Climate change is one of the biggest challenges facing the world. The world is warming day by day. It is impossible for natural life and humans to adapt to this rapid change. According to data from Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, a temperature rise of 1.5°C could lead to the extinction of 20-30% of species. If the temperature rise exceeds 2°C, many ecosystems may come to an end. (www.ipcc.ch/report/ar6/wg1/)The European Green Deal seeks to involve people, communities and organizations in tackling the climate crisis and creating a green order. Although its sphere of influence is limited to Europe, the efforts of Europe to become carbon-neutral by 2050 will affect the whole world. The presence of 12 legal regulations in the articles of the agreement and the existence of sanctions for the countries that have commercial relations with Europe will take the fight against climate change forward. In this direction, it is aimed to reduce the carbon emissions of the European continent by 55% until 2030. (ec.europa.eu/clima/eu-action/european-green-deal_en)Therefore, the main purpose of the project is to raise awareness among the guidance teachers and guide the our students, who are the adults of the future, and to involve them in the fight against the climate crisis. Supporting the green transformation of educational content, learning about the investment and career opportunities created by the European Green Deal's Just Transition Mechanism principle will expand the field of action of teachers and strengthen them. In addition, the big green changes that the European Green Deal targets will create in the sectors show that job descriptions, career goals and entrepreneurship understanding will also change. It will be an important step for counselors to adopt climate goals, add environmental equipment to their profession, and guide students towards green career goals. Through this Project students will have an opportunity from young their age to be equipped with the skills, knowledge and attitudes to address green deal transformation and prepare themselves for the green jobs of the future. Even today, young people and children appear as important figures in the fight against the climate crisis and can mobilize global organizations. Finally, Poland, which produces more than 70% of its energy production with fossil fuels, is the European country that needs this change the most. Therefore, it will be a real hope for the future for teachers and students to adapt to change before it is too late.<< Objectives >>School teachers are the key to reaching European Green Deal aims. They play central role in engaging students for behavioral changes However, teachers need to upgrade their knowledge and skills, and enhance their teaching methodologies to quide students on the green deal transformation process. In line with this information, the target groups of the project are guidance teachers, other trainers and students as final beneficiaries. Because teachers are the ones who can create change, raise awareness, put ideas into practice and influence students in the short term. In the long term, it is students who will shape the entire future. Within this context, the overall objective of our project is to build a capacity in secondary education on the European Green Deal and prepare students for their future “green” careers. Specific objectives are -To enhance guidance teachers’ capacity on environment and climate change and green skills so that they can support and guide students on European green deal transformation. -To create leaders among the target groups who will defend the green future-To promote an environmentally friendly mindset among school students -To raise the awareness of the teachers, students and families within the scope of the European Green Deal.<< Implementation >>The activities of the project are prepared in order to achieve the objectives and results of the project and to achieve the expected effects. Project activities will be discussed under five headings. These activities are the production of project results, Transnational Meetings, Multiplier Events and dissemination, Eco Career Days and Green Ideas Exhibition.Within the scope of the project, three project results will be produced. The first project result will be the Green Career Guide. The guide will include guidance teachers and students. In this way, the two most important elements in school education will meet with ecological goals. Teachers who use the Green Career Guide and participate in other project activities will find that they can add new dimensions to their profession. They will step out of their professional habits and take part in a movement initiated for the fight against climate change and the future of the world. This will increase their leadership skills and enable them to become stronger as equipment. In this way, they will be able to guide students towards European Green Deal goals and grounded career plans. Students using the green career guide will gain important awareness about the climate crisis. They will learn the necessary ecological information to save the world they live in and they will turn into eco individuals. In addition to correcting their own habits, they will harmonize their career plans with the sector thanks to the guide. They will be able to build their future realistically by learning concepts such as green career, eco-entrepreneurship and green collar. In short, target groups will become eco-individuals by increasing their ecological literacy. Finally, the guide will present roadmaps for a school to become carbon-neutral.The Green Age Platform will be the driving force for users to switch to an ecological life and learn about their carbon footprints. It will enable students to participate in more job opportunities, international events and climate activities. Because announcements will be posted on the platform frequently. Access to developments and news about climate change will be easier. The level of digital literacy will increase. Scientific aspects of the climate crisis will be learned. In this way, information pollution and myths will be prevented. Thanks to the platform, users will be able to overcome geographical and