Most of these learners come from disadvantaged families with low opportunities for learning, traveling or self-educating. They usually have very poor general knowledge, very low skills in foreign languages and ICT, and above all, have no motivation for learning in general and easily give up when they face difficulties in their learning. They have problems to find their place in the world, they don’t exactly know how to go through a maturing process and they very often have no idea for their future, have problems with defining their values, understanding themselves. They feel lost and adults around them do not always set up a good example for them. Different local official statistics show that the majority of these learners are often victims of violence and are mistreated in their own families. Sometimes their mothers are also beaten by their husbands. As a result, these learners lost their self-esteem and have become bullies themselves and mistreat their schoolmates in various ways, including cyberbullying, left alone the conflicts and quarrels with teachers. The repetition of such violent behavior affects the atmosphere at school and makes the other learners feel insecure. Therefore, it appears judicious for us to shape these misbehaving learners’ positive attitudes by engaging them in a challenging ICT-based European partnership. Their active participation in this collaborative challenge will, on the one hand, enable them to acquire new skills in ICT and become creative. On the other hand, they will regain their self-esteem and self-confidence and become more respectful towards their schoolmates and teachers. Besides, the project will offer them an opportunity to meet other European learners of their age, to develop their oral communication competencies in foreign languages, to acquire intercultural skills, and thus, to build their European citizenship. To implement our partnership and hit our objectives we have shared tasks amongst us according to each other’s experience and expertise. A five-day ICT workshop will be organized for teachers in December 2020. Participants will learn how to use a variety of ICT tools, and how to share all created materials on a dynamic project website. Three Transnational Project Meetings will also take place. They will offer teachers the possibility to practice foreign languages, to get familiar with other European know-how by observing classes in the hosting countries, and to exchange good practice by giving ICT-based lessons themselves to local pupils. Regarding the learners, we will first make preliminary assessments and rate pupils’ ability level on a number of skills. Based on the results we will purposefully create small groups that blend abilities and backgrounds and incorporate team-building activities carefully adapted to their abilities and possibilities. Besides, we will have them complete tasks that involve using ICT and oral communication skills that they will likely need in their future professional life. Finally, they will participate in two ten-day citizenship language camps which will be held in two different partner countries. These camps will put these learners in authentic communication situations and give them good opportunities to cooperate with other European learners of their age and high up their self-confidence, make new friends, foster tolerance and enlarge their cultural horizons. To ensure the efficiency of our strategy, various evaluation tools will be developed and used. Communication between partners through video conferencing will occur every month to ensure the best follow up of the partnership activities, and a WhatsApp group will be used for day-to-day exchanges. To disseminate our results as widely as possible we will create a dynamic website, a Facebook page, a YouTube channel and a Twitter account. To sustain our partnership and its results we have agreed to continue our cooperation beyond the two years of the project through the Twinspace Portal. As a result, this partnership will not only help to fight against bullying and make the schools’ environment more positive and safer for learning for the other pupils, but will grant bullies a chance to change their image and behavior, and to high up their self-esteem. Moreover, it will allow them to acquire new skills which will undoubtedly raise their future social inclusion opportunities as well. The partnership will also allow constructive exchanges of good practice between European teachers, and promote the incorporation of innovative digital teaching method and project-based pedagogy in the teachers' daily pedagogical practice, which will make their classes more engaging and more challenging for these main target groups as well as for the other learners in the partner schools.

