It is a cultural initiative with an educational dimension. Each participating organisation developed an innovative learning method for adult learners that will be transferred to the rest of partners. The project aims to extend the competences of educators in the field of new methodologies for adult learners, as well as preparing innovative set of educational materials dedicated to a group of young parents. The participating organisations will gain a wider, more attractive educational offer that will be better suited to the needs and interests of the target group. More attractive workshops and trained staff support adult learners in motivating them to develop. Each participating organisation will host one Short-Term Joined Staff Training Event in order to transfer knowledge of the method developed for adult learners. Antares Foundation focuses on the astrophotography that links art with science. Associação Economia Solidária e Sustentável prepares the workshop about rational management of a home budget using methods of financial education. Learnmera Oy has large experience in creating innovative materials for teaching foreign languages applying internet tools and artistic methods. EKPAIDEFTIRIA KALOSKAMI S.A. works with dance fusion method that consists of dance, ballet and drama elements. They mix folk tradition with modern dance trends. The organisation specialises also in eurythmy and creative use of choreography to strengthen creative artistic expression and build channels of communication within a group. NGO “Effendi Villa” practices the methods developing social skills in the context of exploring own roots and cultural heritage. ElMadina prepares workshop about application of audio-visual arts to narrate an own story based on a professionally written script. Each organisation specialises in different field which ensures a wide exchange of good practices. There are NGOs and educational centres among the partners. Both kinds of institutions are different in regard of work organisation which will further enhance the exchange of good practices as well. The new methods will be transferred to the partners’ local environment after each Short-Term Joined Staff Training Event by contact with the target group – young parents. We will create a set of educational materials which will be translated to the national languages of the participating organisations. The set of educational materials will be published in the Internet. We will provide a free access to the materials as an Open Educational Resources which will extend the exchange of good practices at the national and international level. We hope that the project will strengthen competences of educators and introduce new, innovative solutions for adult learners in a long-term perspective.

Mental illnesses are associated with distress and/or problems functioning in social, work or family activities.Mental illness does not discriminate; it can affect anyone regardless of age, gender, geography, income, social status, race/ethnicity, religion/spirituality, sexual orientation, background or other aspect of cultural identity. Poor mental health has substantial personal and economic impacts across the European Union. Stigma and discrimination exacerbate these impacts. Consistently, the evidence points towards strongly negative attitudes towards people with mental health problems. Mental illness is treatable.Mental health first aid (MHFA) is the help offered to a person who is developing a mental health problem or who is experiencing a mental health crisis, until appropriate professional treatment is received or until the crisis resolves. It follows the model that has been successful with conventional first aid. We have occupational First Aid in the workplace but no Mental Health First Aid. To put this project in context the following stats are published by EU-OSHA and WHO.•Each year, 25% of the population suffer from depression or anxiety•Up to 50% of chronic sick leaves are due to depression/anxiety•About 50% of major depressions are untreated•The total cost of mental ill health in Europe is €240 billion/per year •€136 billion/per year is the cost of reduced productivity including absenteeism•There are 228.7 million employees in the EU•The average person spends more than 90,000 hours in their lifetime at work•91.4% of EU households have a working adultThe BeWELL project results will enable SME's all over Europe to implement these important mental health initiatives, and incorporate them into how they do business, without financial strain. The results include;•Project Platform (website/app) •A handbook for Employers on how to implement MHFA in the workplace, to work in conjunction with the website and training videos. •An informative and training handbook for Employees to work in conjunction with the website and training videos.•Suite of Employee Training Videos•Suite of templates, forms and documents needed for the MHFA management system.•A suite of dissemination and promotional materials for running a Mental Health Awareness campaign in the workplace.•A campaign to have Occupational MHFA adopted as Best Practice in EuropeThe main aims and objectives (impact) of BeWELL are; •To increase awareness among employers of the personal and economic cost of Mental Illness, and the benefits, personal and economic, of addressing this issue•To provide employers with a cost effective solution to address the issue of mental health in the workplace and comply with their regulatory duty of care•Eliminate stigma and address discrimination in the workplace by having MHFA form a fundamental part of H&S management systems in every workplace in Europe•Promote more inclusive workplace by helping people to help each other•To tackle the issue at EU Policy level to achieve this goal of Occupational MHFA being the recommended best practice solution.Project partners have the requisite range or skills, experience, expertise and reach to deliver on this important project;•Mullingar Employment Action Group Ireland - working in the field of employment and enterprise support•Good2Talk Ireland - working in the field of counselling for mental health.•Dramblys Spain - works in the promotion of social innovation•Inn Training UK - specializing in training for the workplace, including OH&S and MHFA•Agency for Territorial Marketing Slovenia - working in sustainable development in training and social infrastructure•Ekpaideftiria Kaloskami S.A Greece – working in the field of VET•Karabağlar District Governorship Turkey - local authority working with Education, Health, Sports and Youth, Population and Citizenship AffairsThe management and coordination will be based on the Institute of Project Management system and tools that will ensure the correct information processing and will present clearly the decision making responsibilities and tasks by partner. Project management will be closely interlinked with Quality Assurance, Monitoring & Control and Evaluation processes. The milestones of the project are summarized as follows;•Delivery of national 'state of play' reports from all partner jurisdictions, which will be compiled and reviewed with a view to inform the content of the intellectual outputs going forward•Delivery of draft versions of the intellectual outputs•Revision and pilot testing of the intellectual outputs•Final revision and translation of intellectual outputs followed by publication and 'official launch'•Complementing the dissemination strategy which has its own targets and milestones, with a series of multiplier event