economic barriers that they can meet. With magazine, the last of the project results, awareness of paper waste will be increased. This will indirectly be a good step against problems such as environmental pollution, energy consumption and deforestation. People will find that other recycled materials besides paper can also be used for print.Transnational Meetings will increase the quality of the production of project results, monitoring and evaluation activities, budget and time management, communication and coordination processes. Multiplier Events and dissemination efforts will increase the impact of the project to much higher levels than anticipated. In this way, the project will reach the goals of the European Green Deal and affect many people ecologically.Eco Career Days and Green Ideas Exhibition will enable many students to be reached concretely. All of the project objectives will become concrete in these activities to be held under physical conditions. During career days, students will be directed to green jobs and meet face-to-face with representatives of green collar and eco-entrepreneurship. In this way, they will understand the seriousness of the changes in the sector and make future plans. The Green Ideas Exhibition will not compete with children but will value all ideas. In this way, students' self-confidence, motivation, participation, soft skills and active citizenship will develop. Students will learn to step into things without fear.<< Results >>The project is about the climate crisis, which concerns the whole world and has a global public opinion, and reducing carbon emissions to zero. Especially European countries have started to work in every field to reduce carbon emissions to zero. Therefore, the project will produce various outputs and activities to contribute to the European Green Deal goals (especially in the field of school education). These outputs and activities will produce tangible results. During and after the project, it is expected that other results such as awareness of climate change, organization to fight climate crisis, development of soft skills will occur.Expected results:- Career guides in line with the European Green Deal targets will be produced for school counselors and students.- The career guide will contain important information on sectors that are undergoing great change. This information will be information such as at what points the change is and what the innovations are. In this way, students will be able to shape their future according to the green order.- Counselors will be able to add concepts such as eco-entrepreneurship, green collar, green industry, clean transportation, renewable energy to their profession thanks to the career guide. In this way, they will be able to make their profession interesting and gain new equipment and qualifications.- A digital platform (Green Age Platform) will be created where information on environmental pollution and climate change is included, and news of the European Green Deal and other environmentalist movements are shared. This platform will include business opportunities for green careers and academic texts that will eliminate information pollution. Users (especially the target groups of the project) will be able to add content, comment and create events.- The Green Age Platform will provide students with a space to act on the digital platform. For counselors, it will be a new channel through which they can reach students.- As the users of the Green Age Platform increase, students from different cultures, languages, geography and economic levels will come together for the same purpose. Counselors will also meet their colleagues and increase their level of relationship and communication.- During and after the project, Eco Career Days will be held with the participation of sector representatives, managers of private and public institutions. During the career days, people from the sector will directly tell the students about the sectors, green business and career fields, eco-entrepreneurship, and the new order that started to take place with the European Green Deal. In this way, the information to be conveyed by the guidance teachers will become concrete.- All of the partner institutions will ask their students for ecological business ideas and project drafts on the work to be done for the transition to the green order. These ideas will be displayed at the Green Ideas Exhibition after the project. In this way, students' soft skills and active citizenship will develop and their self-confidence will increase.- Positive contributions will be made to digital literacy level and foreign language proficiency.- During and after the project, a magazine will be produced covering the topics of the European Green Deal, reducing the carbon footprint to zero, combating the climate crisis, and an ecological life guide. This magazine will be prepared with recycled materials and in a virtual environment. The use of recycled materials will create effective awareness. Magazine will be published every three months and its sustainability will be ensured. In particular, interviews and studies of sector representatives and eco-entrepreneurs who have started the green change will be included.- Partner institutions will learn the practices in other countries in the field of school education and combating climate change. In this way, they will be able to work for the areas where they are insufficient.

