Out of different researches made we understood that it was needed in our communities and at international level more updated and keeping the track of youth work methods and approaches with young people. The crisis of COVID-19 contributed to emphasize this lack in many organisations, in fact once we did our researches among international networks many of our organisations were in, local networks, other colleagues youth workers who suddenly found out the need to update digital tools, cause digital revolution is here and now. Even in the main objectives of Erasmus plus Programme in 2019 it was one of the main objectives to promote digital youth work, the creation of a Digital Framework of Competences and also a linked educational approach to be used by educators, youth workers, teachers and professors in their work it was a sign which was clearly pushing for that. All the organisations involved in this project identified something they developed by using digital tools, e-learning platforms examples, digital citizenship approach, virtual exchanges, debates and many other tied methods and we thought it would be nice to get together and share our practices to improve each other, create new ones and create concrete material/handouts which could be available for all youth workers who didn’t manage to update but especially for young people. Out of our research we made through the use of statistics and already existing researches we understood that internet is used by an high percentage of people, young people especially have it in their daily life, internet became a common good which is decreasing costs and it is more and more available for all the population. Most important thing since we knew all partners by doing digital activities what were the issues related to connection also for young disadvantaged people we face also the topic of digital divide and how to deal with connection problems and finding solutions to ensure the participation of every one. By digital tools anyway we believe that we managed also to reach more young people and provide them more opportunities of participation. Virtual Exchanges, debates are opening opportunities to youngsters who live in rural area, who face disadvantages and they are not motivated to participate in face to face activities. So, out of these needs we strongly believe that through our project we equiped more youth workers, organisations, teachers, institutions to improve their approach to young people with youth friendly instruments involving them in online debates in safe spaces. Moreover, we believe that consequently providing handouts, tool-kit is a source of improvement for any youngster who is involved in youth workers who will be using the materials created and the participation of young people will be increased.<< Implementation >>The project was based on non-formal education approach. The methods which were used were a variety of methods where the participants shared best practices from their previous experience, explored new digital tools and developed new ones. Participants met with mural.co, lino.com, mentimeter.com, zoom.us, apps for getting to know each other with games such as Part’Qs app, google suite and we explored e-learning with different platform such as moodle. We used also plenary debates, virtual exchange simulations, brainstormings, world cafe, silent floor, role plays, puzzle words, team building activities, group work, interactive games, ppt, SWOT, live polls, live brainstorming online and many others. Project gathered 33 participants, out of them 2 facilitators and 1 support staff. Seminar was sharing best practices on digital tools for youth workers, educators and young activists that directly work with e-learing and digital tool.PROFILE OF PARTICIPANTS So the main criteria as target group of participants we had foreseen were youth workers: - Over 20 years old counting the fact that youth workers needs some experience, especially in a seminar for exchanging good practices, if there was some significant exception it could be evaluated.- Be committed and motivated and able to participate to all the activities of the project (Preparation meetings, Seminar in Nitra, Dissemination activities) - Members of organizations involved who are interested to bring improvements in youthwork and in their daily work too; - Youth workers who have developed workshops with digital tools and work usually with young people with fewer opportunities - Capable of communicating and working in English. - Ready to share good practices<< Results >>Project resulted with:- Toolkit with online tools that can be used in youth work - video tutorials- 30 youth workers who were impacted, plus 2 facilitators and one support staff for a total of 33 youth workers from 10 different countries- participants explored Erasmus plus Virtual Exchange Platform and find out more about Virtual Exchange and Digital citizenship- 1webinar for each participating country about digital tools and its usage in youth work also for teachers (in Zoom) Expected reach: 30 youth workers, 10 teachers, 10 professors, 10 organisations and 5 youth centers for a total of 300 youth workers involved, 100 teachers, 100 professors, 100 organisations, 50 youth centers and much more. We expected to provide competences and we created space for professional and personal improvement on daily work with young people. Seminar stimulated youth workers involved to bring even more innovation and turn the feedbacks and the new methods they gained into something even with higher quality by using that in their workshops and activities with young people. Ten participating NGOs with different background and experiences shared best practices and each NGO gained new methods and partners, new contacts and ability to create more innovative projects and activities for young people.

