    << Objectives >>Currently gender inequality and machismo are one of the great challenges to be overcome by our society. Although it is true that in recent years progress has been made in terms of gender equality, inequality and the consequences of patriarchal society continue to be present. The main cause of death in the world for women between 15 and 44 years of age is gender violence (UN), and despite this, society is little aware of the real problem. In turn, gender inequality is crossed by many issues that are cross-cutting. For this reason we want to highlight issues such as environmentalism, racial oppression, inequality of people with functional diversity, class society, affective-sexual diversity ... We believe that all the different oppressions must be analyzed with a gender perspective and That is why we propose, on this occasion, to work the different global oppressions with a common axis: feminism and care. Furthermore, our objective will not only be the role of women, but also dissident masculinities, that is, new models of being a man without creating oppression and walking thesame path, social equality. The general objective of our project is to educate on gender equality and to confront sexist violence, also pursuing the awareness and sensitization of society in this area, and especially of the youngest, who unfortunately do not they are exempt in many cases from these behaviors. The specific objectives are:1st. Raise community awareness of the importance of gender equality;2nd. Analyze those sexist behaviors and behaviors that we reproduce;3rd. Investigate the gears and mechanisms of patriarchy and analyze the different and subtle forms of male violence;4th. Work on the so-called «micromachisms», especially those that are normalized in society;5th. Inform about the different social realities of women in history and today;6th. Recognize important female figures that were made invisible, focusing on Galician women;7º. Promote equality and tolerance through coeducation and basing ourselves on diversity as a positive and fundamental element;8º. Break gender stereotypes that prevent growing in freedom;9th. Critically analyze our own environment without attacking other cultures;10th. Promote equality awareness in all areas in a transversal way (ethnicity, economy, religion, functional diversity, affective-sexual diversity ...).Furthermore, nowadays, the European Union has paid special attention to promoting gender equality and the fight against violence against women, promoting and promoting non-discriminatory behaviors and behaviors, for which we believe that this project will be very appropriate. and important for young people. Likewise, it is necessary to equip youth workers with the necessary skills and methods to transmit fundamental values of our society to young people. After participating in this project, youth workers will be able to bring the aforementioned values closer to the youngest. Therefore, we would like to invite participants from different countries to have a broader view of the problems that we have exposed.<< Activities >>“Obliequality” will gather 28 youth workers, NGO activists and youngsters (of which 8 Participants with Fewer Opportunities) from the following countries: Spain, Poland, Romania, Turkey, Italy, Slovakia, Greece and Portugal. Each country will be represented by 3 people, more 4 facilitators. It is expected that the most part of participants will be involved in gender equality area. The aim of the project is to raise awareness about importance of gender equality, especially in spheres of discrimination, violence against women and normalized sexist behaviours. All these issues will be treated through interactive, practical and dynamic activities, where it will try to enhance participants’ awareness. The project will start with its preparation activities at the beginning of February (exactly 01-02-2021) and it will have a total duration of 18 months (ending 30-07-2022). The training course will be a duration of total 10 days of activities (from 10-19-2021 till 19-10-2021) There will be also 2 days of travel (arrival in Vilagarcía is foreseen for 09-10-2021 and departure is planned for 20-10- 2021).So, with this project, we want to create a space of awareness and debate, where we will expose to participants different cases, which they will show them the true women’s situation and her obvious adversities. All activities, including local visits and several interactive games, pursue that participants can analyse situations and daily behaviours with other perspective, and evaluate the presence of sexist or discriminatory elements. However, this project is developed in an atmosphere of dialogue and tolerance, where we will promote the active participation and the debate among different participants. As the result of the project, the participants will obtain knowledge and competences about gender equality to spread these ideas and they will come back home with ready ideas for future local and international projects. It is expected that in a year time after the project each partner NGO will develop similar projects themselves.