The coaches of TOSSFED work entirely on the basis of VOLUNTEERING and do not get any wages. In order to train ID athletes, it is necessary to establish cooperation with the family first. However, the Federation and volunteer coaches are unfortunately not capable of managing cooperation with each other because 90% of our federation's coaches are only sports-based without a special education basis. For this reason, even if they are successful in sports coaching, they are quite lacking in family management and non-sports management. They face the challenges of a lack of accessible information and required skills to guide parents with ID athletes. To effectively engage with these families, coaches need to feel competent, confident and adequately resourced. Therefore, it is very important for the coaches who deal with ID athletes to act as an adult educator.Family is the most important factor in the lives of these athletes and mentally disabled people consider their families as role models for them. The volunteer coaches must gain adult education skills in order to guide and manage families with ID athletes. At this point, all federations within the project are desirous of offering compulsory training to volunteer coaches. However, they have no trainings or in-service training activities. Families with ID athletes are also quite insufficient in guiding or approaching their children as well as cooperating with coaches. Families' skills need to be developed to ensure ID athletes have both more successful and sustainable sports careers.Especially the families within the Federations are very inadequate in guiding their children and supporting them in non-sports activities. This inadequacy was felt much more clearly in the Covid-19 Pandemic. Due to the training limitations in the pandemic, the coaches developed a family-supported remote training program. However, these exercises were very inefficient due to the insufficiency of the families and the inadequacy of the coaches in family cooperation. In this process, the physical and mental health status of ID athletes unfortunately regressed. That’s why families with ID athletes need to develop their key skills at a certain level and gain the ability to manage their children for sustainable careers of the ID athletes as well as families’ mental health. Our federation has the authority to direct families and open courses through Public Education Centers in cooperation with the Ministry of National Education. At this point, a standard framework program is also necessary to increase the cooperation of families with ID athletes and to increase their own competencies. All specified needs are common in the participating federations and also many other federations in the EU. Our federation has been working with other Federations in Europe for 1,5 years to develop some standard training materials because other Special Athletes Federations in the EU also experiencing such problems on family management.<< Objectives >>Erasmus+ Adult Education Programme offers an opportunity to meet the identified needs at the EU level. It is very important to find solutions to the needs with a joint study.Within this background, the overall objective of the project is to empower the Special Athletes Federations in Europe on family management. The specific aims of the project are;-to increase competencies of coaches on family management and the transfer of learning situations into families of ID athletes-to increase knowledge and the basic skills of families of ID athletes to be able to better support their ID athletes -to develop inter-connected partnerships between the federations of ID athletes and educational institutions across the EU on the common needsIn addition, the issues we want to achieve with the project, specific to the participants, participating institutions and target groups, are as follows;- To improve participating trainers and coaches' skills in special education as well as in family support programs- To connect and engage the participants more closely with their colleagues abroad, acquire transversal skills and act together to solve similar problems.- To improve the motivation and progress training of the participants to their work and to provide them with better quality service by gaining new perspectives.- To ensure that participating Federations provide better quality service in family support programs- To guide families of ID athletes in non-sports activities and homeschooling of their children and provide better counselling to them- To provide federations with standard training programs for volunteer coaches and their families and to increase the quality of in-service training; also, to design these innovative training content to enable federations to equip volunteer coaches with a certain level of competence.- To improve the cooperation of Special Athletes Federations with educational institutions and to create a sustainable mechanism between them- As a horizontal target, to support the sports careers of ID athletes and to contribute to their social inclusion and to encourage more individuals with intellectual disabilities to the sports field- To contribute to the mental health of families by providing better quality training programs- Strengthening families 'access to education and making use of federations' services for disadvantaged families; Establishing local communities through coaches, strengthening the dialogue of families with each other and contributing to their social inclusion- Conducting activities that will contribute to Erasmus + Priorities<< Implementation >>The most important activities for the achievement of the project and the delivery of the expected results;1. Producing the Main Outputs of the Project2. Transnational Meetings3. Training of Coaches: LTT activity4. Multiplier Events1. Producing the main outputs of the projectProducing project outputs is the most important activity in the project. The fact that these activities make up a large share of the budget shows the importance level. 3 main outputs will be produced within the project.- Training Module to Coaches of ID AthletesThis output will enable the development of family management and counseling skills of volunteer coaches working in federations. Increasing the communication and cooperation of coaches with families, which is one of the most important project objectives, will be realized by producing this output and training the coaches through this output. This output will develop voluntary coaches' special education-based adult education skills. In addition, this training module will become mandatory in federations for new coaches who want to become volunteer coaches.