Participants will be encouraged to use innovative and creative tools during the learning process, such as video making, song lyric and melody writing, drama performance, short fictional story writing and etc. This will help them to freely self-express their talent and self-realize during and after the project. Each activity has its concrete aim relevant to the main objectives as mentioned above, but in addition, these activities will promote such values like tolerance, respect of cultural diversity, gender equality and equity, mutual understanding, respect and solidarity, which by itself will build the bridges between cultures. The project will also promote youth interactions, networks and partnership through creating life-long friendships and through improving their competencies in project management, in ICT, in talent self-realization etc. << Activities >>The whole project will be based on non-formal and informal methods and will be run by participating youth itself (such as working in teams, role plays, drama performing, painting, song creating, story writing and etc.).<< Impact >>We expect participants’ raised awareness on art and cultural diversity topic and strengthened capacities to share this knowledge back to their local communities. Additionally, through the planned activities and working methods mentioned above, they will: gain new knowledge and different experience about cultural diversity and its expression; gain intercultural experience in singing, dancing, story writing, presentation making as well as small event organizing; develop cooperation and communication skills by working in international teams; improve organizational skills by planning and leading project workshops and activities; improve argumentation and persuasion skills. Besides this, they will exchange experiences, opinions, good practice examples and inspiration by working in international teams that will lead them to find out more about different working cultures and life-styles. Based on all of this, we expect that new competencies gained during the project will help participants in self-development and in finding/creating job easier.New knowledge of the European projects, EU values, European Citizenship and increased motivation for taking part in other Non-formal trainings will be another impact on project participants, as well as on local community of Portugal. Youngsters involved in the project will learn about Erasmus+ Programme and such opportunities like EVS, Training courses, Youth exchanges and at the same time, after first and positive mobility experience they will get inspired to look for different opportunities under Erasmus+ or other programs. During ART& CULTURE FEEDS Event , which will be organized by project participants, locals will be also informed about these opportunities, radio broadcast will also highlight that programme was funded by Erasmus+ and that these opportunities are given to youth for free. Partner organizations will also benefit from the project with experienced and strengthened cooperation. At the regional level, all participant partners will acquire active Youth, who will be empowered to exert impact at the regional level by participating in the new projects and by being initiators of positive social transformation. At the international and European levels, this project sets a good example of how it is possible to achieve many changes in a short time span. The outcomes of this project will also encourage other partner organizations from Europe and beyond to work on the art and cultural diversity topic with diverse groups covering not only the Europe."

"Project entitled ""Nowoczesne hotelarstwo - zagraniczne praktyki jako krok na drodze do sukcesu zawodowego V"" provided for 30 students of ZSiP to undertake vocational internships in Portugal or Malta. Participants have been chosen from among II and III grade students learning for the professions of hotelier, gastronomic services specialist and renewable energy systems technician. The internship was acknowledged by the school as the obligatory internship period every student has to go through when learning in ZSiP. The internships took place in May 2018. They were preceded by cultural and linguistic courses. The project was the fifth edition of internship projects for our students, and a continuation of an ""Erasmus+"" project currently run by ZSiP.An overarching, long-term goal of the project was to improve students' readiness to undertake jobs related to renewable energy, as well as hotel and gastronomic services. It have been achieved through the attainment of a number of detailed objectives. The first one of these was to provide the students of ZSiP with basic professional experience which they may acquire through vocational internships. Another one was to create the possibility for ZSiP students to apply in practice and verify the knowledge they gain at school. Furthermore, the project aimed at developing competences related to foreign languages and communicating in the multicultural environment. The above-described objectives were strictly connected with students' needs identified by our school, resulting from the situation on the labour market. As a result of their participation in the project, students have developed their professional competences. This facilitated their future transition from education to the labour market. They increased their linguistic, cultural and social skills. For many of them, it constituted the first opportunity to travel abroad on their own, without their parents. It was also a lesson of openness toward other cultures, tolerance and establishing relations in an intercultural environment."

"""Emotional Skills for Trainers"" was a training course, targeted to adult education staff. It lasted 7 days and it was carried out in Cantabria (Spain). It aimed to bring, three trainers interested in widening their emotional management perspective and different experts in the topic into contact. The design of this course arose to address the European plan of development and the needs of both participating organisations (Permacultura Cantabria from Spain and AENIE from Portugal). During this course, we worked to know and identify the emotions and to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes to help education staff to work on emotional issues. It also allowed us to share and improve our perspective on the different Key Actions, and to trigger the development of future collaborative projects under the Erasmus Plus Programme. The methodology of the course was participative, including theoretical and practical aspects about emotions. The four main goals, in which the activity programme was based, are:•Promoting a better understanding of emotions and offering the proper knowledge and tools for their management.•Exchanging good practices about the emotional management for education staff. •Developing programmes and ideas, so as to collaborate in the future, in possible KA1, KA2 and KA3 actions. •Getting to know new ICTs (so as to facilitate virtual collaborations), as well as the keys for a financial viability which can help us to develop self-sustainable projects. Regarding the impact of the project, participants improved their capacity to identify feelings and emotions, and their ability to manage them, and help others to do so, when working with adult learners. That leaded to an easier communication, to a better psychosocial well-being, and now they are multipliers of that knowledge. The emotional management is a special effective tool in preventing social exclusion of disadvantaged adult´s groups. But it is also a transversal tool, that can be applied in any kind of project and can benefit to all the collectives which use it (children, young people, etc), to a regional, national and international levels. In a long-term perspective, this project will have also a positive impact in both organisations. We are including the project results as part of our pedagogical framework and practice. In addition, we have expanded and will continue expanding our European network, and the innovation and quality of our projects. By means of the final evaluation and report, the European Commision and the National Agencies will increase the available information, in such an innovative field as the emotional education, in order to realise how necessary is to keep on promoting this kind of projects. The transnational training course was held in Cantabria (north of Spain) from 2th to 8th of October 2018 by 'Permacultura Cantabria' in cooperation with the coordinating organization 'AENIE'."

The implementation of the project also influenced the increase of opportunities for young people, especially those from difficult social environments, and increased their mobility in the field of job seeking. An internship at renowned European-level restaurants has allowed students to broaden their experience in the future profession, gain knowledge about European customer service systems and deepen their knowledge of the industry's English language. Participation in foreign practice has created an opportunity to compare educational methods in Portugal and Poland and match them to the requirements of the employer. The project responded to the needs of reducing unemployment among people learning in the profession of cook and nutrition techniques and catering services and the labor market requiring high qualifications and professional skills from graduates, and above all, high-level experience. The project also involved combating the risk of occupational exclusion, as long-term off-work is associated with such risks. The project was also in line with the need to develop entrepreneurship among young people, openness and quick response to changes and movement of employees on the European labor market as well as promotion of the region and school (improving the level of education and increasing its attractiveness and competitiveness on the local education market); employment of highly qualified employees with international experience. The added value of the project was confirmation of the acquired skills by an accepted and recognized in all EU countries Europass - Mobility, obtaining internship certificates certified by hosting organizations and certificates summarizing the preparation activities for the internship.