Anyone who does not want to lag behind these changes should hurry to change their thinking, knowledge, and value orientation. European cooperation in the field of education must be tailored to the needs of the new generation of children. It should be strengthened, give clear development guidelines and visible results in order to provide fresh ideas and a benchmark. The priorities that guide the project ""Let's share our games!"" Are related to the needs of several target groups:1. Children of the digital generation who spend most of their time at one of the screens playing video or computer games. For them these games are fun and exhilarating. Research has shown that the level of anxiety and aggression among adolescents is increasing. Children get used to playing alone, and it deprives them of social contacts, friendships. At the same time, there is a decline in motivation to acquire knowledge, skills and attitude in the kindergarten. We believe that through the games we will awaken the inherent curiosity and curiosity of the child from an early age - leading internal motives for the desire to explore and learn the world.2. The teacher as a constantly upgrading and qualifying personality. One of the objectives of the Erasmus + program is to improve the quality of teaching and learning in the field of pre-school education in Europe - upgrading training and qualification of pedagogical staff. The project will enable the Yavor team to develop their professional skills and work together with partners from Europe.3. Young parents are well informed and have high standards of quality and modern education for their children. They have to play the role of partners and teammates in achieving our common cause - the full development of the childhood personality. Parents' sense of security and comfort will also increase their interest in our kindergarten.4. The community - a major problem for the educational institutions in Gabrovo region - is the demographic crisis, the abandonment of young families with children in search of better economic conditions. This requires Yavor to offer a different, more interesting and better education by building a modern innovative educational environment and being competitive on a regional level. Be a place where every child will feel significant, anxious and happy. The goal of the project ""Let's share our games!"" Is to explore, select and describe different kinds of interesting games from seven European countries. Let's present and share the game of play and the rules of specific ones that can be practiced by all preschools.According to Ana Freud, a child therapist, ""the game is the work of the children,"" that is, children play in the game and meet their communication needs. Through games, we give children the opportunity to learn and practice new ways to think, feel and act, and by participating in these games, we become an integral part of the emotional learning process. The game allows you to spend some of the negative emotions that are characteristic of the aggressive child and allow them to be replaced by positive ones. So we have to teach the child to play with other children and encourage him / her to engage more often in general games. All kinds of intelligence: linguistic, logic, mathematical, musical, visual-spatial, body-kinetic, interpersonal and intrapersonal, naturalistic, emotional (according to H. Gardner). The modern education system focuses on the development of only the first two, so some students remain ""weak"" and can not appear in it.Through the project, we want to achieve the following specific objectives:1) Equal inclusion of all children, giving them the chance to express themselves and raising their motivation by improving the conditions and the environment and diversifying the approaches;2) Expand and enrich the learning environment by creating an interactive environment that allows freedom of choice and expression of each child;3) Building partnerships between parents, teachers and children through trust and mutual understanding.4) To motivate teachers to share innovative practices and improve their skills by developing skills to work with educational platforms, language competences;5) Developing the competitiveness of the kindergarten and building a new image of the teacher by breaking the system's rigidity; We plan 7 meetings in each country on topics such as desktop, family, sports, creative, musical ethno games, ICT and outdoor games. The project materials and results will be accessible to the public at regional, national and EU level through various Internet tools / EU dissemination platform, Twinspace, Google, Facebook /. This wide range of distribution channels will ensure lasting impact even after the project expires."

MAJORANAFunder: European Commission Project Code: 2015-1-IT02-KA219-015438Funder Contribution: 160,151 EUR"This project aimed at introducing more innovative approaches thus providing more attractive education and training programmes both new and/or improved, in line with expectations and needs, to cater for the needs of disadvantaged groups and to deal with social, linguistic and cultural diversity. At the same time, through CLIM and other inclusion-based methodologies, it gave the opportunity to foster high-performer students' motivation. What's more, on a school level, it had a great impact on strategic planning or professional development for staff in line with individual needs and organizational objectives. It also increased management competences and internationalization strategies, reinforcing cooperation with other European partners. A surprising experience from previous transnational cooperations was learning even more about one's own practise than about the others'. Therefore we believe that mirroring practises and studying new methodologies through different European perspectives is a strong instrument and value in our own effort to improve and enrich teaching methods and students' learning outcome. Furthermore, methodologies were studied at conferences and carried out at student camps during the meetings. Feedback from students were prompt and useful for teachers when implementing the methodology at their own school and modifying their own curriculum. The activities included in this project helped us make a programme and realise the following objectives:- listen to young people's views and provide opportunities for them to have their say about the school;- establish positive and respectful relationships between young people and supportive teachers;- build teamwork and cooperation between students;- set fair rules and expectations consistently applied;- encourage young people to take responsibility for their learning and behaviour, focus on both ""low self-esteem"" and ""high-performer"" students. The participating Institutions considered and still consider that this partnership enforced the European dimension and cooperation among the countries and developed the capacity to perform active team work, planning and doing joint activities. The project has enhanced pupils' experiences of modern and future communication technologies through a series of intercultural dialogue exchanges on platforms where they have been given opportunities to see that distance is no longer a barrier to effective and immediate communication and cooperation."