- Training Module to Coaches of ID AthletesThis output will be produced for families to acquire the minimum skills to support and develop their children's sports careers. Through this framework program, families will become more competent and informed in providing healthcare, wellbeing, non-sport activities, homeschooling to their children. This program will also enhance cooperation between coaches. Increasing the skills of families will contribute not only to their children but also to their own mental health and social inclusion. One of the important project goals will be achieved through the integration of these two training materials in the current programs of the participating federations. With these outputs, federations will not only create a standard training program for coaches but also gain the ability to train families. Federations can organize in-service trainings, webinars and training organizations by using these outputs.- International e-Learning PlatformThis platform will increase the distance learning opportunities of coaches and families. In this way, it will be possible to reach coaches and families in disadvantaged geographies. This platform will enrich the limited international resources on the topic. In addition, increasing the usage of this platform to international dimensions will enable the project results to reach more target groups. The main outputs will increase the confidence of the federations in volunteer coaches, equip high-quality training materials and increase cooperation with families. Other activities to be carried out within the project will support the production of these outputs in better quality and reach more target groups.2. Transnational MeetingsThese meetings will support the preliminary studies, development stages and quality assessment stages of the production of project outputs, as well as increasing the know-how sharing and cooperation between institutions. For this purpose, 5 transnational meetings will be held in certain periods in each participating country.3. Training of Coaches: LTT activityParticipants who work in the federations and have the status of trainers will participate in the short-term training mobility in FHZ, Serbia. Since this activity will improve the special education knowledge and family education skills of the people who will produce the project outputs, it will be a very important activity for the production of the project outputs in quality standards. In addition, this activity will create a long-term impact as it will increase the competence of the federations' staff who will provide post-project training activities.4. Multiplier EventsMultiplier events will be organized in each country. It will significantly increase the impact area of the project. Multiplier events will be organized for target groups, especially Virtus, who can use the project outputs.<< Results >>The project will produce both tangible and intangible results on participants, target groups, participating institutions, and large-scale. The most significant tangible results of the project will be the three main outputs. These outputs will especially enable participating federations to establish coach and family support programs and to create in-service training programs. They will meet the needs of their target groups with comprehensive and reliable training resources in an effective way. The project will enable all partner institutions to form transnational cooperation to develop a common framework for family management training for both trainers and families. With the completion of the project and integration of the outputs into the annual activities of the partner federations, the quality of services they provide to coaches and families will increase in terms of improving family management training and counselling and self-learning services. Furthermore, an e-learning platform for special athletes’ coaches will add value to all partner institutions' capacity and articulate the digital platforms into their existing system. The project will have intangible results through the production of tangible results, transnational meetings, multiplier events, and dissemination activities such as enhancing know-how for all partners, building capacities and professionalism to work at the EU level, and increasing their recognition across Europe. Trainers from the federations who will participate in the project will increase their skills in the training of trainers. In this way, they will gain the ability to provide in-service training to coaches and families of ID athletes. Moreover, all participants will increase their various competencies such as management, team work, linguistic, literature review, organization competencies. The project results will prepare suitable conditions for them to create more professional, modern, and inclusive working environments in their institutions. Other expected results of the project as follows:•The coaches of special athletes will increase the opportunities for the professional development in special education based-family education.•The coaches will enhance their communication and coordination skills with the families of special athletes as well as non-sports activities to support the improvement of their careers as a whole.•For the families of special athletes, the results of the project will equip families with the necessary skills and competencies to become competent and confident while supporting their children's sports careers.•Families of ID athletes will become more confident and healthier towards the sports activities of their children and bcome more collaborative to the Federations.•The motivation of the federations to work with supporting institutions in line with their needs will increase. In particular, our federation will deliver the framework program to be implemented to families in cooperation with public education centers.•At the societal level, increasing the coordination between families and trainers and their competencies will promote the visibility of special athletes federations worldwide.•The results of the project will raise awareness about the importance of sports for people with disabilities’ well-being and social inclusion.•The results of the project will provide a better understanding of practices and training on family management in sports activities of people with disabilities across countries.•It is among the expected results to increase the researches on coaches and families of special athletes in special education.•The project will also increase the Federations’ reputation on VIRTUS, the federations' umbrella organization in Europe.•One of the most important long-term results of the project will be both gaining more special athletes and having more successful careers for current athletes.

