space"" or ""word cafe"" participants were able to input spontaneously and directly their views and share their views and knowledge. Very important part of the programme was the leadership challenge that pushed the participants to use their sills in practice. Concerning employability, we also included current topics like personal branding and networking. An important basis of this training was respect and tolerance of own and other people’s opinions, viewpoints, behaviour, and personalities. Working together and establishing personal contacts between the participants raised awareness about each other’s cultures and backgrounds, which contributed to start a dialogue and developed sense of solidarity and tolerance of participants about other cultures. Participants were selected by the partner organisations according to the following criteria (selection process was public, and was fair and transparent):- being youth workers, teachers, facilitators, and community leaders, to be directly working with and for young people on a daily basis;- must be willing to practice diverse sport activities during the training course;- must be aged 18+ and be residents in the country of the nominating partner organisation.;- be fluent in English, and be willing and committed to work and contribute for the success of the activities;- should commit to carry out agreed preparatory tasks and be willing to follow-up on the training course via active youth work, ideally in co-operation with their sending/partner organisation. We had selected participants that did not attend no more than two youth mobility and not more than one long-term EVS (over two months). This fact was made to ensure that opportunities are made available to as wide a group of people as possible and to make best use of European funds. Partner organisations took care to keep the gender balance during the selection of their participants. All ages were welcomed because they allowed diversity into the experience of the group and this would be considered as additional resources. Also, it was part of the required profile for the participants that they are in a situation to bring the findings and learning effect of the training back home by being in a position for decision making and/or training human resources and/or carrying projects forward.A further measure was an exhaustive hand-out and documentation of the training course, including further resources and guides, to be distributed among all participants and to be further distributed among the organisations’ partners and networks. We hope that via the values and attitudes conveyed at the event, the participants were positively influence their peers and communities in a lasting way.Evaluation and monitoring at end of the training course with the participants, the hosting team and the team of trainers also evaluation with partner organisations immediately after the training have shown that the objectives of the ""Be active!Make a change in 2020!"" were met. All participants also confirmed that the experience had impacted their personal lives. More than 80% experienced an impact on their professional conduct and youth work in general.<< Results >>The expected results are that the participants gained knowledge, discussed their ideas and were supported to design their own practical examples on how to use compassion as a tool in non-formal education settings. We expect the participants have now more competent hands, hearts, and heads in the area of wellbeing, developed positive attitudes and acquire tools to respond to the challenges of social issues effectively and with compassion. By such, they will/are influencing the work of their organisation back home, and in the long run they will keep positively influencing and supporting their environment, peers, communities, and European society. Some general considerations worth mentioning are that importance was given to the elaboration on the situation of the organisation back home, guided by the content of the sessions and supporting handouts and documentation. Also, it was part of the required profile for the participants that they be in a situation to bring the findings and learning effect of the training back home by being in a position for decision making and/or training human resources and/or carrying projects forward. Participants ensured the wider impact of this project by implementing concrete follow-up activities and providing opportunities with and for young people in their regions and countries. The impact on the local community is to be seen in a longer time frame. It will be positively affected through the activities implemented by the attending organisations, as the local community is an important stakeholder in international youth activities and part of the philosophy of the Erasmus+ programme. And we hope that via the values and attitudes conveyed at the seminar training, the participants will positively influence their peers and communities in a lasting way.Through the various levels and formats of encounter that are provided during the activity, a further impact on the participants should be raised sympathy, understanding and openness for people from other backgrounds.VALIDATION AND RECOGNITION OF LEARNING OUTCOMESThis was mainly happened through the following measures:*) issuing of Youthpass;*) raised competences of the participants as self-directed lifelong learners and elaboration ofrespective plan for the future;*) raised competences of the participants as entrepreneurs and thus their raised employability, included in the elaboration of the individual plans outlined above;*) recognition and appreciation of future activities by the partner organisations and participants of thisseminar, by directly implementing initiatives, or by empowering/coach further young people toimplement entrepreneurial and/or sustainable social initiatives.MULTIPLYING AND FOLLOW-UP:Our partners have strong experience and they been involved for a long time in youth work being in charge of the multiple youth projects. As far as the long-term impact is concerned, partners agreed that as this initiative should be considered as the first milestone of a long-term process, an impact assessment activity will be performed for at least 1 years after completion of the project. This is allowed thanks to the project development activity performed by the WEB 2:0 which will continue to work and use on a way of communication. In order to measure impact, partners followed this activity scheme and use the following impact indicators (apart from outcomes and results indicators described in the dedicated boxes of the application, which also considered when evaluating impact of the project):IMPACT ON YOUNG PEOPLEIncreased awareness of the potential of wellbeing tools and increased capacity of ""managing"" and ""using"" mechanisms which support their wellbeing. Our participation organisation benefited from the project outcomes and results. Indirectly, the impact was reflected on Youths/Young people that our partners work with and participants of our seminar. For example, an improvement of communicating skills of the youth workers/educators/ youth leaders/facilitators improved communication and social skills of the youths. As young are not just promoting social skills with their peers but were getting their parents to accept the idea of them. Anyone who has seen the tenacity of discriminatory practices around the world will understand the significance of this social change. In order to transform the world in one generation, we needed to communicate not just with adults (whose attitudes and habits are often firmly entrenched) but also with youths. As we know, youths are open, receptive, curious, eager to try out new things, infinitely resourceful and tenacious in pursuit of a cause. What an improve way how to communicate with youths that are age-appropriate, culturally sensitive, inclusive, and positive, that help build self-esteemand confidence, and perhaps most importantly, are interesting and engaging."