While the topic of social entrepreneurship was already of strong interest at the time of the application, two years later and in the midst of the pandemic, it was recognized by all partners that it was important to postpone the activities until the in-person training could be realized as planned. The project therefore developed as planned, SEA raised awareness of social entrepreneurship as a crucial tool for decreasing the level of youth unemployment in partner countries and worked on developing youth workers' skills in entrepreneurship and methods to encourage and empower young people in their communities to take action to become agents of positive change. The effect of the pandemic amplified the participants' interest and motivation to reflect on the concepts of crisis as an opportunity and resilience by reflecting on both personal and professional level. The theme of social entrepreneurship as a process of pursuing innovative solutions to social problems was explored. With the help of Entrecomp, the EU framework for the key competence of entrepreneurship, the 25 participants, supported by trainers Olga Kyriakidou and Davide Fumi, had the opportunity to reflect on learning from a personal perspective and as professionals working with and for young people. They reflected on entrepreneurship as a transversal competence and shared good practices and tools to work on young people's entrepreneurial skills, knowledge and attitudes to promote the widespread development of an entrepreneurial mindset and culture for the benefit of individuals and the community. Participants looked at the role of the social entrepreneur as a person willing to take risks and commitment to solve community problems. They then reflected on the key role that social enterprises can play in addressing social and environmental challenges by promoting inclusive growth, even more so in the post-pandemic recovery scenario. The project, therefore, supported the participants in strengthening their managerial skills, stimulating creativity and promoting networking opportunities as well as giving them a better understanding of the value creation dimension of social enterprises in relation to the values of youth work. In summary, 'Social Entrepreneurs in Action -SEA' created awareness about the social economy, clarified and promoted the concept of social entrepreneurship, and increased participants' understanding of how it can foster social inclusion through social innovation and non-formal education as a way to encourage and enable young people to develop their entrepreneurial spirit as a life skill. It did this by achieving the following objectives:- Becoming familiar with the concept of social entrepreneurship- Develop essential entrepreneurial skills and competences of youth workers, youth trainers and youth leaders, such as cooperation, risk-taking, sense of initiative, leadership, communication, teamwork, creative thinking and innovation for idea generation and problem-solving- Exchange experience and expertise in the areas of social entrepreneurship.- Equip participants with a range of creative entrepreneurship tools and methods to develop activities and projects for organisations and young people, including those with fewer opportunities.- To explore practical ways of using social entrepreneurship to reach young people with fewer opportunities, promoting among them the core values of our society and improving digital literacy, critical thinking and sense of initiative.- Providing information on Erasmus+ and other opportunities to foster social inclusion and innovation.Furthermore, SEA served as a platform to develop a network of professionals working on creativity and social innovation.<< Implementation >>After a long period of waiting and constant communication with the partners and the ANG, as soon as the provisions for containing the spread of the pandemic allowed the partnership to plan and implement the project, Madiba in the role of coordinator organized the reception, guaranteeing prevention and safety measures for the health of the participants. The partner organisations selected youth workers, volunteers and trainers in the youth field and supported in the management of having had time to spread out the activities in preparation for the mobility allowed them to be able to handle unforeseen events and to guarantee a high level of quality in terms of both content and organisation. From 4 to 10 June 2022, after two years of waiting, 25 youth workers, youth trainers and youth leaders (12 aged between 18-25 and 13 over 30) from Italy, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, Romania and the United Kingdom gathered at Spazio Gran Paradiso in Alpette (TO) to share experiences, good practices and visions on the topic of entrepreneurship with a focus on the importance of social entrepreneurship as a vehicle to promote social change. The project included participants with fewer opportunities such as geographical difficulties, social and economic obstacles or learning disabilities. Thanks also to the support of all partners, Mejdunarodna Mladejka Kamara (JCI Bulgaria), Jauniesu centrs ""Baze"" (Latvia), Midlands Regional Youth Service Ltd (Ireland), O Cão Danado e Companhia - Associação Cultural (Portugal), LoveLifeGeneration (United Kingdom), SZABAD TER EGYESULET (The Open Space Association, Hungary), Udruga Prizma (Croatia), Kids in action (Greece), PlanBe (Cyprus) and Dacidava (Romania), all participants were equally involved and included in the activities. The training/facilitation team, composed of Davide Fumi and Olga Kiriakidou, took care in all phases of the project, preparation, implementation and dissemination to gather personal needs and training requirements and to adapt methods and tools to the needs that emerged, thus ensuring a safe and quality learning environment for all participants. The project, designed with a focus on youth unemployment, had even more relevance because it was implemented at a time of effective post-pandemic recovery and restart. The partners had decided to tackle the topic of entrepreneurship as the levels of youth unemployment were very high in their respective day-to-day operations. Especially those in the 15-29 age group, already pre-pandemic young people were very often lost and without tools when taking their first steps into the world of work. SEA TC, was a valuable tool for those working with young people, not only to address the problems of unemployment but more generally the key issues young people face on a daily basis, even more