One of the most affected groups in this process is the youth facing the biggest unemployment problem. Solving the unemployment crisis and enabling youth to enter the labor market has become one of the top priorities of the development agenda in many countries. Moreover, the number of young people who are neither in education nor in employment has exceeded 600 million worldwide. NEET data in Turkey are below the average of OECD countries and even last in Europe. (Eurostat, 2019)The most effective method to ensure the active participation of young people in social and economic life is to revive the entrepreneurial spirit. For this reason, entrepreneurship trainings should become widespread and meet target audiences. The more diverse entrepreneurship training is, the more young people will be able to participate in employment. A newly opened or restructured business; It increases the employment volume of the country, offers a solution to the unemployment problem and as a result, economic development gains a positive momentum. As a result of new business areas, educating young people in the country and especially young women in rural areas, guiding and supporting them with social activities, improves their entrepreneurship skills. Our project develops reports on youth work in rural areas and a training kit for entrepreneurship, and offers activities to support entrepreneurship training and activities with non-formal and informal trainings. (Encouraging young people to beekeeping and guiding them on how to start and run a lucrative business, fostering a culture of entrepreneurship in rural areas.)Beekeeping, which is a means of livelihood or additional income for a significant portion of the population of the South East Anatolia region, is important in terms of providing input to many branches of the trade sector. Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak is famous for its endemic plants, so it is a very productive region for the beekeeping industry. Beekeeping enterprises in this region generally consist of small enterprises or individual production as in the country. According to the data of Şırnak Provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry, there are 1050 registered beekeepers in the province. There are more than 80 thousand beehives throughout the province. The total annual honey production is between 750 and 800 tons.Farmers engaged in beekeeping have lagged behind the constantly evolving and digitalizing world due to terrorism for years. In addition, entrepreneurial skills are also suppressed. For this reason, they are far from technical production methods where knowledge and technology combine, and digital and entrepreneurial skills that make more profit. This situation caused low productivity and loss in economic returns. Yield and low profit are shaped by the widespread use of traditional beekeeping, inadequacies in beekeeping methods, unconscious disease struggle, inability to produce queen bees, and the use of existing queens for a long time. In addition, the ""Beekeeping"" course program prepared by the General Directorate of Lifelong Learning contains many deficiencies in both the beekeeping sector and the production of bee products. The course training period is 72 hours, the content of the training program includes general basic recommendations beyond critical information about unqualified young beekeepers. In addition, the lack of transversal and social skills in the program hinders the development of the potential of the participants in the region and the efficiency of the training. In addition, beekeeping is mostly limited to honey production in the Region. However, bee products such as propolis, beeswax, royal jelly and bee pollen with high added value are in great demand both in the national and global markets. For this reason, the production of bee products is a highly efficient and high<< Objectives >>Youth unemployment in the labor market in recent years; It has become an important problem for both developed and developing countries. Young people face many difficulties in the transition from education to the labor market. Those who lose their job first and are unemployed in a possible crisis are much more likely than other age groups. Especially in the recent period, many young people are exposed to temporary / part-time or informal forms of employment that yield very little income, even if they join the business world. The data of the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) February 2021 show that the unemployment rate in the 15-24 age group in Turkey has reached 26.9%. According to Neither Employment nor Education and Training (NEET) figures, Turkey has the highest NEET rate (29.5%) among OECD countries. The COVID-19 crisis has further deepened the problem of youth unemployment, making it more difficult to access decent jobs. In the Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey, the youth unemployment problem, especially in Şırnak, stands out to a great extent. The provincial economy of Şırnak is based on agriculture and animal husbandry, it has been one of the most severely affected provinces in the region in terms of youth unemployment, and current jobs have decreased significantly due to the COVID-19 outbreak. According to TURKSTAT 2018 data, in Şırnak, which is one of the provinces with the lowest female employment, the employment rate of women in the total population is 20.18%. In addition, young women in rural areas mostly work as unpaid family workers, unregistered in the city, below the minimum wage in the sector and in heavy conditions at home.Although there are various work programs for young people, beekeeping as a business has not received much attention. However, beekeeping plays an important role in improving livelihoods, especially in rural areas. Beekeeping is an important income generating activity with great potential for development. Landless and low-income areas, especially in rural and remote areas, are suitable for young people. Since hives can be found in poor soils