The major objective of the project was to draw attention to the problem of stand up for a clean environment. During these 7 days of \ youth exchange, youth had the opportunity to debate current issues, shared ideas how to preserve environment clean, to simulate simple steps that helped towards reducing the impact of negative factors, which was caused by counterfeiting of secondary raw materials. All outcomes, proposals and ideas of participants were shown through varous style of arts such as: video, theatre, art workshops with paper & plastic trash, bottles, reusing clothes etc. The outcome of the project covered a final report - video, related with the problem of environmental degradation.Furthermore, a short theater performance (flashmob), handcrafted creations from recycled materials, a photo exhibition which were conducted by the participants of the project, were also regarded as project's final outcomes. Thus, a proper use of project's outcomes assisted us to have more local people engaged into recycling, especially young people and disseminated our concerns and potential solutions about environmental degradation. All the participants of the project realized that they were a part of Europe where each person was important for well-being of the whole Europe.

"" Discover "" aimed to underline the importance of environmental awareness practices in rural areas by the young participants through creative campaigns conducted using methods of non-formal education and through concrete actions to reduce the negative impact caused of man on the natural environment. At the same time, we created a better communication and a durable link between the young participants of the project and local residents. The main activities of the program were: agreeing and taking as inspiration the spirit of European Citizenship (which include: putting into practice beneficial ideas to society, solidarity between people, care for the environment and stopping pollution) of a good environmental practice, development of concrete collective actions (Discover) with positive impact on the natural environment, campaigns for awareness and promoting the best practices in an interactive way using the methods of non-formal education, including local authorities within the group discussions and activities for establishing in the end a medium-term strategy to promote good environmental practices in the area, including young people with fewer opportunities from rural areas of the region both in the organizing team and the dissemination target group."" Discover "":- Promoted the concept of active ""European citizenship"", reminding young people values such as solidarity and dialogue, values that they showed both in activities within the group, but also when they interacted with the members of the local community. -Determined the involvement of young people in general issues that affect society, in this case, their care for the environment;-It was focused on solidarity for the rural community members where the project unfolds, and tolerance for their disadvantages caused by the lack of an appropriate environmental education;-It emphasis on diversity, having 60 participants from five different countries with different cultural background;-Developed mutual understanding between young people from different countries and cultures, they assuming a series of commitments and also, establishing ways to work together as a group;-Promoted active learning introducing various methods of non-formal education;-Included young people with fewer opportunities from rural areas (unemployed, with economic difficulties from isolated areas, with less access to information) as an active part of the project."

We found that our countries have different types of issues related to the migration of people. We also decided after our meeting with potential partners at that time to conduct a research which showed that annually a total 214 million international migrants are immigrating from country to country. Young people constitute more than 10 per cent of this some, yet too little is known about their struggles and experiences. The aim of the project was to concentrate on the following objectives in order to address the issue:• To focus on the consequences of migration and reflecting on the practice of migrant integration and inclusion in European countries;• To share best practice in tackling migration, integration and inclusion in youth work;• To exchange experience and good practice related to international/local migration and mobility and its influence on young people in Europe;• To prepare young people in addressing the challenges and opportunities resulting from migration for young people /society as a whole;• To raise the competence of young people about the push and pull factors of migration and causes and consequences of migration and how to prevent negative effects of migration (such as discrimination) in society;• To promote European cooperation between youth organizations promoting youth mobility and support engagement youth with immigrant backgrounds in participating organizations’ activities;• To provide informal learning opportunities with a European dimension and creating innovative opportunities in connection with active citizenship, especially for the young people with fewer opportunities through the development of new initiatives in the field of migration and mobility for young people within the framework of Erasmus + (Learning Mobility of Individuals).Participants with different background, concentrated on young people coming from rural areas and communities prevailing with emigrants was our target group. Another reason why we would like to pay a particular attention to this group is because they are less informed about the different opportunities which programmes such as Erasmus + or other could bring to them. As they are less aware, they tend to be the one who take the decision to immigrate and search for a better life abroad. Third, our participants' needed to know about the consequences of migration and how that would possibly reflecting on the practice of migrant integration and inclusion in European countries. During the exchange participants experienced the particularity of the non-formal education methodology that was very participative and inclusive. The experiences and realities of participants was the starting point of the programme. A range of working methods was used which facilitated learning and exchanging experiences about migration. During the Youth Exchange, participants jointly carried out a work programme (a mix of workshops, exercises, debates, simulations, outdoor activities, and info session) prepared before the Exchange. All activities included space for participants to reflect on their learning and encourage creativity and initiative.""NEW HOME "" aimed at improving the level of key competencies and skills of 60 young people, inecluding those with fewer opportunities (economic and social), as well as to promote participation in democratic life in Europe and the labor market, active citizenship, inter-cultural dialogue, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular through increased learning mobility opportunities for young people and through strengthened links between the youth field and the labor market. This project contributed to the raising awareness (inter-cultural, European, etc.) of different aspects of migration among young people and developed strategies for the youth organizations in Europe for integration and inclusion of young immigrants into new societies and to help young people to re-integrate into their home societies. Participants learned to listen to the others, express their opinion better, persuade the others (all this in foreign language – English), work in a team, lead a team and cooperate. This was achieved through exchange of knowledge, understandings, experience and know-how methods."

Blandt dem selv, i kulturer, gruppedynamik, etc.
