In order to initiate a culture where the trainer who provides activities to develop competences is also enabled to coach participants after the training into implementing those competencies in their daily, professional and academic lives. This is achieved in a two-step training, the rationale behind it is, given the extent and size of competences to be developed, to allow consolidation time in between the training, initiating both a local and an international process of capacity building. That is one training for trainers on social inclusion through graphic facilitation tools, and creation of a non-formal education-based training with elements of graphic facilitation on social inclusion to be delivered in each local partner reality, where local participants will have to develop action plans concerning interventions on social inclusion, followed by an evaluation meeting and training for coaches, where participants upon returning to their reality will need to coach the local participants of their training on implementing the competences gained and follow-up on their action plan. Objectives: - To train youth workers to become trainers on social inclusion while also developing competencies of empowering with visuals, enabling them to locally implement training on social inclusion in their local reality.- To train the same group of youth workers, upon completion of the local training on social inclusion with a basic set of coaching competencies, and to work with the participants on the local training on social inclusion to develop their action plans.- To train young people to think visually (as a base for graphic facilitation) and to give them a how-to-use guide in youth work with a special focus on social inclusion- To observe, monitor, assess and evaluate both the residential international pieces of training for trainers and coaches and graphic facilitation, as well as the local actions, in order to provide empirical evidence and verifiable indicators of the efficacy of this formula, and its need to be further implemented and invested upon. << Activities >>What activities are planned for implementation? 1. Training for trainers on social inclusion with graphic facilitation and harvesting tools 2. Implementation of local pieces of training, delivered by participants, on social inclusion3. Training for coaches on social inclusion with graphic coaching tools4. Implementation of local coaching of the action plans created by local participants. Number of participants: in total 24 participants will attend two training courses. 2 trainers will be facilitating both training courses: Lorenzo Nava and Dorottya Túros. Two support staff from team MeOut will be present on both training courses and be responsible for all local logistical matters (tickets, reimbursement, mobility tool, photo taking, etc.) in Hungary.Dita Palascakova will be training only on the first training course, organized in Hungary.Marcus Vrecer will be facilitating only in the second training course. One support staff from Hungary will be helping in logistics during TCs in Hungary. In total, we will have 24 participants, 4 trainers, and 2 support staff.Profile: Youth Workers, youth educators, and mentors, active locally within the local partner organisations either as employees or volunteers. Working on social and inclusion and with either direct experience with marginalised groups of young people or with a personal background from those groups.<< Impact >>Two trainings implemented with the same group of youth workers, 3 months apart from one another. 24 youth workers trained to become trainers and coaches to apply both sets of competencies to work on the betterment of local social inclusion of young people processes and projects.24 youth workers will build up a personal visual vocabulary and tools to use them in practice and coachingMinimum 10 training modules on youth and social inclusion implemented locally reaching a minimum of 80 local youths at risk of social exclusion in each realityMinimum 40 local youths will be coached into implementing their social inclusion action plansMinimum 3 Erasmus+ Key Action 1 projects will multiply the results of this programme, and a minimum of 1 Long Term EU supported project will follow-up on the results. Minimum 1 Erasmus+ Key Action 2 project will be created. Participants will build strong friendships (they meet twice) and will start cooperating on a European level. The impact is foreseen: - The double training will equip participants, for the first time, with a mix of competences as graphic facilitators, trainers, and coaches, that will allow them to deliver strong training sessions, and to coach individually participants to accomplish their action plans and implement their competences.- Innovative non-formal education approaches to social inclusion will be delivered locally, and the foreseen action plans created as a result of this training will be supported, coached and monitored until implemented. - Youths from marginalised groups at risk of social exclusion will be reached out for and trained and coached to take action and ownership of their and their group’s future.- Mobility activities will multiply, providing the original target groups of the local training to participate, explore Europe and learn from their peers.