Today we live at a fast pace of life. We often move, change jobs, create new friendships. We are similar to trees those are often transgressed, their conditions are changed, and therefore they do not produce fruit, because they have not had the time to get rid of the roots, they have settled. In order not to be like these trees. It is important to recognize our identity, history, culture, our traditions. We need to find who we are and where we are going to, what our aspirations, gifts and needs are, what is our mission and how we can enrich this world. These are the basic questions those lead to a quality life like when plants get the right soil that gives them enough energy and nutrients for their healthy growth. Therefore like a year is divided into four seasons, we have divided our project into four parts: The Story of the School, The Story of the Town, The Story of the Region and The Story of Common Europe. Our goal is to develop the right land by means of the knowledge of the cultural heritage, by which will lead the pupils to tolerance and respect for the differences among individuals, nationalities and nations. At the same time, it will lead pupils to understand the necessity of coexistence in the current multicultural society. In order to achieve the stated goal, it is necessary to try to overcome the persistent barriers in communication in a foreign language. The beginning of the path we want to achieve is the family, as for the tree of the soil in which we are rooted. If we do not know our roots, then the imaginary wings that will grow us will be weak. Whether we are aware of it or not, our roots are associated with our ancestors. The journey will continue through the recognition of the schools, the cities, regions until today - Europe. Because we grow up in a certain environment that is affected by how our ancestors lived before, in our city, region, country. Whether we want to build on this legacy or not ... we should know it. Only then will we be able to decide how and to what extent we will continue to develop and enhance it ... Just like the tree is known by its fruit, our project will be known by its results. If a tree has proper conditions and care, it brings good fruit. We believe this project will be enriching for all of us. We also choose methods and activities to explore and learn to use the information. Whether the results are good and successful depends on us. The fruit of our project will be the creation of a family tree, a school tree, a historical calendar, craft products, a traveling exhibition, bookmarks, a Comenius dictionary, an international escutcheon of respect, a theatrical performance ""Ever Country hides Its Story"". In the questionnaire of tolerance, we will point to our shared story in Europe and the intermingling of cultures of different nations. Teamwork will strengthen the social competencies of pupils. We will solve the problems and make compromises. Through the games we develop communication and interpretative skills. By working on PC we will improve our digital skills, especially in the area of information acquisition and its use in the development process of our own personality. It is a further step to enriching the content of the school curriculum with new elements in language learning, multicultural and creative learning. This step will provide pupils with better professional orientation, attractive learning, and motivation to learn. Pupils will make new friendships and improve in cooperation by using foreign languages what is very important for their future jobs. We believe that these activities will give us as much energy as hugging all the trees in the forest. Behind these activitiesthe wealth will be hidden , from which we will be able to pump for a long time. It will be a solid bridge of leading to mutual tolerance and respect. It is essential point to know our own pedigree, our own roots, to be inspired by our own ancestors and by all their stories. At the same time, it is a new challenge to understand people more and to promote mutual dialogue among us ""Let each of us be better today than he was yesterday, and our homeland will be great and glorious."" /Milan Rastislav Štefánik/"

All of the partner schools had previous experience in European projects and we share common goals. We are highly motivated to work collaboratively in the KA2 Partnerships for schools of the Erasmus plus program. Our concern arises as European society being challenged by multiple crisis: economic instability, Brexit, refugee crisis, extremist or populist groups with xenophobic and authoritarian viewpoints, anti-EU movements, All these lead to negative influences such as discrimination, racism, bullying, violence, gender inequality, fake media. Our partnership project "" Coeducation: Europe a community of values"" and its actions will ensure to contribute to raise public awareness. It will provide different tools to students, school staff, families and community for them to learn about the importance of cultural European heritage promoting citizenship with important values such as freedom, equality of gender. ,tolerance and non-discrimination by means of education. We will encourage them to fight against these negative influences and give them an adequate education in values. It is only in this way that they will be able to make their own decisions, be reflexive critically and interpret the information they receive from the outside. The appropriate principles and values will guide them, being able to live in society with a firm and mature personality to be a peaceful, tolerant, respectful person, who works for inclusion, environment, sane health and sexuality behaviours , violence prevention, assertive communication. In addition Pupils and staff will compare and contrast how each of the partner countries manages their values schemes , enriched by knowing the social realities of each partner country (culture, habits, climate etc) , pupils and teachers opportunities to go forward beyond our borders both physically and mentally, support foreign language learning to promote a comprehensive approach to language teaching and learning, improving knowledge of new technologies and Eu platforms as eTwinning, to enhance the visibility of Erasmus+ Projects and the impact in education. We are aware the project wake will impregnate the whole of each one of the 6 schools, more than 4570 pupils, their families, teachers and local communities are a really big target to work with, but we will choose 10-14 years old pupils to disseminate the project aim into the rest.