or even rocky areas, they do not require a large amount of land or fertile soil to produce. It requires a minimum initial investment and usually makes a profit within the first year of the business. Moreover, beekeeping can easily be done by all ages and genders associated with the countryside. In addition to direct income from bee products, beekeeping also stimulates various sectors in a society such as hive carpentry, honey trade, hiring of bee colonies for pollination. Therefore, the participation of young people, and especially rural young women, in beekeeping activities provides unique opportunities to contribute to other livelihoods. There is an important geographical potential for beekeeping in the Southeastern Anatolia Region. Beytüşşebap district in the region, famous for its endemic plants in Şırnak; It is one of the most productive areas for beekeeping due to its geography, climate, flora and fauna diversity. Beekeeping is also a traditional and socioeconomic activity that has been carried out for centuries in Beytüşşebap and surrounding districts. In this context, beekeeping is a great option for NEETs to create their own business or earn extra income as a second activity in Beytüşşebap, where labor supply is extremely scarce. Low-skilled young people in Beytüşşebap need technical knowledge, motivation and entrepreneurial skills in beekeeping. Therefore, it is important to develop not only the basic skills and technical knowledge of young people in beekeeping, but also their organizational, financial and entrepreneurial skills to ensure their participation in beekeeping activities as successful entrepreneurs. In this context, our project aims to reduce youth unemployment in rural areas.<< Implementation >>One of the important factors in the project activities to reach the project goals is the strong communication and bond established between the partners. Each partner has a one-to-one harmony and experience with the project goals and activities. However, the partnership established includes different cultures, different fields of study and experiences. IOs, transnational meetings, multiplier events and supportive activities to be produced in this direction will be complementary to the project objectives.1. Production and Development of IOsProject IOs have been created in line with the support of youth unemployment, which has become a regional and universal problem with Covid-19 and the global financial crisis, and the increase in the unskilled youth population in rural areas. The first of the IOs produced is the report that offers innovative and creative approaches to establishing relationships with young people in rural areas in order to overcome the barriers in front of young people who have difficulties in finding jobs in rural and remote regions, emphasizing the difficulties faced by rural youth and improving their forward-looking motivations. Thus, by addressing the current challenges faced by young people, the necessary technical knowledge and necessary competencies will be provided for the production of bee and bee products with a very high profit potential for rural areas. The First IO will contribute to the creation of the Rural Entrepreneurship Training Set for Youth and will lead to successful results with the identified needs analyzes. In addition, this output will add diversity to limited resources for the production of non-formal and non-formal educational materials, digital tools and strategies in order to include young people in innovative agricultural production systems, ensure their social inclusion and increase their social participation, and will contribute to achieving the project goals. The third IO is a virtual learning platform for young beekeepers. This IO will include training modules and video library on beekeeping and entrepreneurship, and will enable NEETs and youth workers to acquire beekeeping and entrepreneurship skills and create innovative use of digital channels in its new normal order. Our latest output is digital marketing training material on beekeeping. The content of the training module will include information regarding the needs of the developing technology age such as marketing bee products, digital marketing and techniques, search engine optimization. The module will be created in the form of an e-book and will be prepared in four different languages. The content of the planned training module has innovative features in the context of its place for digital priorities and its sphere of influence. Thus, NEETs and unskilled rural youth will develop digital skills and gain digital sales and marketing competencies, where they can make a very high profit in the product they produce in the new business area.2. Multiplier EventsIt is a very important activity in terms of sharing and disseminating the intellectual outputs produced within the scope of the project. It will be ensured that IOs reach more target audiences while carrying out multiplier activities. Thus, with the works to be carried out, the Virtual Learning Platform for Beekeepers will be provided to reach more NEETs and rural youth and youth workers. This will help young people to increase their ability to use innovative approaches in digital channels and their professional skills in a specific area.3 International MeetingsWith the 24-month project, transnational meetings to be held every 6 months, the opportunity to meet face to face on the development and completion of the intellectual outputs, the budget plan, the activity timeline and the potential problems related to the project will be provided. In addition, online meetings with partner institution officials will be held regularly every month, and process management an<< Results >>The project will produce abstract and concrete results regarding our main target groups. They will be supported to recognize problems and offer solutions, to design sustainable initiatives, to add value to what they produce, and to gain an entrepreneurial mindset. All these skills will broaden young people's horizons and help increase their expectations and self-esteem for the future. In addition, Beytüşşebap Municipality will allocate 500m2 of land for the use of 30 NEETs. The results obtained there will be