This is undoubtedly the main cause of the lack of emancipation of the young generations that forces them to live with their parents, not being able to rent or buy a flat, ""to form a family"" or worse to live with the impossibility of planning their future and dissolution to fight for their dreams. They call it the lost and depressed generation. Through the ""New Tools for Employability"" Youth Exchange we want to know and connect the most prepared European generation in history, to share their concerns, skills and motivate them to get out and to face the situation. Our objectives are: 1 Analyse the situation of youth unemployment in Europe: causes, agents involved, possible solutions. 2 Compare the knowledge and skills of young NEET with the content and skills sought by the companies. 3 To inform about the European programs that stimulate the employability and the entrepreneurship. 4 Encourage entrepreneurship and self-employment. To achieve these objectives, 32 young people (4 participants + 1 group leader per country and 2 facilitators) from Spain, Italy, Estonia, Sweden, Romania and Croatia will participate in this Youth Exchange in Ciudad Real between 3 and 10 May 2019 Ciudad Real , which will be held at Granja Orea with a visit to Alcázar de San Juan and another in Ciudad Real. The main activities will be: - Knowledge activities among young participants, entities, expectations. - Explanation of Youthpass certificate. - Intercultural Nights. - Working groups and presentations to better understanding of the labor situation of the countries involved. Presentation of the Erasmus+ program and the opportunities which offer to young people. Visit to Alcázar de San Juan and encounter with youth council and youth organisation. Information point in Alcázar de San Juan to inform the Youth about the Erasmus + opportunities. Forum theater to debate about gender equality in the labour market - Simulation of job interviews and debate on the new skills sought by entrepreneurs. - Quiz about Youth unemployment situation Workshops prepared and leaded by participants. - Visits to IMPEFE and the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Ciudad Real. - Day and final evaluations. - Consign of Youthpass. The methodology used will be: - Dynamics and games. - Work in national and intercultural teams. - Presentations. - Debates and brainstorming. - Visits and meetings with associations, printed and local institutions. To achieve a great impact at all levels that is achieved together with the partners, a strategy of dissemination of the results divided into 5 phases whose main objective is to reach our target group (young people between 18 and 26 who will not study or they work) through social networks."

As demonstrated by-elections and referendums across many European countries and the anti-EU movements gaining momentum. Young people are amongst the most vulnerable to the messages spread by such groups, as are also the ones most affected by the economic uncertainties and the ones who feel most distant from the representative democracies they live in. In this scenario, youth workers and youth organizations are ill-equipped to face and counter the powerful and professional public communication of the hate-groups. The purpose of this training course is to equip youth organizations and youth workers with the necessary tool to be a voice as well, to be heard and follow, and to deliver their message, much different from the loud ""hate"" one, which is being heard more and more. “You have the voice!” is a training course that aims to support the professional development o young leaders and youth workers to raise the quality of their social media campaigns and knowledge on different platforms aiming for social change. We will approach the idea of communication on different levels and include a hands-on Media Laboratory which will be the real practice. The training course uses methods of experiential learning as role-plays, simulations, and case study methods and group sharing methods as small and large group discussions.""You have the voice!"" is designed to take place in Slovakia having a length of 7 days with 27 youth workers youth leaders, current or potential board members or volunteers from 10 countries will work together in order to set personal and professional goals and have the self-confidence to carry them out, to guide others on a course of action, to influence their behavior, and show them the way. The activity will take place from 02-08/09/2020 Travelling days will be 01/09(arrival) and 09/09 (departure). The non-formal participatory methods that will be utilized include simulation games, role play, plenary debates, interactive lectures, audio-visual presentations, brainstorming, small and large group discussions, self- assessment and more. All working activities will aim at fostering intercultural learning and exchange between participants from diverse backgrounds and young people with fewer opportunities.<< Activities >>The training was designed to try to solve those issues commonly taken as a problem for youth leaders and worker, and it was the base concern of the partners in the project, that want to act in local, national and in European level and understand how to approach them using social media tools. Activities as such are made to empower youth workers to be multipliers and in turn empower the youths they work with every day, therefore very much depends on the suggested profiles by the promoters concerning who can take part in this training and what is the added value for the organization. Our minimal requirement from the participants is that they will be over 18y.o. In order to ensure the gender balance in the activities carried out in this training course, we first indicate gender balance requirements with all promoters. If some promoter fails to reach a balance, we will try to balance throughout the whole list of participants. Youth-workers and people who work with youth on a regularly basis are in a position to influence young people's choices and attitudes for social changes. They also have the opportunity to motivate and empower youth to use a creative approach in planning their future and the future of their communities and choosing their personal actions and education strategies and the future of their communities. We will give priority to people with fewer opportunities during theselection phase. We have chosen a variety of non-formal learning methods and techniques in order to address the different needs of the participants and the desired outcomes with activities such as:icebreakers and energizers, discussions in the plenary, question and answer sessions, group building activities, simulation exercises, debriefing after each exercise, case studies, individual work, work in small groups, brainstorming, presentations, info sessions for theoretical output, hands-on experiences, team games, tests & quizzes, intercultural events, representations/ act- outs in the plenary, interaction with mentors and business experts, practice learning through the debate exercise. At the Activity Timetable (attached) we describe all the activities and the objectives we wish to reach with each one.<< Impact >>As a result of this educational activity, the participants will develop the skills needed in order to work more effectively within their organizations and to raise their opportunities in the job market. With their participation in this capacity-building training, the young people will be able to support their organizations, to multiply the impact of youth work, to raise the visibility of their projects and to contribute to the breaking of the vicious circle of unemployment. The results of the project will be organized in a portfolio with descriptions, pictures, interviews, results, and evaluations and will be spread in the network of all the partner organizations and also in European forums created for theYouth such as the European Youth Portal, the Eurodesk and many more described this application. The partners will support any organisation that wish to duplicate the project either in Europe or in the Partner countries with the material, know-how and good practices. We are expecting the participants to act as multipliers by applying the new knowledge into practice within their organizations and their communities. More young people will learn about the prospects of Erasmus+ and visibility within the local communities where the partners belong will be guaranteed. BODRUNG plans to implement the same training course again with its own funding in order to impact more young people in the future. A key feature in the success of all cross- border collaborations in the development and maintenance of contact between potential partners. By encouraging the participants to make new partners with whom they can work within the Erasmus+ programme in the future, this project will have a strong European dimension. The development of new partnerships will help to disseminate and exploit the results of the project widely amongst young people in the participants’ target groups, and to new partners in the future."