<< Impact >>The project will have a direct effect on the development of the participants, and a positive impact on the organizations they represent. The expected impact on the participants is as follows: 1st. Increased knowledge in education on gender equality; 2nd. Empowerment of youth to take an active role in their communities and face issues related to equality and gender violence, once they return home; 3rd. Knowledge of the challenges of gender equality in the modern world; 4th. Promotion of equality and education in a completely different and novel way; 5th. Knowledge of other cultures and people, and construction of new international networks; 6th. Increased competencies of participants in non-formal education; 7º. Approach in a new and innovative way of youth participation to activities that promote gender equality; 8º. Obtaining information about the Erasmus + Program and other sources of financing for youth projects by the participants; 9th. Involvement of minorities in organizational structures; 10th. Proportion of space and time for common projects and creation of new alliances. The expected impact on stakeholders will be as follows: 1st. Increased interest in gender equality at the local level, through participants; 2nd. Providing local citizens and youth workers with information about the Erasmus + program and other sources of project funding; 3rd. Understanding of issues related to gender equality attached to the project; 4th. Increased understanding between cultures and European values; 5th. Active participation in the preparation of activities and projects that promote equality once they return to their countries; 6th. Reduction of the level of intolerance and marginalization in local communities; 7º. Involvement of young people in activities for gender equality and against violence against women. Now, the expected impact on the participating organizations will be as follows: 1st. Increased local and international cooperation with other NGOs; 2nd. Development of activities related to gender equality and the empowerment of women at the local level; 3rd. Improvement of the skills of the members of the organizations participating in the project in various areas; 4th. Implementation of future projects that promote gender equality. The project will have an important impact on the participants, since they will be the direct beneficiaries of all the knowledge developed during the activities, and through the implementation of new initiatives after it. This project will strengthen international cooperation among all partners, and will give the opportunity to plan future activities that explore this same topic. Following the project, participants are expected to work on choreographies that promote equality and involve their communities. Such communities include members of organizations, as well as some of the schools, students, and youth in general. What will we get if the impact is appropriate ?: 1º. << Objectives >>The project “See U Potential” is all partner organisations’ answer to the reality of local youngsters we can see in our surroundings and in ourselves. The main goal is to raise young people’s self-awareness and self-empower them so that they feel confident enough to take a social action in their local communities. All partners - youth organisations and NGOs from Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Spain - have observed that young people lack knowledge, skills and tools to search their inner motivations, they do not know how to find or use tools that can help them achieve their goals and are sometimes lost in their values and dreams. As a result, they do not take active part in their local communities and do not get involved into social action.The team gathered observations and insights from our organisations and, by using the problem-solution tree method, we found common needs of ours that we will address with this project.The main objective of this project is to raise participants’ self-awareness and to help them to boost their potential so that they can use it in order to do something for their community and achieve their personal and social goals. We want to support participants in finding their huge potential that they sometimes are not able to see yet and to encourage them to voice their opinion and take action along with their social values. By implementing this project, we expect to support them in this self-discovery and boosting of their own potential, as well as empower them to become proactive members of the society. We aim to provide them with tools to set personal and social goals and realise their inner motivation and potential that will make it possible for them to achieve their dreams or realise new ones - with a focus on their social aspirations to help others.Through NFE activities, reflections and recognition of the learning process, we expect to achieve the project objectives, at the same time, creating a safe space for participants to exchange opinions and points of view in an intercultural and multilingual environment, which, in turn, will boost participants’ awareness of various cultures and different perspectives on even deepest topics.<< Implementation >>We plan to implement a Youth Exchange which will be hosted by the Spanish hosting organisation UPlanet in Mollina, Spain, in July 2022, with 3 other organisations as partners: Omnia Onlus (Italy), EduEra (Slovakia) and YoWo Poland (Poland). Due to our experience with the COVID-19 pandemic, where we learnt how to efficiently cooperate online, we are not planning an Advance Planning Visit and we will proceed with all preparation online with equal and active involvement of all partners just as during the development process of this project.In the project, we will involve in total 26 participants from 4 different European countries (Italy, Slovakia, Poland and Spain) with at least 12 participants with fewer opportunities. We will have 6 participants from each country (5 young people and 1 group leader). We will have two organisations with more participants (7 participants from Spain and Poland) in order to better coordinate the whole activity because the project facilitators are from these organisations.Participants already involved in the project and those who will join it during the preparation period are youngsters from our local communities interested in the topic of searching for one's own potential, raising self-awareness and setting personal and social effective goals, as well as lacking motivation or self-confidence in taking a proactive role in their local communities.When composing the group, we took into consideration: motivation and commitment to be an active part of the project during the whole duration, gender balance with respect to various gender identities, age: 18-25 y/o.Out of 26, at least 12 participants are participants with fewer opportunities (at least 3 per country), facing economic, social, geographical and cultural obstacles. We want to include them in the project on the same basis as all others, providing additional support, so that they can take part as any other participant.