This action supports physical and blended mobility of higher education students and staff from/to third countries not associated to Erasmus+. Students in all study fields and cycles can take part in a study period or traineeship abroad. Higher education teaching and administrative staff can take part in professional development activities abroad, as well as staff from the field of work in order to teach and train students or staff at higher education institutions.

This project aims to examine the intersection between digitalization and the circular economy, and how this can be utilized to enhance resilience and sustainability through EU policy. The project is aligned with EU policies such as the Circular Economy Package, the 2030 Climate and Energy Framework, the SDGs, and the Industry 4.0 strategy. The general objectives of the project are to understand the potential of digitalization in promoting resilience and sustainability in the EU, analyze EU policymaking in the context of promoting the circular economy and sustainable development, and provide insights into how digitalization can be leveraged to improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, and promote sustainable business models. It will also incorporate perspectives from various fields such as business, economics, logistics, finance, banking, entrepreneurship, and technology. The project has the potential to help the EU build a more sustainable and resilient economy by contributing to the implementation of EU policies and achieving their targets.The expected outcomes of the project include a comprehensive enhancement of knowledge and understanding by policymakers, stakeholders, and the wider public of the intersection between digitalization and the circular economy, the potential of digitalization in promoting resilience and sustainability in the EU, and insights into how this potential can be leveraged through policy. It will facilitate the development of new business models and value chains that are more sustainable and resilient.
