"""Less stress more fun"" was a proposal for a 5-day long youth exchange, designed for 40 participants from 4 different countries (groups of 8 people + 2 leaders per group): Estonia, Ireland, Malta and Poland. The focal point of the project was mental health and, in particular, the issue of stress among young people. The main aim was to support young (aged 16-24) people in handling stressful situations and help them learn how to translate stress into a driving, rather than a disruptive, force. The concept and activities envisioned here constitute a continuation of a partnership that had already implemented three youth exchanges. The topic was suggested and selected by participants themselves, with MODE Foundation acting as the coordinator and providing necessary support. Thanks to the project, participants: - raised their awareness of how to look after themselves and their environment, - realised what their personal sources of energy, - developed an attitude whereby they feel empowered to shape their mental health and mood, - found ways of managing stress by using their internal resources."

The EU Strategy Europe 2020 ask European countries to renew their Education and Training systems, to make possible for young people to acquire competences that are necessary for the economy and the European knowledge society. In the light of the expansion of the European market and internationalisation of companies, learning mobility is a key for the improvement of their employability. At the same time, in its strategic framework Education and Training 2020, the EU defines mobility “an essential element of lifelong learning and an important means of enhancing people's employability and adaptability”, stating that “periods of learning abroad — both within Europe and the rest of the world — should be the rule rather than the exception”. In support to this European framework, the consortium of VET providers applying has introduced a coordinated approach regarding European mobility for VET students. The project Co.Pro.Mob 2020 fits with the European strategies by offering the opportunity to live a work experience in a EU company abroad for 5 weeks to 120 VET students. The mobility is part of the courses offered by the schools from the consortium, therefore, competences acquired abroad by participants have been recognised in their curricula through the use of Europass and ECVET.Our participants: 120 young people 17-19 yo, mixity F/M , 44% are from disadvantaged families (scholarships from Education Nationale) Students in mobility have acquired competences in cutting edge sectors of the regional economy in particular: shipbuilding; constructions and hospitality and catering, but also key competences such as learning-to-learn, relational and intercultural skills, language, as well as autonomy, entrepreneurship, problem solving, understanding of the workplace environment, all of them mostly required by companies nowadays. The consortium is composed by four VET schools representing the in the Pyrénées-Orientales province. Alfmed as a local coordinator and UNISER as European coordinator. The partnership includes 6 partner organisations from 5 EU countries (Italy, Spain, Poland; UK and Germany) which have proven their competences and reliability in previous projects. After an informative and selection phase including Cv workshops and candidacy workshop, participants have been offered a pre-departure preparation covering language, practical organisation, culture, safety in the workplace, adaptation to a foreign country and to the work environment. Each participant has signed a Learning Agreement specifying objectives, expected results and organisational details of the work experience. Since the preparation phase, students had access to OLS in order to improve their language skills. During all their stay abroad, students have been followed-up by many people: a national tutor, a tutor in the country of destination, a company mentor who guided them through their learning experience and a mobility coordinator in their school. A follow-up meeting has been arranged after the end of each flow to let participants reflect and share on the experience and make the most out of their Erasmus+ experience for their future. The project has boosted the employability of these 120 young people, we believe it has also impacted the local educational system, local teacher staff team. In fact it has improved competences of staff, in order to make mobility easier and more accessible to all those VET providers which do not have the resources or the competences. Last but not least, the project represents the beginning of a systemic approach toward internationalisation, by involving institutions and local Economy, families and staff in the aim of modernising- internationalization of the educational system. This strategy did not convince yet local authorities to give co financing to disadvantaged families that represent 40% of the total participants. Future CoProMob projects, thanks to the positive impact identified of this first project, should beneficy of co-funding, at least for disadvantaged families (identified by Education Nationale as boursiers).