an indicator of future decision-making for policy makers. It will provide opportunities to develop transversal skills and quality learning. With our project, outputs for entrepreneurship including innovative formal and non-formal training materials, digital tools and strategies will be developed for the inclusion of unskilled youth in rural areas into youth worker activities. In addition, the project will provide an online interactive platform that will enable distance learning and will provide young people with the opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills needed to successfully take part in the beekeeping industry. This platform will provide theoretical and practical technical knowledge training modules on beekeeping and entrepreneurship skills. In addition, the project offers “Beekeeping Digital Marketing Training Material” where target groups can acquire digital marketing skills in order to adapt to the rapid development of the digital world. With this output, young people will be able to easily bring the products obtained from beekeeping together with the producer and the consumer at an approximate retail price without intermediaries, and they will be able to sell faster and more profitably. KADEME,Fondacija hiljadu zeljaFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2020-1-TR01-KA204-094691Funder Contribution: 147,265 EURThe care and education of the child with special educational needs in infancy and first childhood largely belong to the family. The family members who know the characteristics of his child better than anyone, are considered as the most effective individuals in the success of special education practices. For this reason, providing expert in order to support families, to answer their questions, to find solutions to their problems, to overcome learning deficiencies which are arising from the inadequacy of the child at the maximum level and to ensure the participation of the society from early ages by revealing the strengths in the child are the factors that make early intervention crucial. Our proposal focuses on families with 0-6 aged of mentally handicapped children and related adult trainers. The most important reason is that individuals with disabilities greatly increase their mental development through early diagnosis and the correct special education program in early childhood. For instance; unfortunately, autism is a lifelong problem. But thanks to early diagnosis, slowing the course and controlling the situation is possible. In the studies conducted, it was proved that the autism symptoms showed a 50% decrease in children with early diagnosis and an accurate education and care program.Based on this background, project aims are; to teach families with the best effective methods of early childhood special education (focus on 0-6 aged with mentally retarded such as autism), to give competence them in order to manage early intervention programs, to establish programs according to their and their child’s needs, to guide and encourage them in order to reach more materials and improving key competences.Although our primary beneficiary is families, not only them but also adult teachers/counselors such as school counselor, guidance counselors/teachers, special educators will benefit from this project. It is aimed that adult trainers increase their skills, share the best practices, know wider usage of early childhood special education and early intervention programs, develop new modules or programs according to needs.Within the scope of our project, activities such as international meetings, multiplier events, trainer training mobility, dissemination meetings, seminars, workshops will be organized. Many internal and external participants will be included in these activities.Personnel from all partners will attend international meetings, which is the most important activity that will ensure the success of our project. In these meetings to be held in each country, 3 personnel from our project leader institution and 2 from other institutions will be selected as participants. In addition, there are some addition staff will participate the project in order to develop Intellectual Outputs. The task distribution is made according to the capabilities and experience of the institutions. Our project has three main intellectual outcomes which are listed below:1- Comprehensive Report - Ebook2- Innovative Curriculum of ECI3- E-Learning PlatformSincan RAM will lead IO-1, FHZ (Serbian Partner) will lead IO-2 and EU&PRO (Czech Partner) will lead IO-3. In addition, EU&PRO will be host of LTT Activity which related with Online Education Methodology & Family Psychology Management Methodology. With all these activities, we will obtain impacts on participants, organizations, target groups and other relevant parties;-Participants will enable our participants to develop their management skills to a higher level in their careers.-Project Activities will increase their professional knowledge and skill levels. They will improve their professional knowledge of intervention methods in early childhood significantly. Our trainers will become familiar with innovative teaching methods with the help of the short-term training mobility they will attend.-The activities will increase the self-esteem of the participants; their motivations will be renewed, and their behavior and attitudes will be positively affected.- Outputs to be produced with a strong partnership structure will significantly increase the institutional capacities of institutions. Organizational structures will strengthen and their quality will improve.- They will obtain diversity in their educational content.- All of our institutions will have the opportunity to expand their communication and cooperation networks by increasing their visibility and reputation across Europe- Thanks to the educational content to be developed, families will be able to apply early intervention methods to their children. Besides, these educational materials will provide psychology support.- A holistic awareness will be raised by conveying the project results of all institutions to their respective stakeholders. This will shape the steps to be taken and the interest in such projects will increase.
