In order to carry out this project, our center has followed a systematized methodology, developing the necessary activities and management throughout each course according to a program planned course after course. In addition, the project has been evaluated and incorporating the improvements that have been considered essential thanks to the involvement of almost all the professors of Vocational Studies, in addition to the collaboration of the department of foreign languages and administrative personnel and the constant support of the management team. The main objective of the project has been that the students come into contact with other ways of working in the professional areas they study, different from those in the island of Menorca. It is about the students knowing and assuming the reality of the European Workspace to which they belong, opening up their horizons at a cultural, social and professional level and bearing in mind that their future is not limited to the possibilities offered by their closest environment. When living on an island like Menorca, this need has even become vital. The mobility of accompanying professors has achieved this objective; To pursue the improvement of the professional and personal competences of the participants, in particular, of the Basic Vocational studies students, as well as the promotion of this students’ participation in mobility projects. This project was an aim to apply to the students of the Basic Vocational Training and to Middle Level Vocational Training of our High School with 13 mobility scholarships to carry out vocational training during 4 weeks for Middle Level students, 3 mobility scholarships for 2 weeks for students of Basic Professional Training and 3 scholarships for accompanying professors.