<< Results >>This project main aim is to help participants to boost their personal potential which will result in their more active participation in the society therefore the expected results are the following ones, depending on the dimension:Participants- Encouraging participants to make introspection and raise self-awareness.- Facilitating participants to identify their personal ambitions, goals, values and strengths.- Facilitating participants to identify their social ambitions, goals, values and competences that they can use to do something for their local communities.- Facilitating participants to compare and conciliate their personal and social goals.- Increasing English skills.- Increase social skills through communicating with other participants.- Being more mature emotionally after leaving their comfort zones.- Being more tolerant with people from different backgrounds, beliefs and cultures.- Bringing them closer to the nature and making them understand the importance of relating to it properly.- Raising European values such as democracy or diversity and feeling more European.- Reaching close people to participants and influencing them through the experience the participants will have to get involved in other activities.Partner associations- Strengthening cooperation among organisations Europe-wide- New possible projects from the network developed on this one- Opening new fields of work- Getting more involvement from sent participants to the project into the organisations activities.Regarding the different geographical dimensions, our expected results are the following ones:LOCAL & REGIONAL LEVEL- Raising awareness of international projects, specifically Erasmus+ through the implementation of the project- Raising acceptance to people from other parts of Europe- Feeling closer to other Europeans- Social, economical or environmental development coming from more motivated youngsters. This expected impact is in the local communities the participants come from.- Encouraging future European mobility opportunities by creating future partnerships and empowering local institutions (school and NGO Bosque Urbano) to get involved into EU opportunities through Erasmus+ programmeNATIONAL LEVEL- Raising intercultural tolerance.- Raising international connections.- Feeling closer to other European countries- Impacting the culture by raising awareness about the importance of self-awareness.EUROPEAN & INTERNATIONAL LEVEL- Reinforcing international cooperation among partner organisations and reinforcing their relationships for new projects.- Creating a stronger social network in Europe- Having a more active population in different topics in Europe- Increasing the will of creating Erasmus + projects among participants- Promoting Erasmus+ programme Europe-wide

    << Objectives >>The idea of the Positive Discipline is to equip youth workers in the field of education with more efficient tools, skills and knowledge on how to manage and improve a wide variety of learning environments, both physical and online, and to provide them with the tools for addressing various issues that teachers face in online classrooms.The Positive Discipline Project is an encouragement module that offers youth workers tools to build strong relationships, trust and connection with students that would ultimately result in more engagement and enjoyment of the learning process. Through teaching youth workers positive discipline techniques and skills, the project aims to teach students valuable social and life skills that they can use in the long-term. The introduction of common tools for positive discipline in diverse, multicultural and multilingual learning environments is helpful for both youth workers in the field of education and students as it makes it easier for the aforementioned stakeholders to communicate and respect each other. The project aims to give youth workers the skills and knowledge on how to facilitate a better learning process and a more efficient learning environment through introducing positive discipline tools and guiding kids how to use them in order to take ownership of how their learning environment runs. The knowledge of how to apply positive discipline is useful beyond education as stakeholders learn to be responsible, cooperative, independent, honest, caring and self-aware - characteristics that will help them be more efficient not only in academics but in their everyday lives. Furthermore, such tools would enable stakeholders to be active citizens who are able to effectively solve problems, take risks, be confident, understanding and have a sense of integrity. In terms of youth work, positive discipline tools change educators’ practices and beliefs in what they can do to change children's outcomes and equips them with the right skills to have an amazing impact on their own self-efficacy. Helping kids feel they belong and they are significant, taking the time to build a connection through encouragement not punishment is a powerful tool for change. Positive Discipline Tools empowers youth workers in the field of education to work more efficiently with students who face challenges in their learning process, to encourage them and give them the instruments to tackle those challenges and continue their education. Through implementing positive discipline in their learning environment, youth workers invite students to be more responsible and think of ways to handle a stressful or disruptive situation themselves in order to prevent them from happening again in the future. The Positive Discipline Project aims to provide stakeholders with better communication tools, effective strategies to problem solving and action plans for responding respectfully to disruptive situations.