"The topic ""Health"" is one of the main policies of the European Union (EU). The national authorities are responsible for organizing and providing health care and the task of the EU is to complement the national policies. Health also has an important impact on economic prosperity. Concrete EU measures include the development of tools to help EU countries to work together and identify best practices. In Germany a large number of health networks and health regions have been established in recent years and also Austria knows the benefits of the concept of regional health networks. Health regions describe themselves often as geographically defined clusters that aim to ensure a coordinated health and social care of the population through a network of all stakeholders involved in the supply process. On this background Com.HeNet will develop tools, which help EU countries to work together and identify the merger of the players or stakeholders into a ""Health Network"" (HN) as a process in which the improvement of and the access to health of the citizens in the different living environments in a specifiable region is focussed, as good practice.Aim of the project is to develop curriculum modules for ""Health Network Management"" (HNM) with a European standard, which enables a professional in health to implement and manage a HN on regional level. To get an efficient overview about the needed competences for this HN manager and the given structural and environmental circumstances, these competences will be analysed by desktop research and structured/guided interviews with relevant stakeholders and experts in the participating countries and envolved into national competence profiles. On basis of the national competence profiles a core competence profile will be developed for a HNM through comparison of all collected information and a collation with relevant European Competence Frameworks and European Qualification Framework (EQF). Furthermore an important objective are the curriculum modules on EQF level 6 with content and materials on basis of the developed core competence profile. These curriculum modules will be tested by a pilot training with participants presenting the later target groups and will be reviewed on basis of the pilot training and the feedback. Further on, an important objective of Com.HeNet is the description of a Data Management System and the development of a guideline for digital skills and competences, on basis and with the use of the Digital Competence Framework for Citizens (DigComp 2.1), which both will be used for the development of the curriculum modules, as an independent Output of the project and for the implementation and the later management of the HN by the managers. These are important aspects, because of the proceeding digitalization and the significance of the use of digital data and information for improving health care and prevention of people. Therefore these Outputs also will flow into the development of the curriculum modules. The curriculum modules as important Ouput of the project are expected to get included into higher education and vocational education curricula to enable professionals in health to implement and manage HN on regional level in EU countries. On the longer run the project contributes to the improvement of the regional supply structures in EU countries. In this way Com.HeNet contributes to the EU Health Strategy. Therefore the curriculum modules have an explicit European added value and will contribute to overcome the mismatch between given and needed competences in health sector across the EU.Long term aim of the project is the further cooperation of the project partners, the participating stakeholders and experts. The long-term presentation and dissemination of the curriculum modules are of great importance for all project partners. Furthermore the consortium will check the possibilities for further cooperation projects for an implementation of regional HN in several partner countries on basis of the developed curriculum modules and the digital competence guideline. Therefore the partners need a strong, trustful and efficient network on regional, national and European level."

In Europe there are serious issues with intercultural dialogue and acceptance of diversity due to wars’ and economic migrations towards the EU. In our work for intercultural acceptance we’ve noticed how quite some values disappear from the mind-set of our beneficiaries when there is “important” sport competition event and when they take sides in opposite fan groups that show strong animosity towards each other. Then we can see certain negative behaviour shown by the same beneficiaries that are usually positive and accepting different individuals around them in regular youth work activities. Until youth work is separated from sport, we will not be able to reach as good results as possible for intercultural acceptance in our communities. We need to practice more the healthy competition and teamwork in sports among our beneficiaries. This project responds to those needs and aims to encourage our youth workers to develop more youth sport work projects that will explore and extract all the possible positive aspects of sports for developing consistent positive intercultural acceptance among our beneficiaries. There was no similar opportunity yet organised – a PBA where interested organisations could discuss the alarming situation in Europe nowadays (when it comes to intolerance, discrimination, exclusion, etc.) and try to find solutions for it through developing youth SPORT work projects together. The core activity of the project was – 8 days long partnership-building activity (PBA). It was organised in the youth hostel in Novi Sad, Serbia from 4th till 12th April 2017. Project gathered 35 participants, trainers and staff from 19 organisations and 15 countries (RS, AL, BA, ME, XK, CY, ES, GR, HR, IT, MK, PT, RO, SI, TR). There were 14 young people with fewer opportunities. The goals of this PBA were to develop capacity of youth workers and partners in Erasmus+ KA2 Western Balkans Youth Window and Sport strands and to establish partnerships for youth sport work projects tackling current issues of discrimination, marginalization and exclusion in Europe and diversity in general. We expected from participants to be able to represent their sending organisations and enter into new partnerships and new project proposals during this PBA. Through increased quantity & quality projects, we expected the increased competences and readiness of young people in communities for taking active stand on fighting discrimination and intolerance and promoting respect of diversity and intercultural acceptance. We expected at least 380 youngsters being indirect beneficiaries of our project (20 per partner organisation). On European level, our project has as impact 8 newly initiated projects with possibility to include additional partners from other countries of Europe, as well. Thus, the impact that this PBA gave to our direct participants and partners will be multiplied also to other organisations / youth workers in Europe.

