Collaboration and communication between these groups are necessary. One problem is that companies, particularly SMEs with less ressources need help to appreciate the competences and skills gaps of their employees, methods to evaluate the existing situation as well as using training possibilities to reskill their employees.<< Objectives >>The project will like to implement some solutions in this context. It has as objective first the development a Framework, which provides a mechanism for VET and companies to describe the digital gaps and other ones necessary in cyber security for professionals and not professionals in order to avoid cyber-attacks and help them to improve this situation. Taking into consideration of advantages of interdisciplinary training and mentoring programs particularly in the field of cyber security the project will develop, and test digital interdisciplinary training programs supported by e-mentoring for SMEs and adapt it for VET.<< Implementation >>There will be 3 transnational meetings in our project. It was planned in the 3rd, 13th and 20th month of the project. Some additional project meetings will be held as we think that 3 meetings will not be enough to run a 24-month project. These meetings are online and held regularly every month. The project senior management team will organize these projects. The projects will be led by the project coordinator, the WP leader. There will be 7 multiplier events in our project. Each partner institution will organize these activities to popularize the project idea in its own country and to share the developed products. Each partner institution will run the Interdisciplinary Training for SME employees and teachers in Cyber Security activity in its own country. Each institution will provide these trainings to 10 SME staff-teachers as it is directly related to the purpose of our project.<< Results >>So the outcomes of the project will be first a Framework which provides a mechanism for companies and VET to describe the digital gaps in cyber security for professionals and not professionals, to summarize the existing training (courses), to identify opportunities for improvements of these by using interdisciplinarity andmentoring and by developing a learning and mentoring methodology. Secondly a digital Interdisciplinary cyber security training for SMEs supported by mentoring andan adapted model for a VET special course will be developed and tested. A digital platform to support this training will be developed and connected with existingsources of information. Reports, how interdisciplinary skills provide advantages for SME and VAT will be developed as results of interviews. An European transferabilitymodel for the tested of interdisciplinary training and mentoring in cyber security will be also developed.Dissemination tools listed below will be developed as some outcomes need to be developed in order to disseminate our project.Project LogoProject Web pageProject Leaflets-BrochureProject posters-roll ups (at multiplier events)Social media accountsNewslettersPromotion materials (pencil, notebook, etc)

Though the cooperation was well established, further potentialwas identified. Financial restrictions especially with the Indonesian students led tolower student exchange numbers when there was still capacity available. With thehelp of the financial support of the Erasmus+ program, both institutions have beenable to increase the exchange of staff immensely and to secure international classeswith international staff on both sides, thus also fostering the process ofinternationalisation at home for both universities. In addition to that, we have beenable to increase the number of exchange students in both directions. Being financiallyindependent, more students from Atma Jaya could afford coming to WH and took partin the exchange. Thus contributing to the process of internationalisation at home forWH and encouraging WH students to take part in an exchange at Atma Jaya, moreGerman students took the chance to spend a semester at Atma Jaya (even withoutfinancial support by Erasmus+ funds). Another effect of the Erasmus+ program hasbeen the national and international visibility of the universities: Atma Jaya as one ofthe first universities in Indonesia who took part in the program and benefited from thisvery successful role as a pioneer. Within the three years, the cooperation has grownand currently four departments are involved, with further plans of cooperating with more partner institutions and work in more areas exceeding mobility agreements (research, curriculum development, joint programs). Student exchange was organized onBachelor-level and, as a new development, also Master-level. Staff mobility was undertaken for teaching and for training purposes.VietnamObjectives of the University of Danang, Vietnam, and WH was to build and develop arelatively new cooperation with regard to student and staff exchange as well as tofoster internationalisation processes in both teaching and curriculum building. Due tohigh quality business programs and to a booming tourism industry in the region ofDanang, WH regards UoD as an ideal partner especially in the field of business andservice management. Moreover, an intense cooperation was seen as beneficial forother projects with Vietnam, e.g. the project ""International Talents"" which was createdin cooperation with the state of North-Rhine-Westfalia in order to admit schoolgraduates with high potential in languages, engineering and science in a speciallydesigned preparation program directly to university. As there is a high demand onwell-educated university staff in Vietnam, UoD focusses on staff exchange in order toprovide international experience to staff and students. Again, financial support isessential to students and staff, as price levels in both countries differ immensely fromeach other and studying abroad is not affordable for all students. The Erasmus+funds helped to establish a regular exchange of both staff and students and thussupported the efforts of internationalization. In addition to that, UoD benefited from agrowing number of students and staff with international experience. Both universitiessee good chances in developing the relationship further and working together in otherfields as well. The exchange was organized on Bachelor-level, whereas exchange onMaster-level is under planning. In addition there are possibilities for students from WH to undertake internships in Danang as part of their curriculum. Staff exchange involved both teaching as wellas training purposes."

Proton exchange membrane (PEM) electrolysis is the preferred technology for this purpose, yet large facilities can hardly achieve FCH-JU key performance indicators (KPI) in terms of cost, efficiency, lifetime and operability. Consequently, a game changer in the technology is necessary. PRETZEL consortium will develop a 25 kW PEM electrolyzer system based on a patented innovative cell concept that is potentially capable of reaching 100 bar differential pressure. The electrolyzer will dynamically operate between 4 and 6 A cm^(-2) and 90 °C achieving an unprecedented efficiency of 70%. This performance will be maintained for more than 2000 h of operation. Moreover, the capital cost of stack components will be largely reduced by the use of non-precious metal coatings and advanced ceramic aerogel catalyst supports. Li
