The aim of the project was to integrate and cooperate with young people with special needs in the field of European Voluntary Service. Activities in the project were closely related and occurred in the sequence planned and agreed by the parties. The project consisted of - Szkolenia / TC; short term EVS for 10 people with Hearing / EVS defects from Poland in Greece (8 mobilities were implemented) and Ewunaacyjnej Meetings / SE.The main goal of TC was to provide detailed knowledge about European Voluntary Service to organizations working for youth, presentation of tools supporting EVS and building sustainable, high quality Partnerships for people with special needs. The implementation of 8 short term deaf people was a response to the real needs of the group of young deaf people from the RA and DO Foundation. Implementation of theory in practice, presentation of the methodology of recruitment, preparation, implementation and support of EVS for people with special needs. Evaluation meeting after 6 months after TC and 2 short term EVS for 4 people and before the next two turns allowed to summarize and reflect the process of using knowledge in practice and contributed to the real use of knowledge in planning projects for the future. The project was attended by 18 youth workers working with youth also with special needs and 124 Głuchych / Słabosłyszących from Poland and Spain. The project took place in the Center of the Professional Activation Center in Krzyżew (Podlasie) where people with disabilities work. “E.A.S.Y. LAB. - Entrepreneurship And Self-emploYment by real experiences in LABour market” has allowed 60 young graduates residing in Basilicata Region to carry out a 4 month training period abroad in the sectors of food and wine, tourism and hotel hospitality (20 in France, 20 in Spain and 20 in the United Kingdom). The project, raising from the cooperation among the members of the National Consortium led by EuForMed Srls, aimed at promoting employment and entrepreneurship in the strongest sectors of regional economy, supporting a development model that was able to respect its economic-productive vocation. The objectives of the project regarded the beneficiaries and partners’ perspectives of development, can be considered widely achieved in consideration of the following analysis:-the greater knowledge of job opportunities coming from tourism and food and wine industry has been achieved not only by the realization of the 60 mobility programs abroad but also through the information and dissemination actions implemented by the members of the Consortium;-the increase of hard skills in the project sectors involved the 60 participants who, through their work experience abroad, were able to acquire, in accordance with the Regional Framework of Qualifications, knowledge and skills associated with specific units of expertise;-the development of interpersonal, communicative, organizational and management skills of the participants who, thanks to the mobility experience, have been able to acquire a great deal of information on the culture and economy of the host country, as well as on the modalities of interaction within a professional context;-the development of the skills recognition systems was prompted by the use of the Europass and ECVET tools. Albeit without having an operative recognition system at regional level, the need to certify the experiences abroad has allowed the Consortium members to acquire a methodology that will facilitate a wider use of the European certification and validation systems. The National Consortium and the individual members have been able to reach objectives that concerned a better knowledge of the professional figures and related competences of the tourism and food and wine sector; the strengthening of language skills; the empowerment of transnational cooperation tools necessary to increase European mobility; the enhancement of the link between school/training and productive sectors. The project has reached impacts on the beneficiaries and the organizations involved, as well as at local, national and European level. With reference to the participants, some of the impacts could be observed immediately at the end of the mobility period:-achievement of a greater awareness of their professional opportunities (100% of the participants);-acquisition of professional skills related to their field of study (88% of participants);-acquisition of soft skills related to the ability to work responsibly and professionally (100% of participants);-strengthening of foreign language skills (95% of participants). The impacts on the participants’ competences and the support action carried out by EuForMed and the partner organizations are also producing positive impacts on the participants’ employment opportunities. EuForMed has already been able to assess that the 32% of the participants received a job offer from foreign companies (against the initial expectation of 10%).Furthermore, the project action represented an important tool for consolidating collaborations within the Consortium and with foreign partners, responding to the internationalization need that was at the basis of the project action. Through the development and sharing of collaborative skills/competences within the partnership there have been impacts on the capacity of management and coordination of joint activities and projects, including future ones. Thanks to the skills acquired, the Consortium has been creating the conditions to act at regional level by proposing a training and employment strategy meeting the specifics needs of the labour market.