Asociatia Generatia Schimbarii-AGES has proposed all activities carried out to create a framework for human resource development, development programs and the implementation of projects to promote and support education for all categories of people. We offer young people advice and training-courses accredited, but try and change the way they relate to career counseling at school, how to engage in having work experience. Most activities undertaken by us as Youngsters from schools, colleges and youth who are in the period of searching for a job. The problems identified in the organization related to career counseling in order to fill a job according to their own abilities, priorities overlapped with Erasmus + and was born the idea for this project. Project Be on your way! It proposes that for 11 days, 56 young people from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine, aged 16 and 30 years to develop new skills related to career counseling using informal methods and non- formal. Representatives of partner organizations have agreed that each organization to participate as 8 young people - four females and four males, aged between 16 and 30 years, coordinated by a group leader, coming from a background defavorizat- economic, ethnic, geographic, from large families; identified on the basis of a survey conducted by the partner organizations in the project. Activities during working methods should be used informal and non-formal, such as presentation, game knowledge, debate, role-playing, simulation, teamwork, workshops, public café, living library, etc. It will follow the 8 key competences (which will be the basis Youthpass) -communication mother tongue -communication in foreign languages-English -basic competences in science and technology -digital competences -ability to learn -social and civic competences -initiative and entrepreneurship competences -conscience and cultural expression The project has the following objectives: 1. 80% increase knowledge related to career counseling for employment consistent with their skills for 56 young people aged 16-30, participants from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine by participating in activities project during the 11zile; 2. 50% increase in the level of involvement in economic activities or volunteering among young people monitored over a period of 1 year, after completion of the project by increasing the skills associated with identifying and applying for a job and raising self-esteem among youth; 3. decrease by 3% next year from the project, dropout or a first job for young communities they belong to. The immediate impact on young people learned new things is satisfaction and increased self-esteem. All activities young people will be encouraged to discover. They will work in teams, will communicate and cooperate in fulfilling its proposed activities. Activities and methods chosen by promoters causes a gradual accumulation of information about deconstructing career, knowledge of English. Because teams will be mixed as nationality, gender, age, participants will be increasingly less inhibited in working with each other to communicate. Experience gained during the project will contribute to the personal development of each participant. Youthpass certificates to be issued to certify skills end and / or developed are based on self-assessment youth leaders evaluations and results of assessment tests - initial and final. Long-term impact is bound to multiply knowledge in organizations from which young. As I said, each partner organization in the project will be organized in the months June to August 2018 workshop activities with the theme of the project. In these young participants to exchange activities will serve to share knowledge gained using the methods used during the project, focusing on non-formal methods - youth organizations they belong to, friends, colleagues, family. We estimate that each organization can go directly to 200 young people, thus having a target group of 1400 young people aged 16-30 years, boys and girls alike. All activities contribute to capacity development of the young participants, young target group dissemination, and increase partner organizations regarding the competencies of members, coordinating project teams. On the other hand increase the visibility of European programs, such as Erasmus +.
