We, in our project, aimed to support youth workers to their mission of better integration of young migrants through developing skills of youth workers by using innovative and creative artistic tools. As a result, initiative, creativity, and motivation enhanced both in the direct target – youth workers – and in their final target – migrants – for Europe to be more inclusive and cohesive. Art+ gathered 39 youth workers in Fethiye, Muğla, at Kaizen Gate Hotel & Training Center in between 10- 16 May 2018 (including travel days) from 12 different Program countries: Turkey, United Kingdom, Poland, Spain, Netherlands, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Slovenia, Italy, Estonia, Romania, Latvia. (Greece was a partner in the application but we didn't have any participant from Greece as our partner couldn't reach the necessary number of participants, therefore there were other extra participants that has been placed in Art+ project from the other partner countries. The working methods were primarily based on the active participation and learning of participants promoted through non-formal and informal activities. The main methodological approaches were based on: - Creative thinking and art methods - Experiential learning - Cooperative and Peer learning - Outdoor activities Art+ has distributed in the flow of learning path as; - Information, knowledge exchange and competences development about art, intercultural dialogue, and youth work- An innovative tool for social inclusion: how social inclusion through artistic tools contribute a better social cohesion- Experiential learning- Follow up, dissemination and evaluation of the TC. As well as TC improved the quality of youth work in the field of intercultural dialogue and social inclusion of young migrants, also developed personal, professional and intercultural competencies of youth workers and inspire them to use powerful tools such as artistic expression, creative thinking, and ICT to ease the path towards social inclusion and cohesion among youngsters, with migrant background youth (un)employment and wellbeing. With these actions, Art+ had a strong direct positive impact: on the main target group, youth workers by increasing their personal and professional skills,on the migrants΄ community living in participants’ regions, through their future actions and activities Art+ inspired inspire and motivate youth workers on the direction of social inclusion of migrants. The potential longer benefits that Art+ project aimed to have is to create a network from the participating organizations that is going to continue disseminating project’s ideas and results even after the end of it. With the gained knowledge, organizations learned to use these alternative ways to create new projects and promote innovation, creativity, and cohesion in the EU area.Project film can be seen through the following link below;http://bit.do/artandintegrationbyartisngo

This is the lowest rate for the EU-28 since September 2011, but anyway the rate is still higg as the latest statistics of Eurostat december 2016 shows 18.6 % of young people are unemployed in the EU-28. The highest rates were observed in , Greece (46.13%), Spain (43.6 %)Italy (36.4 %), Croatia (29.7%). Entrepreneurship is one the most important aspect to fight with youth unemployment as today social entrepreneurship is becoming one of the effective and innovative methods to solve the social problems. It gives the opportunity to deal with the problematic issue in a creative way that in turn helps to involve into social sphere more people, create alternative jobs and income. In light of economic changes, globalisation and requirements on labour market (the moving from employment to employability) entrepreneurship itself is becoming popular issue among young people as a lot of them are struggling to find job or having their own income. As a result of these young people are searching alternative way which turns to be running of their own enterprises. In order to be able to do this they need some certain skills and knowledge like knowledge business sector, understanding financial risk and management, having soft skills (communication, leadership, management etc). Moreover, 90 % of all startups are failing which stops young people to put their ideas in action. At this point NGOs should provide young people with information and help on the topic of social entrepreneurship and involve them into the issue. But there are not many organisations which are competitive enough in this field. That youth exchange “A new Job - A new Love - Entrepreneurship” aims to develop participants’ skills on social entrepreneurship, financial management, creativity, soft skills, strategic planning of the ideas. It is designed for youth leaders, youth volunteers ages between 18 - 30 to explore methods of working with youth on the topic of social entrepreneurship and practical skills on running the social enterprise with their organisations. The priority age group will be 18 - 30 years old. The whole project is built up and developed in accordance with the objectives and the priorities of the Erasmus+ Programme. Our objectives are: 1) To develop creative thinking, soft skills, financial management, strategic planning of the ideas and social entrepreneurship skills 2) To transfer knowledge and experiences on how to motivate young people in developing entrepreneurial paths. 