<< Implementation >>Number? The association plans to use various methods in order to convey the objectives of the project and to ensure the effectiveness of the learning outcomes of the project. Activities of the project include various non-formal and informal methods of learning and stakeholders will be encouraged to actively participate and reflect on their experience through various exercises. Among the working methods that would be used during the activities of the project are discussions, work in pairs, trios, small and big groups, interactive role-playing games, role play, simulations, energizers, daily evaluations, daily and weekly reflections, informal communication and etc. Participants will also be given the opportunity to act as trainers and/or facilitators during some of the activities.The modules foreseen in the program aim to introduce core principles of positive discipline, mark and discuss possible solutions for common challenges, interactive approaches to behavior management and emotion regulation, sharing of good practices, sharing tools for building a respectful and encouraging dynamic between young people and youth workers, introduce various tools, methodologies and know-how for solving problems and implementing self-regulation strategies. The target group that includes youth workers in the field of education, teachers, learning facilitators, resource teachers, social workers, teaching assistants and other relevant stakeholders actively working with young people. These stakeholders are essential to helping young people develop, learn, build new life skills and confidence in a non-formal and informal education setting. They often engage in different activities that require a regular upgrade of their skills, knowledge, confidence and training so that they can be as efficient as possible. They need to fulfill the following conditions: -Be actively involved in working with young people. -Be above the age of 22, with some experience in the field of youth work. -Have a network of youth workers and educators to share and popularize the learning outcomes of the project.-Have basic command of listening, reading, speaking and writing in English language. -Have strong motivation to participate in the project. -Have the ability and resources to spread the learning outcomes of the project within their personal and professional people network.<< Results >>We aim to create a project with useful positive discipline practices and tools that can be used by youth workers in the field of education as well as other specialists and educators working in the education sector. The learning outcomes, know-how and change in attitude resulting from the implementation of the project will enhance youth workers’ ability to address various issues in their everyday work with youngsters in different learning environments. Furthermore, youth workers will develop skills and competencies for positive discipline that will positively impact their lifestyle and wellbeing, while also contributing to their ability to find jobs and access further education. The project aims to foster innovation and creativity by presenting stakeholders in the field of education and beyond with skills, knowledge and competencies that match the ever-challenging learning environment in education and training, especially in light of the Covid-19 pandemic. The project will use non-formal learning activities focusing on the capacity development of organizations working with youth outside of a formal learning setting while ensuring the active participation of young people in the set-up and smooth operation of their learning environment.The project foresees different types of results, both tangible and intangible, such as a report containing all valuable insights as well as map out problem areas and suggestions for finding a solution, pictures, videos, a creative handbook with materials for youth workers and stakeholders and tutorials on positive discipline methods and approaches. As the main idea of the project is to increase competencies and train youth workers from the participating organisations as well as other relevant stakeholders from , all methods and approaches will be documented in a detailed way and a lot of follow-up activities for participants will be implemented in order for all stakeholders to continue to use them and teach them to others.Learning outcomes of the participants will be properly identified and documented in order to be shared and thus, to make the results of the project known to other stakeholders from the partnering organization, with other organisations and the public as well. All the non-formal and informal learning and teaching methods, materials and tools will be documented in a way that they are transferable and contribute to the progress and effectiveness of youth work.Youth workers from the participating organizations will enhance their learning and development experience during research, planning and implementation of activities related to the agenda of the project. They would gain a deep understanding of the issue of using instruments for positive discipline in their daily work with young people and will be trained to use new tools and methodology when dealing with disruptive situations in various settings. They will be able to also implement their knowledge in their work with local communities.Stakeholders will have instruments and knowledge to spread their know-how on positive discipline through various communication channels in order for the information to reach communities and other interested parties beyond their organisations. Non-formal and informal learning outcomes of the project will be distributed via webinars, social media posts, online tool books with useful resources and best practices for positive discipline that can be implemented in non-formal and informal settings by all stakeholders. All project outcomes such as methods, materials and tools will be transferable in a matter that can contribute not only to the development of your work organisations but to various stakeholders in the youth field.

