"<< Objectives >>The main objective of the project is to support people with fewer opportunities in the professional integration, i.e. immigrants, and to develop appropriate tools for this in the context of career guidance, as well as a guide for career counsellors supporting their work skills in assimilating immigrants into local and regional labour markets, taking into account the context of recovery from the crisis. Thanks to the implementation of the project, there will also be institutional development.<< Implementation >>Activities will be undertaken in mutual transnational cooperation between organizations WIR and COSVITEK and will include:1. Testing and dissemination of resultsIn addition, during the project, a social action will be carried out to bring the problem of immigration closer and counteract stereotypes<< Results >>The implementation of this project will allow for the development of an innovative tool - an Integrative Individual Action Plan (in analogue and digital form) and a guide for career counsellors on support for immigrants and recommendations for assimilation in new realities in the context of career formation. The project will be implemented with a partner from Italy, which will ensure effective and efficient achievement of the project's objectives and will lead to the development of both partners"

<< Objectives >>We are all worried about the future of this and the next generation. We want to respond to youths' need to participate via non-formal education and working experience in order to contribute to fight against climate change, engage in European strategies regarding youth and green development, enhance interdisciplinary education and provide footing for ECEC regarding care of the environment and financial basics. We want to deliver the tools and to train the current and the future agents of change.<< Implementation >>Partners will develop a non-formal training course, two handbooks, one focusing on pedagogy and other joining ecology and economy.Volunteers are going to attend the training course, later visiting kindergartens and using the knowledge and their creativity to develop activities for ECEC children and in the end, perform the activities in ECEC of their countries.We will develop a website and along with European and social platforms, we will share the handbooks, training course and ECEC activities.<< Results >>Tangible results will be the project website, major comprehension on nest international ECEC practices and economy-ecology interaction in the form of handbooks and ECEC activities.Intangible results for organisations will be international and interdisciplinary cooperation. Volunteers will gain non-formal and up to date knowledge and job-like experience. Children will get innovative activities contributing to school preparedness. Lastly, usefulness to interested institutions and individuals.

<< Objectives >>The AGERECO project seeks more effective climate action and better protection of the environment and biodiversity by the agricultural sector, thus reducing the greenhouse emissions. Moreover, the project aims at giving to micro and small enterprises the skills necessary to economically implement this transition and to improve their economic conditions.<< Implementation >>The project foresees a series of training sessions for micro and small enterprises in the agricultural sector to enhance their knowledge on sustainable agriculture through an educational program divided in micro-credentials. The project also entails the implementation of training sessions aimed at educating the MSEs in economic sustainability which will give to micro and small enterprises the skills necessary to economically implement the sustainable transition toward a sustainable agriculture.<< Results >>The impact of the project will be to contribute to an increase in agricultural land used in a sustainable way by MSEs operating in the sector and to empower them economically. The organizations involved will benefit from each other from the cooperation within the project through an internationalization of their work and an exchange of best practices in the field of education and training.