3) To offer a basic exchange on how to develop, validate and implement social entrepreneurial projects. 4) To explore practical ways of supporting young people set up social enterprises, taking into consideration legal, financial, management and social requirements. 5)To equip youth leaders and youth volunteers with tools and methods designed to develop entrepreneurial skills 6) To develop new methods and tools of working on the topic of social entrepreneurship. 7) To provide participants with the opportunity to exchange experience and expertise in the field of social entrepreneurship. 8) To inform the participants about opportunities to develop new projects under the Erasmus+ Programme The project will be take place in Karaman, Konya between November 7th to 14th 2017 and It will gather together 32 participants from programme countries such as Czech Republic, Italy, Spain, Slovenia, Lithuania, Romania and Turkey. Working methodologies of the youth exchange will be based the non-formal education methods such as outdoor activities, debates, discussions, sharing experience, creative sessions and self-assessment sessions, roll-play activities, simulation games, meetings with young entrepreneurs, Erasmus+ possibilities, innovative presentations, team-building activities, energizers, ice-breakers, ""getting to know each other"" tools, brainstorms, individual/pair/group work, inspirational visit, feedback and reflection sessions. Regarding to the specific methods and tools on the project topic the trainers will use business model canvas, CEFE, XMind, creativity tools, brainstorm maps, logical framework, problem tree , etc. Except the trainers local and international young social entrepreneurs and experts will involve into the project. The main results of the project will be activities for young people on the topic of social entrepreneurship implemented by project participants in the countries and social enterprises created by young people after these activities. We expect that the youth exchange will help the organisations to start to run their own social enterprises. Also the project will increase the quality of youth activities and projects on local and international levels, including new cooperation."

As a result, greater number of migrants is facing the concern of social exclusion compared to the past: in fact, according to the latest statistics, young migrants (age 16-29) facing poverty or exclusion risk in the EU area were increased up to 48,4% of the total population (EUROSTAT, 2012). In 2014, 122.3 million people, or 24.4 % of the population in the EU-28 were at risk of poverty or social exclusion (AROPE), compared with 24.5 % in 2013. This means that these people were at least in one of the following conditions:• at-risk-of-poverty after social transfers (income poverty);• severely materially deprived or• living in households with very low work intensity. The reduction of the number of persons at risk of poverty or social exclusion in the EU is one of the key targets of the Europe 2020 strategy. The highest rates were been observed in Greece (23.5 % in May 2016) and Spain (19.6 %). Now more than ever, there is a growing need for skilled youth workers to support young migrants towards their way to active social inclusion. A summary of Commission’s recent researches has shown that: participation in non - formal education, knowledge and use of ICT tools, and having a creativity-driven way of thinking can increase employability especially for young migrants. Also commission has stated many new programs to promote social inclusion of migrants such as Progress Program: Fast track integration into the labour market for third country nationals targeting exclusively asylum seekers, refugees and their family members, GROWH: entrepreneurships for migrants etc. As the need of integration is growing the need of youth workers and qualification is also growing. Therefore, in the path already tracked by Europe 2020 Strategy and its flagship. Social inclusion can be promoted in different way such increasing employability of migrants, creating common spaces for all communities, using artistic tools such as dance, theatre, music et. Our initiative IAA aims to support youth workers to their mission of a better integration of young migrants through developing skills of youth workers by using innovative and creative artistic tools. As a result, initiative, creativity and motivation will be enhanced both in the direct target – youth workers – and in their final target – migrants – for an Europe more inclusive and cohesive.IAA -Integration? Art is the answer gathers 32 youthworkers (26 participants, 3 trainers and 2 support staffs) from Program countries between August 2 - 9. 2017 in Vilnius, Lithuania. The working methods are primarily based on the active participation and learning of participants promoted through non-formal and informal activities.