    << Objectives >>“Coaching: Level One” will gather 35 youth workers from 11 countries for an 8 day-training in Kysak, eastern Slovakia, directed towards tackling the challenges posed today by youth unemployment and NEETs. The training course, which takes place from September 16th to 25th of 2019, will be an innovative combination of in-depth training on coaching methodologies with outdoor activities and the power of myth, rituals and storytelling as tools for youth work.Despite the positive signals in the EU economy and labor market in the years following the crisis, youth unemployment and NEETs remains largely a priority issue, especially concerning the growing income disparity in large urban areas, rural migration and the necessary inclusion of refugees and migrants into the European labor market in order to foster sustainable integration and prevent the radicalization of young people. Coaching is a learning support measure seldomly used in youth work, and often mistook for either mentoring or counselling. We want to introduce to youth organisations the good practice to have a coach figure, to constantly monitor the development and learning of the youth NGO members as well as their target groups (especially youth vulnerable to NEET situations including refugees, migrants and other marginalized groups).<< Activities >>Our participant target group (30 participants) is youth workers and volunteers with already some experience in supporting the learning and empowerment of young people. The training course aims to equip them with that extra gear that can allow them to more easily achieve their vision and mission.“Coaching: Level One” sees a path that starts from exploring coaching from the perspective of self-coaching and self-awareness, to coaching others and empower towards self-awareness and goal achievement. Participants will experience through experiential learning, non-formal education and value-based learning a journey across psychology, philosophy, pedagogy and social anthropology. They are going to gain tools, self-awareness, attitudes and competences that will later benefit the target groups of their youth NGOs back home, when being walked through their action plans supported by their peers and the training team. This will be done through an innovative educational path: From Values and Environment analysis created by Prof. C. Graves, over exploring how Dr. Campbell's Monomyth theory is not only an excellent tool for storywriting and storytelling, but also a fantastic tool for coaching towards transformation, participants will travel through the existing models and tools available in corporate and business coaching such as GROW, NLP, and Jungian Archetypes, up to the more attitude-development methodologies implemented by Dr. Plotkin in using outdoor education.The methodology to be applied for this training course is a mixture of different existing methods and approaches used worldwide in coaching practices, as outlined above. The training course also foresees the extensive use of outdoor spaces and coaching demo-sessions.<< Impact >>We want to introduce to youth organisations the good practice to have a coach figure, to constantly monitor the development and learning of the youth NGO members as well as their target groups (especially youth vulnerable to NEET situations including refugees, migrants and other marginalized groups).One desired impact will be the creation of a coaching manual for youth workers which will contain all the information presented at the training and can serve as inspiration to other youth NGOs to endeavour on the same path.Participants, besides being trained and certified as youth coaches, will receive a YouthPass Certificate, the Rescogita OU Certification as Coaches (upon demonstration of having conducted at least 20 hours of coaching and reporting it), a manual for Youth Coaching, and a voucher for 1 hour distance coaching. Thus, the training programme contains specific elements that foster the dissemination of aquired knowledge in the participants organisations later on.We hope at the end of the training to have empowered and skilled 35 youth workers in using coaching techniques in order to counter the negative effects of unemployment and activate NEETs. Having provided them with a set of insights, competencies and skills they will be able from their very return home to start using the gained competences in their professional and volunteer reality, therefore providing an immediate benefit to the realities where they come from, measurable over time. Moreover, the European dimension of the project will allow participants to identify similarities and synergies with fellow European youth workers. They will have a chance to identify common challenges which provides a sense of European belonging as well as grounds for future cooperation. Last but not least, through the preparation and follow-up activities such as the individual self-assessment form, the letter to themselves and the online coaching session, the transfer of competences from international to local will be insured - benefitting the participants, the partner organisations and indirectly the target groups with whom they work.

