First of all, we should note that we are happy to be a member of Erasmus family. We have had a successful project by achieving our goals in that we have had more outgoing participants than in our proposal. This project was prepared with high motivation with the aim of including more beneficiaries so that they could improve their personal and academic skills by sharing knowledge and experience with the people coimg from different backgrounds. Another aim of the project was giving all study cycles and department equal opportunity to participate in the program. Thus we have shared our announcements with all the academic and administrative units. Not only academic staff but also administrative staff were encouraged to benefit from Erasmus programs. We always aim to increase the quality and quantity of our mobility activities. Therefore, we make our plans so that at least we can send %5 more participants than proposed in the application. It is great to note that we have succeeded this in this project. In our proposal, we have planned to send 10 students for SMP and 20 students for SMS. The results show that we could send 12 students for SMP (one of them was an international student) and 25 students for SMS ( 2 of them were second cycle students and 1 one them was third cycle student). 6 of the students who participated in SMS extended their Erasmus stay and benefited from the program with grant for two academic terms. Al these prove our resolution. Those who participated in SMP carried out two-month mobility in line with out announcements. As for staff mobility, we could give grant to 6 teaching staff for Teaching mobility and 4 staff (2 academic and 2 administrative) for Training mobility as suggested in our proposal. In total, we were expected to carry out 40 mobilities but we have accomplished more than that, namely 47. Although we could not send more staff than planned, it is good to know that one of our administrative staff and one of our academic staff have been to universities which were not our partner universities but conduced to establish new Erasmus partnerships with the universities they visited. It is honorable to report that the participants have carried out their mobilities in different countries, which proves that we welcome diversity. If we evaluate the long term impacts of the project, Erasmus program has become more popular not only among students but also among academic and administrative staff. Prospective participants take inspiration from especially those who stayed abroad for a year. Having seen that their peers could participate in the program even in the second year, freshman students have become more aware of the program. Thus, Erasmus program is a source of motivation to improve academic, linguistic, personal and interpersonal skills. Prospective participants look for the criteria, destinations, opportunities at host universities, academic outcomes and etc. As a result, they try to increase their GPA, register n langugae courses in order to meet the requirements of host universities, get part time jobs and save money to support their stay abroad, establish contact in the countries they want to go and etc. All these upgrade students' entrepreneurial skills and make our university known around Europe. Having seen the positive impact of the project, we become more eager to keep our partnerships alive and establish sustainable new cooperations with European universities where our students and staff could learn and introduce our university and country.