so in the post-pandemic context. SEA, through initial work on self-awareness and teamwork, showed how to be able to look at the gaps in the market and pass on knowledge to young people, both to truly improve themselves and society. Thanks to the activities focusing on the principles of non-formal education, the participants, many of them at their first Erasmus experience, became familiar with the concept of social entrepreneurship and strengthened their understanding of its positive influence on youth unemployment, developing essential entrepreneurial skills and competences based on the EU Entrepreneurship competence framework. The training week programme was in fact designed to explore the three competence areas (Ideas and Opportunities, Resources, in Action) of EntreComp and all 15 sub-competences. The course provided an introduction to key success factors with three elements, how to produce a long-lasting idea, how to conduct research on it and how to use networking for its successful implementation. The project was considered to be very suitable from the point of view of self-empowerment and as a model to motivate young people to make a difference in their community, but also as a tool to bring in funding and contribute to actions focusing on societal challenges.Participants were encouraged to act as multipliers in order to disseminate the project results and use the methods they learnt in their home organisations both with regard to projects within the Erasmus+ Programme and beyond. In fact, this project is having a multiplier effect on society in the territories involved and more and more young people are becoming aware of how social entrepreneurship can have a positive impact on youth unemployment and in general on the challenges, even unforeseen ones, that we will have to face.<< Results >>""SEA - Social Entrepreneurs in Action"" had an impact on several target groups, including participants and partner organisations, young people and local communities in the participating countries. In the short term, the project had a great impact in relation to the empowerment of youth workers, youth trainers and youth leaders who participated in the mobility. Particularly appreciated for a concrete understanding of social entrepreneurship was the day of meeting and sharing with local communities and youth centres where Madiba operates. With the skills acquired, the participants increased knowledge, skills and attitudes necessary to deal with the problems of unemployment and the different challenges that young people face daily in their communities. Follow-up meetings with partners show that youth workers and volunteers have initiated and changed for the better some approaches and methods to engage and motivate young people as well as being able to develop and conduct different projects and activities, both locally and internationally, with the support of the international contacts established during the mobility. For all participants, many at their first Erasmus+ experience and with fewer opportunities, it was a life-changing experience, given the conformation of the group but also the nature of the mobility, born from the cooperation of different stakeholders representing social enterprises, whose primary mission is to create social impact. The intense work on self-awareness and the strength of teamwork led to learning how to use creativity to find opportunities in situations of crisis and change, and how to design ideas also with a view to developing potential social enterprises. From the results collected in the partner organisations, the entrepreneurial skills developed by youth workers, trainers and volunteers are having a strong impact on local communities thanks also to the dissemination and follow-up activities that were implemented, the benefits and results of the course also reached colleagues and community stakeholders. In the last few months, the partners that involved youth workers and volunteers working at local level, ""Baze"" (Latvia), Midlands Regional Youth Service Ltd (Ireland), O Cão Danado e Companhia (Portugal), LoveLifeGeneration (United Kingdom), Udruga Prizma (Croatia), point out in particular, young people are also benefiting from the different methods tested, learned and shared during the mobility, both young people with fewer opportunities with prevention and education activities and more enterprising groups of young people who are developing initiatives and projects. The partners who involved trainers and project managers, on the other hand, report that they immediately implemented in their educational activities and/or developed projects on the topic for both young people and youth workers, but also in the field of management training. After the training course in which they were able to share good practices and explore methods of non-formal education, creativity and innovation, the participants acquired a comprehensive toolkit for their daily work with young people, enhancing their professional skills and thus improving the impact of their daily work. In the long term, therefore, we hope to see more and more young people feeling confident about who they are, understanding what they are good at and taking the right to make decisions for their own lives and take responsibility for their future. Impact at regional and national level- Strengthening of youth cooperation at regional level and creation of networks engaged in the implementation of quality youth projects;- knowledge and experiences were shared by participants with colleagues within the organisations or in the networks of youth workers and trainers in the countries of origin- some young people participating in the activities of the organisations involved were more empowered and motivated to contribute to a positive impact in their community by taking the initiative, involving and activating young people at regional and national level.Impact at European and international level- during the project, a network of EU and non-EU youth organisations and professionals interested in developing future cooperation developed, which is still planning joint activities.- Participants had the opportunity to cooperate with other youth leaders, youth workers, coordinators and facilitators from different countries, raising awareness of the European Youth Strategy 2019-2027, the European Youth Goals, the Bonn Process and the Salto Training Strategy. Impacts were measured through questionnaires and evaluation activities before, during and after the activities to participants and organisations."