    "<< Objectives >>The Culture Garden: Youth Leadership for Collaboration TC provides essential tools and practices, as well as opportunities for individual and group self-reflection, which empower young people to succeed in any collaborative group context. The program engages with leadership, not as a quality held by one person or by a select few, but as a whole-group phenomenon. The governance practices a group uses, the ways that conflict, feedback, and communication are navigated, a group’s relationship to creativity and self-expression; its economic paradigms and more inform what kind of leadership it potentiates and responds to. In the project, youth leaders are trained to give young people experiential opportunities to learn and build confidence using the “cultural tools” that enable collaboration in their school, employment, and community contexts. ISSUES & NEEDS ADDRESSED:The revitalisation of rural areas, as well as the re-localisation and diversification of economies throughout the UK and Europe, require the initiation and successful management of innumerable small- to medium-scale initiatives. Although significant support is being mobilised for such initiatives by many European governments, there remain significant barriers to local youth engaging successfully in such endeavours. One often invisible barrier is the lack of a collaborative skillset to build the confidence and resilience required for individuals and teams to succeed over the long-term. In order for young people to participate more actively in their local communities and economies, they must have the education, training, and supported practice in the personal and interpersonal skills which ultimately allow effective, collaborative engagement to happen. In this TC we will combine 3 main elements: - Critical analysis of the phenomenon of GROUP CULTURE and an overview of the frameworks, tools, and practices that support COLLABORATION; - Individual and whole-group EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING & PRACTICE; - Creative/expressive and embodied activities to cultivate SELF-REFLECTION, SELF-AWARENESS, and RESILIENCEThe main aim of the training is to provide youth workers with competences & paradigms to empower young people to become effective collaborators in their local community and economic contexts.To reach this aim we have the following objectives:
- to critically engage with the phenomenon of group CULTURE, and to understand the defining elements and impacts of COLLABORATIVE group cultures;- to understand and value the important role of DIVERSITY in collaboration and collaborative cultures;- to learn FRAMEWORKS, TOOLS & PRACTICES for collaboration across the dimensions of: Diversity, Economics, Governance, Conflict, Communication, Somatic Psychology, and Place/Nature; - to PRACTICE and incorporate these frameworks, tools & practices within the group process;- to provide opportunities for individual SELF-REFLECTION in relation to each dimension to identify personal strengths and weaknesses, and to create a personal collaborative leadership PROFILE;- to EMPOWER young people to become more active participants in their local governments, economies, and communities, and to SHAPE their local cultures towards a more collaborative ethos;- to equip young people with the core skills and frameworks to succeed in the VOLATILE and EMERGENT conditions that are becoming the norm worldwide; - to CULTIVATE PERSONAL & GROUP RESILIENCE in the face of change and uncertainty This project links to the overall Erasmus+ objectives: - boost skills and employability- modernise education, training and youth work - focus on young people. And to the objectives focusing on youth:
- improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities... promote... social inclusion.
