"The main aim of the project is to exchange experiences in social, cultural and LLL activation of adults and seniors by singing in amateur choirs. Participation in choir rehearsals and concerts is a proven method of social and cultural inclusion of people from different age and social groups. Through these activities - building social capital. It is also a very good method of LLL realization, because during rehearsals adults and seniors learn new songs, get to know singing techniques: voice emission, breathing; get to know music or folk songs, which are often part of the European cultural heritage, get to know their history and cultural context; exercise memory, concentration of attention, and breathing exercises contribute to improve their physical condition, especially of seniors; participation in vocal workshops contributes to stimulate the creativity and creative skills of participants. Through systematic rehearsal meetings, all participants develop their social competences: communication, conflict resolution, assertiveness, empathy and emotional intelligence.The target group consists of amateur choir conductors for seniors and intergenerational choirs and choir coordinators: 5 conductors or choir leaders, 5 choir coordinators. An intermediate group consists of choir members: about 100 people.Conductors and managers of amateur choirs, as adult educators, still have to improve their skills in working with such ensembles, learn about effective methods, train their workshop. This project will help to collect such proven methods of working with adults, seniors, intergenerational choirs and perhaps develop new ones. It will allow for practical exchange of experiences between choir conductors, comparison of working methods in different countries, intercultural exchange. These methods will be collected in the form of a brochure and made available free of charge on the websites of the partner institutions as a PDF file, in English and in the languages of the partner institutions (Polish, Hungarian, Dutch, Croatian, Slovenian). It will also be sent by e-mail to community centres and similar institutions where amateur adult or senior citizens' choirs operate, as well as to all interested parties.The international partnership guarantees an opportunity to exchange experiences, taking into account cultural differences and singing traditions.The following activities will be implemented under the project:- 5 international meetings whose main aim is to exchange experiences between conductors, managers and coordinators of amateur choirs;- vocal workshops, conducted by conductors or choir leaders from individual partner institutions, for adults, seniors or intergenerational choirs; the workshops will take place once a week, 2h each rehearsal, from January 2021 to June 2022;- online concert - the final concert performed by all amateur choirs involved in the project; the concert will take place on the same day and at the same time in the five partner countries and will be transmitted online, using a sterling application; individual choirs will perform 3-4 songs (selected during rehearsals, songs from individual partner countries in the original languages), and at the end, ""Ode to Joy"" by Frederick Schiller, with music by Ludvig van Beethoven will be performed together; deadline - June 2022;- developing a set of best practices and methods in working with amateur choirs, activating adults and seniors to participate in this type of cultural activity, counteracting the social exclusion of these groups; publishing a brochure in PDF format.Results:- implementation of 5 international meetings in subsequent partner institutions;- exchange of experience and best practices, during international meetings and videoconferences;- implementation of choir workshops, in five partner institutions, in the period from January 2021 to June 2022;- realization of the final concert broadcasted online, in June 2022;- collecting and developing, in the form of a brochure, examples of best practices and methods of working with amateur intergenerational choirs, choirs consisting of seniors and adults (activation of seniors and adults; methods of teaching voice emission; exercises shaping correct breathing technique; exercises in the field of ear training and shaping the sense of rhythm; exercises shaping the habits of correct voice impostion); the brochure will be made available as a PDF file on the websites of partner institutions and will be sent by e-mail to all interested persons and institutions, such as community centres etc. , in which there are amateur choirs;- acquiring new skills and developing the professional competence of conductors, choir leaders and coordinators;- gaining knowledge and skills in the organisation and performance of an online concert."

