They will be supported in experiencing a democratic process while preparing and realizing the exchanges and organizing the follow-up of the projects. We want the participants to develop the idea of an European society characterized by social participation and intercultural cooperation. We want to give the social workers the opportunity to acquire skills for implementing the Erasmus + program and to apply them in the context of open child and youth work.European youth work is to be established as a method in open youth work where we have already successfully implemented projects and it should be brought into open youth work where it has not yet been implemented - especially in urban areas with development needs and places in rural areas. The Erasmus + program is to be anchored in the community and made usable in the sense of child and youth welfare, as it e.g. is intended in the model project EuropaLokal.<< Activities >>With this project we would like to build on our previous projects and carry out 12 youth exchanges with 20 / 24 participants and 6 group leaders. In addition to that, we want to carry out a youth worker exchange of 10 participants. To this end, we cooperate with open youth clubs and initiatives, with whose specialists and young visitors we design the projects. The design of the youth exchanges is based on the interests of the young people (sports & outdoor / film production / music / sustainable life). We mainly work with low-threshold methods of international youth work and playful forms of intercultural learning. Before, during and after all exchanges, the participants deal with the participation, commitment and democratic decision-making processes that their project in particular and society in general require. The aim is to promote the ability to participate in decisions within the living environment of young people. We primarily address marginalized young people of various types who have not yet had any intercultural experience and, with the help of social workers, reach a target group that would otherwise not participate in Erasmus + projects. It is therefore important to involve social workers. With the exchange of specialists, we want to provide them with further training to acquire international youth work methods and skills for conducting international projects and to plan those with their colleagues from other European countries. They get an insight into the youth work of other countries and benefit from the approaches of their colleagues. Here, we specifically target specialists who have little or no experience in the implementation of international youth work.<< Impact >>We want to bring international youth work into open child and youth work and make it permanent there so that it becomes an integral part of our partner institutions. The Erasmus + program finds its way into the community through youth exchanges and the exchange of specialists. The actors of youth work are brought together across borders and empowered to acquire and develop methods and skills of international youth work. Our aim is to make its impact more visible and recognized in society. The planning, implementation and follow-up of the youth encounters give young people a space in which they can pursue their interests in an intercultural context. Through process-accompanying support from their social workers and our European office, they are enabled to experience democratic education and participation based on the design of their own project. The experience of getting to know young people from another country for the first time as part of a joint project brings them valuable personal experiences and promote their intercultural dialogue.

ONLUSFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2017-1-ES01-KA102-037258Funder Contribution: 35,060 EURRibot i Serra is a public educational and vocational school located in the southern area of the city of Sabadell (Barcelona). The center has a staff of about 70 teachers and 800 students. In addition to teaching ESO and Baccalaureate courses, the center offers Vocational Educational and Higher Education courses of Beauty and Make-up and Social Services. RIbot i Serra already carried out student mobilities and received students from Germany and France through the Xarxa-FP. Last year the school was awarded with the ECHE charter, that allows to carry out mobilities for Higher Education students. The main objectives of our Internationalization plan and for the development of this project were: - To fight school drop-out, the demotivation of students and teaching staff, as well as to fight the high unemployment rate that students face when they finish their studies. -To promote training in values such as interculturality, respect, tolerance and the autonomy of the students. - Facilitate the development of key competences for students and teaching staff, among which we highlight the foreign language learning, professional competences related specifically to students' studies, social skills that will help them in their personal development. - Make mobility more accessible for learning purposes. The project includes two types of activities - Mobility of students for traineeship - Mobility of teaching and administrative staff for training There have been 16 mobilities of students and 2 of teaching staff divided into two flows: June 2017 and June-July 2018.The students and professors of the different specialties of VET that are taught in the center participated in the selection process: - CFGM in Hairdressing and Hair Cosmetics - CFGM in Aesthetics and Beauty - CFGM in Attention to People in Situation of Dependence The criteria of the selection process were made so that students and staff from the center with a good record could participate, who were also committed, wanted to learn, took advantage of the experience, were prepared at the level of autonomy and maturity to participate in the Mobility. For the preparation of the students on a personal, cultural and linguistic level, a training was carried out through formal and non-formal methods. The student's follow-up was carried out through a host tutor in the hosting country during all the mobility, and the Erasmus coordinator with the support of the Mundus Association through continuous communication via direct messages and video-conference. This monitoring was controlled and supervised by the center. The project has had an important impact among students and teachers, promoting the values of mobility, learning new languages and knowledge of new cultures, respect, tolerance, and the development of personal and professional skills. The center has learned to manage projects in a more autonomous way and made us also bet on sharing learning together with 15 centers in a Consortium (PLATMOVCAT) and apply for a project as coordinators of a consortium of the geographical area of Vallés (Barcelona province) in 2019. In the long term, we want to combat unemployment and school dropouts and, as a center, improve quality and support the internationalization and innovation of educational institutions.