Scholengroep BrusselFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2019-1-ES01-KA202-063924Funder Contribution: 138,635 EURThe current project, coordinated by CIPFP La Costera and originated in a previous KA 2 project, has as its ultimate goal the promotion of the Erasmobility platform. Our main purpose is to help vocational training centers develop mobilities in the field of KA1 projects together with other European counterpart centers. The expected results at the end of the project are:1. At the computer level:- Adapt the platform to the different sensitivities of the member countries.- Adapt the platform to mobility consortia.- Include in the mobility students who are in danger of social exclusion.- Make improvements on the page so that it is accessible from mobile phones and tablets.2. Development of a user guide that helps centres face the initial challenges posed by exchanges.3. A comparative study of the different systems of professional training of the partners involved in the project. The need to reapply for a new project is justified by:1. Helping to increase the number of non-Spanish centres registered on the Platform. At the time of writing these lines, the project has 692 centers, of which 400 are Spanish. This means the platform is not understood outside Spain.2. 94.4% of the registered centers consider it basic to have someone to guide them in the search process since many of them are involved in the KA102 projects for the first time. It is therefore necessary to prepare a guide that serves as an orientation to the centers that start taking part in the exchange.3. And, finally, this project is a perfect tool to be able to deal with one of the problems that all the KA1 mobilities face, i.e. to be able to offer accommodation in families, which entails a true cultural integration. We have based the selection of project partners on the objectives to be met.Vocational training centers: The former partners of the KA202 project . Barthélémy Thimonnier High School, CollegesWales.and new Osterholz-Scharmbeck BBS centersScholengroep Brussel from Belgium, Colegiul Alexe Marin from Romania, IEK-AXIA from Greece.Companies: LINGOO is our support in the management of families. The project has a duration of 27 months and is structured in three phases:Phase A: December 2019 to November 2020: New sections and improvement of the Erasmobility Platform.Phase B: December 2020 to September 2021: Material and teaching resources to improve, enrich and facilitate mobility.Phase C: October 2021 to January 2022: Dissemination processAs for the modality of cooperation between the partners, the following way of work has been planned:Each partner must prepare a draft in which it will propose to the transnational meetings a series of personal ideas in a number of issues: improvements that the platform may need, creation of their own monitoring tools to assess the quality of the project, development of the planned teaching activities, support for the sustainability of the Erasmobility platformBased on these drafts, the partners, throughout the various transnational meetings, will develop a consensus document for the subsequent execution of each subject in the scheduled time. All the meetings and transnational activities have been distributed among all the members that make up the project. To be able to control that the planned activities have been fulfilled, a self-evaluation and follow-up plan has been arranged. This plan is structured on the basis of objectives, deadlines and people responsible for coordination and assessment. The main means of communication with the partners, apart from the six planned transnational meetings, will be:Through the Dropbox folder that has already been enabled. With a group of whats'app that we use for emergency situations. We do not rule out bilateral meetings between the coordinating partner and the other partners to discuss issues of cooperation in the field of dissemination and other key aspects. Before transnational meetings, telematic meetings will take place in order to ensure the coordination of all partnersThe main beneficiaries of this project are not only the participating institutions, but also the vocational training centers in the countries of the participating partners at a local, regional and national level.

This partnership is made up of 6 entities who provide dance training to different target groups: a College for further education (U.K.), a dance company (Portugal), a company organizing salsa festivals (Germany), a dance school (Sweden), an institute for vocational training (Greece) and a cultural organization (Cyprus) who share a strong interest in promoting better awareness of the educational opportunities and identifying gaps in dance training in the respective partner countries. Rapid changes in the labor market and the increasing diversity in society require improved skills and an enhanced capacity of adaptation therefore all partners acknowledge the need of creating an inter-cultural dialogue on dance training that will lead to the improvement of the competences of professional trainers in managing educational paths and activities at a European level. Based on the principle that Dance is an Art form that is in constant interaction with other Art disciplines we intend to develop an interdisciplinary approach by the use of acting, movement analysis and music interpretation. Through the exchange of practices, teachers’ training in all dances (classical, contemporary, improvisation, multicultural etc.) and pilot implementation of training students we will distill the best practices applicable to a variety of diverse trainees (professionals, newcomers, beginners, amateurs, dance students, seniors, children, immigrants, disabled etc.). The teachers' training will run on two parallel levels. Firstly all partner institutions will do pilot implementation of their training techniques to the maximum of various groups of learners from different backgrounds within their organization for a specific period. Secondly all partners will organize joint staff training events in each country in order to transfer knowledge and experience in particular training modules to the dance trainers involved in the project. Both initiatives will produce a number of multicultural approaches which will undergo assessment and evaluation from all stakeholders in the partnership. In the end of the development of the suggested techniques we will share and disseminate the best practices that can be applicable both in VET and CVET. Through the exchange of practices we aim to utilize individual and collective experience in order to provide dance trainers with training tools applicable both on formal and non-formal education and training. Furthermore the project-based transnational collaboration will respectively facilitate the access of diverse groups of learners to high quality education and training. The partnership will increase synergies and links among dance training providers (dance companies, institutions of vocational training, cultural centers, dance schools, Colleges, companies) and promote the concept of lifelong learning. The knowledge provided by the project will enhance the effectiveness of dance trainers and choreographers, will create conditions for employability and stimulate their (re)-integration into the labor market. The richness of methods to be applied in the project will highlight the ethnographic values and cultural identity not only of the participating countries since a pool of ethnic dances will be used as a module for promoting innovative training techniques.
