The project encourages diversity and will emphasize the individuality of the participants and the importance of self-expression during and after it. Through the workshops, all participants will have the opportunity to express their views and thoughts and will thus be able to develop competencies and self-confidence. The theater aspect will provide participants with an insight into the world of acting and the creation of new characters, which will affect their imagination, but also their cognitive abilities, with the aim of reducing the discomfort of public performance or public expression of views. Such practice will enable the participants to gain experience in expression, but also to open up new knowledge about theater and acting techniques, which will allow them to become familiar with this type of art. Also, through the creation of group scenes, participants will get an impression of togetherness and the importance of their role in society.<< Implementation >>Project You ain’t scene nothing yet! will have 2 mobilities, one of which will be a preparatory visit (PV), and the other will be a youth exchange (YE). Additionally, we will have two online meetings with partner organizations, an introductory meeting at the beginning of the project and an evaluation meeting at the end of the project. The preparatory visit will bring together 9 people in Zagreb, two from each partner organization, one future group leader during the youth exchange and a young person. The Croatian organization will send only one facilitator for the preparatory visit, but other volunteers of the organization will be involved.Five participants from each partner country and one group leader for each partner country will take part in the youth exchange. Participants must be between 18 and 25 years old and be citizens of one of the following countries: Croatia, Armenia, France, the Czech Republic and North Macedonia. In addition, the desired profile of participants includes participants who will apply the acquired knowledge in their further life and transfer it in their local community, but are also interested in the creative technique of theater. Also, in order to achieve the goals of the project, it is necessary that the participants speak English at a communicative level and that they are open-minded and have a desire for personal development and are willing to participate during the entire duration of the youth exchange. The desired profile of the group leader implies a high level of understanding of responsibility and it is also necessary that the person is of legal age. It is important to have organizational skills as well as interest and/or experience in working with young people. Previous experience in participating in Erasmus+ projects and a high level of knowledge of the English language are also required.Youth exchange activities would be carried out in three phases:1) getting to know each other and researching the concept of social exclusion through discussions and dialogues and various workshops that encourage mutual respect and seeing things from different perspectives, listening with empathy, researching new ideas and perspectives;2) the research of theater techniques through trust exercises, pantomime, role playing, improvisation enables the development of trust, non-verbal communication, concentration, the ability to combine movements and thoughts, the development of self-confidence, public speaking, imagination, reduction of anxiety and others;3) implementation of knowledge through designing and performing skits through designing scenes, assigning roles, building scenography, making props by encouraging the development of creativity and enabling expression.<< Results >>The implementation of the project will create a better level of competence that the participants possess about social exclusion and theater technique in relation to before, during and after the project. This will monitor their progress and the acquisition of competencies, i.e. knowledge, skills and values in both aspects. Creating interest and motivation among participants is the framework for spreading the word about the project and the topic. The goal of the project is to make young people aware of the need for activation in solving and preventing social problems related to marginalized groups, specifically the problem of discrimination. Especially when it comes to cases of indirect discrimination. The need to gain self-confidence among the participants will be emphasized, using various theatrical methods and the importance of defense and timely reactions if any form of discrimination is detected. With the project, we will achieve better understanding at the international level and the unification of young people to achieve mutual tolerance. Such relations will be created through the implementation of various creative work techniques, which will further enable the study of differences and similarities within all partner countries. The result of the project will be the non-formal education of young people about the importance of social exclusion of marginalized groups in our community by promoting European values. By participating in the project, participants will be informed about the problem and its exact meaning, as well as who it most often affects and how they can influence and prevent the creation of discrimination and its spread. In this way, in addition to knowledge and skills, the participants will develop and deepen their own values and attitudes, which is the basis for taking further steps and the influence they can achieve in their environment, but also more widely. The appearance of theater and theater techniques in the project will enable participants to express themselves more easily and feel safe in the common space. In this way, the participants will be able to express their creativity, feelings and previous experiences without the impression of prejudice or judgment, which is one of the main goals of the project.

First of all, we can question the geographical unity of the continent, its delimitations and its environments. There is also a debate about populations: despite common traits, shared heritage, political and cultural Europe is also very diverse. The building of a European union embodies the will to build a united community. The motto adopted by the EU is emblematic: ""unity in diversity"".This motto is the source of many discussions in our structure, especially with the current issues that have been recovered by a certain political class that wants to divide Europe and wants its cultural homogeneity. We want to continue this debate with the other two partners in the framework of this youth exchange project and to bring this theme of diversity back to the heart of the European reality. The objectives sought during this exchange are as follows:• Exchange with young people on the themes of diversity and intercultural learning with as a gateway the dance in different forms• Promote exchanges between young people from different social and cultural backgrounds• Promote the expression of young people by developing the tool dance or other bodily expressions• Create communication tools to transform the image of neighborhoods and people from difficult areas• Enriching the diversity and contribution of migrant populations• create tools to combat racism and discrimination• Exchanging and sharing through dance and other bodily expressions in a goal of multiplication or training by peer. With this project, we would like to integrate animators from different social and cultural backgrounds to have an international experience. For a week we will work together on the subjects of cultural diversity and interculturality in various workshops but also in an informal setting. The different forms of physical expression will be preferred. They will allow the physical contact between young people and the knowledge of the culture of the other.Participants will be between 18 and 25 years of age. Each partner from Romania and Italy will be composed of 9 participants. The trinational exchange will take place from 13 to 22 November 2017 in Noisy-le-Grand in the Paris suburbs with the effective participation of 27 young people."