In line with this, the key points of the project are justified by the current debate on Europe's agenda on the EU Strategy for Youth divided into two general objectives: to provide more equal opportunities and young people in education and the labor market, to encourage young people to be active citizens and participate in the society. To achieve these goals the EU proposes initiatives in eight areas: education and training, employment and entrepreneurship, health and welfare; participation; voluntary activities, social inclusion, youth and the world, creativity and culture. Here is the thing: it is easy to leave. It is hard to stay and work through the rough places. Building a team isn’t about assembling the perfect parts. Building a team is about working with the parts you have to do stuff no one part could do alone. We vote for teams. We are facing a social situation in which it is urgent to find more efficient responses and meet the growing needs of young people and their responsibility / role in policy within the European Union. That’s why Bonae Spei created this project, with the aim of to improve the quality of EVS projects under Erasmus+ program by establishing more efficient partnerships between organizations and developing organizations capacity to implement project in the field of volunteering, youth active participation, intercultural dialogue, entrepreneurship and capacity building. With this project we will create 2 activities. Activity 1 - 6 volunteers will come to Portugal for 6 months (3 from Greece and 3 from Italy), Activity 2, 6 local volunteers will go abroad for 45 days. One of the main objetives is to promote opportunities and to fight the cultural difficulty of experiencing this opportunites for portuguese nationals. So, our international volunteers will organize and deliver activities meanwhile encouraging youngsters to take the decision and stepping forward on european experiences. With this experiences they will become more aware and more prepared for the future.

Today, 2 years into pandemic, we cannot predict the nature of this change, but we can equip ourselves with knowledge and skills needed for managing the change and finding working solutions in the times of uncertainty. And when talking specifically about youth work and youth NGO life, we believe that the way to go is not in focusing on uncertainty and unpredictability, but in teaching youth workers how to survive and navigate them. We believe that focusing on creativity, flexibility, and adaptability while learning how to use change as an opportunity for growth is the approach to choose.Hence, we believe that a 7 day TC for for youth workers can be of a high value, with a focus on practical approach and specific tools that any youth worker/organisation can use when facing change and uncertainty.Aim: to equip youth workers with knowledge and tools of decision making and creative problem solving applicable in times of change and uncertainty. Objectives:To present the concept and principles of Change Management and how it can be used in youth workTo learn how to use creativity and flexibility to solve arising problems and design innovative solutionsTo equip youth workers with specific tools of creative problem solving and decision making (6 thinking hats, Morphologicalanalysis, 7 types of brainstorming, SCAMPER, etc.)To let youth workers practice gained knowledge and skills with focus on decision making and creative problem solving inchanging environmentsTo support youth workers in creating unique solutions and strategies of youth work for their organisationsMost importantly, we have agreed that the impact that we want to achieve is the overall shift from negative and anxious outlook on the new realities of youth work we deal with today, to a mentality that sees change as opportunity to innovate, create, and find new solutions. By designing this project, we believe we act in accordance with one of the main objectives of Erasmus+ 2022 Programme. Namely: ""to promote learning mobility of individuals and groups, as well as cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity, excellence, creativity and innovation at the level of organisations and policies in the field of education and training"" (2022 Erasmus+ Programme Guide, p.6)Here, we have creativity and innovation as the main topics of the whole project, whereas cooperation, quality, inclusion and equity are the essential values we are able to promote through the training activity. And since 2022 is officially the European Year of Youth, we aim to align our project with one of its key objectives,: ""Renewing the positive perspectives for young people, with a particular focus on the negative effects the COVID-19 pandemic had on them"". (https://ec.europa.eu/commission/presscorner/detail/en/ip_21_6648)<< Implementation >>The main activity of this project is a 7-day training course - an educational programme on specific topic (Decision making and creative public solving in times of change), aiming to improve participants’ competences, knowledge, skills, andattitudes, and is designed to improve quality practice in youth work in partner organizations. The activity will take place in