The role of the facilitator is basically connected with learning, communication, intercultural issues, feedback, and workshop design skills: in these areas he/she must be competent and aware. In our opinion a good facilitator should be first of all aware of his/her own learning styles and recognize these in his/her learning process. In this TC we want to focus on the role of the facilitator in communications and relationships so as to prevent possible conflicts and violence (verbal and physical) and on new skills like public speaking (useful in social life and in job market).Participants in the last part of the training will benefit from a session where they will design and perform a workshop. They can count on the trainers’ support and feedback during the TC and on their mentoring for 1 month after the TC, giving them the opportunity to develop quality workshops as output of the TC.OBJECTIVES1.Provide youth workers with space to reflect on their role, facilitation experiences, learning styles and learning needs and critically reflect upon their previous experience as facilitators;2. Improve their skills and competences on the different areas of facilitation (communication, debriefing of activities, workshops design, time-management, public-speaking, feedback, coaching,..) and the quality of their work;3. Propose methods for improving relationship awareness and through communication preventing conflicts, discrimination and violence;4. Support participants to put the gained knowledge in practice when performing workshops in their local environment after the TC (we plan project ideas in partnership during a TC session and offer mentoring support after the TC);5. Experience non-formal learning processes and understand how to support young people's learning processes during the project;6. Facilitate the creation of partnerships for further projects among the participating organisations (through positive exchanges between the organisations);7. Strengthen participants’ and organisations’ competences and capabilities in youth work with international dimensions and cooperation.8. Enhance non-formal education methods and the recognition of NFE learning (output production: blog and website).<< Activities >>FACES is a Training Course Facilitation on skills development, based on the sharing of practices between NGOs and on new innovative methods. It will empowered 27 beginner facilitators, raising their NGOs quality level. This TC want to make reflect on the role and the skills of a facilitator and give our participants theoretical and practical methods to an easier way of designing workshops on facilitation in order to visibly improve their work in their organisations.Topics and activites day by day:DAY 0 - PRESENTATIONS: personal presentation and sharing of identity; brief session of games to know each other;DAY 1 - FACILITATOR IS A LEARNER: fostering team spirit and mutual confidence for a trustful cooperation both on short and long-term. Introductive session on the programme, Youthpass, expectations and contributions of participants - reflection on own learning styles and facilitation and obstacle- good and bad facilitation practices and experiences;DAY 2 - COMMUNICATION AND PUBLIC SPEAKING: role play on intercultural communication and prejudices, that a facilitator should know and face in advance. Public speaking tips and practice.DAY 3 –TIME MANAGEMENT: brief cultural visit. Sessions on time management and creativity/problem solving.DAY 4: DEBRIEFING AND FEEDBACK: How to give and get a positive feedback- techniques and reflections. Debrief of activities- simulation.DAY 5 - WORKSHOP DESIGN: time management and debriefing sessions - working in groups on designing a workshop + trainers support.DAY 6- CHALLENGE YOUR FACILITATOR SKILLS!: perform the workshop getting feedbacks by trainers and colleagues.DAY 7 - FINAL EVALUATION and ASSESSMENT: follow up and dissemination plan, collecting ideas for further cooperation - Self-assessment and general evaluation of the project and activities through questionnaires and activities, Youthpass delivery. After the TC, at home, participants will implement a workshop with their youth on a chosen topic. It will be held in Beja, Portuga from 14th to 22nd of Aprl 2020 and the countries involved will be 9: France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Cyprus, Bulgaria, Estonia, Slovakia and Greece. We will gather a participants group composed by 27 participants (3 from each country) + 3 trainers + 1 Junor Trainer and 2 staff members.Participants are youth workers and facilitators working for or highly involved in the partner organisations, motivated to work on professional and personal competences with the needs to gain quality achievements in facilitation skills and in designing and implementing quality workshops. We prefer the participants to be between 18 and 45 years old but there is no actual age limit as long as all the participants are actively involved in the organisations they represent. They also must have the aim of increasing/improving their professional development in order to contribute to the development of their organization. Each partner is requested to select 3 participants keeping the gender balance in mind.<< Impact >>This project is supposed to have results not only in a short/medium term (workshops in local environment) but also at long term (new projects in partnership).Participants: we expect developed skills in group facilitation and design/perform quality learning projects; raised ability to address the needs of disadvantaged youth target and methods to prevent conflict and violence; empowerment on NFE and recognition tools and Erasmus+ programme, increased motivation in their daily work.Partner organisations: improved internal quality level in projects, a more qualified and motivated staff, increased capacity to operate at international level, creation of long-lasting trustful partnerships between NGOs.Other NGOs and Youth workers will benefit of the outputs for improving their work in favour of youth (especially those disadvantaged) and for promoting NFE.