Sustainable peace and security can only be achieved when all human rights are respected. Building and maintaining a culture of peace is a common challenge for humanity. Therefore, the subject of peace education has become increasingly important in the broader field of education, as it promotes the development of people and society in a peaceful manner, based on the principles of harm, tolerance, equality, respect for social justice and social justice. In light of the current critical situations that put peace at risk around the world, it is important to address the need for peace education as a tool to combat youth radicalization and to provide youth workers with skills and knowledge on peace building, conflict prevention and peaceful conflict resolution that they can pass on to young people in a non-formal and sustainable way. Peace education has a profound effect on forming attitudes about the meaning of peace, preventing the emergence of conflicts and creating conditions for sustainable peace. Therefore, the Up4Peace project - Upgrading youth workers' potential of Peacebuilding in a human-rights education context addresses the following objectives:- Develop participants' understanding of the concepts of peace, peace education and human rights education at the personal, interpersonal and institutional levels;- To explore and develop participants' skills in designing, managing and evaluating non-formal education activities in the field of peace education;- To design a collection of good practices in youth work, based on the notions of inclusion, equality, prevention and resolution of all forms of conflict and violence;- To stimulate European cooperation between organizations active in the youth field within the framework of Erasmus+.This project took place from 31 January 2022 to 07 February 2022 with the participation of 30 people with the 10 partner organizations.<< Implementation >>AJPN is an organization with extensive experience in organizing European youth projects and human rights education. We work with a varied and diverse public that is often confronted with the issues developed by the project. The training course is based on a non-formal education methodology, including but not limited to the following methods:- name games, icebreakers, team building games ;- cross-cultural group work- case study;- world cafe;- fishbowl;- mind map;- digital workshops using digital tools for audience engagement;- creative expression (role-playing, drama, etc.);- feedback and reflection methods (reflection ball, learner mandala, Dixit cards). The activities involved youth workers interested in the topics of human rights and peace education and motivated to work in an international setting to develop their skills as trainers by addressing topics such as public speaking and improvisation, understanding groups, conflict management, non-formal education methods, but also creating a collection of activities for youth to learn about peace education. Through the combination of approaches (learning from certified trainers, then becoming the trainers and creating activities they can use in their work), we ensured maximum involvement of the participants and a sense of accomplishment from having improved the field of youth work and created new activities that helped not only them, but also other youth workers. Participants were over 18 years old and no age limit was set, in order to ensure equal opportunities and participation for all. We therefore looked for people who had worked with young people (14-35 years old) for at least 20 hours in the past months, conducting activities related to facilitating a learning process, guidance, mentoring, coaching, informing or supporting young people, online and/or offline, outside the formal education setting. And all partners played along in the selection phases and we shared information and procedures. The project brought together 30 participants from 10 partner organizations from January 31 to February 7, 2022.<< Results >>Participating in this training had a positive impact on the participants in several ways. Being part of an organization with a constantly busy schedule gives them little opportunity to take a break and focus on their needs. This is an important aspect that should not be overlooked. This training provided participants with professional growth as it is important that participants are continually equipped with innovative tools and additional skills and knowledge that will help them better target the needs of the youth they work with. At the same time, participants have benefited from a positive personal impact. The project has contributed to their personal development and helped them to be more motivated in their work while giving them the opportunity to meet new people and share best practices. The project involved 10 organizations from 10 different countries (Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Republic of Northern Macedonia, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Sweden), organizations that all have different backgrounds but expressed the common need to equip youth workers with the right set of skills to become peace education trainers. In most cases, peace education is not part of formal education. So this project initially trained youth leaders on the subject, who in turn shared this knowledge with their NGOs. We also had the opportunity to discover new tools and methods to integrate into their work within the organizations, thus promoting the development of quality in youth work. In addition, the project connected organizations with similar interests and expertise, which will encourage and facilitate future cooperation. The methods and content of the training course were chosen to allow for high transfer and use of the participants' newly acquired skills to other parties: youth, NGO workers, and local community members. Participants returned to their home organizations as knowledgeable youth workers, ready to share the knowledge and experiences they had gained with the participating organizations. This project promoted diversity and intercultural dialogue, tolerance and respect for human rights, and helped create a social, cultural and educational impact for groups and communities in need. In addition, we have always sought to help participants increase their social responsibility, to involve youth in discussions and decision-making in an international environment, to keep youth active and improve their social skills and multilingualism, and to help youth workers develop professionally.