In this project, 2 fundamental objectives were set according to a specific audience in each case: On the one hand, to improve the quality and excellence of the Municipal Occupation Service ""Tarragona Impulsa"" by carrying out new international projects that will help to develop new methodologies and services. The participants were the technicians of the Tarragona Impulsa Occupation Service. Their participation has favoured the learning of new knowledge from similar projects at an international level that can be used in day-to-day work. On the other hand, to improve the employability of the students who participate in the training actions that lead to Certificates of Professionalism in order to favour their insertion into the Labour Market from a perspective more adjusted to the new needs of today's globalised society. In this case, the beneficiaries of the project were students already qualified in training with a Certificate of Professionalism, especially people at risk of social and labour exclusion: young people with low training qualification and/or little work experience, in a situation of long-term unemployment or with more than 45 years of age.One outstanding aspect of this target audience is that a high percentage had very little, if any, international mobility experience. This is the success of the programme, since through the dissemination actions and as the participants themselves have stated, for the first time an awareness is created that everyone can participate and live intercultural experiences of this type and that it is not an aspect linked (as is commonly thought) to university students. In addition to the creation of this ""world citizen"" feeling, participants have also improved their language skills as well as their professional skills. STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT: a) Carrying out TRAINING MOBILITIES in Poland and Holland. Specific objectives: - Enhancing the transition between vocational training and the labour market - To provide the staff of the ""Tarragona Impulsa"" with new tools that will help them to design and implement projects of international importance. - Improve the quality and excellence of the Service with new international contacts b) 7 MOBILITIES FOR STUDENTS IN INTERNATIONAL COMPANIES. Countries: Portugal, Poland and Italy. Specific objectives: - Acquire work experience in an international business environment - Improve their personal development by acquiring new skills needed to enter the workforce - Improve your foreign language skills - Develop an awareness of international citizenship, improve concept and self-confidence. Expansion of your socio-labour expectations not only locally but also internationally.RESULTS: - Among the technical staff of Tarragona Impulsa we have been able to open a new line of work totally unknown until now on the management of European projects and the positive impact of carrying them out. It has allowed us to discover other entities similar to ours in order to know their strategies and methodologies with students of similar characteristics. In addition to initiating a small network of international contacts (various entities and companies) with which we are considering possible common projects in the future. - For the students who have participated, the great opportunity has been offered to acquire professional experience in international fields, new competences and to improve their knowledge in foreign languages. In this way they have improved their employability and possibilities of accessing better job offers.IMPACT It has generated in the environment of the participants and in the Tarragona Impulsa team itself an openness of mind about interculturality, the importance of learning new languages and the benefits of participating in European projects of this type. One of the most outstanding aspects has also been to raise awareness among people who are unemployed by training in order to be able to join the labour market, as they can also participate in projects of this type."

This is the best impact that they carry out on future participants and which intrigue other students and teachers to take part in the program. If we accomplish our goal, year by year, we will manage to increase the opportunities for mobility of students, ameliorate the profile of our students after their graduation and their employment, motivating students in order to decrease absenteeism and school drop-out rate, offering an innovative and bilingual educational system.