In Covid-19 Youth Theatre (CYT) the use of theatre for educational purposes is central ( Bildungstheatre). In this way the CYT project aims to contribute to the improvement of the level of key competences and skills of young people with fewer opportunities, in particular to the development of their creativity, expression through word and gesture, music and dance. The project partners work closely with organisations in the field of culture, theatre and music performance that wish to facilitate and support the CYT project. The CYT project also aims to promote participation in the hope of a democratic life in Europe, active citizenship, intercultural dialogue, social integration and solidarity. Here the project responds to the horizontal priority of common values, civic engagement and participation.The theatre is a good tool for raising awareness of these issues and making them accessible to a wider audience. The project addresses how young people have been and are confronted with the Covid-19 pandemic, how it affects their lives now and possibly in the future.The CYT proposal fits perfectly within the framework of the EU strategy to involve, connect and empower young people. It will give young people, especially those at risk of social exclusion, a voice and the opportunity to share it with their peers. Theatre can offer young people the opportunity to express themselves and is also a means that can inspire and activate them to take their own responsibility.Theatre offers young people the opportunity to create their own alternative images, to express their own challenges, desires, fears and problems. This is now particularly topical, where young people are also confronted with Covid-19 and the numerous restrictive measures: how do they experience this, how does it affect their lives, how do they try to hold their own within it. Young people are blamed for this often irresponsible behaviour. How do they experience this? And how do they think that the economic consequences will also affect their future? By incorporating this into a theatre performance, they can show the world, their peers, their parents, the community and society what they really are like. The CYT project aims to empower young adolescents by using theatre as a tool to explore social issues. The CYT project also promotes the social engagement of an audience of young adolescents in the participating countries. The CYT project aims at a more active social and political participation of young people in society. In concrete terms, this means that CYT give young people the feeling that they are actually being heard, encourage young people's own initiative and creativity.The first target group is young people (16 -25 years) in general, particularly those linked to the partner organisations and their networks.A second target group are youth workers: they are given methods to use theatre to activate, engage and empower young people. Third target group is the general public. The project should be carried out transnationally in order to compare and share the situation of people in European countries. In this way, CYT creates joint initiatives that stimulate cooperation, peer learning and exchange of experiences among young people at European level, while at the same time raising awareness of common values in a multicultural Europe.In this project we hope to create a situation where young people are able to start discussions among themselves and with a wider audience at local and regional level about how they try to cope with the Covid-19 restrictions. Using theatre is an instrument, both to raise young people's awareness of their situation and to help others understand it. Simultaneously we will offer youth workers methods to use theatre in activating, engaging and empowering young people. Working with theatre methods can be used in informal and non-formal learning processes and is a powerful and attractive instrument, that actives, motivates and challenges young people, even the hard to reach ones.The project realisation will be based on a transnational blended learning mobility, a kind of collective learning process between screenwriters, art directors, young actors and youth workers.During the project we will realise five intellectual outputs:1. handbook for scenario writing including 5 screenplays2. set of videos including the theatre performances and the discussions afterwards3. two discussion movies4. methodology working with theatre for youth work5. guidelines for a dialogue with the audienceAt the end of the project there will be 5 multiplier events, in each partner country one, to show the results to a wider audience and for further dissemination. After the completion of the project, the stage performances can also be performed at various locations at a later date. The videos and movies will find an audience on YouTube. The methodology developed can be used in youth work and within youth organisations.

Na rynku pracy w UE istnieje zapotrzebowanie na pracowników technicznych i pomocniczych w branży filmowej i muzycznej. Kształci sie reżyserów, montażystów, operatorów obrazu/kamery, kierowników produkcji. Tymczasem kształcenie oświetleniowców, wózkarzy, dźwiękowców, rekwizytorów zanika.Główną ideą projektu jest dostarczenie na rynek pracy przeszkolonych oświetleniowców i dźwiękowców poprzez szkolenia zawodowe ze światła i dźwięku powstałe w wyniku pracy międzynarodowego zespołu na podstawie wymiany doświadczeń oraz wiedzy między specjalistami z tego zakresu. W projekcie weźmie udział 5 różnych instytucji: szkoły zawodowe o różnych profilach i specjalizacjach, fundacji oraz spółki produkcyjno-edukacyjnej. Wybrani specjaliści z wymienionych instytucji będą się spotykać i pracować na programami szkoleń zawodowych by później je testować. Główne produkty projektu, czyli szkolenia zawodowe wejdą na stałe w ofertę edukacji zawodowej organizacji biorących udział w projekcie.W ramach projektu zostanie opracowany słownik pojęć specjalistycznych by przygotowywać absolwentów kursów zawodowych do pracy w środowiskach międzynarodowych. Grupę docelową stanowią pracownicy branży filmowej i muzycznej, uczniowie ostatnich lat szkół branżowych i techników, osoby, które chcą kształcić się w zawodach związanych z filmem i sceną muzyczną pod kątem światła i dźwięku.