"The nine days multilateral youth exchange project aimed to reinforce in young people the sense of belonging to their different origins, in order to revalue and strengthen their European identity based on mutual intercultural dialogues.Every European reality is a common value, full of traditions and culture and must become again the engine of wealth and wellbeing at all level, to be rediscovered by young people, in order to allow the societies to revive. In this light, Back to the nature! aimed to create awareness on how to reconsider the sustainable development of a territory as an alternative to youth depopulation of the rural area towards more industrialized ones, by paying attention, recuperating and promoting popular traditions and habits, more natural, healthy and responsible life styles, simple, daily actions, ""forgotten"" arts and crafts. Therefore the requalification of popular roots and traditions were then the trigger to enhance the promotion of new forms of youth traditional-related entrepreneurship at every European level. The young participants, coming from various European countries, different in culture, background, religion and language cooperated in an intercultural context, sharing, presenting and exchanging their own experiences, as such expanding their knowledge and horizons. For the entire duration of the exchange, following the project spirit, the young participants have been accommodated in complete harmony with the territory and the community. They experienced as form of hospitality a countryhouse accommodation (Camp’Live!) which positively contributed to raise their sense of adaptability to a natural and untouched environment. Recovering the principle of non-formal education, which is at the basis of the E+ Programme, the exchange offered to the participants a different approach to the territory, where the integration of expert and common knowledge, observation and the continuous exchange between youngster was the main means of mutual understanding. As the whole project was intended as an open-air laboratory for the participants, the active participation, ongoing dialogues, meetings and intercultural, informal activities, with other young Europeans, offered them the opportunity to arise their awareness on their European sense of belonging and to play a positive and active role in the recuperation of their traditional culture. During these open-air laboratories, youngster got the chance to learn and share culinary, traditions, crafts, farming, manufacturing, in addition to the daily habits of the inhabitants. Daily moments of sharing and debriefing were scheduled among the participants divided in groups, in order to enhancing an in-depth exchange of synergic knowledge between the non-formal education and the game (edu-playing). Apposite space and time were initially devoted to ice-breaking, team and capacity building. Then, in order to harmonize the internal dynamics, laboratories and activation plays (energizer), it was proposed to stimulate the use of other communication codes such as movement. Every night an intercultural dinner was organized in turn by participants from the same nationality, where they had the chance to share the typical food of their regions and the traditional habits and consumption, music and dance. At the end of the exchange, youngsters have gained the necessary experience and collected enought information to share and draft together and present to the local community a Village Plan. It was intended as a partecipative, strategic scheme of analysis and proposals, outlining the added values, the critical issues, the strengths and challenges for the common, responsible and sustainable development of a territory and its community."

An experience in European or international mobility is an asset for any young person. The skills gained through this type of experience are very important and valuable for his future life as a person, a professional, and a citizen. This statement matches even more the public of young people with fewer opportunities. Contrarly to what is generally thought, young people with a low level of qualification, few financial ressources, social/personnal issues, or disabled, etc, could benefit from a mobility experience, should they access a professional guidance, support and proper preparation. In France and in Europe, several organisations share the same values and work in favor of this public. The field of international mobility has evolved in France as in Europe in the past few years, with new programs; but mostly with the development of a wide approach on international mobility. With employment, training and volunteering opportunities, with project in group or for individuals, mobility comes in all shapes and forms. This project is created with the aim to work extensivly on the subject, with a consortium of 8 partners, including 3 French (Jeunes à Travers le Monde, UNAREC, et Itinéraire International), 4 European (Cesavo en Italie, Institute for United Europe et Eduq en Pologne, Dynamo en Belgique), and a European network (Volonteurope), who would gather around this subject and these values, emphasizing strongly on the essential role of guidance and mentoring of young people with fewer opportunities. Public of youngsters we are dealing with is composed of young people with fewer opportunities, or Netts, or vulnerable adults aged between 18 and 30.The project coordinator is a French organisation amed Itinéraire International. The organisation has the opportunity to cooperate with each organisation, most of which already know each other. All of them share the same observation and motives. The projects offers to the partenrs to cooperate together for:- the promotion at EU level, of a proper trade on mentoring young people with fewer oppotunities, and the creation of new training tools for professionals or future professionals. - the development of a common advocacy speech and create a formal cooperation network that will disseminate the speech and will act to make mobility more accessible and inclusive in the future. The end of the project will drive us to 2017, when the partners will be able to participate to the dialogues around the future Europea programmes in 2020. Activities of the project will be carried around workshops and between groundwork professionals who will exchange on their (best) practices, develop and experiment new working methods. The project also includes 2 seminars, one is organised during the project to invite a wide number of new partners to join the formal network, and one that will be the closing event to present and disseminate the results at the end of the project. Among various dissemination and communication activities, a website will be created to share information with any person or organisation interested.