"<< Objectives >>The project ""Camera Eye: First step to save animals"" is a project addressed to young people, who care about animals and want to actively improve their status, and at the same time, whose passion is to create short movies conducting important civic values. The exchange will be held in Poland in the town of Świdnica. The application was written by the MODE foundation for youth from 5 countries. These young people came up with the idea of organizing a project, thanks to which they will be able to meet and share their knowledge about creating video materials dealing with important social problems. Therefore, they asked us for help in its implementation. In our case, it will be a film material referring to the violations of animal rights and violence against them. The main aim of this event is to showcase the biggest problems with inhumane treatment of animals in some countries and teach young people conscious and responsible use of mass media as social values. The duration of the project is 7 days, each of these days was planned in such a way that the young people could learn as much as possible. The last part of the project will be a documentary prepared jointly by the participants, which will allow the interest of outsiders to the problem of animal abuse and the lack of responsibility related to their behaviour. We believe that thanks to the widespread results, people will have a chance to see how important the problem is in our modern world. Related to this is in the wrongful use of mass media and how much harm it can do. In addition, the documentary film created during the youth exchange will have great potential to make people aware of the shameful abandonment and show them the way to eliminate this phenomenon. Thanks to the film created, people unfamiliar with the matter will be able to learn how to read the animal's language and they more aware of animals problems. Our foundation also believes that the documentary created during the exchange will reach across a bigger community thanks to the dissemination of related activities. Our aim is also to make people more open to adopting animals from shelters. Through this exchange we also want to give young people the opportunity to broaden their knowledge about video materials with a social impact. Thanks to this youth exchange, young people will have the opportunity to learn from each other. We will also give them the chance to improve their language skills by working in an international team. The project is also meant to show parents of participants that new media such as Facebook, YouTube, Twiter, etc. can be great platforms to promote socially important attitudes. In the future these platforms could even become a work for their adult children.<< Activities >>The project will consist of 25 participants: five people from five, different countries. Every group will have a leader, a person with experience with participating in projects, an editor, whose main interest is post-production, an actor whose goal is dubbing, conducting interviews or performing in front of the camera, a scriptwriter who will prepare a plan and script for his group, and of course a director, whose main interest is working with a camera. The duration of the project is 7 days, and every day has been planned in the best way, because we want the young people to learn as much as possible from this experience. During the youth exchange participants will take part in workshops where they will share their experiences and advices on creating their own film. Thanks to this, they will have the chance to see and practice work with the camera, learn how to direct the film and prepare materials, that they will become valuable tools to promote the essential values of society. Thanks to the topic of the movie, the participants will learn about the problems faced by organizations fighting for animal rights in Poland, visit and learn about the running of Animal Shelters, as well as taking part in dogs training. The outcome of the project will be a documentary prepared by the participants, which will allow the attention of people unfamiliar to the problem of animal abuse and lack of responsibility with animal training. << Impact >>Thanks to their participation in the project, participants will improve their language skills, meet people who have the same passion, develop soft skills like working in a group and expand their hobbies. At the end of the exchange, an evaluation will be carried out, and the young people will be able to anonymously assess the strengths and weaknesses of the project. We also anticipated dissemination activities both - in local and international level, such as:- Sharing videos and photos on several platforms and social media, such as websites of partner organizations and private profiles of participants on Facebook and YouTube- Direct conversation: Participants sharing conversations with friends, family members and teachers will transfer knowledge and skills they acquired during the exchange- Implement similar events promoting conscious use of the Internet and raising awareness about animal rights at local levels in individual countries after returning from the youth exchange- Implementing lessons in schools, thanks to this they will be able to share with their peers the skills and values they have gained during the project- Creating next documentaries referring to important local problems, getting more information thanks to interviews with local animal advocate- Creating short advertising spots informing about the adoption procedure in different countries, encouraging the adoption of animals staying in local animal shelters. We would like the society to become more aware in the context of animal rights through the dissemination of the activities mentioned above. We also hope that parents of participants involved in the project will learn about new media and see their highly valuable side. We also expect to improve digital skills and media literacy among participants of exchange and spread this knowledge among people from their closest environment after returning to the country. After the end of the project, we hope to observe among the participants and their peers an increase of the initiative to create social campaigns like photo and video materials on social media and on the YouTube platform, especially those in the topic raised in the document created during this exchange."
