    Funder Contribution: 44,991.1 EUR

Student and Staff Mobilities were planned in detail, taking the amount of grant defined for our institution in our 2018 project period into account, and all activities were carried out meticulously. In this context, 6 students benefited from mobility for studies, 11 students from traineeship mobility and 10 staff from staff mobility.During the project, our goals were to enable individuals to acquire better skills and employability competence, improve their ability to adapt to new conditions, raise their level of higher education and strengthen its quality to meet needs of the sector in the future. In addition to that, making our university an intercultural center where educational resources, new learning and teaching methods can be shared and experience can be exchanged has been/will continue to be among our top priorities. It has been observed that the participants expressed their desire to benefit from the Erasmus program for the second time in student and staff mobilities many times and that sharing their experiences with potential candidates has a direct positive effect on new Erasmus applications. In addition, Erasmus mobility contributes to the international visibility of our institution, the participants hosted within the scope of the program increase the awareness of our institution in the international arena and create an intercultural atmosphere within the institution.