Copenhagen, 15-22/10/2022. A daily programme is attached in the form of Activity Timetable for KA1. Throughout the training course, we of course will largely focus on non-formal learning (NFE) as a methodology and mindful participation as a main approach. Since one of the integral topics of this course is creativity and innovation in youth work - we will make sure that from the very beginningeach activity (energizers, team buildings, presentations, exercises etc.) will be aiming at boosting creative freedom, nonstandard thinking, decision making under time pressure etc. All of these activities apart from their direct purpose will also beused in debriefing to analyse how problem solving can be implemented through different activities and environments.PaxWe aim to have 3 pax per partner organisation, totaling in 24 participant. For this training, we are aiming for a very specific pax profile. Namely:-Youth workers who work directly with youth and implement NFE in their activities-At least 2 years experience working in youth field-18+ years old-Upper intermediate level of English-Motivation to learn and exchange good practices-Capacity for application dissemination of training results in partner NGOsMost of the partners have indicated that they have some pre-selected pax, since those are active youth workers who have stated specific needs for a course like that. The amount of the pax that have given their preliminary agreement to participate, is yet another indication for us that the course is very relevant for our organisations. We will include a minimum of 1/3 of participants with fewer opportunities, who can be facing difficult situations due to their social economic background, geographical difficulties, representatives of minorities which face discrimination, particularattention and focus will be given to youth workers from migrant/refugee background, given the nature of the this training and its foreseen multiplying effect, as well as to give the opportunity of mobility and learning also for those who are in difficult situation, who will in turn be motivated to apply new competences to creatively engage young people all over Europe.<< Results >>he whole training will be focused on fostering skills and competences needed to improve creative problem solving and decision making in youth work in times of change. Specifically, we expect to gain 4 key types of learning outcomes and competences as the result of the TC, as the participants will be gaining and improving their knowledge, skills, attitudes and exchanges relevant for their youth work. They are as follows: KNOWLEDGE: The pax are familiar with the concept and overall principles of change management in youth work The pax know and understand principles of creative problem solving and finding innovative solutions in youth work The pax know the principles of decision making in changing environments The pax know the relevance and advantages of positive approach to change in youth work and can see connection to their own practices SKILLS: The pax have practiced and know how to use specific tools of NGO change management (changemakers map, ladder of change etc.) The pax have practiced and know how to use specific tools of creative problem solving (various types of brainstorming, Scamper, 6 thinking hats, morphological analysis etc.)The pax have practiced and know how to apply positive approach to changeThe pax have created their own solutions and strategies for youth work in their communities ATTITUDES AND MINDSETS:The pax feel overall more confident and empowered to use gained knowledge and skills in their work The pax feel overall more confident and empowered about implementing change in their communitiesThe pax feel more supported and encouraged to create their own creative and innovative solutions for youth work EXCHANGE:Participants met new people with the common interests, values, ideas and challengesFelt comfortable and free sharing their ideas, experiences and concernsFound peers to support each other in the future learning and workCreated ideas for new projects. As a main result of this TC, we expect the quality of our pax daily work with the young people to increase significantly, and here is why: 1. They will be aware of the principles of change management in youth work and NGO life and be fully ready to implement them2. They will be able to assess the change, identify challenges and benefits it might contain for target groups, and therefore use relevant tools and techniques to create innovative solutions/decisions to implement the change best way possible3. They will have specific tools and skills to find multiple creative solutions and decisions in changing environments4.They will have confidence and motivation to implement innovation in their daily work5. They will have a network of practicing youth workers from all over Europe who can provide support and exchange of good practices with whom they can go further in improving professional and personal skillsAnd bottom line, they will have a fully formed competence and readiness to change, adjust, re-imagine, and improve their work with young people no matter how uncertain, challenging, or confusing the environm"