Social exclusion, marginalization in society, manifestations of xenophobia and racism can affect each of us in our closest environment. In today's very diverse world, it is very easy to meet social exclusion or hate and prejudice phenomena that can arise, among others, from the fact of origin from another country / environment, another skin color, culture, religion, other way of thinking or, for example, economic status. In today's world there is an increasing migration of people, the influence of mass media, that is why young people should shape their own opinion based on work and exchange of experiences with peers from another countries. One should also not forget about our local communities where the phenomena of exclusion, marginalization and hatred are not something foreign. We want to give young people a sense that one should not be afraid and fight differences, only try to consciously understand and tolerate that one should respect the dignity of another human being. It is worth noting that the topic is common for all partner organizations that have various interesting experiences related to this topic and we want to share knowledge and experience. The project is the result of our work during the Be Part of Future contact seminar, which we implemented in January 2019. We anticipate that the implementation of the project will not only affect the attitude of young people towards others, they will become more open, tolerant, allergic to exclusion, pro-European but also will allow this cooperation to be used internationally. The goals that we intend to achieve include: building attitudes of tolerance and understanding for diversity, increasing the involvement of young people; raising awareness for various kinds of exclusion and social marginalization; raising knowledge and awareness of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and mobilizing institutions and organizations acting against discrimination in the fight against this phenomenon; sharing and analyzing the reality and manifestations of social discrimination, racism and xenophobia towards young people; overcoming erroneous stereotypes;<< Activities >>The main task that we are going to implement is the exchange of youth with the participation of 7 countries - the Netherlands, Cyprus, Greece, Turkey, Lithuania, Poland and Hungary, which will take place in Podhale in Murzasichle on 22-29 September. Such a culturally and socially diverse environment, with different experience, will allow us to delve into the subject of social exclusion and adverse phenomena such as xenophobia or racism. To achieve their goals during the eight days of the project, we will be based on formal and informal education, which we have jointly developed with partners: thematic workshops (including map of social exclusion in our countries, we will try to define the concept of social exclusion), sharing own experiences connected with social marginalization, the role of media in the contemporary world, discovering cultures and traditions of partner countries through intercultural events, we will look for similarities and differences, create games and activities that will build a team. We will be based to work in small international groups, exchange experience, and present our positions together. Each day will end with evaluation and summary, and we will discuss what we have learned every day. It is worth emphasising that we will involve the local community in our activities and the main result will be a video clip promoting tolerance and cultural diversity, and of course the participants' attitude after the project. We want to show that culturally diverse youth can work together and create great things. The exchange will be attended by 42 participants, youth aged 18-26 years. People involved in the project have different experience, ranging from youth workers who work on a daily basis with excluded young people (the Netherlands, Cyprus), volunteers helping immigrants (Greece), people whose exclusion affects directly for reasons of origin (Roma-a person from Hungary), cultural (girls wearing hijab - Turkey, because of religion), or sexual orientation through people who often have an unfair approach, despite the fact that they did not experience any harm. The project will involve young people from our communities and actively working in organizations that have combined the work and commitment to this project. It should be emphasized that a significant part of the participants who participate in the project are young people with fewer opportunities. Our second activity is APV (Advance Planning Visit), which will be organized 24-25 August 2019 with the participation of representatives from each of the partner countries. The meeting place is Murzasichle, which is also the place where the exchange takes place. The meeting will be attended by 7 leaders (1 representative from each organization), they are very involved in all stages of project development, having experience with youth work and the Erasmus + program. It is worth emphasizing that these leaders have created this project from the very beginning and what will also be important during the exchange of youth.