- foster quality improvements in youth work, in particular through enhanced cooperation between organisations in the youth field and/or other stakeholders;
- enhance the international dimension of youth activities and enhance the capacity of youth workers and organisations in their support for young peopleWe are also informed by the three pillars of the EU Youth Strategy 2019-2017 - Engage, Connect, Empower.During the course, participants will focus not only on exploring the inputs from the training team, but have ample opportunity to share their own practice & explore how to apply the learning in their local contexts. << Activities >>In this application we are proposing a 7-day residential training course with the name “The Culture Garden: Youth Leadership for Collaboration"" which would take place April 10-18, 2021 at The Findhorn Foundation, Scotland, UK. There will be 33 participants - youth workers, teachers, social workers - from the following 10 countries: Czech Republic; Slovakia; Italy; Turkey, Slovenia; Estonia; Spain; Greece; Hungary and UK. The participants consist of 27 direct participants, 3 trainers, 1 Project Coordinator and 2 logistics assistants/trainees. We will have 2-3 participants from each of the 10 participating organisations to ensure a good mix and balance in the group, numbers based on the needs and capacity of each organisation. We want to specifically target youth workers/youth leaders working with marginalised young people including different diversity/minority groups and refugees & migrants. For us the INCLUSION aspect is one of the most important characteristics of the project, we aim to have 30-50% of participants with fewer opportunities, including those working with disadvantaged young people as a target group. We will look for participants who:-are involved in youth work and are active in their communities,-are working with topics either of storytelling, media or global education (to provide a stimulating learning environment, we identified organisations who specialise in those fields)-are able and ready to work in English,-are and willing to commit to work on the objectives of the training courses and courses and participate in the whole duration.The programme is based on non-formal education methods and experiential learning. It will include many different activities, theory and practice of up to date information, evidence based tools and practice, plus reflection, discussions, open workshops to encourage critical thinking and personal contributions.Some of the competences that will be developed during the course are: non-formal educational methods; new knowledge of evidence based approaches to the effective self-management of mental health & wellbeing; new knowledge and understanding of new mental health definitions & approaches; ability to create curricula of activities & programming for their young people on the topics covered in this training course.<< Impact >>With this project we aim to increase the quality of youth work across Europe. We will equip participants with the knowledge, skills, methods & frameworks to design & deliver content, projects and programmes for the young people they work with - which can include the following aspects which they will learn during the training course.PARTICIPANTS: will develop new competences in leadership & good practice which they can pass on directly to the young people they work with. The project engages with leadership, not as a quality held by one person or by a select few, but as a whole-group phenomenon. The governance practices a group uses, the ways that conflict, feedback, and communication are navigated, a group’s relationship to creativity and self-expression; its economic paradigms and more inform what kind of leadership it potentiates and responds to. In this project, participants are trained to give the young people they work with experiential opportunities to learn and build confidence using the “cultural tools” that enable collaboration in their school, employment, and community contexts. TARGET GROUPS: YOUNG PEOPLE AND LOCAL COMMUNITIES: will benefit though improved quality of activities offered by trained youth workers and youth leaders. Youth workers will promote diversity and transfer common fundamental values.PARTICIPATING ORGANISATIONS: will have increased quality of their participants' activities and their multiplication among co-workers. Each organisation will send 2-3 of their members to the project - which will ensure they can support each other into implementing the new skills and methodologies. Through the project we want to deepen and strengthen established partnerships with our partner organisations and we foresee follow-up projects happening as a direct outcome of this cooperation. Furthermore, we want to invest into the strengthening of this network - as mentioned earlier we hope to achieve long-term cooperation with all the involved partners. We expect this project to be a catalyst for the creation and the implementation of a number of projects, within the Erasmus+ Youth programme and beyond, focused on the quality of the non-formal education and the topics of mental health & wellbeing - so important in this time. A strong focus will be put on how to pass the results of the course to the organisations and the beneficiaries back home. We will dedicate sufficient time on Day 7 to create session and activity plans appropriate to each participants'/organisations' target groups, which will be implemented with support from the partner organisations when they return home."