<< Impact >>We want the participants to become more understanding, sensitive and restrained in issuing opinions. We want to build an attitude of tolerance and openness to various cultures, denominations and differences. First of all, we want to reach out to young Europeans with the message that one should not be afraid and fight differences, but try to consciously understand and tolerate it. Young people through creative activities during the project will be made aware that the other does not mean worse. We want to change the approach to cultural differences, social integration and, above all, support for excluded youth, which is so often flooded with a wave of hate.Cooperating with peers from other countries, we will gain knowledge, exchange experiences, create a well-coordinated international team that will break down barriers and misleading stereotypes. Participants will understand how important it is to respect the dignity of others, their beliefs and religions, diversity that may not be as distant as it seems. We want young people and people working with youth to be able to obtain the competences necessary to deal with diversity and to conduct activities with respect for it. This will encourage positive interactions between people from different backgrounds and ultimately improve the situation of young people with fewer opportunities. The main result of our activities will be the ‘Listen. Understand. Respect‘ video clip, which will promote tolerance, cultural diversity and counteract social exclusion, made from the participation of the local community. Institutions such as the Council of the European Union, the European Parliament, the Committee of the Regions and the Economic and Social Committee consider cultural heritage as a resource that can facilitate inclusiveness and increase people's quality of life.In addition, we should also mention the New European Agenda for Culture (2030), which is part of the strategic framework of the European Union's cultural policy and whose strategic actions and objectives include fostering the cultural skills of all Europeans, promoting the mobility of professionals in the cultural and creative sectors and protecting and promoting European cultural heritage as a shared resource, all of which are integrally related to the objectives of youth exchange. In short, the European Union is working to preserve cultural heritage, as well as to encourage and assist the creative sectors. Thanks to these initiatives, it is hoped that culture, in addition to being diverse, will be accessible to all.The main objectives of Partymonio are:- To highlight the cultural heritage of all participating countries.- Promote diversity and tolerance, encouraging intercultural dialogue.- To reinforce the role of young people as active actors in society.- To use art as a transforming tool.- To disseminate European mobility projects in rural areas. It will not be necessary for the participants to have previous studies in cultural heritage, but they must be interested and willing to acquire new knowledge about the value of art and heritage in all its forms. In addition, they will need to be participative, proactive and team players. In addition to others, the main activities will consist of:The presentation allows participants to research on the cultural heritage of their country, choose an element they want to work on and share it with the rest of the participants once the project has started.Theoretical-reflective sessions that will be held on most days in which there will be discussions and debates and in which young people will be able to reflect and develop a critical spirit on issues related to the enhancement of the cultural heritage of each country, the importance of cultural diversity and the need for policies of inclusion in cultural activities through different techniques and activities. The artistic workshops, chosen by the participants from each country and coordinated by our organization, will allow participants to put into practice and record the knowledge acquired about the cultural heritage of each country, as well as to develop artistic skills and techniques, which will help them increase their perception of their surroundings and generate flexibility in their thinking.<< Results >>The expected results of the project and expected impacts on participants are:- An increased understanding by participants of the importance of heritage and intercultural dialogue.- Reduction of stereotypes and prejudices in terms of culture.- Increased intercultural, professional and artistic competencies.- Increased civic engagement and citizen participation in cultural activities, at local and European level. At the local level we hope to reach more young people from the rural world in the area of Los Monegros, to make them aware of the possibilities offered by programs such as Erasmus+ and to get to know other cultures, different cultural heritages and artistic techniques through intercultural dialogue with the rest of the participants. At the European level, we hope that the young people participating in this youth exchange will acquire new competencies that will increase their self-confidence.
